10 Reasons To Drink Kombucha Daily

Kombucha tea has been a mainstay for the Chinese for 2,000 years. A beverage with tremendous health benefits, it can replace soda, beer and wine for many. 


Combatting yeast and leaky gut syndrome can be a challenge. If you are still consuming white bread and fast foods Kombucha can help you with bloating, digestion and even cognition. 


I found the benefits of daily Kombucha after visiting my mother in Canada. My mother's language of love is baking. After a recent visit and several cinnamon buns later, I arrived in Colorado with a bloated tummy and a sense that my healthy bacteria in my gut were in grave danger. 

I began drinking Kombucha daily and found my bloating disappeared almost immediately and I felt immense relief from my sugar overload. Doctors and scientists believe that 80% of the population in the US will have leaky gutleaky gut which will lead to eventual death for most people in the next twenty years. The GMO wheat, sugar and other factors are part of this issue. 

Kombucha is a fermented drink made from either black or green tea and either sugar or honey. It contains a colony of yeast and It is naturally carbonated and contains a colony of bacteria and yeast once fermented. The result is natural probiotics, enzymes, vinegar, b vitamins and a high concentration of acid (acetic, gluconic and lactic), which are beneficial for the following:
