Kundalini Meditation For A Calm Heart
In this short video, you will learn how to meditate to calm your heart and feel good
no matter what is going on around you or in the world.
- Sit up straight
- Place your left hand over the middle of your heart chakra. (center of your chest)
- Hold your right hand up as if in a pledge with your index finger and thumb together.
- Breathe in slowly and deeply.
- Suspend (hold the breath in).
- Slowly exhale without gasping and hold the breath out.
- Gently inhale and as you inhale suspend your breath (hold the breath in).
- Slowly and completely exhale holding the breath out.
- Slowly and deeply inhale, suspend the breath at the top. Repeat
- Continue for three minutes.
- Build slowly up to 31 minutes.

What Makes Someone A Narcissist?
A narcissist will appear as if they have a very large ego and feel really good about themselves. However, the outward appearance does not speak to the very deep insecurity that lies beneath the surface.
A narcissist doesn't like it when others do better than them. They delight in other's misfortune. A narcissistic parent will be jealous of their children and often will be in competition with at least one of them.
There are nine traits that make someone a narcissist. A person needs to have five of the nine to be considered a narcissist.
From Psychology Today These Nine Traits Are:
1. Has a grandiose sense of self-importance and exaggerates achievements and talents
2. Dreams of unlimited power, success, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love
3. Lacks empathy for the feelings and needs of others
4. Requires excessive admiration
5. Believes he or she is special and unique and can be understood only by, or should associate only with, other special or high-status people (or institutions)
6. Unreasonably expects special, favorable treatment or compliance with his or her wishes
7. Exploits and takes advantage of others to achieve personal ends
8. Envies others or believes they’re envious of him or her
9. Has “an attitude” of arrogance or acts that way

Sinus Infections: How To Train Your Inner Dragon

Irritable, agitated, bitchy? What the heck happened to change me from the happy peaceful woman to feel so darned bitchy and irritable?
Two words, my mother! Those closest to us have the greatest impact on us for the duration of our lives. Our mothers can trigger us very quickly because they know exactly where to poke, prod or press.
What causes a sinus infection?
Someone close to us that has made us angry, and we avoid speaking the truth to them for whatever reason is the root cause of a sinus infection.
If you have been following me for some time, you have heard about my mother, the narcissist. My mother is a stickler for politeness and thank you notes. She has alienated all her grandchildren who no longer speak to her. She cuts people off from gifts if they don't send her a thank you note.
Mrs. Manners (my mother) was rude to me. I called her after weeks of silence when she last called me, "STUPID," and she was rude. She didn't want to talk to me because she was watching "her show" (soap opera).
I love deeply. To find my mother so resistant and rude to me when manners are what she preaches to everyone else, made me feel hugely disrespected. Manners don't work just one way. If someone expects you to be polite and mannerly to them, they ought to be polite to others, right?
A loving relationship is much more important to me than any darn television show. However, my mother obviously didn't feel the same. She didn't want to interrupt her show.

It is a time to heal the past and let go of victimhood and the old story. It is time to let it all go. The past served a purpose but it is now time to let it go.

How To Get The Most Out of The Next Decade?

January is a great time to look back at what you have accomplished the previous year. Take a careful look back and pay attention to all that you created in the past twelve months. I would imagine that you have had far greater success when you write each down that you thought possible!
Once you have looked at last year's success, it is time to write down your goals. Maybe you want to have better sex, deeper intimacy, greater communication. If you haven't done these things without a coach, it is unlikely you will make these changes on your own.
Maybe you want to meditate on a daily basis or do Kundalini yoga or exercise four times a week this year.
What is the difference between New Year's Resolutions and goals? Goals are written down. We look at our goals on a daily basis and reset our goals every six months. How To Get What You Desire Quickly

The more you focus on the good in your life, the more good that will come to you. The more you focus on lack, limitation, being a victim or victimized, the more negative events and challenges that materialize.
Maybe your husband cheated on you.
Maybe your husband was gay,
Maybe things didn't turn out the way you wanted them to.
There is always a silver lining. Look for the silver lining.
Find gratitude in every situation. What can you find to be grateful for? Perhaps you don't live where you would like to but you do have a roof over your head. Be grateful that you have a safe place to sleep.
Manifesting is something we do whether it is unconscious or conscious (awareness). When we complain about our circumstances, we stay there because we don't have gratitude for what we have. Once we step into gratitude for what we have, miracles begin to happen, we find the guy or gal, we get the raise we've been waiting for. Gratitude will shift you into a higher vibration and open your heart faster than anything.
Focus on the positive and look for the silver lining. You will find when you do that better days begin to happen more frequently.
