The Remarkable Similarities Between Horses and Humans
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
Shannon instructed me to show up in the horses stall with a crop under my arm. I hesitated at first because it seemed inhumane. However, having my foot stepped on and injured certainly didn't seem humane either. As soon as I entered the stall with a crop in hand and said, "Over," the horse willingly moved. In fact, the horse was so willing, I felt ten feet tall. It was as if he said, "Oh I didn't hear you before you held that crop in your hand." It was easy to get the horse to do what I wanted with the aid of the crop as I had the horses attention and respect.
Recently, I have been helping my friend on her horse ranch. I have always loved horses, having cared for retired rescued polo ponies in Alpharetta, Georgia in the past. My friend, Shannon has been teaching me how to earn a horse's respect, something that shocked me. I found that horses and humans are very similar in many regards.
In my coaching practice, I encourage my clients to speak up and self-advocate. Many people with low self-worth have difficulties speaking up for themselves, especially when no didn't mean no when they were a child. Other humans sense a weakness and take advantage (more on this later). When we aren't able to say what we want, we rarely get it. Is it any wonder? Humans will push until the other person says stop. If the weak-willed individual doesn't speak up, there is no boundary in place and hence no respect.
Horses are very perceptive. If you feel afraid, they know it. If you don't immediately make a strong stand with a horse and let them know who's boss, they will not listen. They will act as if you aren't even there. When a horse weighs 1,200 pounds getting a horse that is unwilling to move is impossible.

When we don't speak up for ourselves, we aren't respected. When we aren't respected, we are in the lowly position of less than in the eyes of the other person. It is human nature to take advantage when the other person has no boundaries or limits. When we say no in ways that don't sound like no, the other hears, "YES!"
If we have been sexually molested, raped or abused setting boundaries and limits can be a huge challenge for us. Working with me, I help you recognize how important it is to have firm boundaries and know what you are willing to do and not do.
Ways We Say Yes When We Mean No
Ways We Say Yes When We Mean No
- "I don't think this is a good idea." (the other hears YES)
- "I am not ready."
- "I'll think about it."
- "I'm not sure about this."
- "I don't know."
- "I don't think so."
- "Not right now."
- "I don't feel comfortable with that."
Any of the above statements leaves a door open for further pushback.
Ways To Say No
- "No."
- "No thank you."
- "I am not able to."
- "Not now, not ever!"
When we don't have healthy boundaries, we are the one that ends up angry and resentful not the other. JEM
Dating and Boundaries
If you are on a date and don't know what you are comfortable with, you will go beyond your comfort zone and do things you regret and may feel ashamed about later. Shame and guilt are the lowest vibrational emotions a human can have. Setting boundaries and limits though challenging isn't permanent. We can make positive changes by working with someone who has strong boundaries and recognizes that no didn't mean no for you in the past and will help you overcome the old patterning in your unconscious mind.
Boundaries in Relationships
If you don't have healthy boundaries and are in a relationship - even a friendship you may find you give too much, give too much and try to please the other person. At first, it could feel good to give. After you find yourself giving away the farm you will feel ripped off which leads to resentment and anger. Anger is a sign your boundaries have been crossed.
Boundaries With Children
Children need to know the difference between right and wrong. If we don't tell them to stop, they keep going. If a child jumps on you and hurts you-you have not said "NO," strongly enough. If a child keeps pushing for something trying to break down your resolve there is no respect.

Business Partnerships and Dealings
If you don't have healthy boundaries and have a partnership, your partner will most certainly take advantage of your soft spot. You might be ripped off, or feel resentful because you end up getting the raw end of your business dealings. You may have customers that push your limits expecting you to say stop. Without firm boundaries of what feels good and what doesn't, there are many ways your business could fail, and you could loose.
What Can You Do For Yourself?
Watch others who demonstrate healthy boundaries. Learn from the way they catch you immediately and give you instructions for what they want. They don't wait a week or two till they are angry because of what was done, they mention it at the moment.
Read a book about boundaries. There are many of them on Amazon.
Hire a coach to overcome this serious issue. You will be much happier when you are able to advocate for yourself and set healthy limits and boundaries with everyone. Your family will be happier as a result.

If you have a history of attracting people who will only go so far with you, it is time, to be honest with yourself. It isn't them; it's you. Our relationships are the best mirror into our soul. We attract what we are.
Our relationships are the fastest way to discover if we have committed to ourselves. Before you cut me off and go to another blog, hear me out. I have had personal experience with this subject. I have been married and divorced four times for good reason. I had a lot to learn about myself. Once I totally committed to myself, I began to attract men who would also commit to me. Healing our past is part of our commitment to ourselves.
There are many ways to commit to ourselves. We can commit to our health, eating healthy foods, steering clear of those things that aren't good for us. It is easy to see where we aren't committed to our health, all we have to do is look at our physical body, our hair, nails, and how we feel. Taking responsibility for health is certainly a very positive way to commit.
Ask yourself the following questions:
- Am I as happy alone as I am partnered?
- Do I seek a relationship to fill me up and complete me?
- Am I looking for someone to fill a gap that I feel within?
- Do I give too much to others, ignoring my needs?
- Do I put others before my needs and self-care?
- Do I forgo meditation and spiritual practice when partnered?
- Do I continue to exercise when I am in a relationship?
- Am I honest always? Or do you spend time in denial of issues?
- Am I consistently on time?
- Am I true to my word?
- Am I authentic?
- Do I spend time with people who support me emotionally, mentally and spiritually?
- Do I spend time nurturing my soul daily?
- Do I exercise daily?
- Do I respect myself?
- Do I have judgment toward myself and others?
- Do I love myself - even all my flaws and faults?
- Do I worry about what others think of me?
- Is my home neat, tidy, orderly?
- Do I get to bed early?
- Have I healed my addictions - even my addictions to my recovery method?
- Am I fiscally responsible? Do I pay my bills on time?
- Am I looking for someone to rescue me from my life?
- Do I accept disrespect and abusive treatment from my partner and others?
- Am I abusive to myself in any way?
- Do I allow others to behave badly and still want to be with them?
- Am I controlling?
- Am I fearful?
- Do you know yourself well enough to know what you want and won't tolerate?
When we accept poor treatment from another person, we don't respect ourselves. Self respect is a hard thing to recognize as missing. I didn't see it until it was pointed out to me years ago. I was told by my then husband, "I don't respect you because you don't respect yourself!" It was a hard thing to hear. Since that time, I have worked diligently to avoid those who mistreat or don't respect me. I stand up for myself and expect to be treated with respect and will accept nothing less. I am not a bitch about it, I just walk away from those who blame, abuse or treat me badly.
If your date says they will call on a certain day and don't their actions don't match their words and they can't be trusted. When you stop accepting bad behavior, you will find people will either stand up and improve their character, or someone else will cross your path that is far better than the person you thought you couldn't live without.
Our outer relationships are the key to what we need to work on personally. You can blame others till the cows come home, but that won't get you where you want to go. Look inside you and hire
someone that has healthy self-esteem and is perfectly happy alone or partnered that can help you find the love you desire. You have to give to yourself before anyone returns it to you.

Commitment to you has to happen before someone will commit and be faithful to you. How long will you wait to commit to your healing?
Client Testimonials:
After working with Jennifer recently, I must say that I am grateful to the Divine for placing her in my path via a Google search. A few weeks ago, I was in an interesting place emotionally. I was in-between coming to terms with some past emotional trauma but not fully understanding what it meant to "let go of my past." Following our initial 30 minute "discovery session" and subsequent first session a week later, I finally understood what it meant to embrace the present while letting the past be whatever it was.
As she opened my Akashic record and began to peel back the layers of my current and past lives, I shook, trembled, and buzzed as Jennifer cut the cords to the negative emotional patterns that had affected me on a personal, physical, emotional, and spiritual basis. The guilt, shame, and depression I experienced for years immediately left and I felt lighter! It was as if life had finally smiled at me and the Universe had finally said, "it's time for your healing. Embrace it and finally, learn to live life and enjoy it!"
I'm truly grateful for Jennifer's work, and I know that this is the beginning of something beautiful in my life. Thanks again, Jennifer, and I send you much love and many blessings!
Sincerely,
Mary

How To Turn Anger Into Passion
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
What Happens When You Get Angry
Who Rules Your Emotions?
Do your emotions rule you, or do you rule your emotions? Being able to feel our emotions without negative behavior takes self-control, even mastery.
Anger is a form of passion. How can you turn that anger into something productive instead of continue to seathe inside?
Take A Breather
Relationships are a joy when things are purring along. When we feel in love with our partner, we kiss, hug and make love with ease. When our partner shows up late, isn't there for us, or looks at our best friend with interest, we might become so infuriated that we don't want contact with them at all.
72% of women hold out sex after an argument. Men are more able to move beyond the emotions and be ready for sex.
Ask yourself is this going to matter in five years? If the answer is "No," have sex instead. It is a whole lot more enjoyable than staying angry with your partner.
First, let's look at what anger does to your body's physiology. Anger sets off your body's fight or flight response, flooding your body with stress hormones from your adrenal glands. The constant flood of stress hormones can create health problems. You might get headaches, digestion issues, abdominal pain, insomnia, high blood pressure, heart attacks and strokes.
What Happens When You Get Angry
- Whether you contain your anger, inside you are holding it within your cells.
- When you express anger outwardly it can make you feel terrible. Depression and or anxiety can be the result of long-term anger.
- You may say things you regret.
- You may physically express your anger in negative ways.
- Cortisol is released causing your belly to become fatter. Anger is a stressful emotion. It is not productive.
Use breathwork to move through your feelings rather than lashing out at another person, or thing. Breathing in slowly and completely can be all it takes to bring yourself into the present, allowing the feelings to move through you. Most of us have a tendency to hold our breath when we get angry. When we do, emotions get stuck rather than moving through us the way they were meant to.
Take a walk, get on a treadmill to work off some of the feelings of frustration. If you need to leave the room to give each other space.
Using Anger For Common Good
Anger can be used to clean your home, paint a picture, write a poem, or even a chapter in a book. Most men will tell you, they prefer using anger for passionate makeup sex.
Using our emotions for good, rather than negatively erupting, calling someone names, or damaging material things shows that your emotions are ruling you, rather than the other way around.
Change your behavior. Instead of shutting down and running away, talk about your feelings. Express yourself constructively. When you learn to communicate through your emotions, you will find that you can turn the anger into passion more easily.
Make-Up Sex
Shifting your anger into a positive feeling takes breathwork. Moving the energy through your breath and out through your heart can allow more love in. It can also allow you to be more vulnerable. Turn that powerful energy into a positive creation. Sex after an argument, providing you are not abusing the other, can be very exciting and exhilarating.

- Use your sexual energy to give him the performance blow job of his life. Then have him take care of you.
- Make it a virtuoso experience. Ask for an erotic massage. Or give him one. Ask for whatever you want. After an argument, you are likely to get it.
- Have him worship you. Whether it is through role play or having him pleasure you, let the anger go, and sink into the present. You just might enjoy it!
- Take a hot bath to break the energy of the fight. It can help you get into the mood to be touched an allow you to feel luxuriated.

Setting Healthy Boundaries: Respect For Yourself
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
1. Keep some information private. Allow new people to get to know part of you, but don't give them the whole enchilada in the first sitting. Instead of giving someone 100% of your life story, only let them in 20% of the way. This way, you don't have to course-correct and shut down if you feel you have revealed too much.
Setting Your Life On Fire is what I help you do. Part of this work involves getting to know yourself on a deep level. When you can be honest with yourself, your life shifts with a magnitude that is astounding.
Boundary issues were part of my life. I am still working on these issues in a smaller way. As I began to love myself more, my respect for myself grew. Boundary issues cause problems in relationships, eventually. Early on, you might not notice. Over time, the small issues become greater.
Probably the most profound work I do for people is clear old patterns that hold them back. Emotions, beliefs, and blocks once removed allow your energy to move to a higher level. Without all
the pain stuck in your cells, you become lighter, happier and more uplifted. Why not get your energy cleared and see all the changes happen for you? Book your energy clearing appointment here now. Book now.
Do you long for the day that your partner will have your back and support you? Do your personal interactions involve control, criticism or disrespect? Have you ever felt interrogated by someone and wondered why you answered all their personal questions? Intrusive and meddling individuals have weak boundaries and often cross other people's.
Do you bond too quickly, allowing someone to hear all your most intimate details in the first conversation? Do you tell secrets you wish you didn't? Do you have difficulty getting off the phone when you want to? Often when we had our boundaries crossed as children, we spend a lifetime trying to overcome this pattern.
When our boundaries aren't firmly established, we may feel afraid to ask for what we might need, for fear that our partner, or even our children won't love us. A fear of making unpopular decisions was one of my fears when I was first in relationships. However, it wasn't until I had children that I began to recognize just how poor my boundaries were. I so wanted my children to love me that I rarely gave them clear boundaries, with repercussions for unwanted behavior. I had a hard time saying, "No" when I meant "HELL NO!" I didn't respect myself and didn't even know.
When we don't have healthy boundaries, we may we end up crossing other people's and don't recognize doing so. We may vent to friends about our problems. This spewing of negativity may alienate our dearest friends due to too much drama. Drama is a side-effect of not having clear boundaries.
Whether we are single, married or have children, setting healthy boundaries may be challenging and feel foreign at first. Like any new behavior, it takes practice. Once we get the hang of it, practicing using boundaries, keeps us feeling safe and stable. Until we become comfortable with this new skill, we may become reactive and over-course-correct. We have to be sure that we let our loved ones know that there are repercussions for crossing our boundaries, but make the punishment fit the crime.
If we allow someone to keep crossing our boundaries, it is an indication of a lack of personal respect. The two go hand in hand. If you have challenges with boundaries, your most likely don't respect yourself or others.
What Is A Boundary?
We all have a personal bubble. Some people may come too close to us, standing inside our personal bubble. They may touch us when or where, we don't want them to, or ask us to do things we don't want to do. When our boundaries aren't healthy, we may end up saying yes, when we mean no. Or perhaps performing other acts they feel uncomfortable doing.
How To Create Boundaries
1. Keep some information private. Allow new people to get to know part of you, but don't give them the whole enchilada in the first sitting. Instead of giving someone 100% of your life story, only let them in 20% of the way. This way, you don't have to course-correct and shut down if you feel you have revealed too much.
2. You don't have to reveal all of yourself to all your family members, church congregation or children. Be selective with whom you share private and intimate details. If you and your partner are having issues in your relationship, you don't have to share the details with your mother, children or friends. Think before you answer somebody's questions. You don't have to respond just because a question was asked. You can always ask, "Why do you want to know?"
3. Take care of your needs. Often when we don't have clear personal boundaries, we don't take care of our physical needs. We may stay up too late at night, waste time on the computer, or watch television until the wee hours. Get to bed at a reasonable time. Eat a healthy diet. Don't skip meals because you are trying to please someone else. You don't have to be everything to everyone, or please everyone. You don't have to do every town project, fundraiser at school, or make love if you are too tired. Do things for yourself that make you happy. Nurture you. Take care of you.
4. Communicate your needs in a positive way. Most people don't know what is on our mind. Don't expect your loved ones to read your mind, do so in an upbeat way rather than acting like a victim. Be specific about what you want.
"I want some alone time right now. Please give me some space."
"I want to spend time with you too, but first I have to take some time for me."
"I would be glad to discuss this with you if you will be respectful and polite."
"I appreciate your opinion, but I need to experience this myself. I learn from my mistakes, you can't do this for me."
"Both of our time is valuable. I need you to be on time for dinner out of respect for me."
"I need you to refrain from speaking to me in that tone of voice."
To your children: "I love spending time with you. I will play this game with you for one hour, and then I have to get my blog written."
5. When you feel someone is intrusive, overfriendly or meddling with you, cool towards them. You can do so gently. Your body language and eye contact speak volumes. Look at them less, turn your body away from them. Your tone of voice, facial expressions are ways you can shift your energy from open to more closed.
6. Your energy and demeanor can convey that you don't' want to speak to another. If a subtle change in your energy doesn't get the point across to the other person, tone down your energy to a cooler temperature. Instead of being open and warm, cool down, change your tone of voice. If body language and tone don't work, use words to express, "Please excuse me, I am visiting with friends right now." If your words don't get your point across, you can remove yourself physically from the situation. Leave.
7. Stay calm. Yelling at another conveys a lack of emotional control. You do not have to be reactive to what another person is saying. You have the power to NOT REACT. Demanding, pleading or insisting that someone not cross your personal boundaries
indicates how you are not in control of your emotions. You don't have to be emotionally entwined with what the other person is doing or saying. You can control how you react to a situation.
indicates how you are not in control of your emotions. You don't have to be emotionally entwined with what the other person is doing or saying. You can control how you react to a situation.
8. Eliminate draining complaining conversations. People that call you to vent about all their woes, are dumping their negativity all over you energetically. If someone often calls you or complains in person, extricate yourself from the conversation by saying, "I don't involve myself in negativity. I have to go now." If after several times this behavior does not change; you have the option to speak your truth.
"I find negative conversations are draining. I would prefer to speak only about positive subjects that make me feel good."
"I have so much going on right now, I won't have time to talk."
"Oh I am sorry that these things are happening in your life right now. Would you like me to give you some feedback as to why these patterns are repeating for you? If you don't want my advice then, I can't help you."
9. Respect yourself and those you are with. Avoid public arguing or public demeaning and critisicm. If you are being disrespected, be prepared to leave a public place. Arguing in public is disrespectful and rude to yourselves and others.
10. Be polite. Don't take anything that doesn't belong to you from another without asking, this includes from their plate as well. Sharing from a place involves enmeshment. We are each individuals. Enmeshment is unhealthy. Keep your autonomy intact. Always ask first, "May I have a taste?" If they respond negatively, let it be.
11. Allow your children to have their personal space. Touching inappropriately, or kissing them in public when they don't want you to is invasive. Children need to learn to establish their own boundaries early. Help them to be their own person.
12. Respect yourself, your body and your partner's. Ask before touching your partner. Expecting, demanding or taking another person without their permission is disrespectful and demeaning. Acting as if you own your partner leads to resentment and disconnection. Long-term marriage does not give anyone the right to have sex with or touch another if they don't want to be touched.
Without respect we can't engage in arguments. Getting involved in a firey discussion when someone does not respect you is futile. If someone does not respect you and continues to engage in demeaning behavior, you have to be able to go to the wall and leave not only the situation, but the relationship if the behavior does not change.
Setting Your Life On Fire is what I help you do. Part of this work involves getting to know yourself on a deep level. When you can be honest with yourself, your life shifts with a magnitude that is astounding.

8 Powerful Feng Shui Cures For Love and Romance
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
Pronounced Fung Schway, it is the 3,000-year-old art of placement. It literally translates to wind and water. The Chinese have been using Feng Shui in their homes and businesses for thousands of years.
Good Feng Shui can bring you wealth, harmony, health, love and amplify all the good things in your life. Feng Shui can help strengthen relationships.
Focused attention on the relationship area can bring you love that you have never experienced, or rekindle an old love. It can be used to quiet disputes within the family or relationships.
It's time! Enough lonely nights, trips alone and dinners with your best friends. It is time to herald a new relationship, rather than spend another year alone.
2016 is the year for you to find love!
Get ready for love with these tips and cures. If you already have a relationship, this article will help you enhance the love that is already present and ease conflict where it is present.
Yes, love is more than a possibility. You have received ample information about doing your own inner work. You know you have to love yourself to have someone love you back. We also have to be open to receive love. Check in and see if you need a clearing on this, contact me if you do. I am offering some summer specials.
When I had my landscaping business in Atlanta, Georgia, I wasn't your typical landscape professional. I had to be different, a unique
version that represented who I was. My landscape business encompassed Feng Shui. You may have heard of it before. You might even be an expert. What I do know is that when I used Feng Shui cures, I could call in a relationship almost instantly. Feng Shui can enhance all areas of your life.

What Is Feng Shui?

Good Feng Shui can bring you wealth, harmony, health, love and amplify all the good things in your life. Feng Shui can help strengthen relationships.
Focused attention on the relationship area can bring you love that you have never experienced, or rekindle an old love. It can be used to quiet disputes within the family or relationships.
Simply put, Feng Shui is the soothing of our environment using the five elements, are air, fire, water, earth and ether. Cures can be used to enhance a relationship, or increase the flow of wealth in your life.
There are two distinct forms of Feng Shui. Classical or what I call REAL Feng Shui uses a compass or Luo pan.
The updated form is called Modern Feng Shui. Created for us westerners, this modern version
simplifies the Classical form for those who find the compass method challenging. This method uses your front door as the north or career area (no matter which way your front door faces). I prefer the compass version. You can choose whichever suits you, either form of Feng Shui will work.
The updated form is called Modern Feng Shui. Created for us westerners, this modern version
Ba gua
The Ba gua above is used to show where each area is in each room of your home. Place the bagua over your floor plan facing the appropriate direction to find where each area is in every room in your home. Each room is comprised of the following areas: health (heart), career, helpful people, knowledge, family and children, wealth, fame and relationships. To begin with, focus on one room, your bedroom.
Count the number of rooms in your home or apartment. That number is how many relationship areas you have inside your home. You also have relationship areas outside your home as well. You can plant flowers to enhance the area, use up-lighting outside and use the cures below.
The Relationship Area
Giving special attention to our relationship areas can foster loving, harmonious and lasting relationships built on trust and unconditional love.
Right before I met the love of my life, John Armbruster, I did all the things listed below. It was a matter of weeks before I met John. I also walked around my whole house both inside and outside and got rid of anything that depicted a single element, one tree, one flower or a person alone. I had plenty of artwork that depicted one element. I didn't realize how I was subconsciously self-sabotaging myself as well as avoiding love.
It can be very telling to examine all your furnishings, artwork and photos. Be a super sleuth and write down all the things you have in your home that depict a single person, rather than a couple. You will be amazed! Gradually changing these single pieces for pairs or groups will help your relationship greatly.

You will be amazed! Gradually changing these single pieces for pairs or groups will help your relationship greatly.
Below are both suggestions and areas to be watchful for if you have conflict in your current relationship, or you want to draw in a new love.
Want To Heat Up Your Love Life?
At the same time each day turn on your bedside table lamps. Leave them on for 3 hours every day for 27 days. Your love life will really heat up. This really works! I have had women come back to me after making just one or two changes and found love quickly.
Want To Heat Up Your Love Life?
At the same time each day turn on your bedside table lamps. Leave them on for 3 hours every day for 27 days. Your love life will really heat up. This really works! I have had women come back to me after making just one or two changes and found love quickly.
Here are 8 ways to amp up your love life and draw love in:
- Clear your clutter. Clutter represents the past. You want to create love in the present. Clear your clutter first before doing any of these cures. Clutter in the mind will clutter your relationships with issues. Clutter is a big no-no when drawing love or wealth. It is a sign of too much on your mind. Too many things
left undone unfinished business, projects etc. Clean your bedroom thoroughly. Make sure there is no mess or clutter under your bed, as energy circulates underneath the bed. Get into corners and burn sage if you have it. Sage will clear sadness, negativity and any left over conflict from past arguments or relationships.
Sage stick - to clear negativity - It Takes Two! Make sure you have two bedside tables in your bedroom, one on either side of your bed. Two end tables on either side of your couch are necessary as well. This shows that you are open to having someone else share your space.
- Symbolic Artwork. Make sure that each of your relationship corners (SW) have artwork depicting happy couples touching and more than one element. Place pairs of statues that symbolize love to you in your relationship corner in each room. Look around your home and move artwork or any photos that have only one element in them. (You can use those in other areas - just keep solitary trees, or people out of the relationship areas). For example
a photo of a lone tree in the landscape. You want artwork that depicts couples, loving and touching. Paintings of a bunch of flowers in a vase, rather than a single flower. Peonies are especially auspicious for love and romance, both in photos, artwork and fragrance.
Peony - Crank up the heat in your bed! Sheets that are white, bright green or even red will heat up your love life. Use red sparingly, as it could burn your relationship out. Red denotes fire. Use decorator pillows sparingly. Beds that have too many pillows are a turn-off for men (too much work to make the bed).
- Two pink candles in your relationship area will add some spark and heat up your relationship if you are currently in one. Light them together. Pairs of animals, cranes, ducks, in the SW corner of your room placed close together, or touching will draw love to you. Two cozy chairs (no table between them) also works. You are creating a comfy place for two.
- Make Room! If your closets are over-stuffed and can't fit another article of clothing, clear out the old stuff you never wear. To draw love in, you want to create space for it to comein. It is called creating a void. When we create a void by emptying closets, drawers and getting rid of what isn't loved or used we make room for something new. When our homes are busting at the seams with furniture, decorations and belongings, there is no room for anything new to come in.
- Best Master Bedroom Colors are: rose, purple, pink, green. Avoid peach as it can lead to philandering (affairs).
- A Vase of Fresh Cut Pink Flowers in the relationship area will raise the vibration of the room faster than anything I mentioned previously. Fresh flowers in the home can transform the energy instantly. Do not used dried flowers, they denote death. If you can't do fresh, silk are the next best thing.

She has traveled this road and created tools that you get to keep and use daily, even after you graduate and are working on your own.
- Make sure your bed is in the commanding position within your room
- Doors knobs that open into one another or clash, can cause conflict in the household
- Mirrors at the foot of the bed or on the side that reflects the couple can lead to negative vibes, serious issues within the relationship
- No Television in the bedroom - creates issues within the relationship and also reflects the couple in the glass
- No mirrors opposite windows
- If bathroom is attached to your bedroom, always keep bathroom door closed
- Bed accessible on all three sides to keep your partner. Bed scrunched into corner of room does not allow chi (energy) to circulate properly - creating stagnant chi
- Find your Kua number to discover which direction to sleep in for optimum personal/relationship health and deep sleep
- Use wooden beds. Metal beds provide cutting energy and are not good for a bedroom
- Closed headboard - open headboards with cabinetry creates a heaviness around the head and negative chi. Never use a stand alone headboard that does not attach to the bed
- Queen sized bed - allows enough room, but not so much that you have space between you
- Relocate exercise and computer equipment to other areas - bedrooms are for two things, sleep and sex
- No chandelier over the bed
- No fan over the bed - gives you an uneasy feeling and can affect sleep
- Clutter especially on the floor lowers the vibration and attracts negativity and can cause depression if left for long periods
- Do not give the commanding position (rear of house) bedroom to a child. Can cause power struggles between parents and child (whoever sleeps in the back bedroom commands the household)

What people are saying about Jennifer
I met Jennifer at one of her workshops that a friend recommended to me. At that time I was searching, and wanting some help out of my deep depression and anxiety.
Keeping in touch, I joined her on line workshops, and eventually her coaching once a week.
One of my earliest coaching sessions with Jennifer, I felt complete trust, like I have never felt with anyone in my ENTIRE LIFE. I told her my deepest darkest secrets, and she welcomed me into her loving space. For this, I will never ever forget, and will be eternally grateful.
She allowed me to be where I was, no rescue, no high expectation - no pat advice that I have heard over and over - not landing anywhere in me that could really grow.
Her advice was simple and doable, small steps to move forward - with kindness, and no judgment allowed me to open up.
The meditations helped me see my guides and myself in a new light. As I grew in compassion and respect for myself as a result from the coaching sessions, vast changes in me occurred.I feel happier, more peaceful, more truly loving now.
In both my professional life and personal life, the changes though subtle, were highly significant: I easily am present with people and they sense this. If nothing else occurs, I feel that this is a huge gift, to be able to connect with people so that they feel heard and significant. N.A., Atlanta, Georgia

Boundaries and Relationship Health
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
For those of us who are codependent, telling someone "No!" or "Stop!" or anything else that might be unpopular may be very difficult. As a codependent parent, we may find it very hard to set healthy limits with our children. When we are asked to participate or contribute in an activity that we don't want to, doing so will make us feel angry and resentful. Yet, many of us agree to do things we don't want to. This is because we are afraid we will lose what we have. We don't want people to think negatively about us. We tend to clam up, rather than voice our true feelings. We are so afraid to speak up that we continue to stuff our emotions and betray ourselves. This self betrayal leads to a lack of trust. We don't trust ourselves, because we allow ourselves to be hurt. We can't protect ourselves, because we are too afraid to speak up.
We are so used to stuffing or ignoring our feelings, that we can't express ourselves honestly because we aren't even aware of how we truly feel. Not accessing our feelings and being authentic about ourselves causes us to shut down emotionally. When our emotions are shut down, we are also not open to connecting deeply and intimately with another. We then become emotionally unavailable.
Boundaries are one of the most misunderstood parts of any relationship. Without boundaries we have no sense of where someone ends and we begin. When we do not set healthy limits and boundaries, we often end up with an emotional reaction. Anger is often the triggered emotion when someone crosses that invisible line in the sand.
A boundary defines your personal truth about -
- your personal needs
- your personal happiness
- your personal integrity
- your personal desires
Signs You Need Better Boundaries?
- You say yes, when you mean "HELL NO!"
- Accepting sex when you don't want it.
- You feel guilty for saying no.
- You don't speak up when someone mistreats you.
- You become overly involved in other's problems.
- You give too much, to be perceived as worthy or useful.
- You act out of integrity to please others.
- You agree with or adopt other's beliefs just to fit in and be accepted.
- You don't define your emotional needs in your personal relationships.
- You allow yourself to be interrupted in order to please or meet another's needs. Putting other's needs before yours.
Our emotions tell us when our boundaries have been crossed. If someone touches you in a way you don't want to be touched and you become angry, your personal boundary has been crossed or ignored. We have to determine what our own boundaries are. No one else can tell us what they should be. When we do begin to set boundaries we are often told by our husband, wife, parents, friends what our boundaries need to be. Yet, no one can tell us what our boundary should be.
Setting Boundaries Can Be Difficult
As children, many of us were invalidated by our parents. We may have grown up ignoring our feelings. We were often told to stop crying, or not to be angry. We had to be a "good" little boy or girl. We were told not to be ungrateful and therefore shamed. Sadly, many of us were told not to cry. With these invalidated feelings many of us have the following issues:
- We don't know ourselves.
- We don't know what we like and don't like.
- We don't know what brings us happiness or makes us unhappy.
- Therefore we have difficulty assessing what we truly desire.
- We can't be authentic. We wear a mask that keeps our true self hidden.
- We have no idea who we are and neither does anyone else.
Getting in touch with how we feel takes practice. We need to listen to our emotions. When we don't listen, we are the ones that violate our own boundaries. It is this personal violation that causes us to feel abandoned and betrayed, not by another, but by ourselves. Stuffing our emotions leads to depression as well as leading to physical pain and illness.
There are many different types of boundaries. We have physical, mental, emotional, sexual and spiritual boundaries.
Codependent People
For those of us who are codependent, telling someone "No!" or "Stop!" or anything else that might be unpopular may be very difficult. We are so afraid to speak up that we continue to stuff our emotions and betray ourselves. This self betrayal leads to a lack of trust. We don't trust ourselves, because we allow ourselves to be hurt. We can't protect ourselves, because we are too afraid to speak up.
Emotional Unavailability
We are so used to stuffing or ignoring our feelings, that we can't express ourselves honestly because we aren't even aware of how we truly feel. Not accessing our feelings and being authentic about ourselves causes us to shut down emotionally. When our emotions are shut down, we are also not open to connecting deeply and intimately with another. We then become emotionally unavailable.
Withholding Love
Loved ones can withdraw love from us. They can keep love and sex from us. This is crossing an incoming boundary. Having love withheld can be very hurtful.
Feeling Hurt
When someone hurts our feelings, an emotional boundary has been crossed. We need to take a step back and really look at our relationship. Is it working for us? What needs to change? We need to be able to ask for what we want and say what we don't want.
We need to know who we are and what we really want. When we are ashamed, we have poor boundaries. In order to fit into the family we learn to mask the way we truly feel because our true emotions are unacceptable in many cases.
Are You.....
- are you afraid of people thinking negatively about you?
- doing things you don't want to do?
- afraid to let people know how you really feel?
We need to let our friends and loved ones know when we feel they have overstepped a boundary. Speaking up for ourselves is an important part in building self trust. The more that we advocate for ourselves the better we will begin to feel. The crazy mixed up feelings we often have because we want to please others, but end up feeling that we are doing things we don't want to do will stop when we begin to stand up for ourselves with boundaries.
What kinds of boundaries are there?
Boundaries can involve our material possessions, homes, car, belongings. We also have emotional, physical, sexual, mental and spiritual boundaries.

Remember these key points:
- Allowing someone to cross our boundaries is self betrayal.
- When we don't set healthy boundaries and stand up for ourselves by self advocating we abandon the self.
- Setting boundaries makes the difference between a healthy functioning relationship and one where we will end up feeling resentful and angry when we do things we don't want to do.
- Your personal integrity and authenticity depends on you setting and keeping healthy boundaries.
- We need to be in touch with how we feel.
- Boundaries are all about your FEELINGS and emotions.
- Whenever we begin to change the way we govern ourselves, it can feel foreign and uncomfortable at first. Stepping into new territory can feel a little weird because it is different than what we are used to. This is normal. Often people who come from abusive backgrounds have challenges when they begin to move into new territory.
You did not come to this place overnight. It takes perseverance and courage to continue to work on yourself. Most people need to have someone to guide them weekly. This is what I do for my clients. I am a natural catalyst. Being on the phone with me each week causes issues to bubble up to be processed and healed. I help you through different modalities to let go of the past, forgive those who you feel have hurt and harmed you and begin to see life for the experience that it is. Life is always and in every way working FOR you. It is the way that we view life, or react to it, that changes our perspective. I help you change your perspective. You don't change, it is your lens that you see life through that does. You are already perfect, whole and complete. I just remind you that you are.
I have the solution to your problem! I am the solution person for your life issues. As a healed healer, I have been where you are. I can guide you through processes that I know work. Anxiety, depression, insecurity and even illness will wane. You will begin to feel like a whole and complete person with confidence, and a quiet mind.
In 2012, I became self actualized and enlightened. What does that mean to you? It means I no longer take things personally, my ego is quiet and I come from a place of complete acceptance and love. I have done over 30 years of inner work and healing, study and recovery. I love myself completely. I am no longer anxious, depressed, lonely, worried or fearful. I can help you find your path. I am your spiritual pathfinder. I am the guide that you need. If you know someone that can benefit from this post, pass it on. You might be helping more than just one person, in this way.

How To Be Great At Relationships
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
Yes we all want love. We want to be adored, revered, accepted for who we are. Some people seem to have the market cornered on ease in relationship. This is how they live their lives.
- Be authentic. When we are totally transparent, true to ourselves, we show up in our relationship as deeply grounded and comfortable in our own skin. We don't have to worry about what we said to whom, because we don't lie, cheat or steal in any way. We are the same with the cashier at the supermarket as we are with our mothers, brothers and lovers. We don't waste energy trying to please others. We are kind, loving and caring. We know who we are and are happy with ourselves.
- We are not defined by our past. The past was a learning experience and led us to be who we are today. Just because we were wounded or traumatized in childhood, or in past relationships does not mean that we carry jaded feelings about those events into our current life. Each event has been woven beautifully into our tapestry of life. The past was just an event that taught us more about ourselves.
- Be Confident alone. When we are self assured, we don't need to be in a relationship to feel good about ourselves. We are happy no matter where we are, no matter whom we are with. We know ourselves and are happy with who we are. This confidence is not an arrogance, but is shown in how we carry ourselves, how we react to life events. Rather than being jealous we are comfortable and confident. Rather than being defensive, we will listen, take in what is said and decide whether we resonate with your comments or not. We are not affected by other's insecurities. We don't try to please to win friends - to feel better about ourselves. We give because we want to. We come to the table already filled, rather than looking for another to fill us up.
- Be Vulnerable. We are able to allow another to see deeply into the depth of our soul, without fear. This vulnerability is palpable and allows a deep connection and trust. It can't be forced.
- Giving Without Expecting Anything in Return. Giving without expectations is a beautiful thing. Feeling confident, giving with an open heart, rather than looking for validation changes the playing field.
- Have a Sense of Humor. Being able to make your partner laugh is a great gift. When we are comfortable with ourselves, we are able to laugh about the silly things we do. We are also able to see the humor in every day life. Being able to make your partner laugh is a great gift.
- Non-Compete Clause. Instead of being in competition with our partners, we support them and inspire them. We allow our partners to be great in their own right. We don't feel less than because they can do something better than we can. We know what our own strengths are and feel comfortable with you being able to do things better than we can.
- Don't Keep Score or Hang Onto Anger. We can let go of the past and not hold a grudge.
- Don't Try To Change Their Partner. You are okay as you are and are accepting of your partner.
