AGLESS BEAUTY NO MATTER HOW OLD YOU ARE

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Untouched photo 7.22.2018

On July 10, 2018, I visited my mother in Ontario, Canada for her 96th birthday. The fact that she is alive, vibrant, living alone and still cooking and drivingise enough. Wait till you see and hear her. She reads six books a week, does a daily crossword puzzle and continues to keep everyone amazed at her health, vibrancy, and strength.

I am very grateful to have navigated tremendous healing of our relationship. Healing the relationship with our mothers is paramount for a happy life and relationships with others.

How To Create Heaven On Earth Right Now

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Life is what we make it. We can wish ourselves towards our death hoping for something better, or choose to make the life we live fun, pleasurable and meaningful.

Our perspective is everything. Perspective is how we look at situations, life, and relationships. If we recognize we aren't victims, but co-creators on the road of life, everything shifts. We create with our thoughts, choices and what we focus on. In every situation, we have a choice. When we choose to focus on what's good, we create heaven on earth for ourselves.

We can choose to look at what's not happening OR: choose to view what is good. Remember that wherever we focus our attention grows and expands. Do you want the negative to become larger, or the positive? Of course, we want the positive to be our focus!

Enjoying the ride and adventure every single day!

Change happens when we shift our perspective. Heaven on earth is possible and it is what I live every day.

From the music we select, the work we do to the people we choose to spend our time with every day we choose how we want our life to be.

Following are small changes that help you shift your perspective. Begin with the suggestions you find the easiest first.

1. In every situation, there is a positive and negative. Focus on the positive rather than the negative. Whatever we focus on grows. If we choose to focus on what people aren't doing or how they are acting we get ourselves all bunched up, stressed and irritated.

2. Choose to focus on yourself rather than what others are doing. Don't expect to change others. Most people try their best to get others to do what they want, which is manipulation. I remember when I used to do things for my husband expecting thanks, love, or attention from him. It didn't work the way I wanted it to. Manipulation backfires on us, causing us to feel resentful and even angry. Instead, focus on being the best person you that you can be and allow others to be who they are, it is much simpler and far less exhausting. We can only change ourselves. Others will change when they choose to. When we shift everything shifts.

3. Choose gratitude. As soon as our eyes open saying a prayer of gratitude reminds us that life is a gift. Gratitude raises our vibration if we are feeling down or negative. Gratitude opens our heart when we say a meaningful, "Thank you!"

When we focus on the fact that life is a gift, each moment becomes precious rather than a pain. We never know when we won't wake up to live another day. "Thank you for this day of life!" Gratitude is the fastest way to shift our perspective as we focus on our good.

4. Choose to breathe deeply. Our breath is usually shallow until we begin to focus on it. Breathing deeply expands our lungs, grounds us in the present and also expands our joy. We can't experience great joy if we are holding our breath waiting for something negative to happen.

5. Choose silence. Give yourself the gift of 10-minutes of silence. Sit and breathe. When we choose to begin our day with silence we can make an intention for our day to go well. Silence helps us in many different ways. Even when we don't get enough sleep, spending ten minutes (more if you can) sitting upright smiling to our hearts and expecting our day to go well creates a better day with synchronicity, Grace, beauty, and flow. In each moment of every day, we are creating with our thoughts and emotions. Silence helps us to focus inward where our power is.

Silence allows us to turn inward. As we live life we journey with ourselves. Turning our focus inward is how we heal our past. Noticing how we feel in each given moment allows us to recognize and name what emotion we feel. When we turn towards sweets, cigarettes, alcohol or other self-medication, we stuff emotions or avoid feeling. Over time, we become numb and don't feel anything except sadness and depression. Silence allows us to feel emotions fully so that we can allow those feelings to flow through us rather than suppress them.

6. Choose how you want your day to go. Set an intention for your day. Living consciously means we are aware that we are co-creators. Nothing happens by chance. Rather than thinking life is shitty and nothing but bad happens then change your focus. Instead, turn your focus to the positive. What do you want your day to look like? Do you want your partner to smile at you and be loving? Envision what you desire. Do you want your co-workers to be supportive, encouraging and positive, then envision it. An intention is an image of what we want that creates positive change. We choose unconsciously when we don't create an intention. An intention is a positive thought with a focus of positive energy.

7. Choose to take responsibility rather than be a victim. Choose to stop blaming others. When we blame others we aren't taking responsibility for ourselves and our life. Blame is the single most damaging thing we can do for ourselves, our life and relationships. When blame is present in us, we are unconscious rather than co-creating life. Everyone has had trauma. I had oodles of it. Healing that trauma is what shifts our perspective. Attempting to heal it on your own could take as long as it took me, over thirty years. Hiring someone who has done it speeds up the process because they have been where you are and have a higher perspective of what is really going on. No one is a victim.

8. Choose to stop complaining. Complaints create more negative events and complications in our lives. Complaining makes us unhappy.

9. Choose questions, rather than making negative statements. When we have money problems, we tend to say negative things. Each statement we make is a prayer. Our words have more power than we think. Every thought we think is a prayer.

If your bank account is overdrawn, ask, "How can I have money flow in to cover this overdraft?" When we ask a question, the universe has no choice but to respond. When we make a statement the universe will make us right. If we say, "I have no money." The universe will give us evidence that we are correct - there is no money. A question makes the universe do what it is meant to do for us ORGANIZES OUR LIFE FOR OUR GREATER GOOD!
Statements you want to avoid saying:

I hate my life.
This is killing me.
I have no money.
Everyone is against me.
Everyone hates me.
No one likes me.
My life is shitty!
I am sick.
I am poor.
I am stupid. (or anything else negative) Self-hatred has no place in your happy world.

Like Florence Schovel Shinn said back in the thirties, in her famous book, The Game of Life and How To Play It, our word is our sword. We create our lives with what we think and speak. Do you want to speak wealth and love into your life? Or do you want to speak hate and poverty? We can cut people we love with our words or create a loving environment in which we live. Choose wisely.

Questions to ask instead:

How can I find work I love to do where people pay me for my skills?

How can I have the money I need?

How can I have more love in my life?

How can I _______________?

I have worked very hard to shift my perspective from negative, blaming and self-destructive. I am happy with me, but I wasn't always. I used to live in blame, self-pity, and illness.

I have healed my self-loathing, self-hatred and victim mentality. It isn't that my life was easy or trauma-free, it wasn't. Now I can help you shift your perspective so that you can be happy with your relationships, business and bank accounts are what you want, rather than what you don't want.

I recently moved from my home in the desert where most people around me were negative, addicted and self-destructive.

Are You A Part of The Solution, Or Part of The Problem?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Do you complain? Do you regret what you have and haven't done? Is your partner mean, abusive, addicted? Do you look to your friends to moan and complain about your life? I used to. I wanted others to pity me. I wanted to pour out my story of woe to those closest to me. Not anymore. I chose something different and you can too.

Following are real life examples of how we stay in situations hoping situations will change and waste our lives away. We might even feel like a victim and that we have no other choices.

Your father is diagnosed with cancer. You talk about wanting to visit him.  He lives 5 hours away by plane. You can choose to visit him or talk about it for almost eighteen months. You second-guess your choices and don't make a decision on a plane ticket. While your friends are visiting you get a text message that he had just passed away. At the wake, you complain that there aren't more photos of you with him. You feel guilty that you didn't have enough time with him. You beat yourself up after the fact for not going to see him when he was alive.

Your boyfriend (wife or husband) is an alcoholic. You complain to your best friends about their drinking, abuse, and horrible anger issues.  Years pass and the weekends come and go; they are always the same, he/she was drunk and smelled like beer. He didn't compliment your dinner or your hair but you stayed.

Your mother is negative, cold, and shut down. You feel guilty for not doing enough for her or making her happy. You continue to supply your time, energy and life force attempting to make her happy. You might even end up with breast cancer from giving so much to others instead of taking care of yourself.

Your wife is a bitch. She demeans you, won't have sex with you and might not even touch you at all. You talk to therapists, coaches, and others about how she treats you but nothing changes and you stay. You feel like a victim.

Or You Can Choose Something Different

Life is always showing us what is going on inside of us. If we complain about life we are part of the problem, not the solution. We might feel as if we have been victimized, but life's events occur to teach us what we need to change inside ourselves for our world to be a happier better place.

If we stay in a situation that isn't safe we need to get help for ourselves so that we feel empowered enough to be able to leave. If we don't have the financial means to leave, we need to choose something different so that we can leave. At the very least, we could move to a shelter.

We always have a choice. If we live with an alcoholic or addict we are most likely codependent. We might be passive aggressive rather than be facing our issues head-on. Maybe we are avoiding our own addictions, like shopping, smoking pot, or eating. Or maybe we are addicted to our story.

Passive aggressive behavior is when we are too afraid to say what we are thinking and use a back-door method like sarcasm to get our point across or speak to someone else so that the person we really want to hear us (the second person) hears what we are saying to person number one).

Neither is healthy. We need help. We can't make these types of changes on our own effectively. We need to change our behavior and our patterns and learn how to communicate in loving ways.

We attract what we are. If we are codependent, we might attract an addict or alcoholic. If we are fearful we attract people that yell and are angry. All of these issues can be resolved through coaching with someone who has healed their codependency and addictions. Life can be a joy when we recognize we are worthy and deserving of a better life. We have to make changes internally for our external world to be better.

Living with regret is a terrible thing. We can always choose something better. We can choose to visit our father when he is ill rather than waiting to feel guilty after he's gone. We can choose to go to AAA meetings or children of Alcoholics meetings to get help. Or we can hire a coach to guide us through the rough waters.

I have experienced most of the above situations myself, though I was inspired by several recent real-life stories I have heard from others. Staying and complaining aren't solutions, they are part of the problem.

Choose Differently

We can't make someone else change. We can, however, change our behavior. We can choose something better for ourselves.

When we feel good about ourselves and recognize we are already enough and deserving we begin to make healthier choices. Loving who we are, where we are is what unconditional love is all about. When we lovingly accept ourselves as we are life gets better. We attract people who treat us with the respect we deserve when we respect ourselves. The inner world is what attracts the outer world. Which is the meaning of "We create our own universe." As above so below. As inside, so outside.

Allow me to help you make better choices. I guide professionals to
be better at their jobs and to find better solutions to conflict in their work environment. I also help men and women repair their relationships. I help singles feel better about themselves so that they attract better mates and jobs. The better we feel about
ourselves inside, the better everything in our outer world becomes. Jennifer's website

What Are We Telling Our Children?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

When I was 41 and conscious I gave birth to my daughter. Before I conceived, I was Guided to fast, cleanse and raise my vibration. I couldn't have carried a child so advanced without raising my vibration. I prayed for a spiritual daughter and was told she would be my gift. I had been told I wouldn't be able to have another child after my two sons.

My daughter was born awake. She remembered her past lives and her own children. She asked me one day when she was three, "Mom, you know my dad?" I said, "You mean, Rich?" She said, "No my other father." Then she told me that she and her children died in a fire.

My husband and I bore witness to her conversing with unseen spirits and channeling higher beings.

At age 8 she had pneumonia and said she was beginning to forget what it was like to be with God in Heaven and wanted to go back. Needless to say, I told her, "Oh honey, you don't want to do that! You need to stay here." Afterward, she fell into such a deep sleep, I was unable to awaken her for hours.

The time of conception, which I experienced there was a flash of light and the soul agreed to take form. During the first three months, I felt a flitting in and out of the soul but it didn't stay. At 120 days, I felt a quickening or movement and a considerable change when her soul took up residence in the body of my unborn child. Prior to that point, the fetus had a heartbeat, but no soul.

When a child is born within it is a fully developed soul. There is no such thing as a baby soul. Babies do not have cherubs inside them. No wonder that babies get so frustrated with us when we talk to them as if they are idiots without an awareness or consciousness.

The truth is babies see auras. Babies can tell who has an open heart and who doesn't. Notice when you smile at an infant where their gaze rests. It is usually above our heads or over our shoulder because they are looking at our aura or energy field.

Today, at a local Social Security office, filled with hundreds of people I witnessed something horrific. I watched as a woman told her six-month-old grandchild who was attempting to stand up with her wobbly little legs over and over again, "Hey, Big Chunky! You can't even stand up!" She repeated her admonishment "Big Chunky!" as if it was waving a magic wand over this child. She called this sweet little girl, "Big Chunky!" She never called her by her real name. As I watched I saw a gleam in the grandmother's eyes and stopped counting as she called her Big Chunky more than twenty times while I sat waiting.

Why would someone call a little child who is far from chunky something so derogatory? Often people are totally unaware of how powerful their words are to a small child. Children that grow up being compared to other siblings or gender related remarks "crying like a little girl," end up with low self-esteem.

Frequent criticism creates a child eager to please others. If any of this sounds familiar, you are not alone. In the ten years of energy healing of babies all the way to geriatric patients, I have found that all of us were imprinted by negative beliefs, fears, and thoughts of our parents, but especially our mothers while in the womb. Any arguments about whether the child is wanted or should be aborted created a pattern or rejection and abandonment before the baby is even born.

If our parents were worried about how they would manage to feed another child when a pregnancy is first detected their fears negatively affect the unborn child as well. Imprinting occurs when the mother has an emotional reaction to a conversation or event while pregnant. The mother's emotions are felt and create an imprint in the unborn child. A father's emotions also impact a child, but not as profoundly. An unborn child learns to recognize their parent's voices. When a newborn hears either parent, they will turn their head toward the familiar voices.

Scientist and the medical profession state that learning begins at birth. I contest that learning begins in the womb.

By the time I had my third child, I learned enough about babies to do many things differently. I didn't vaccinate. I felt certain that vaccination was causing Autism and Aspergers Syndrome. I breastfed all of my children but continued until she was ready to wean herself and kept our daughter in our bed, close to me. She didn't like being separated from me at night and cried for hours when her father insisted on keeping her in her crib. We had a very strong bond as a result of her early childhood being what I felt intuitively was best for her, rather than listening to someone's opinion.

I stayed at home with her rather than allowing another person to influence and raise our beautiful child. As a result, she grew up sweet, sensitive, soft and generous. My daughter has a light that radiates from her heart and eyes.

We Have A Powerful Influence

What if the words we speak to a child are like a blessing or a curse? What if the words we speak when a child is a so utterly fresh, clean and conscious soaking up everything the adults around them say and do as their lasting programs? What if these programs govern the child for his or her entire life? What if this unknowing grandmother's words cursed this little girl to a life of obesity and an inability to stand up for herself, or worse yet, Multiple Sclerosis or some other debilitating disease?

Words can hurt adults, they certainly hurt babies and toddlers as well. Wouldn't it be more loving and supportive to tell our beautiful little ones how wonderful they are encouraging their growth through the challenges they encounter so that they become adults with healthy self-esteem knowing that they are capable of doing and being anything they can dream

5 Ways To Get Unstuck and Out of A Crappy Mood

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Your motherboard crashes, your Internet goes down, you get into a fight with your partner or best friend and you wonder is it just you? When nothing is going right pushing another bad move isn't in your best interest. There are ways to get out of a funk or bad vibe.

If doing things your regular way isn't feeling right rather than continuing to do the same thing or make another decision that nets a loss here are some ways to handle and rid yourself of that funk, stagnant and shitty mess.

When Venus is in retrograde, till April 15th, you may feel unloved, or that you aren't getting the love you need. You may feel where you are spending your money isn't netting you the results you expected: NO LOVE! That is what Venus in retrograde does.

Here are 5 Ways to Get Unstuck

1. Play some music to get you moving and shift your mood. Here is a list of 100 happy summer songs to get you thinking. Huffington Post came up with a list of happy songs for the winter months. I have my own suggestions below.

2. Move. Get outside and exercise. Exercise will shift your energy, relieve stress, anger and frustration.

3. Dance. Come on get out of your chair. You know you want to. Dancing will make you feel so much better. Remember I love you!

4. Cook something healthy for yourself. Even baking can make you feel loved and taken care of. You don't need to have someone to take care of you, you need to self care.

5. Take a salt water bath. Epsom salts will take away the funk, relax your muscles and clear your energy.

You Get What You Give

Remember what you put out you get back. If you are not at your best, playing music and dancing will be sure to help aleviate the blues. If the New Radicals don't do it for you, maybe Hall and Oates One on One will, or Pharrell Williams, Happy.

Maybe listening to Hall and Oates will get you in the mood to really play some One on One! That will surely shift your funk! Or how about Friday I'm In Love by The Cure? For those of you who prefer R& B, I have some R. Kelly, Marvine Gaye, getting it on, to top off your playlist. By the time you listen to my final selection of Etta James, At Last, you should be dancing with your partner all the way upstairs! If you want more of these, here is a download of modern love songs to help you feel loved.

How We Create Serious Problems For Ourselves With Our Words

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

I love words. I love to communicate. When someone does something nice for me, I send thank you notes, and e-mails telling the kind person who did something for me kudos and gratitude. Interestingly today, I received a negative note in reply to a thank you, but the highly evolved person didn't recognize what she created with her response.

We say it all the time. We use words without thinking. For example:

No problem!

No trouble!

It's nothing!

Our unconscious mind doesn't hear the "NO," it only focuses on PROBLEM! Our unconscious mind doesn't hear negative statements. Everything that we tell it is construed as truth. Which means if you say, No problem, the focus is on PROBLEM.

Instead, of having more problems in our lives, let's be more careful and watch the negative words. Just to be clear, I have a list of them to raise your awareness. You already know this, I am only reminding you.

1. Why not? Replace with Of course!  Certainly, or sounds good

2. Can't complain! Replace with I'm great! I am well. I am amazing! Life is great!

3. No problem! Replace with Certainly! For Sure! Definitely!

Our unconscious mind doesn't recognize the negative bias and takes whatever we feed it as truth. We use these phrases daily without recognizing the power of the negative statements. We think we are positive and wonder why there are so many problems in our lives. We create with our words, make your words count. Think about what you are telling your unconscious mind.

Life isn't random, we create is daily with our thoughts and words. JEM

4. I'm exhausted! Replace with, "I need more sleep. I am taking care of myself with an early bedtime."

5. I forgot. Replace with, I am setting a reminder for next time. The people around you will come to expect a better result from your positive response.

6. Stop screaming! Replace with, "Keep your voices quieter please."

7. Don't spill your milk! Replace with, "Be careful with your milk."

8. I'm sick and tired! Saying this phrase will create illness in your body for real! Replace with: "I would prefer _____. "

Each phrase to your unconscious mind is a positive statement. For example when we tell our children, "Don't fall!" They hear as does their unconscious mind, FALL! When our kids are about to knock over a glass of milk and we say, "Don't spill your milk!" Their unconscious mind hears, "SPILL YOUR MILK!"

3 Simple Techniques To Use To Eliminate Negative Emotions

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

lavender fields in France

We pick up negative energy in our workplace, driving in our cars when someone cuts us off, and anytime a conversation takes place where we experience emotional upset. Our emotions are the biggest cause of the negative energy that builds in our energy field. Taking care of ourselves includes clearing negative emotions from our field. Following are three simple and inexpensive ways to clear your energy.

It is always a good time to release negativity from our field. The best times however, are during a Mercury Retrograde or at a full moon.

1. Intentional sacred clearing using Epsom salts soaks. Clean your bathtub first. Rinse out any cleaning agent carefully. Throw 3 - 5 handfuls of Epsom salts into the tub as you fill it with water as hot as you can stand it. This bath will serve several purposes, it will help you with any aches and pains, eliminate restless leg syndrome when done daily and will help to clear your energy field of negativity.

As you fill the tub stand over the tub holding your hands over the water or just gazing at the water and state your intention. I have done my intentions out loud and in my head and both work well. Setting an intention before you begin makes the bath experience one of healing and awareness. "This bath is to release negativity and clear my energy field." The simpler the better. You can light a candle if you wish, I tend not to do so so that I can experience the clearing without worrying about what my candle might or might not do. Flowers aren't necessary either, but you can add a few drops of essential oil, like lavender.

Test the water temperature. If it is scalding hot, add a little cool water so you can comfortably get in the water. Lie in the full tub with your body and head submerged to cover your third eye in the middle of your forehead.

While laying back in the water repeat the following and add whatever emotions you know you carry. As you begin, more will come to you, just let the words flow out loud. Be kind to yourself with your words. Have compassion for your inner being. You have experienced so much and deserve to be treated lovingly and tenderly.

  • I release the burden of resentment
  • I release the burden of anger
  • I release the burden of rage
  • I release the burden of hate
  • I release the burden of unworthiness
  • I release the burden of co-dependency
  • I release the burden of shame
  • I release the burden of guilt
  • I release the burden of unforgiveness
  • I release the burden of envy
  • I release the burden of jealousy
  • I release the burden of insecurity
  • I release the burden of being unlovable
  • I release the burden of abandonment
  • I release the burden of rejection
Allow whatever emotions rise to the surface to be released with your statements. When you are releasing these emotions ask, "I ask that the energies being released be raised to the highest light and used to bless my body, mind, and soul, thank you.

Follow up the release work with positive affirmations. Once you are free of all this negativity allow yourself to soak in loving affirmations.

I am beautiful
I am loving
I am peaceful
I am harmonious
I love this body
I love my mind
I am so grateful to have this beautiful healthy body.

Once you have soaked for about forty minutes allow the water to drain out. When the water is almost gone carefully stand up and shower off the salt water and any remaining energy. You will feel free, lighter and beautiful. Your soul will love you for this intentional cleansing.

For more power and clarity, do a series of baths consecutively, like three days in a row, or seven days in a row. You will be surprised at the positive changes you feel emotionally, mentally and physically.

15 Natural Cures For Depression That Don't Require A Perscription

2. Cathartic primal screaming outdoors. Primal screaming is great therapy. I take people out into the desert or the forest of Colorado to do this release work. You can do it anywhere you feel comfortable screaming out loud. Scream until you feel you can't scream anymore. You might cry, you might laugh afterward, all are completely normal.

Begin by stomping your feet like a child having a temper tantrum. Move your arms and really get your body into the experience of letting go of frustration, anger, and rage. Screaming outside can leave you feeling spent, and freed up to create. When we experience anger and don't let it out in positive ways it causes harm to our physical body. Holding emotions in create blocks in our field. Speaking of how we are feeling or working it out with dance, exercise or hitting baseballs in a batting cage are other ways to release negative energy.

After your cathartic release outside, follow it up with a sacred cleansing bath and feel amazingly free, positive and lighter.

Follow up your cathartic screaming with positive affirmations:

  • I am loved
  • I am safe
  • I am secure
  • I am strong, powerful, harmonious, loving and happy

3. Walk outside at sunrise. Native Americans have been using the sun to cleanse their field for generations. The sun has been worshiped for its healing powers by many native peoples. Ask for the sun to remove any negativity. Express gratitude to nature and the sun for its power.

Clearing our energy is something we need to do regularly. The daily accumulation of negativity builds over time causing depression, anxiety and health issues. Doing any of these exercises will free your heart to be happier, healthier and feel so much more positive.

How To Create Positive Change With Intention, Affirmation and Prayer

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Intention orchestrates the Universe into action to bring us our desires. Affirmations shift our unconscious mind and therefore God, to create what we affirm. Prayer seals all that we desire especially when we ask for the good of all.

When two people come together and pray the same prayer is it more powerful. Think of the power of one thousand, or one million praying the same prayer together. There is hope. Now is the time for us to join in love, rather than hate no matter our race, color, or religious background to create a common good for our country, and the world. Lift your hearts and spirits knowing everything is happening just as it is meant to.

Faith, rather than fear is what is needed.

"For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst of them." (Matthew 18:20 RSV)

When we gather with our family and pray for the highest good of all, together we are setting the orchestrating power of God and The Universe into action. When we pray together in groups, our prayer is even more powerful.

Love and peace are the highest order in the universe.

I found an excellent article on prayer on the site Ray Stedman.org.

"Truly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." Matthew 18:18

Prayer is like magic. All of our prayers are heard. When we pray for a win-win for two or more people, the prayers are even more powerful. If you know anything about magic, binding spells can be cast to bind someone from having powers. The Bible speaks of binding in Matthew. In Jewish legal phraseology, binding meant that something was forbidden and loosed meant something was allowed.

The universe loves win-win solutions.

Everything is as it needs to be. Nothing is lost. Only when we believe all is lost does it appear that way for the individual. Love surrounds us.
"Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven." (Matthew 18:19 RSV)

Remember God is indwelling. When you pray, God hears your prayer because God is in you. Your prayers are never fruitless.

When we sound the same sound together, our prayers are more profound. Whether this is a sound, OM, or a prayer decided in our hearts and repeated together; these prayers are heard and are infinitely more potent than a single person praying alone.

Keep affirmations and prayers simple and positive. Prayer isn't a time for whining or complaining. Complaining doesn't help anyone. God and the universe hear all thoughts and prayers.

Each thought you think and each word you say are heard by God.

How to Pray

A prayer is an act of reverence and faith. You can pray anywhere that you are. I pray before I take off in an airplane, or in my car on a long drive. I pray for those who are being challenged. I pray for my clients. I pray for those who need help and are struggling. I pray for my children and pets. I pray for my town and my neighbors. I pray for our government and police.

Prayer is different than meditation in that we are asking for something. Meditation is when we sit in stillness and listen to the God of our heart for inspiration and messages.

For me, I have a routine I follow to get myself in alignment and prepared to speak with God. I light incense and white candles. My animals settle as they know what is coming. I sit in the same chair each time I pray. I sit upright and breathe silently and slowly with my eyes closed. I take three or four deep breaths each followed by a slow and complete exhalation. Deep breathing brings you into your body fully and the present. You want to be completely present when you pray.

An affirmation for you could be one of all of the following:

I am in perfect alignment with my soul's purpose.

I am always Divinely Guided and supported.

I am wealthy.

I am prosperous.

I am loved.

I am loved

I am safe.

I am vibrantly healthy.

I am secure.

Mother, Father God I ask for the safety and security of each person on this planet. I ask for love and peace to surround each man, woman, child and all of nature. I ask for prosperity, vibrant health and abundance for all. I ask that our governments are guided by love, respect, charity and the safety of all. I ask this in your name. Amen! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

4 Reasons Why Gratitude Is So Important

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Gratitude is the act of being thankful for and appreciative of what we have. It is a powerful way to turn your thoughts around and open your heart. Gratitude is important daily, not just for around the holidays.

1. Gratitude will stave off negativity and help us show appreciation. Gratitude will shift your negativity quickly pulling you out of despair. Rather than focusing on our problems gratitude helps you recognize what you do have. Gratitude opens our hearts and shifts a spiral of despair into creativity and clarity. Gratitude helps us manifest our desires.

We begin to appreciate others when we express gratitude. Gratitude shifts our focus quickly. Showing appreciation to others makes them feel valued and loved.

2. Gratitude improves your mental attitude. A negative attitude will affect relationships, success, and connections. People tend to avoid those that are negative. You will find yourself infinitely more successful with a positive attitude than with a negative one. Writing in a journal just before bed will help you focus on all the good in your life and shift your dreams to positive visions for your future. Relationships improve when our attitude is positive.

3. Gratitude stops complaining. Whining and moaning about life robs your life of joy. When we complain we end up in a downward spiral, wallowing in despair and self-pity. Instead of "I have too much work to do, the kids are so noisy, or my husband has cancer," gratitude helps you shift to the positive. "I am thankful to have a job, good health, children, that love me and a husband that is alive."

4. Gratitude helps us recognize that life is a gift. There is no promise of a tomorrow. We only have today. Each day  we wake up is another gift. When we begin to say prayers of gratitude for each day, we appreciate the smaller things in life, which make life worth living.

As soon as our eyes are open saying a prayer of gratitude helps us recognize just waking up in the morning is a big thing. We take life

for granted. Gratitude shifts us into a higher state where we begin to see the beauty around us.

There are times when finding something to be grateful for is a challenge. Find something simple, like having a roof over your head, food on the table and your rent or mortgage paid. Each small thing will help you be more positive and feel better about what you do have.
