It's The Small Things That Matter

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Your head aches, your feet hurt, and he brings you a steaming cup of your favorite tea without being asked. He sets your tea on the table, picks up your legs lovingly, sits down with you. If that wasn't enough to warrant the name, Mr. Wonderful, he tops it off by rubbing your feet. These small things are what matters in a relationship.  Kindness, consideration and being cared for when we need it. Having a partner who does acts of loving kindness, for you without being asked, and without an agenda, aw that feels amazing!

You can breathe a sigh of relief, this is not an article about penis size.

Do men like this exist? Of course they do. I am here to tell you that all it takes it one person to shift a relationship. Women can take their men and partners for granted just as easily as men do to women. Going the extra mile, and giving with an open heart is needed for a relationship to thrive.

It is easy to bitch and moan about our spouses or partners. We can complain about all the things they do or don't do. Complaining does not help. Complaining perpetuates the negativity you want to eradicate.

Here are some ways to focus on the little things. When you begin to pay attention to the small things, you will find the bigger issues begin to take care of themselves. You don't have to call attention to
Sexy man!
what you are doing. Just make a point to take better care of your partner, showing them how much you appreciate them with YOUR actions. True appreciation is done out of kindness, rather than looking for something in return. Women will be far more likely to want to have sex when they feel appreciated, respected and treated like more than a room mate or housekeeper. Men too need to be appreciated. They work hard, bring home the bacon, and deserve a little something something every once in a while as well. Appreciate how hard he works. That he cleans up after you mess up the kitchen. Tell him how much that means to you, instead of complaining about what he didn't do.

  1. Find a way each day to appreciate your mate. Tell her/him that they look amazing!
  2. Put a note in his or her car, purse or on their towel in the morning.
  3. Leave a rose on her pillow in the morning before you leave with a note. "I will be thinking about you all day long."
  4. Guys, put the toilet seat down. She will love you for it. She might not notice it the first time, but she will in the dead of night!
  5. Clean the bathroom sink after you use it.
  6. Walk together holding hands. Did you know that men get a rush of oxytocin just by holding hands. Men! So why aren't you doing it more often, guys?
  7. Link arms when you walk across the parking lot.
  8. Open her car door when you arrive. I may be old fashioned when it comes to chivalry. Honestly, if you can't treat her like a lady, why would she want to be with you?
  9. Say Thank you! When someone does something for you, thank them. Expressing gratitude is an important part of life, never mind relationships. It is important. Show them how much you appreciate that they are in your life. Thank them for what they do for you.
  10. Find ways to touch, kiss flirt. Flirting does not have to stop because you have been together a long time. In fact, that is when we need to really pay attention, let them know you are still interested. You still find them hot!
  11. Give your partner a massage without expecting sex afterward. No agenda, remember? If they offer, or suggest it, that is another story.

Get Connected and Be A Better Lover

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

I work with men and women. I talk about our differences in wiring in my book and here on my blog. The biggest difference I see is in the macho men. Let's look into the mind of the macho man. The macho man thinks he knows everything. He feels and thinks he has it going on. The macho man doesn't think he
Randy Savage wrestler
could improve, or learn, because he already knows it all. His first reaction to my book, "I don't need that I know what I am doing." This guy is the very one that needs to read my book. His wife or girlfriend is the one not coming. He is not in his heart, he resides in his little self or ego.

In my book, Orgasm For Life, I talk about a woman married to a macho man for 35 years. She thinks she might have had one orgasm. One orgasm in 35 years! She isn't sure, because she had nothing to compare it to. When she told him she wasn't having orgasms, what did her macho man do? He beat her. He yelled at her. In his mind he had it going on. The truth destroyed him and he had to pound his anger out on his wife. It was not her fault. He kept doing things the same way over and over and thought in his mind - he was right.

The ego is not the true self. It is the false self. Usually, people who appear to have a large ego have low self esteem. The big ego is a cover up for how they truly feel about themselves. It is okay, I have been there. But acting like you have it going on - all the time, can leave your partner wanting. So let go of that false self and let me help you be a better lover. A good lover always knows there is room for improvement. A good lover is always looking for deeper connection, processes and higher levels of pleasure. A great lover is someone who is connected to their own heart.

Right below, are some practises that will help you connect with yourself and get out of your mind. We want the heart-mind to work together. When you use phrases like, "I have to FIGURE THIS OUT," you are in your ego-mind not your heart.

  1. Connect to your HEART. Close your eyes. Place your dominant hand flat on the upper part of your chest so that when you dip your chin down, it touches your hand. Now breathe into the space your heart is, slowly and completely. Exhale slowly. Breathe in again 4 more times, exhaling slowly. After doing this slowly for 5 times ask yourself how do I feel? Do I feel safe? Do I feel connected? This is where you want to be when you make love to your woman, not in the "I know what I am doing," place. Ask her what she needs. Ask her what she would like. Listen to her. Listen without an agenda. Don't judge what she says, or comment, except to say "Okay, I can do that."
  2. Shake it all up! There is a meditation that OSHO taught. You play music that gets you to move and you shake. Shake your whole body. Keep shaking your arms, your legs, your feet, your head. Shake everything. Don't worry about feeling silly. Sometimes silly is a good thing. Remember you are getting out of your mind. This shaking will help you connect with YOU. Your true self. Which is where you want to be when you begin to give her a loving gentle massage.
  3. Gentle Touch. Do something different. Touch without touching. WHAT? Offer your lady a massage. Rub your hands together until they are really warm. Hover your hands above her body, without touching. You will feel the heat of her body, she will feel the heat of your hands. This is an amazing way to tap into a higher energy of love making. We do things the same
way all the time. Try something completely different. A surprising outcome may be such a wonderful response in return. Promise to not touch her genitals until or unless she wants you to. At which time, you will ask, "May I touch you here?" Asking gives a reverence and respect to your woman. It will help her to feel amazing, safe and relax into pleasure. How about giving her an orgasm first. Or maybe JUST the massage. Leave her wanting more.
The truth about being a great lover is getting out of your head and into your heart. A connection is something that comes from tapping into our hearts. We feel connected to each other through our hearts - then our body connection is so much more profound. Remember, my story about my guy from 40 years ago? I am still thinking of
Heart connected sex is the way to her heart
him because even after all these 40 years, we still have a connection. A connection can't be replaced by sexual prowess. It is not a technique. As a matter of fact, sensuality is not technique. It is fluid, motion, feeling into each breath, each kiss, each touch. It is not about rushing to the end result and being done. It involves a higher love. One that will buoy you up and keep you awake at night you feel so high! That is what you want. That is what she wants. Give her your heart, your body will follow.

Cannabis In A Sexual Lubricant For Women

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

I am passionate about helping people increase pleasure in their lives. Pleasure comes in many different forms. Happiness certainly is pleasure. That is what I desire for each of you. to be happy with yourself, your life and love your relationship. Each of us has a hot button. A pleasure dome, if you will. A connection with your partner will certainly increase the amount of pleasure you experience in your life. But what if your partner has difficulty letting go, or getting turned on? Or maybe even vaginal pain, what then?

If you, like me, have tried heating lubricants and maybe even sex toys to increase her pleasure you will find this information quite enlightening. Most women with sensitive tissues prefer something that doesn't burn their lady parts. Heating oils or lubricants don't work for many women as they can cause tissue sensitivity and even pain. I am a big fan of the healing benefits of coconut oil, so I thought I should share this interesting information with you.

Foria with you. Although I have not personally tried it, I have done my due diligence and feel it has a place. You don't get
high using Foria on your lady parts, or even performing oral while using Foria.

Foria allows women to completely relax. The tissues inside a woman's vagina become more soft and pliable, connecting and surrounding her partner while making love. Known to have strengthened women's orgasms, causing some to experience a 15 minute orgasm with a deep emotional release like a man has, this may be the inroad to some really incredibly connected and intimate experiences with your partner. Who wouldn't want a 15 minute orgasm?

Foria is a coconut based oil lubricant that is infused with marijuana. I have to share that marijuana is now legal in Washington state, Oregon, Colorado and Alaska for both medical and recreational use. Medical marijuana is now legal in 20 states.

A review is available on Elephant Journal, by several different women who tried the product. As with everything, everyone is different.

The key is that both coconut oil and the canabinoids in marijuana help alleviate pain, allowing many women to really let go and experience a much deeper pleasure than they have ever been able to before.
My purpose is to bring you the latest information to assist you and your partner have the best experience you can, while deepening your connection and the intimacy between you.

The best sex is when love and a powerful connection are present. Moving sex into the realm of sacred is my mission. If you enjoyed the article, please share it with your friends.

Help For The Addict: Sex Addiction POM

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Addictions can be as simple as being addicted to caffeine. You might need to have your cup of java to get yourself moving in the morning. You don't beat yourself up over it, you just do it. The problem with sex addiction is that most addicts beat themselves literally and figuratively over it.

All addictions come from the same source. Not knowing who you are,  and a lack of loving the self. Self love, self care and nurturing are all loving caring acts. When we don't love ourselves, we often act out our suffering on others. We often lash out, destroy the love given or refuse or reject it without even knowing. Addicts often think they are being loving while giving "selflessly" to others. The problem is that this giving is coming from an empty place, in order to RECEIVE something in return. We are often instead met with, "I didn't ask for you to do this!"

The bottom line is that all humans have addictions to something at some time in their life. Most people reel over this revelation, but it is true. Codependency is an addiction. We were all born with codependency. Every baby on this planet is dependent upon their mothers to care for, love and nurture them. When these basic needs are
addicted from birth?
not met, WHAMO! We have a void inside us that can't be filled. We search for love, often through sex. We crave success, wealth, fame, relationships, and sex to fill the hole that is seemingly bottomless. This whole has to be filled by us first. We have to give love to ourselves.

Why?

It is a Universal Law of The Universe. The Law of Reciprocity. You have to give to receive. You have to give love to you first. When we don't we attract others who have deep holed that they need to have filled. When two people feel unworthy and unlovable, the relationship can't succeed without tremendous effort. Often both parties have their own addictions.

Don't feel bad. You are in very good company. Tiger Woods, Charlie Sheen, David Duchovny, Michael Douglas, Bill Clinton and the list goes on. To get to the point, following this guide will get this party started in a good and healthy way. Below are positive steps you can begin right now to help you begin your recovery. Why do you want to
David Duchovny, where life meets art. He played a sex addict and
became one.
recover? Because you feel broken. You feel that a need just can't be filled. As soon as you climax, you want to do it again. You are reaching for your joy stick instead of dealing with the source of the issue.

Root Cause

In hypnotherapy, we call the source of the issue the root cause. It can also be called an emotional trigger. Men masturbate to fill a void. Masturbation shifts your emotional state. It lifts you temporarily. You feel a rising feeling, and a blissful state. The truth is that what you are missing is the love of yourself and a spiritual connection. For those of you who don't believe in God, The Divine or a Higher Power, perhaps you can beleive in The Universe. The Collective Consciousness perhaps?

Success

I have worked with hundreds of people on issues of addiction. I have helped women heal codependency so that they can go on to attract positive, loving and balanced relationships. Happiness is one of the side effects of working with me. Women come to me with depresssion, anxiety and end up being so much happier as a result of the tools I give them that work - everyday!

Women more than men seem to be driven towards healing codependency. Perhaps because more women seem to have an inate spirituality. Men are trouble shooters. They solve problems with logic. Sprituality does not involve logic.

Men though, like the fact that they jerk off to "relieve pressure." It is a rare man that says, "I really want to heal this so I can be in a healthy relationship. I get it. I was in denial that I had a real problem. Sometimes, it takes a divorce, a DUI, or family intervention to help the addict recognize that there is an alcohol or drug addiction. Most couples don't talk about a sex addiction. It is too private a matter.

Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It

This is what you need to do to begin to heal. If you masturbate 3 times a day. Cut back to once or twice instead. Each time you want to reach for your joy stick, reach for a pen and paper instead. Granted you might not have quite as much fun with the journaling, but you will find out what the source of your pain is. Addiction comes from feeling unloved, unlovable and unworthy of love. Self rejection is the underlying behavior. You have been running away from yourself by masturbating. Watch little boys. When they feel uneasy, they squeeze their penis to give themselves a little boost. It is like a mood altering drug. The little penis drug.

  1. Write down the feelings bubbling up when you have the urge to masturbate. I know guys don't want to FEEL. But the bottom line is that the underlying reason you feel empty is the reason you are reaching for your joystick. Each time you masturbate you are trying to change the way you FEEL inside. It has nothing to do with sexual arousal. You just THINK it does.
  2. Feel the emotion you are feeling fully. Don't run away by masturbating.

Shift Your Focus

Focus on You for a change. Look inside and get to know who you are. Answer these questions in your journal. Without internal focus, you are living outside of your body. Take a step inside you. If you need a little help getting there, put your dominant hand on the center of your chest, the heart chakra. Breathe in five times, exhaling slowly. This will help center you and bring you into your heart-mind, rather than your ego when you answer these questions.

  1. Who are you? Where did you come from? (this one usually stumps people. Answer: _Child of God. God.  This does not mean you have to start attending church. However, the spiritual part is a large part of healing you. Denying who you are has gotten you into this state.
  2. What do you love about you? List 10 things.
  3. What do you love to do? List 10 things.
  4. What are you passionate about? List at least 3 things that you are very passionate about. Are you doing any of these things regularly? Are you doing them at all, ever? This passion will become your soul purpose. How you give back. Being in service to humanity on some level is a necessary part of healing. For me, I serve by helping people live happier, connected lives in love and with passion.
  5. Soften your focus. Instead of beating yourself up with thoughts and words, be gentle and kind to yourself. The more loving and accepting you can be of your flaws and faults the higher your emotional fulfillment becomes. Instead of emptying your emotional gas tank you begin to fill it yourself with positive thoughts and feelings.
Mantras

I like to use mantras in the background of my mind. I recommend you do it for two weeks before you say, "Oh that doesn't work for me." Don't knock it till you have tried it. Mantras change your negative unconscious beliefs from running amok, to congruent longer and slower brain waves, that feel good. Begin with something simple like, "I am the light of the Divine inside me." If that doesn't work for you, how about, "I LOVE ME?"

Turn off your television. Stop watching the news and reading the newspaper. Okay, you don't have to, but you will see that a lot of your angst and suffering comes from media. I have not watched the news or read a newspaper in 20 years. It does not mean I am a PollyAnna. I don't tap into the fear-based media, or the mass consciousness of fear. If you wonder how I live a happy life every day - it is by being in the world but not OF it.

Healing The Family Of Origin

Not many people have wonderful childhoods. However, you don't have to continue feeling like a victim and hating on those who have hurt you. Instead the work with me, heals that past. I have loving ways to change patterns that were born from trauma, abuse, neglect, or abandonment.

Forgiveness

Believe me I understand all the reasons that make it so difficult to forgive the people who have hurt you. You don't need to have a written or spoken apology to let go and heal the past. Forgiveness is for you, not the other person. It unburdens you. It heals you. Forgiveness is a letting go.

Unforgiveness is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.

Letting Go

You can't have permanent healing without letting go of all fear-based mental constructs. Control, manipulation, jealousy are all fear-based mental constructs. Letting go is a release and surrender. Remember that doing the same thing over and over is the definition of insanity. Surrender is a much brighter path to your tomorrow.

A Modern Day Marytr?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Martyrdom is one of the seven basic character flaws or dark personality traits. When feelings of worthlessness are dominant a strong feeling of being a victim is also present. A parent or role model for you in early childhood can imprint you also with these same character traits. This is one pattern that I am very familiar with. My mother was and still remains a victim.

I had hoped that things would change over time. In my mother's case when anyone brings up her patterns to her, she comes down with a migraine that lasts days, even weeks. A recent event in our family led to my ability to watch the whole scene play out before my eyes. My hope is that if either you or someone you love has this pattern, that they can get the help they need to heal this very difficult choice.

My mother was orphaned at the age of five. Her mother died when she was 32 after her last home birth. Her father poisoned himself after molesting his eldest daughter. This is very sad. My mother did not receive the love she needed to grow up with good self esteem. She felt empty and longing inside of her and still does. Although she is beautiful and healthy she is constantly looking for validation outside of herself from other people. She remarked to me that she is different depending on who she is with and that everyone is that way. (I used to be the chameleon changing for men and friends, but no more.)  People with good self esteem are authentic. They know who they are and they are the same with everyone.
We have heard this story repeated thousands of times over the years. When I came out with the truth about the childhood molestation that my mother allowed to happen, she told me to "get over it!" My brother feels very strongly about her telling me to get over something, when she has made no attempt whatsoever to get over her own victimization.

I no longer feel like a victim. However, this paradigm played out long into my 40's. I worked on it from the time I was 32.

My mother is insistent on receiving thank you notes for gifts sent. In fact, so much so, that she stops giving gifts to those who don't thank her. When gifts are given to her she judges, critiques and
condemns them. They are never good enough, because she never feels good enough. At church she often tells parishioners that what they are wearing does not match. She is always trying to "help" other people improve, because she feels so worthless.

Recently, she asked my brother to drive a "friend" of hers to Toronto, a 2 hour drive in traffic, wait for her after her cataract surgery and then drive her back home. My brother knew very well if he said no to my mother, he would never hear the end of how no one ever helps her. Or no one ever does what she asks. No one comes to visit her and so on.

My brother spent his entire day when he could have been doing things he enjoyed, with this friend of my mother's. Waited during the surgery and recovery period. Sat with her while she recovered and then drove her home. He was given a token sum of money, that clearly did not cover his time, energy or patience. He helped the woman find her keys when she could not.

He stopped in to see our mother before he left her condo. My mother never once said thank you. My brother called me to vent. Knowing that this was going to cause a rift between my brother, his wife and family and our mother, I called her.

I suggested that he thank Tim. She got all huffy with me. "He didn't have to do it! He could have said no! He wasn't doing anything! He got paid for it!" She never once took any responsibility for her part in the whole event. She blamed Tim for everything. Then she went on to say, "Why am I always the bad guy! No one cares about me!"

When I called my mother back three days later she in her little victim voice said, "I've had a migraine for two days!" I asked her if she had called to thank Tim, she angrily told me, "I don't see that is any of your business!" My mother does not see anything wrong however, that she butts into other's lives, marriages and relationships. When called on her own stuff she can't take it. She reacts.

When my father was alive, he stood between us and our mother protecting her lest she might get upset. He also governed a lot of her behavior, tempering the affects for our family. At this point, my brother is so fed up with her cutting all his children off because they don't send thank you notes, and now she is refusing to thank him, he doesn't want anything to do with her.

My brother's refrain: "She will be a very lonely old woman." She may be beautiful, but she doesn't have many friends. Her acid tongue isn't remorseful. She condemns, critiques and judges everyone harshly and wonders why no one wants to be near her. Her outer world is a reflection of her inner world, thoughts and emotions of self condemnation.

The Victim Persecutor Rescuer Triangle

There is a triangle of persecutor, victim and rescuer. This dynamic is where the victim looks for their white knight. Someone to pull them out of the whole they have created for themselves, whether emotional, financial or physical. The rescuer ends up being the victim also because they become disempowered and are disempowering the victim as well.

These are the traits of a victim

  1. Do not take responsibilities for actions.
  2. When you bring up a victim's actions to them, they become extremely reactive and emotional.
  3. Victims blame others for the results of our own actions.
  4. Victims adopt some type of mechanism (anger, illness, upset, reactivity) that is clearly avoidance for the situation.
  5. Victims wallow in self pity. Why doesn't anyone like me?No one visits me.
  6. Victims thrive on drama and may be addicted to it.
  7. Victims are addicted to their pain and suffering.
  8. Victims have very low feelings of self esteem, unworthiness and feelings of not being loveable.
  9. Give too much to others, even when not asked and then feel taken advantage of and not appreciated.
  10. Wants to be liked by friends, family and community and therefore will volunteer to do everything in order to be accepted.
  11. Looking for love in all the wrong places, outside of themselves. Relationships will be very challenging while living in victimhood.
  12. Addictions, spending, relationships, substance is often present.
  13. Codependency figures prominently.
  14. Victims often attract vicimizers, because of the internal thoughts that are a beacon into the universe. Our thoughts bring back to us what we think and feel. If we feel we are a victim, the universe will agree, you most certainly are: her you go!

Victims are looking for love. Unfortunately, they look outside of themselves instead of loving and accepting the self. I love my mother. I accept her the way she is. At 92, I pray for her, I am
honest, loving and compassionate. I understand where her patterns come from. Miracles happen. I have not given up on her.

I used to be a victim. It governed my life for over half of it. During this time, I felt others used me, yet I seemed to go out of my way to become involved in things that didn't concern me. I gave too much
and felt lost and isolated in my marriages. When my partners would come to me to discuss situations, I would become reactive.

I wrote Odyssey Victim to Victory to help others heal their patterns of victimhood. It is one of the strongest parts of my recovery. My past no longer defines me. When I stopped being a victim, the self pity also went away. Self pity and seeking attention for others to pity us is a part of being a martyr. When we keep repeating the same stories about our past, we are stuck in this paradigm. Stop telling the tales of woe. Stop being a victim today and get the help you so deserve!

It does not have to be this way. I help you love and accept yourself so that you no longer feel like a victim. One of the first tenants is to take responsibility for your own actions. If you do something, OWN IT! Don't beat yourself up about it. It is a pattern than can be healed. Inner work, self discovery and energy healing, Neurolinguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy is part of the process I use. I help you systematically discover your patterns lovingly and compassionately. You are already whole. I help you remember who you truly are, and it is not a victim. You created this life, we can uncreate the patterns that are governing you.

These are the key ingredients to victimhood. If you are acting like a victim, there are serious repercussions from the universe for this pattern. Believe me, this next six months will unravel your world, if you don't. The energy on the earth is increasing in vibration. Patterns of addiction, victim, codependency and any other dark
shadowy parts of your personality that have not been dealt with, will be shown very clearly to you. It it time to heal these dark character flaws and love your life. Believe me you will be so much happier when you do.

Things I Know For Sure

By Jennifer Elizzabeth Masters

It's Saturday morning, we just experienced an amazing lunar eclipse, Passover began yesterday and millions are attending synagogs, churches and prayer meetings this weekend. On this most holy weekend, the energy is very high. You may have felt it upon awakening this morning. I certainly did. Even as you opened your eyes groggily, you may have noticed a sadness, a welling up of emotion from some unknown source. This is natural. Rather than run away, feel it fully, it will pass. This is old emotion surfacing. You want it to move. So stay with it. Mine did quickly.

Birth and Death

In one of my posts I shared that when I found breast cancer I was taken down the tunnel of light. I had the choice to die, like my ex-husband and leave my daughter, my life and my sons. I chose to stay, live and do the hard work. When I said, "What about Ariel?" I was backed like I was vacuum sucked out of the tunnel. It was like an exhaling. I still have work to do. I am not afraid of the tough part. My whole life has been challenging. Bring it on! Death is easy. Death is not as challenging as living.

Birth

When we are born, we travel through a tunnel. If you notice the babies in this video all have the same reaction. It is a "Holy Shit! expression on their faces, all of them. Why? Because we are all born the same way (unless through cesarian section). Vaginal birth is scary. It might even be painful. Dying for many is scary also, because we are walking into the unknown, it might even be painful. Birth and death take us through a tunnel. We come into the world the same way we leave it. Naked through a tunnel with light at the end. Is there really life after death? I know there is.

I have experienced it in many ways. My friends and ex-husband who are no longer in bodies on this planet, come to visit me regularly from the other side. They communicate with me. My beloved, John Armbruster spent hours with me on my last trip to Colorado at Christmas, changing my route, from the high road through the mountains, instead traveling the longer, safer route. He probably saved my life.

We are Multi-Dimensional Beings

I may lose some of you here. My hope is that I will stretch you, push you into opening your hearts and minds to see beyond what you see. Move into a more feeling world, where plants and trees communicate with you. Where your animals speak to you. Mine do. You may think I am crazy. My family certainly thinks I am strange. But I am the only one in my family of origin that is truly happy. They all know it too. Which is part of why they think I am crazy. Who is truly happy these days? Think about that for a moment. My kids come to me to help them manifest. Because they know what I can do. I teach them so they can do it for themselves.

Where Does Happiness Come From

Happiness is a choice. We can wake up in the morning and be pissed off at the world, our spouse, boyfriend, girlfriend, children, cats, dogs, bosses...... you get the picture. Or, you could do what I
Happy!
do each and every day - CHOOSE. I choose to be happy. Our life is filled with choices.

Happiness comes from within. Bad things happen. We have challenges. Loved ones leave us, people die. Our children grow up and don't call, or become sick, addicts or have their own issues to deal with. We can still be happy. They afterall are having THEIR own experience. We don't live through our children.

Orgasm

It is no wonder we love to orgasm. We have been given this beautiful gift of wonderment and ecstacy. Wanting to experience it as often as possible should be no surprise. There are some people however, that prefer to suffer. They prefer and are attached to their pain. Don't believe it? You should be in some of my coaching sessions. Some people need their pain. They are addicted to it.

The Point Of Orgasm

Orgasm is the closest we can come (sorry for the pun) to touching Creator, Source or The Divine. Over 80 centers of our brain light up. Read about it in my book, Orgasm For Life. Our kundalini rises
from our root chakra (the energy center located between our genitalia and anus  - the perineum). This energy rises, traveling up our interior column located inside the spine into the frontal cortex of the brain.

Next time you experience an orgasm be the witness. Experience the traveling of this incredibly Divine energy. Experience it fully. Move that energy up into your heart center and raise the experience even higher to make it a spiritual experience - completely expanding in the process. Maybe you will even laugh, cry, or just bliss out.

Why Women Say No

One of the reasons we say NO!
Women historically have not been the recipient of the orgasmic feelings to the point that their male counterparts have. More men orgasm all of the time, than women do. It is a fact. If you spend your entire adult life without experiencing orgasm, or rarely experiencing it, you might feel a little pissed off with your man. You might even say, I'd rather do it myself, at least I'lll get off!

Penis In The Vagina

Most men are really stupid when it comes to women. Yes, I will admit that most of us women are completely crazy as George Carlin used to say. Men don't learn how to please a woman, preferring to do the same thing over and over again getting the same results - maybe men are a little crazy too! 75% of women DO NOT ORGASM THROUGH A PENIS IN THE VAGINA! Why am I shouting? Because some of you just don't get it. Women need stimulation of the clitoris, the G-spot and other body parts to even become warmed up to the idea of sex. We are not ready to go as soon as your penis is hard. We need time to adjust to the idea of sex.

What Have You Done For Me Lately?

Women tend to hold grudges. If we don't hold grudges, we certainly remember. If you were mean, disrespectful, didn't appreciate us, forgot our birthday, anniversary, or didn't put the toilet seat down, you can forget all about sex. There are other reasons as well. If you don't help with the housework, have a job, take care of the animals, kids, cars......  we've got a million of reasons why not to have sex!

Be Kind. Be Appreciative and Say You Are Sorry!

Yes, women can be mean and unappreciative too. But remember we are the ones with the vaginas, right? If you want sex, be the better man. Be kind, be appreciative and show her how to treat you. If you have been an ass, say you are sorry! A heart-felt apology will get you more sex than being an ass hole! The kinder you are, the better to you she will be (except in real hard cases.) Remember it only takes ONE person to heal a relationship. Be the love you wish to have!

Give and Take

In many long-term marriages there have been many issues on both sides. There are hurt feelings, poor communication and often it appears as if there is no love. I am here to tell you that one of the
things I know to be sure is that if there was love there once, it can be rekindled. You just have to choose to do the work.

Feeling Life Is Hard?

Wherever you focus your thoughts is what you create more of. I know that if I begin to complain, I feel worse and become even more negative. I have chosen NOT to complain. It doesn't do me any good anyway! I have had many challenges and difficulties. I choose to focus on the joy, my internal peace and connection with nature, God, Source energy, all the good things in my life. My happiness is not dependent on another. Yours isn't either. Choose to be happy. Choose to live fully. Even if you are retired and your wife won't have sex with you, you can find a way to live a better and happier life. I know  you can do it.

Time Marches On

Things change. We change. Our bodies change as time passes. We don't have to focus on growing old. I certainly don't. I still feel like I am 18 inside. Only when I look at myself in the mirror with my reading glasses on do I see the true passage of time. I still choose to
You don't have to stop having sex!
feel young. I choose to be healthy. I choose to take care of myself and eat well, get outside and exercise. My mother is 92, and still getting around, living alone, cooking for herself and driving - except when she doesn't process emotion and gets hit with a three day migraine.

Get creative. Just because you can't have sex in a traditional way, does not mean you can't hold each other, masturbate together, or just hold each other. Be kind, touch, kiss, be gentle. But above all, be loving! If your wife doesn't want to have sex, don't spurn her. Instead give her MORE LOVE! Remember what Einstein said, "You can't change something with the same energy that created it." Be loving!

Our Attitude and Perception Is Everything

I choose to feel happy. I choose to look at the bright side of every situation. I choose to live each day in the moment now. If I don't I will surely miss the incredible magic and miracles that occur each
and every day. Some of them are so small, that we can miss them if we are looking down, being negative and focusing on how difficult life is. That woe is me attitude is where I began my life. Lounging and wading in self pity will keep you in misery. That is not where I live and breathe. I prefer joy. I prefer love. I prefer to give and receive with an open heart. What about you?

That is something I healed from. I stopped the generational molestation. My children did not have to experience that pain in their lifetime. Thank God Goddess and all the angels! Now after writing, I will meditate with a lovely new client, then take my dogs to the beach. Enjoy your day and weekend like it is your last day on earth! You never know when it is.

Dancing In The Dark

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Yesterday, I spent the day in Los Angeles. I currently live about 80 miles away. It is always a nice change of pace to go into the big city, feel the excitement and to get my hair done. My stylist is a spiritually evolved wise man about my age. He trained with Vidal Sassoon and taught in his studio many years. Of course, we talked about sex.

As a man, he has a different perspective than most women. His honesty about men dating after divorce was insightful. He said men want sex. The majority of women want more than just sex. "Men are paying big bucks for dinners, roses, gifts to get sex, not to mention the time they have to put in to get sex. They might as well hire a prostitute it would save them money!"

His philosophy was similar to mine, that this is transactional sex. In other words, men might as well pay for sex and save themselves the trouble - most don't want the messiness of a relationship, or another marriage. We both said at the same time, that sex without a CONNECTION is a waste of time. Wise words, for a man....  I respect this man.

Even in marriage we transact for sex. "Do the dishes, help me around the house, and I will give you sex." Manipulating for sex in any way is a low vibration. Without a connection sex is meaningless "bumping uglies" as the urban dictionary describes mindless sex.

I know several men who divorced, thinking that they would get more lovin' outside of their marriages. They were in for a rude awakening when they found that most women aren't interested in just having sex without a connection. In fact, many are looking for a commitment, marriage and some even want to have children. For most women, we feel without a connection there isn't much point in rutting around with someone, in the off-chance we might have a good time.

Wise Woman Words

I cannot tell you the number of men who contact me, thinking that because I write and talk about sex, that I would be easy. On the contrary. I love myself enough to be selective. Just because a man wants sex with me, does not turn me on. In fact, it is disrespectful to think that I would want to have sex with you without establishing a friendship, relationship first and having a deep and powerful connection. If you think that way, you obviously don't have any idea who I am on a soul level. Read my books, posts, rather than skim through the sex part and look at me as some sort of porn star.

What A Woman Wants

Although younger women and some more mature women will have casual sex with men. Most women who love and respect themselves, will not. They want a connection. A connection can happen in a moment. At a minimum they want to feel loved, revered, respected and have a spiritual connection as well. This is what makes great sex incredible and passionate. If you want to have sex with a woman here is what you need to do:

  1. Listen. Most dating men get bored with a women talking. They want to get down to brass tacks. May I remind you that this woman could be home masturbating and having a better time, so be interested in what she is saying. Get to know her.
  2. Friends First. Without friendship, there is little point in a relationship. Beginning a relationship with sex gets you off on the wrong foot (even though that is the goal of most men).
  3. Romance. Most women want to be romanced. Sex begins in the mind. Women don't usually get turned on seeing a naked man with an erect penis. If our mind isn't turned on first, forget it.
  4. Kiss. Kissing is the precursor to sex. A great kiss can be the shoe in - or a door opener. A kiss tells a woman a lot about the man she is considering bedding. If you are a sloppy kisser, you are probably lousy in the sack. Learn to keep your tongue in your mouth. Kiss with your lips. Go slow. I remember the worst kiss I ever had - a man that I had not even considered dating leaped at me tongue hanging out and slurped at me like a Saint Bernard. I could not get him out of my car fast enough. I was not interested in him in a physical way. I was kind, compassionate - but that was all. Which leads me to the next key point!
  5. Read The Signs. Men tend to think women think and feel like they do. We don't. Treat her like a woman. Open her door, be a gentleman. Watch her face. Notice if she makes a lot of eye contact or looks at you. She may begin touching your hand, or shoulder. If she does, she is interested. If she is looking elsewhere most of the time, take her home! She is not interested. Make sure you are paying attention to her, watching her signals and signs.
  6. Touch.  A hand held, or an arm through yours while walking is one thing. Take care not to overdo touch. There is nothing worse than having a man fawn all over you, when you are not the least bit interested. Don't touch her. Let her touch you. If she doesn't, that is a clear sign she isn't interested. I have been to dinner with men who have petted me like I was a cat - complete turn off!
  7. Passion. When a connection has been made sex can be instantaneous. Remember my post about reconnecting with a man I knew 40 years ago? We had an instantaneous connection even though 40 years had passed. All it takes is a moment. Passion cannot be faked. Even dancing in the dark can be passionate. Ask Bruce!
