AGLESS BEAUTY NO MATTER HOW OLD YOU ARE

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Untouched photo 7.22.2018

On July 10, 2018, I visited my mother in Ontario, Canada for her 96th birthday. The fact that she is alive, vibrant, living alone and still cooking and drivingise enough. Wait till you see and hear her. She reads six books a week, does a daily crossword puzzle and continues to keep everyone amazed at her health, vibrancy, and strength.

I am very grateful to have navigated tremendous healing of our relationship. Healing the relationship with our mothers is paramount for a happy life and relationships with others.

You Might Be Self-Destructive If:

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Once we become aware of the powerful creative force of our words and thoughts, we begin to choose them more carefully. Until then, we can create misery, havoc, and destruction with our unwitting thinking, and words. The following are ways we create what we don't want.

 Keep reading for the remedy.

You might be self-destructive if
you say or think any of the following:

  1. This is hard.
  2. Life is hard.
  3. I'll never get this.
  4. I will never learn.
  5. How stupid am I?
  6. I am stupid.
  7. I will never understand.
  8. I am broke.
  9. I don't have any money.
  10. I am powerless.
  11. I am an asshole!
  12. Men always hurt me.
  13. Love hurts.
  14. No one will ever love me.
  15. I am too old.
  16. I am too dumb.
  17. I can't figure this out.
  18. Women always take my money.
  19. This kills me.
  20. All women are bitches.
  21. I don't get this.
  22. I never have enough.
  23. I hate life.
  24. I hate myself.
  25. My cancer.
  26. My _________ disease.
  27. My kids hate me.
  28. Nobody loves me.
  29. I am not _______ enough.
  30. I'll never have enough.
  31. I'll never have what it takes.
  32. I hate my life.
  33. I hate life.
  34. Everyone is out to get me.
  35. Life isn't fair.
  36. There isn't anyone who will ever love me.
  37. No one will ever hire me.
You get the picture. All the above phrases have one thing in common; they are limiting beliefs. The above statements are creating havoc by telling our unconscious mind we are failures and not good enough. When we state negative things about ourselves, we are programming our unconscious mind with negativity.

The negative statements we make are like a magic wand for bringing us negative events and circumstances!

Our unconscious mind doesn't know the difference between fact and fiction and believes everything we tell it.

The circumstances in our lives provide us warning signs that we are headed in the wrong direction. If life seems too difficult, it is because we are making it that way. Yes, we all have challenges. Those challenges are meant to teach us so that we learn from doing things the hard way then create our lives in a different way: with ease and Grace.

Why Is It Important to Understand Belief?

Our beliefs are what govern our lives. If our unconscious mind believes something to be true, the Universe that lovingly supports us will bring us exactly what we believe and speak. We are speaking destruction into our world with our words, thoughts and then beliefs.

Easy For You To Say?

I have been creating positive events and even miracles in my life for years, ever since I recognized that my words created my life for me. I'll give you an example from just this past week.

Venice, California shopping
Brightstar offered a concert with an artist, Simrit Kaur I had never seen before. I had the opportunity to buy a ticket to the event for a premium seat, or a lower priced general admission. I asked my High Self, and Guides was it worth it to spend the extra money? The response I got back was, "No, we've got you covered." So, "Great," I thought.

I spent less money and didn't worry about my seat. Last night as I was leaving my home for the concert, I was delayed. I had at least an hour and a half drive with Los Angeles traffic and parking. I asked, "Will I be okay to arrive a little late?" The response was, "Yes, it's not going to be an issue." My gas tank was on empty which meant another stop.

At the last minute, I had to take my dogs with me because they balked at being left behind. Finding a parking place on a Friday night in a trendy part of LA was interesting. I had made a couple of passes before I found a car park a couple of blocks away from the church venue.
Venice, CA canals

Since my dogs were with me, I knew once I parked I had to walk them once I parked my car. Since I had to walk, the dogs meant I was even later than I imagined. I had faith that my spot was waiting for me. I was positive that I would have a good seat and affirmed with a question, "How can I have a great spot no matter how late I arrive?" I was told that I would sit at the very back, but have a perfect view, in fact, one of the best in the house. Weird, I thought, "But I'll take it!"

When I arrived at the venue in Venice, California, the entire place appeared full. On my way to the restroom, I glanced at the very back wall and saw two, possibly three openings on a long church pew. Two women sitting next to two spaces where printed advertising postcards seemed to be holding seats open for someone else. Rather than make an assumption that the seats were taken, which is what most people would do, I ASKED.

"Are those seats taken?" The women smiled up at me and said, "No, you are welcome to sit there." I left my Indian Pashmina on the seat and went to the restroom. When I returned, the women informed me that many people tried to take my seat, but they warded them off. "Thank you for defending my seat!" They suggested that I move the candles sitting on the ledge behind the pew as my hair might catch on fire. "Good idea!" I said and moved the candles to the top of the piano.

Once I got comfortable, I found that though I was at the back of the house, I was in perfect alignment with the featured singer. I was sitting in the open center aisle of the venue. Only one row of people sat in front of me. The two individuals in that row ahead of me were huddled so close together they didn't impede my view at all. I enjoyed the concert immensely in my perfect seat. It was indeed the best seat in the house.

I live my life knowing that I am always taken care of. JEM

I know that God and The Universe are always and in every way orchestrating my life for me.

I ask questions rather than making assumptions that things are a certain way. When I ask, I receive. I trust that The Universe always provides for me. I trust myself and my Guidance. I expect to be taken care of, and I am. What do you expect?

STOP

We have to stop making assumptions and statements that cause us to self-destruct. Closed-ended statements that speak of failure, ineptness, stupidity hurt, undeserving, unworthiness or any other negativity hurt us rather than help us. Stop galloping into destruction and begin creating with ease and Grace instead.

Real Life Advice:
Yesterday my twenty-year-old daughter called me in a panic. Her first year living on her own in an apartment is coming to an end and she needed to find a new place to live. Her first worried comment was, "Mom I have no credit!" I responded, "No credit is better than bad credit!" The next statement out of her mouth was, "This is going to be hard!"

It is all a matter of how we begin to look at our life. I reminded her she was completing an entire year living on her own and had a great history of rent payments. Her current apartment complex would give her a great rating.

I suggested she begin stating: "I easily and effortlessly find a great and safe place to live that I can afford!"

Speak Miracles Rather Than Problems

Our statements are like waving a magic wand. We create with our words and thoughts. Each of us has been created in God's image. Do you think that means we have no power? Of course not! We are powerful beyond measure. Most of us have not tapped into this incredible power as yet. What do you want to create for your life, Grace, and ease, or difficulties? The choice is always yours.
Questions Are Powerful

The Bible verse, Matthew 7:7 - 11: "Ask and it shall be given unto you. Knock and the door will be opened" speaks volumes. I recommend you do your due diligence and research the multitude of verses that explain that all we have to do is ask. The problem is

most people don't understand what it means to ask.

Our human mind thinks that there is only one way to achieve anything. While The Universe and The Higher Power has infinite ways to bring us what we desire. There is never just ONE WAY. We are infinite beings created with powers and potential most people do not recognize.

Ask

Instead of making statements that debilitate yourself and success, ask questions. Questions open doors for us.

Statements close doors and block opportunities. JEM

When we make a statement about ourselves whether it is positive or negative, the Universe brings it to us and proves us correct.

All it takes is some self-discipline to shift our thoughts from positive and self-destructive to beneficial. Think of how wonderful your life could be when you are creating consciously rather than asleep at the wheel.

Overcome These 5 Negative Beliefs To UnBlock Your Ability To Receive Love

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Self doubt is one of our biggest mind traps. When we think we aren't enough we believe what we think. Every thought we think is like a prayer that we shout out into the generous universe and boomerangs right back to us what we are thinking to make us right.

Shifting our doubts and finding something positive to think about ourselves will open our hearts and minds to the idea that not only is love possible, it is probable!

Our two greatest fears are that we won't be loved and that we will be abandoned. These themes play out over and over again in our lives in different ways.

1. No one will ever love me. (Belief: I am not loveable.)

2. I will never be able to find someone who loves me here. (in this town, state, country) (Belief: No one will notice me. I am unworthy of love.)

3. There isn't anyone for me. (Belief: I am unworthy)

4. No one will ever love me when they see who I really am, if they do they will surely leave or cheat. (Belief: I am unworthy and abandonment.)

5. I am not worthy_______    (attractive enough, young enough, smart enough, sexy enough, thin enough, interesting enough, funny enough, or even datable).

Is Your Head In The Sand?

Many people are clueless about what their issues are. They continue to attempt to have a healthy relationship with negative programming running the show. Unconscious programming runs without us being aware. It certainly did for me. My mother had Borderline Personality Disorder and was emotionally unavailable and cruel. Men cheated, lied and died on me until I cleared this issue - several different ways. (Read my example about Brenda below.)

Different Aspects Of The Same Issue

I have found in working with thousands of different cases that each person is unique in the way the programs are created and laid out. Like tracks from a song, there may be many types of abandonment that you are dealing with.

If your mother or father was an alcoholic, or emotionally unavailable you may be dealing with abandonment and rejection issues. Even though years have passed, unless you processed and eliminated this program and the belief you will continue to attract people who will not be there for you emotionally or that will leave you physically.

The truth of the matter is that all these limiting beliefs can be cleared. The past trauma and blocked emotions can be cleared from your field. The emotions of rejection, abandonment and not being good enough can be cleared in several different ways. Recognizing that you actually created it is part of the healing process. It takes a while to recognize that everything that happens is to move us forward into enlightenment, and feel the painfully.

Don't feel bad. Most of us have feelings of being unlovable and unworthy. I had them too. Loving the self has to happen to be open to receive love. Once blocks to being abandoned, rejected, worthy, loveable are removed you are much more likely to find love.

Brenda's Story

Brenda came to me feeling not good enough and empty. She had a loving partner and home but it never felt like enough. She felt that something was missing from her life. She was very unhappy deep inside.

Brenda's mother died when she was twelve. After her mother's death, she never had time to process her loss because she was the eldest. She became her father's housemaid. She cooked and cleaned and did laundry for the family. She cared for her brothers and sisters stepping in for her mother in all ways but one. Her father was mean, angry and cruel to her. She took the brunt of her father's anger about his wife dying and leaving him with three children. Brenda was berated and picked on by her father. She was unable to stand up for herself and felt helpless. She felt unworthy, unloved, rejected and abandoned.

Brenda worked with me for three months. I cleared the abandonment, rejection and not feeling worthy issues. I cleared the beliefs that she wasn't loved. I helped her process her mother's death fully so that she was able to move forward. I coached her on her insecurity raising her confidence and helping her step into her power. The coaching helped Brenda find her voice so she could speak her truth rather than stay silent when she was upset.

The end result is that Brenda announced her engagement and is to be married later in 2016. Congratulations Brenda! You are courageous! You found your inner power and love.

We Have To Give Love To Get Love

You know it is better to give than receive. When asked most people respond that they would love other people to make them feel better. But what about you? What do you do to make you feel better? Are your thoughts loving? Or do you think critical and negative thoughts about yourself. If you think these three thoughts you don't love you. Are you able to self nurture? Do you take care of you? You have to give love to you to become a magnet for love.

What most people don't realize is that we are run by our unconscious mind. What does this mean? Thoughts and beliefs you aren't even aware of from past events and trauma are running your life. Even if you aren't consciously aware of it, these unconscious thoughts are what is attracting people and situations - or preventing you from having the love you desire.

Everyone is worthy of love. Everyone is loveable. When we begin to lovingly accept ourselves as we are we attract love to us.

No More Bad Boys! - Resolving A Past Negative Pattern

Michele is a client who kept attracting bad boys who cheated. She kept dating a particular type of man who wouldn't commit, and wasn't loyal.

I helped her move out of her comfort zone to date someone she normally wouldn't even consider dating. He didn't feel familiar. Michele grew up with a father who wasn't committed and cheated on her mother. It is quite common for daughters of cheaters to attract someone much like their dad. This new relationship has been successful and very different than what she attracted previously. I cleared her past patterns and programs of abandonment, rejection and lying men at a soul level.  Then I encouraged her to go after a man who was a very different type. I coached her through the dating process until she felt confident to fly on her own.

Coaching with me helped her resolve this issue.

who moved to a city where he thought he would never find love. What was surprising to him is that after doing work with me, love found him! We worked through and cleared issues with unworthiness and feeling unlovable from the past. Instead of being indifferent about dating and love he is passionate!

Do You Really Create Your Reality?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Have you ever noticed that happy people seem to leap through life attracting beautiful experiences to them while those that are unhappy tend to attract people they don't get along with, challenges and more problems?

Perhaps the best way for me to explain my experience of this phenomenon is to take you back in time to before I was born. I will do so in the course of this article. But first, let's look at the Scientific data for those with minds that require documented proof.

Dr. Emoto experimented with consciousness and intent using water as a medium to prove or disprove his theory. What he discovered was that words, music, and prayer applied to water had a powerful effect, changing its shape in frozen crystallized form. The video below illustrates his experiment. The human body is comprised of 60% water. Human blood is 90% water. If thoughts impact water as much as Dr. Emoto found, imagine what you are doing to your body with the thoughts you think daily.

Remember 95% of thoughts are unconscious meaning unless you govern your conscious mind carefully and use mantras to heal the unconscious mind it is running amok with negativity.

Dr. Emoto died October 17, 2014. His work on earth was completed.

Others in the Scientific arena have experimented and documented the results of their findings which illustrate that when we put our attention or intention on something we create what we observe or intend. Just the simple fact that scientists were watching an experiment changed the end result.
“A fundamental conclusion of the new physics also acknowledges that the observer creates the reality. As observers, we are personally involved with the creation of our own reality. Physicists are being forced to admit that the universe is a “mental” construction. Pioneering physicist Sir James Jeans wrote: “The stream of knowledge is heading toward a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine. Mind no longer appears to be an accidental intruder into the realm of matter, we ought rather hail it as the creator and governor of the realm of matter. Get over it, and accept the inarguable conclusion. The universe is immaterial-mental and spiritual.”  – R.C. Henry, Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Johns Hopkins University ,  “The Mental Universe” ; Nature 436:29,2005) (source)

How I Created My Life of Suffering and Abuse

Even before we are born our mother's influence us with their fears. My mother felt unloved and unlovable. She was an orphan at the age of five. My mother was abandoned by her parents (through death), felt like a victim, was consequently raped at the age of twelve and molested by her brother-in-law. Her belief was that she was a victim, unloved, unlovable and that men would abuse, hurt her and then leave her.

She passed these beliefs on to me while I was in utero, as her mother and grandmother before her passed their fears onto her.

My mother was suspicious, fearful, had a hatred of men and felt like a victim. She felt the world was unsafe and continued to focus on her parents dying. Her focus was on abandonment and not being loved.

As soon as I was born, my mother felt regret. She had hoped for a boy and I was certainly not that. I was unwanted because I was born the wrong sex. I was fearful, felt like a victim, I felt unlovable, constantly vying for the attention of my parents. Interestingly, I was born during a Venus Retrograde a time astrologically speaking, there was no love.

Since my mother felt men only wanted one thing, victimhood was the common thread between us. She rejected my father, in many different ways though he loved her. My mother's perspective was that she was unloved. Even though my father loved her, she couldn't feel it. Her focus was on not being loved.

You Create Your Own Reality

I felt unloved. I felt like a victim. I felt guilty and ashamed. I was crippled by my fears.

I created what I focused on.
I thoughts others wouldn't like me, so they didn't.

I was afraid of the dark, afraid of what was under my bed and in my closet. I was afraid of my parents. I was afraid no one would like me. I felt the world was unsafe for me, so it wasn't safe.

My fears of being unloved surfaced with teachers, friends and in the world. I was victimized repeatedly by men and children in the neighborhood.

The Purpose of Trauma

Everyone experiences trauma at some time in their lives. This trauma is the impetus for us to feel joy rather than suffer.

Trauma makes us search for a deeper meaning to life.

We have a survival instinct. Surviving trauma makes us stronger, rather than weak. We rise above the trauma of the past recognizing its purpose is to be the catalyst for our growth, expansion, and enlightenment.

My trauma made me strong. I overcame my suffering. I let go of the past. I recognized the gift in it all. I stopped blaming my parents for my pain.

Avoiding Pain causes us more pain.
Focus on (the feelings) we are trying to avoid instead.

FOCUS

Have you ever played a game where you look for a particular color car on the highway? When you begin to watch only for red cars, you are amazed at how many red cars there are. When you are looking for white cars, all you notice is the white cars. The same holds true for life experiences. What you pay attention to is what you see. Your perspective changes everything.

When you see that life is working for you, rather than against you everything changes. JEM

When We Focus On The Problem

Wherever we give our attention expands even when it is negative. All we can see is where we are currently focusing.

Think about not having enough money to make your house or rent payment. When you go into that feeling of not having enough, you are in lack consciousness. Your focus is on the problem. Or maybe you place your bills in a stack and forget about them, thinking they will go away. Avoiding the bills creates more pain.

You worry about what will happen if you don't make your payment on time. You conjure up all kinds or scenarios and worry about the domino effect of not making your payment. You might worry about losing your home. What if you get foreclosed on or evicted? What will happen then? How will you work? How can you work if you don't have a place to live? All these thoughts create more problems down the road.

Instead, Put Your Attention On The Solution

When we focus on the problem, we create more problems. Instead, focus on the solution by asking questions.

  • How can I effortlessly and easily have enough to pay my rent with plenty of money leftover?
  • How can I easily have enough to pay all my bills on time?
  • How can I easily find someone who loves me for who I am?
  • How can I easily find a job that I love for the perfect pay?
  • I wonder how I can easily and effortlessly find joy being me?
  • I wonder how I can make money by being me?

All We Have Is Our WORD

Most of us don't realize how we create shame and guilt by not keeping our word.

The biggest shift for me came when I began to be in complete integrity. Shame and guilt became a thing of the past.

Being In Integrity Shifts Our Reality

I did what I said I would do. I kept commitments. I stopped lying to myself and others. I took responsibility for my life, my health and everything I said. I stopped arriving late. I stopped making excuses. I stopped blaming others for what happened. I stopped worrying about what others thoughts of me. I stopped dating men who were in the middle of a divorceI stopped avoiding my feelings. I felt my emotions fully and allowed them to flow through me.

Raising Awareness Helps Us Create What We Want

I became aware of what I was saying.

I began to notice what I was thinking.

I boldly stepped into responsibility. I stopped trying to make others happy and allowed them to do so for themselves.

Instead of living in fear, I became courageous and fearless!

Instead of focusing on the past, I focused on the positive inviting better experiences in for me.

I became an open book, rather than keeping secrets out of fear.
Suffering Is Optional!

When we attempt to avoid our feelings, we suffer. Only when we can feel our feelings fully can we move through them to the other side into joy. Many people avoid their feelings because they are afraid. Working with a compassionate practitioner who is unafraid can help you work through your feelings in a safe environment.

You Aren't Exempt

Whether you like it or not, you are creating your own reality. Begin to notice what you are thinking. When you recognize that you are creating from a place of fear (which blocks you) shift your thoughts to something more positively creative.

Mojave Desert, California
Why Do We Experience Pain?

We live in a world of contrast. Contrast is necessary to show us what we have or don't have. If everything was perfect and beautiful all the time, there would be no room for growth. If the sun shone all the time, you wouldn't recognize that clouds offer shade and the rain feeds the earth and its inhabitants.

Alpharetta, Georgia
Living in the desert it is dry, brown and desolate. Traveling to Georgia or Colorado I see the contrast - the beauty, differences and am thrilled to be experiencing this contrast.

What has your pain taught you? How has your pain helped you grow?

Where do you see the contrast? What does the contrast help you recognize?

When We Believe The World Isn't Safe

When we believe the world isn't a safe place we create events that scare us and prove the world isn't safe.

Abortion and Infant Death

How can a fetus have created its own abortion? A soul that needs a particular type of experience for its growth comes into alignment with the vibration of the experience it needs. Sometimes, what that soul needs to experience is being rejected, unloved or aborted.

We experience what we need to learn our lessons so we can grow and evolve. A parent that loses a child needed to learn something about loss, appreciation, and love. We are co-creating together in this Universe, not alone.

Why The Law of Attraction Hasn't Worked For You

  1. You decide what you want.
  2. But you continue to focus on what you don't want.
  3. You worry about what you don't want, continuing to focus your thoughts, fears and emotions on what you don't want.
  4. You always have a choice and you are choosing to focus on what you don't want.
To Create What You Want

  1. Always control your focus.
  2. Pay attention to your thoughts.
  3. When your thoughts begin to stray, steer them back to what you want.
  4. Choose your thoughts wisely.
  5. Don't allow yourself to wallow in self-pity or resentment because you will perpetuate feelings of unhappiness.
  6. Complaining about your circumstances only highlights and creates more of what you don't want.
  7. Remember suffering occurs when you focus on unwanted things.

As we expand through our experiences and change our perspective, so does The Universe. The Universe isn't stagnant anymore than we are. It is always expanding, always changing. We are meant to grow, expand and experience joy through enlightenment.

Life is meant to be fun, joyful and happy. If you don't enjoy the journey taking the time to sniff the roses along the way, you are missing out on many opportunities for fun, play, laughter, and expansion. Our pain and suffering is what causes us to focus on the simple things and find joy through those rather than in material wealth.

How Your Thoughts Create Disease

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

I was recently discussing the fact that I used to have Epstein Barr autoimmune disease and Fibromyalgia with a friend. She remarked to me that more people need to know and understand that when we believe we will have something forever, we do. Both of these diseases are thought to be permanent conditions.

How then could I possibly heal something thought by the medical field to be incurable?

BELIEF

When we believe something is true, we create it. It does not matter if we believe the positive or the negative. We create with our beliefs. I recognized that my negative thoughts were killing me. I knew and believed that if I changed my negativity my health would improve. I am proof positive that if you believe you can cure something - you can.

Self-love coupled with positive beliefs affirming vibrant health daily, I no longer have health issues.

Our acid thoughts create an environment rife for disease. JEM

I was raised in a critical environment. My parents were doubting Thomases. They were cynical, negative and extremely hard on all of us as children. I was programmed for negativity. I worked diligently on changing my beliefs, thoughts and words to be supportive, uplifting and positive. It took me years of daily work. It didn't happen overnight. The end result for me is a healthy youthful body, mind and spirit, free of illness, pain and disease.

I KNOW IT WORKS!

I knew that if I was happy and positive that my vibration would change. Thinking positive thoughts on a daily basis changes your brain chemistry and therefore your body all the way down to your cells. Even the small act of smiling changes your brain chemistry. I have cleared thousands of people eliminating their negative programming so that they are now living happier, healthier lives.

When I began to do more activities that gave me pleasure, I became happier. I was doing work I loved, with people I loved, which raised my vibration and alkalized my body. I meditated daily. My thoughts were congruent, which eased and eliminated stress. I began to live in the present, free of worry and fears. The mantras I used changed the patterns of negativity from my childhood - permanently.

Changing Our Paradigm

Our most impactful years are from birth to five years of age. We are actually programmed by our parents and environment very early in life. Many of the beliefs systems that are created in childhood run our lives unless we change the unconscious programming. Until the unconscious is reprogrammed, it is running the show sending out negative beliefs and emotions into the Universe returning to us more of what we don't want.

We must change the internal programming of our subconscious mind to have lasting change. How do I help my clients do this? First, I do an energy clearing (or series) to eliminate the programs running that are self-defeating, destructive and negative. Next, I give personalized mantras specifically designed to uproot the negative belief systems and change the patterns and synapses in the brain.

How Do We Create Our Own Disease?

We respond and react to others, holding unresolved emotions like resentment, abandonment and anger in our bodies. We trust what our parents taught us even when it didn't work very well for them. We take on what we shouldn't. We aim for perfection causing untold stress and anxiety. We judge others and are harsh with self-recrimination.

We worry about what others think of us, which causes us further stress. We push ourselves too much resisting the impulse to listen to our body. We don't rest and relax enough. We ignore our body's signals telling us we need to eat better, rest more and exercise to be healthy. We consume foods that create illness rather than support health because we think they are easier. We run from morning till night without sitting in quiet. We are constantly doing rather than being present. We don't listen to our internal compass and inner voice when it attempts to guide us to something better and healthier.

A personal story of cancer

My father read the newspaper cover to cover daily. He came home and discussed the latest findings of cancer-causing foods, like bacon, peanut butter and coffee at the dinner table. As he was eating his food that traveled through his body for approximately 16 hours digesting and feeding his body, he talked about cancer and all the things that caused it - daily! Interestingly he developed myelodisplastic leukemia from his negative thoughts and beliefs about cancer.

What happens within us that creates disease?

  1. We verbally abuse ourselves by saying we are stupid, not good enough or unloved which creates an acid environment in our bodies.
  2. We don't celebrate our accomplishments.
  3. We think and feel not good enough, unloved, not validated which causes us stress, anxiety and worry. Each negative thought creates more acidity in our bodies. We may have sore joints, acid reflux and inflammation.
  4. We feel unloved and therefore reach for food stuffs or drugs which make us feel loved, like sweets, chocolate and alcohol. These foods cause an increase in candida and therefore inflammation.
  5. Unconscious beliefs about missing out on the sweetness of life from childhood create a need to consume foods to comfort us. We feel we are justified to eat what we crave, rather than what is good for us.
  6. We push our emotions down deep inside our bodies which cause us to create drama and chaos in our outer world.
  7. We deny our true selves.
  8. We become fearful of our feelings.
  9. We stop trusting our guidance.
  10. We allow our fears to control us, which creates more chaos.
  11. We create a false persona that causes us stress because being fake isn't a reflection of our soul, or truest version of us.
  12. Our fears causes us to attempt to control our environment which further deplete our energy and life force.
  13. Fears keep us awake at night. We no longer trust our inner voice.
  14. We focus on negative issues, creating more negativity and acidity in our bodies.
  15. We push ourselves striving for perfection which causes anxiety and stress.
  16. We worry about things that never come to fruition.
  17. We concern ourselves with what others think of us.
  18. We become undisciplined and unhappy with ourselves, lives and others.
  19. We become the chameleon - a fake version of ourselves to be what we think others want.
  20. We make up stories about others, we run from the truth and we create illness from our negative thoughts.
  21. Over time our resentment, and other stuffed emotions create cancer, diabetes and other diseases because we didn't see the warning signs.
  22. Cancer and others diseases are warning signs to look inside and reflect on what our thoughts and beliefs are. We have to change the inner programming to cure the disease, which is where I come in. This is what I did for myself. You can have cancerous tumors removed, but if the emotions aren't cleared and the behavior remains unchanged, the cancer will return.
  23. We have forgotten that the Universe works with us, guiding us, showing us the way. We don't learn from our mistakes and continue to choose people and situations that are comfortable and familiar, rather than moving into healthier beliefs and choices.

Warning Light

Our body gives us early warning signs that something isn't right. Most of us ignore these signs. It could be unruly or unwarranted emotions that bubble up from nowhere. It could be exhaustion that we combat with caffeine. We push ourselves beyond our human limits even when our body shows us something is wrong by giving us canker sores, body aches, immense fatigue or even depression. We take a pill to kill the pain rather than fixing the problem at the root. We look for the quick fix (a pill) that taxes our liver and causes more issues and side-effects like chemical sensitivity from too many medications. Everything that we put in our mouth is filtered by the liver. The liver gives out when it becomes toxic.

We surround ourselves with people who are negative and who believe that there is only one way to do things. We believe that we are not good enough. We believe that germs are what cause disease. We believe what doctors tell us about what we have and that it is incurable, never attempting to change our belief systems. Our beliefs are what govern our world even when they are self-destructive.
