Addictions: When Nothing Fills Us Up

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

When we feel empty lost and not enough, nothing ever seems to fill us up. We can buy the latest cell phone or computer that we feel is the next thing we absolutely need, the charge may light us up temporarily but it doesn't last.

Whether it is a car, a huge home or a brand new wardrobe or outfit buying something won't give us what we are looking for. The emptiness won't be filled with things. Nothing material is going to do it for us. We might think it will, but it doesn't last. Take my SELF-LOVE Quiz

I used to spend thousands of dollars in one shopping spree to feel the charge and excitement of it. Then I had to go home and explain why I spent so much money to my husband. Once home, I would crash and the high that I received from the shopping was gone!

Take My SELF-LOVE IQ QUIZ

How did I get here? I felt lost, empty and not good enough. I felt like I was born the wrong sex. I felt like I would never amount to anything. I was attempting to fill myself up with things to make me feel better about myself. This shopping never worked, in fact, it caused more problems than it helped.

The Emotional Reasons You Need To Dump That Storage Unit

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Many people fill the holes they feel inside with stuff. Whether it is collections, clothing, cars, televisions or furniture too much stuff weighs us down and creates a heavy burden which makes us very unhappy.

Part of being happy is letting go of all the laden collections, multiple televisions, couches, armoires and family heirlooms.

Our stuff doesn't make us happier, in fact, too much stuff makes us very unhappy. JEM

Storage units are rented by one out of every eleven US households an increase according to a recent survey of 75 percent since 1995. There are 1.875 billion square feet of storage space in America with nearly 40,000 facilities.

When I moved from Georgia to Boulder, Colorado, I sold everything and stored very little. After over two years of paying for two storage units, one in Georgia and one in California I dumped both when I realized I didn't want any of it. In fact, the storage unit in California that cost me over $1,000 housed only cardboard boxes and a few tools.

Shopping addiction to fill the void
The caveat here is that I have lost everything to mold or given everything away three times. I used to have a tremendous amount of stuff. I was a shopaholic replacing one addiction with another. My closets were stuffed to the gills with clothes I hadn't worn, some with tags still on. I had hundreds of books and collections
from my travels and living abroad. Now I live simply and am so much happier as a result. I had clutter everywhere, especially papers. Now my home is tidy, organized and simple.

When We Hoard

Hoarding
Earlier in 2016, I had a woman call me from Georgia for landscaping. Though I don't have For Heaven Scapes, Ltd any longer, she ended up talking to me for a while once she heard what I am doing now. She told me she could use some help becoming happier.

As we talked about her propensity to create crafts and hang onto them, rather than sell them, I asked her if she had a difficult time letting go of emotions. At first, she didn't understand me. I explained when we get upset about something but can't let go we are an emotional hoarder. She said, "Yes, I guess that is me."

She paid for a session because she had so much stuff her husband didn't want to buy another home till she got rid of all her crafty stuff. She was attempting to fill the hole in her heart she felt with her crafts. She had lost herself and didn't know what she wanted. She had so much she had a pod in the driveway as well as the largest storage unit she could have.

When Things Are More Important Than People

Sometimes it is easier to have relationships with things rather than people. Things don't yell, complain or criticize. If we grew up in a household where we didn't feel loved, we may be attempting to fill that void inside us that is longing to be loved with our stuff. When we don't love ourselves unconditionally, others won't either. It may be challenging to let go of our things because we feel a sense of loss when we do.

Things Are Just Things

Loving ourselves unconditionally means loving all of us - even the shadowy parts that aren't the best parts of ourselves. We all have them. Imagine if you lost everything like I did to mold, or fire. What if you lost the ones you love? Putting too much importance on things means your life is out of balance.

Ask Yourself These Questions To Assist With Give-Away and DeCluttering

  • Have I worn or used this in the past year?
  • Does this item make me feel good (happy) or sad?
  • Is this item something that I want because I love it or do I feel a need to keep it due to guilt or some other negative emotion?
  • Am I hanging onto this only because I know how much it cost rather than because I love it or use it daily?
  • Do I really need ____ (five) of this item?
This following list that will help you keep life and your stuff in perspective they are more important than material things and will help you fill the void you feel inside.
  1. Self-improvement. Learning is something we need to do daily. Even if you have multiple degrees learning is something we need to do to stay thriving and positive. Learning is exciting and uplifting. Expanding ourselves is what we are here to do.
  2. Self-love and acceptance. Loving the self is key to happiness and great relationships. Without self-love we are needy, looking for someone else to fill us up. We might even rely on our things to make us happy - but things can't hug us back, or touch our soul. Being Beautiful And Happy With You.
  3. Family bonds. Love is what makes the world go around. Forgive everyone and love everyone.
  4. Friendship. Life is more fun with friends. Having someone to talk to can lift our spirits and help us stay positive. Choose friends who are positive rather than negative.
  5. Daily meditation. Meditation helps you stay grounded and recognize what is important. Having a practice of stillness and listening to the inner voice will help you stay balanced.
  6. Healthy diet. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables with protein is an important part of feeling good. If we don't eat a healthy diet we aren't thriving. Fast food causes depression.
  7. Regular exercise. Exercise has been scientifically proven to ward off depression. Whether it is Zumba, yoga or a daily walk daily exercise is best, three times a week average will make you happier. Once a week isn't going to provide you what a daily walk will do. Go to a mall and put blinders on so you don't stop and shop. Walk around the mall when the weather is bad - till springtime.
  8. Philanthropy. Giving back is a tremendous source of joy and happiness. Helping others in some way could be as simple as volunteering at a local animal shelter, giving pet food to a shelter or money, teaching English to those who can't speak it. Envision what our world would be like if everyone was able to help each other out.
  9. Time Management. Being able to balance work, social activities, exercise and sleep is a large part of having a life you enjoy. When you have enough time for everything important you can create time for hobbies, organizing and decluttering. The more orderly your home is, the more enjoyable it will be to spend time at home. Getting to bed early will help you sleep well. When you are well-rested you will feel better and be less likely to be depressed.
  10. Love. Having a healthy balanced and loving relationship will certainly help you to be happier and more fulfilled. Finding the best person for you certainly, could take some effort. Knowing yourself well and your core values will help. Knowing what you want in a relationship or partner is something that I can help you with in my From Tainted To True Love course which begins on February 1st. A relationship requires work, compromise on both sides. When we have a loving relationship we become bigger, stronger with their loving words and support.

Coping With Borderline Personality Disorder

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

You might call her fickle, twisted, impossible to please or bipolar. A woman with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) is highly unstable, with a poor self-image, constant ups, and downs, stormy relationships and may feel insane.

Borderline Personality Disorder is far more severe than being fickle, but treatable. The condition stems from trauma in childhood creating abandonment issues. The loss of a parent(s), sexual molestation, or rape in childhood could be the cause.

It is estimated that 1.6% of the population have Borderline Personality Disorder. 75% of those diagnosed with BPD are women though men who have been diagnosed with PTSD or depression may have Borderline Personality Disorder.

Symptoms

  • Frantic efforts in an attempt to avoid abandonment from friends, family and loved ones
  • Unstable personal relationships are known as splitting: "I'm so in love with him" followed by "I hate him!"
  • Impulsive behaviors that can have disastrous results - overspending, reckless driving, unsafe sex or substance abuse
  • Flipping from being calm to irrational anger or rage for the smallest of reasons
  • Fixation on clothes and looking their best in public
  • Distorted self-image and childish fixation "they liked me!"
  • Irrational or inappropriate rage followed by guilt or shame
  • Extreme feelings of liking or loving someone followed by a feeling of intense hatred
  • Chronic emptiness or boredom
  • Nothing is ever enough
  • Narcissistic behavior - it's all about them
  • Inability to take responsibility for behavior - blames others
  • Extremely critical and judgmental of others
  • Can't be happy for other's successes
  • In competition for others affection
  • Stress can lead to periods of psychosis
  • Dissociative - disconnection from self and thoughts - out of body experiences
  • Suicidal tendencies or self-harming may occur
  • Lack healthy boundaries
  • Inappropriate fixation on other people's personal issues
Causes

Though not fully understood, scientists agree that BPD is caused by a combination of factors:

  • Genetics. Though there is no gene associated with Borderline Personality Disorder, it is hereditary. A study of twins showed that it is five times more likely to occur in families where a first-level family member had the disease.
  • Those who experience traumatic life events such as sexual molestation, rape, or separation from one or both parents are more likely to develop the disease
  • The way the brain works with those with BPD is different than those without it; this suggests a neurological basis for the disease. Parts of the brain that control judgment and emotions may not communicate well with other areas. Like a missed synapse or broken contact within the brain.
There is not one test to discover if a person has BPD. To be considered BPD one would have to have 5 or more of the symptoms above.

The Devastation of A Mother With BPD

An undiagnosed and untreated mother with BPD can leave devastating affects on children until the end of life. A toxic parent that is loving one minute and then rageful the next can't be trusted. You might feel you are walking on eggshells constantly. Children of a BPD parent will be left invalidated, extremely insecure often with alcohol-related coping conditions or other addictions.

Often a child does exactly as directed by the BPD parent only to be chastised and berated for doing what they were told. Even well into adulthood a BPD parent will be berating and directing the adult children as if they have no sense at all, "Have you called your brother?"

A parent with BPD expects their needs to be met no matter what "to hell with your needs." When an issue is brought up to the parent, they are irrational and even vengeful. They might be jealous of your life, relationships or even your children. (I wrote about this in Odyssey Victim To Victory.) They want you to join them in their misery and can't be happy for your successes. Validation or praise was most likely missing in your childhood and you may continue to long for validation today.

The volatility in the household due to the BPD parent may cause the phrase, "To keep peace in the family.........." to be often heard. As it was in my household. "We mustn't upset mother. You know your mother! "

We have to let go of attempting to change our parents; we can't.

The Good News

Trapped emotions can be cleared. Trauma can be softened and cleared as well. The memory may linger, but the patterns can be changed. Healing can happen.

I hope this article is helpful in some way. I would love to hear from you, either comments or questions. Please either respond at the bottom of this article, or on FaceBook. Often a conversation can be helpful with others who have also experienced what you are going through.

Due to my personal experience with my mother, I am extremely compassionate. I had my experience with feeling bat-shit crazy. I understand how devastating it can be to experience the impossible to please the parent.
Often the partner of someone with BPD pre-deceases the other from the high levels of stress in the home.

If You Do Any Of These Three Things You Don't Love Yourself

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Most people think they have healthy self-esteem. 50 million Americans suffer from mental disorders ranging from depression to eating disorders. The World Health Organization (WHO) report that more deaths are caused each year by suicide than homicide or war (source). All health issues come from a lack of self-love.

How Can You Tell If You Don't Love Yourself?

There are many ways to discover if you don't love yourself. I have compiled a list to guide you. Even those with healthy self-esteem still have insecurities lurking in the shadows. We are all works in progress. Remember to take small steps; I have some remedies to help you as well. My books are all about self-love, loving yourself fearlessly and becoming enlightened.

It is important to note that over 90% of our thoughts are unconscious. Our unconscious thoughts are running the show. Most people are totally unaware of the negative and self-hating thoughts they think unconsciously.

If You Do These Three Things You Don't Love Yourself
  1. You find yourself breathing shallowly, holding your breath or barely breathing.  People with low self-esteem feel they are unworthy; they don't value themselves enough to breathe deeply which affirms life and keeps you strong and healthy. Many people with low self-esteem end up with asthma, COPD, and heart issues.
  2. You focus on what others are doing and attempt to fix, change or "help" others. When our self-esteem is low we notice the issues, problems and things others need to do which takes the focus away from ourselves. People with healthy self-esteem turn inward to see why they feel the way they do without blaming another person for their feelings.
  3. You are unhappy. Unhappiness is a sign of low self-esteem. Instead of seeing all the good in your life you focus on the problems. You may be negative, have many issues with your health, or problems within relationships. Plain and simple, people with low self-esteem look at what is wrong instead of what is right with their lives.

True Story (Permission granted by client)

Yesterday, I received an urgent message from a client and friend. She was distraught about her actions and felt ashamed. Shame is a very low vibration that occurs when we have been molested, raped, abused or humiliated. In fact, shame according to David R. Hawkins in his book, Power Versus Force is the lowest vibration a human being can have.

Within the first two minutes of the phone call all I heard was what was wrong in her life. She was wearing a heart monitor and had gained weight; her blood sugar was erratic, and she was on all sorts of medications for anxiety, depression and her general unhappiness.

She had an affair with a man who was abusive to her, put her down and told her she was fat. I gave her some suggestions and did some energy healing to balance and clear her energy. An energy clearing will relieve anxiety, depression and clear negativity, blocks, limiting beliefs and lighten both your body, mind, and auric field. I had absolutely no judgment on what she told me. I mentioned a fear of intimacy is often why we have affairs.

Her focus was on all that was wrong with her life. She was seriously considering suicide, which I mentioned before she did. She was surprised that I picked up on something she tried to hide. Her relief in the fact that I could go there with her without any judgment or criticism helped her laugh with me when I told her the following:

"What I am seeing and feeling is that your focus is on everything that is wrong. Do you continue to focus on areas of your life looking at them wondering if it is dog shit? You look at it unsure if it is dog shit, so you squeeze it a little to see if it feels like dog
A steaming pile of shit!
shit, then you smell it and see if it smells like dog shit, you turn it over in your hand and look at it a little more closely. But you still aren't positive. So you taste it to see if it tastes like dog shit! Here is the bottom line:

If it looks like shit and it smells like shit, it probably is SHIT!"

Why You Have To Shift Your Focus

Wherever we focus our attention, thoughts and energy grows. In other words, if you keep looking at your problems, problems are all you see. If you keep looking at how bad your husband, wife, partner or friend is, all you see is the negative. You can no longer see the positive because your back is turned the other way.

How You Can Quickly Shift Your Focus

  1. Look at all the things that are good in your life. Be grateful for those positive attributes. Write down everything you do have. Write a list beginning with having been alive again to see another sunrise. Having eyes, that see, fingers that move, legs that work. Children, a husband that loves you (hopefully) grandchildren, a roof over your head, that you can still watch a sunset. Write down everything you can think of and give thanks for it. Gratitude is the fastest way to recognize all that you do have. Things will begin to shift when you turn your thoughts and focus away from the problems.
  2. Look at yourself through eyes of love. Look at yourself as if you are a newborn baby. It might sound silly, but think about how you felt when you had your first child. Did you hate it? Did you beat it up when it cried? Did You hit it or berate it for being hungry, unhappy or having a messy diaper? No. You loved this child. If you don't have children, think of a pet you love, or another person you love. How do you treat those you love dearly? You are kind, compassionate, caring and gentle, show those kindnesses to yourself.
  3. Get to know yourself. People with low self-esteem don't know much about themselves because they are focused on everyone else.
  4. Write a list of 10 things that you LOVE about yourself. Dig deep and be sure to come up with 10! Most people that don't love themselves have difficulty because they have so much self-loathing and disgust for themselves that they are challenged to love themselves. Getting to know yourself is the first step to self-love.
  5. Every day look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself; I LOVE YOU! People who don't love themselves are quick to fall in love with others but rarely turn that love towards themselves. When those same people get into a relationship they look for the other person to fill them up, instead of filling themselves up with love first, then loving their partner, which is the healthy balanced way to love.
  6. Our unconscious thoughts of self-hatred create illness and disease. All addictions and cancers are caused by a rejection of the self, self-loathing, deep hurts and resentment that are unhealed.
  7. Hire a coach who loves themselves. It took me over thirty years to get to this place of loving acceptance and permanent happiness. I can save you tons of struggle, time, and energy. I have done it, and I know how to get you there as well.

When we lack self-love, we don't have the confidence to stand up for ourselves. We look for validation in others. We long for relationships to make us happy, but they don't.

We stay in relationships where we are put-down, abused, lied to, cheated on, battered or mistreated. We stay in jobs we hate. We push love away. We have issues with money and feel unloved. We have issues with our health and physical pain. We do things we don't like, and we die too young. If you have missed the signs your body has been giving you, there are probably health issues like diabetes, weight gain, overeating, anxiety, depression, Fibromyalgia, Addictions, unhappiness, relationship issues, jealousy, issues with commitment, being late, control, fears, and insomnia. I used to have all of these issues, but not anymore.

Loving the self is the fastest path to happiness. JEM

I Dare You To Love ME!

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

There are times in our lives that we feel completely broken. Feeling unloved can drive us to do some really crazy Sh*t. In fact, we may even feel a little crazy when we do what we do. Emotional abandonment, sexual molestation and physical abandonment by our parents when we were children are only some of the causes for treating our partners like crap.

It is my wish that this article will help you understand your motivation or your partner's for the things that have occurred and were said during your emotional upheaval.

Women and men can exhibit behavior that dares you to love them. They appear to push you away and then manipulate you to give them love in other ways.

Fracturing occurs when a childhood event, like a rape creates a rift in their soul. Emotional fracturing leads to deep wounding when a trusted or loved person breaks the bond of boundaries. This wounding can be healed with compassion, patience and time. Hypnotherapy, energy healing along with coaching to change thought patterns and the unconscious mind help tremendously. It took me over thirty years without a coach to heal my trauma. Two hypnotherapy sessions helped Alice with her rape trauma.

The worst of the worst

There are several situations that lead to feeling emotionally abandoned and fractured. I have listed the worst here for your review. Children become fractured, pieces of the soul are literally shattered and scattered into the ethers when these events occur. Give yourself compassion for what you have experienced. Forgive yourself using the Ho'oponopono Prayer and then forgive your perpetrator. Forgiveness releases you from the burden of resentment and suffering.

  1. Molestation by anyone four years older than yourself. Any type of molestation fragments the soul. Self-esteem becomes non-existant (though Narcissistic behavior can attempt to compensate). Challenges with boundaries become our life's work. Co-dependency is prevalent as well as sexual addiction and other addictive behaviors. Molested children often become sexually active early in life. Children who were abused often grow up to abuse others, as it was their lessons in what love is (although false). Sex is confused with love. Diabetes can occur as food addictions can surface from a need to feel loved. Food helps us stuff our emotions and allow us to escape slightly from the pain. Negativity, illness and a thirst for love will ensue. Until self-love and complete self-acceptance occurs healthy relationships are impossible.
  2. Rape, sodomy or inappropriate touch by anyone, especially a parent, step-parent, religious figure, Scout leader or teacher. 17 million men have been raped, and molested. Most never get help. Sexual addictions, alcoholism, and drug addiction is often evident in those who have not healed from this trauma. Everything from 1. is included here as well. A loss of innocence leads to anger, rage and often abusive behavior towards partners.
  3. Alcoholic mother. Having a mother that is an alcoholic is worse than having a father who is alcoholic. Our mothers nurture us, care for us and love us. An alcoholic mother is not capable of any of these things. They are completely emotionally unavailable, leaving her children feeling broken, emotionally stranded and abused in so many ways. Relationships are extremely difficult for those who have experienced this type of trauma. Anger is always prevalent. Depression becomes apparent as well as anger you feel you don't have a right to becomes stuffed and ignored.
  4. Alcoholic parents. When both parents are alcoholics our dysfunction rules our lives. With alcoholic parents, we are forced to grow up too fast. Our innocence is stolen. Our view of reality is skewed. Having order is a necessity to make sense of a life where no one was present enough to love us completely. Addictions, anger, depression, even abuse follow us when our parents are alcoholics or drug addicts. Self-esteem is extremely low and therapy, counseling, hypnotherapy and self-love coaching is imperative for a healthy balanced life. Meditation practice helps tremendously.
  5. The Death of a parent. No matter how old we are, losing a parent is debilitating. Losing a parent before the age of ten is extremely damaging. Losing a parent as a teenager leads to co-dependence, addictions, and low self-esteem.
  6. The helpless viewing of a parent being abused is extremely debilitating. You could become abusive yourself. Anger, depression and addictions could be prevalent. Low self-esteem is a matter of course. Helplessness can govern your life until it is cleared.

Manipulation

Manipulation is also known as Gaslighting. It occurs when false information is presented in such a way to cause the other to think that they didn't remember something clearly. It is also referred to as Ambient Abuse, a delightful name for music, but not something you want in a relationship.

Manipulation can also occur when we use a back door to get what we want. It is never a positive thing. Manipulation is a dark energy and occurs when we can't ask outright for what we want. We use subversive tactics to get our needs met. "Do you love me?" is what is being asked when you read between the lines.

Feeling Unloved and Unworthy

Having been in the place of feeling unworthy and unloved, I know that this leads to grave inadequacy. We don't love ourselves enough to be able to receive love. We can't feel it, see it or hear it when it comes. Our shields of protection and unworthiness prevail. "No one could ever love us, so you must be lying."

When someone dares you to love them, they need help. They are powerless to make the changes themselves. They are crying for help.

Wounded People Wound Others

When we are hurting, we often lob insults, abuse and other horrible behavior at those we love. Sometimes it flies out of our mouths and we feel dreadful guilt and shame afterward. Once words are spoken or shouted we can't take back the damage. Abuse chips away at the love that was once there. Having been on the receiving end, I know for a fact that eventually the only feelings we have for the other are negative

When Fear Motivates Us

Fear reigns supreme when abuse is prevalent. No one deserves to be abused either physically or emotionally. Any type of abuse leaves us feeling raw, useless and unlovable. Feeling afraid of our partner is no way to live. Even the threat of violence is abuse. I remember hearing others say to me, well if he didn't hit you it isn't abuse. Then he hit me. The threat of violence is just as debilitating as being hit.

What Can Be Done?

  1. Hire a coach who has been there. Someone who has healed their own trauma and loves themselves is imperative. Often therapists and coaches are doing the work they do to heal themselves. Not everyone is awake and healed.
  2. Forgive. Letting go of the past is imperative to heal.
  3. Love Yourself! When we are wounded we look for love outside of ourselves. Until we find it within, we can't receive or give love in balance. Take one of my audio courses, like Aphrodite Effect, or Happiness Jumpstart, or The Shift. These are reasonable offerings that will clear your patterns of self-destruction and unworthiness. Barring that, download my APP and listen to the FREE offerings available.
  4. Use mantras several times a day. Mantras are very healing. Remember you have had these feelings for years. Don't expect to do a few mantras and be good-to-go. Recite the following daily. I AM LOVED. I AM SAFE. I AM SECURE. Repeat silently while driving. Watch how your world begins to shift.
  5. You are Worthy and Loved already! Yes, I mentioned it above. Look at yourself while nude in the mirror. Tell your reflection you love and accept yourself the way you are. Go over each body part, "I love my face, I love my breasts, I love my stomach, I love my bottom, I love my legs, I love me!" Do it daily.
  6. Fill the emptiness inside. Often we feel empty because we feel unloved and unworthy. Following this post will help you. Click here.
  7. Heal the numbness and lost memories from childhood.

Do You Feel There Is Never Enough?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

In the more than thirty years of discovery and healing, I have discovered a disconnect that most of people have. Most people have lack consciousness. Lack is a sense that there isn't enough money or love. Most people go through life feeling that if their spouse did more they would be happier. If they loved us differently or had sex with us more often we would feel happy in our relationships.

From Tainted To True Love

This lack of love from our relationships translates into our financial issues as well. When we have money issues, we also have issues with love. Why? When money is in short supply, it is because we feel unloved. To have an abundant supply of money we have to feel loved. When we feel loved we feel full, rather than a sense of lack or emptiness.  Money is a tool for bringing us wonderful things. Money is an energy just like love, in fact, the energy of money and love are equal. If you feel empty, lost or unloved, money issues will result.

The problem is not outside or you, it's INSIDE!

Our lack consciousness comes from feeling we aren't enough and not feeling loved.

Bottom line, this pattern of lack comes from within. Somewhere in your past (and mine) we felt abandoned. We felt we didn't get the love we either deserved or should have. We often feel undeserving or unlovable.

If you feel wrong broken or as if something is missing, you don't feel comfortable in your own skin, don't feel you belong or feel lost; these are all from beliefs and patterns stuck inside your unconscious mind.

From Tainted To True Love

THE GOOD NEWS!

I have a fix for you! Beginning next week, right in time for Valentine's Day!

Beginning Wednesday, January 27th!

I am offering a program that will move you out of that feeling that there isn't enough.

If you think you aren't enough, you won't be.
If you feel unloved you are.
If you tell yourself you are ugly, that is how you feel.
If you feel no one will ever love you, you will never find love.

I have a way to fix it! Look at your relationships. Do they fulfill you? Or do you feel left wanting, that there wasn't enough love to go around. Have you been cheated on, lied to or abandoned? Do you also find that as soon as you have money, it goes just as quickly as it came in?

When your relationships continue to disappoint you, it’s so easy to blame the other person: “If she would only” “If he wouldn’t”spacer2However, the problem isn’t what you think – at all. If you give up and start over again, you will only attract another and another just like the one before – maybe even with more challenges and difficulties than the one before.spacer2None of your problems are caused by the other person. Nope! None of them! I can certainly relate to what you’re going through.

Testimonials About Jennifer's Work:

“I found the love of my life at week five after working with Jennifer!” – Lisa Barnes, UK
“I used to complain about my husband not doing enough, not doing what I thought I wanted. Working with Jennifer helped me see my patterns, move into my heart and out of my head. I am more in love with my husband of 26 years now than ever! – Jennifer I., Denver, CO
“I’ve had a history of attracting tainted love affairs. My last boyfriend broke destroyed me. I thought I would never fall in love again. He was having two relationships at the same time!
Working with Jennifer, I learned how I kept repeating a pattern of attracting “bad boys” rather than men. Through the clearings of my beliefs, and Jennifer’s unique coaching style with her amazing Guidance, I am now in a committed serious relationship. The weird thing is prior to working with Jennifer I would never have noticed him. He was different than what I usually am attracted to. He is a wonderful loving, intelligent, kind, attentive man who adores me! Without Jennifer, I would still be with guys that cheat and break my heart.” – Michele, Los Angeles

About the Cascade of Miracles Prayer
spacer2“Thanks Jennifer. I was running late in getting home tonight, so I wasn’t as relaxed as I should’ve been and the house took a while to warm up. So I was cold and hurried when we started. I apologize for that. I did eventually relax enough to affirm the affirmations and be present.
I didn’t get a chance to tell you that the Cascade of Miracles Prayer is awesome. I ahve been listening to the financial clearing daily, and each time I listen to it and I add my prayers for other people, I have noticed unexpected sales, small amounts of cash and free stuff show up for me almost immediately. At first I didn’t make the connection, but I jokingly said to my daughter that each time I said the prayer for someone else, something wonderful happens for me. Then, it clicked. So, thank you, thank you. I look forward to great things in 2016.
You are indeed awesome and I am delighted and so grateful that you are taking the time to help us each week.”
“Hey Jennifer – had an amazingly busy week energy, business and greatness-wise. Here are the latest great things that happened since your clearing:
During the clearing I was wound a little tighter than normal and then the shift happened…
I had a makeup event in salon that was only 60% booked (which I always make myself sick over with stress and anxiety) and the evening before it was to happen I had a client text that she was bringing 3 extras and 5 minutes later another client text she was in town and wanted to attend, which made the event almost full. It was wonderful!!
Next my client was selling freshwater pearl and leather belts and one of my other clients had been wanting one for over a year now but unable to pay the amount. When the designer came in to have her hair done she said she would drop it significantly and I was so happy to let my client know the next night and she was able to immediately purchase it.
Before the makeup event the representative for our Jane Iredale line told me I was radiant and had great energy when I walked in. We then started talking about her family and Charleston and I found out her sister had just been diagnosed with Leukemia and was deteriorating quickly:(. I told her I would think positively for her and that I was sorry. An hour later she politely interrupted myself and my client with tears saying “I told you you had good energy today-my sister found a bone marrow donor and is being flown to Dallas ASAP. I was so lucky to be a part of that!!!
Thursday morning I noticed the regular homeless man outside the gym and realized I had forgotten to drop my husbands clothing off at Goodwill. I pulled to the man and asked if he wanted to browse and take what he needed and wanted and he happily took much of it. I spoke with him for a while and noticed he needed new shoes- asked his size and sent a text to some friends with tall husbands who may have large enough feet. I left that conversation feeling adrenaline the type you feel after you had almost been in a car wreck. Happy – true happy energy – flowing through my whole body and I squealed out loud with joy and excitement!!!
All last week I was Giddy and playful and wasn’t stressing over employee drama at the salon.
I pulled the trigger on a huge billboard for my salon and was lucky enough for one of my talented clients to happily help me with it when I asked.
My Salon Media Kit was completed and will be personally sent out to 50+ contacts and I feel like I am giving birth to a whole new baby;)
Electrician had to come do unexpected work worth of $900 at the salon and then they told me it was only going to be $360!!!!
Was put in touch with the politician in charge of bringing the film industry to Atlanta and he immediately set up a face to face meeting at my salon to talk about how he can put me in contact with the right people to help!!  Huge!!!
Someone stopped a client at the gas station across from the salon to find out who gave her her haircut then came in the salon to book an appointment.
I had a gift for my salon manager and gave it to her and let her know how much I appreciate and enjoy her!!  Timing was everything!!
Merging traffic  had also been great and I have been more patient and appreciative towards my husband-now to work on the sex part;)!!
I have forwarded your info out and hope they take advantage of your gift.  Thanks for touching my life!!! – Jodi Grieshop

About The Aphrodite Effect
spacer2“Hello Jennifer, thanks so much for this gift. I started listening last night and it is just great so far. I tell you, the clearing you did on Thursday was so powerful, it literally knocked me out. I awoke Friday feeling so tired and feeling energy moving out my feet and hands and my head hurt. I didn’t even go to work, I slept all day.
By Friday evening, I felt much better but still had a headache, so I took an Epsom salts bath and just imagined my crown chakra opening and beautiful light streaming through. That helped a bit.
Saturday, I felt much much better but still slightly blocked in the head. I kept imagining white light streaming through my crown and by night, the headache was completely gone.
I don’t mean to be so wordy, but I had to let you know, you moved some very stuck energy from me and I thank you.
I will let you know what comes up for Wednesday’s class that I would like to focus on.
I liked your pace. You were right on, not too slow, not too fast.
It was not too rudimentary. I learned a lot. I especially loved the prayer asking my dad for forgiveness, saying sorry and thank you…awesome.
Even though I know that Hawaiian prayer, I had forgotten about it.
Thank you for your time, your talent and for you! I look forward to my continued expansion.” – Cynara
