How My 6-Year Dream Was Realized

I checked in energetically, "Should I move to Colorado?" AN EMPHATIC "NO!" "San Diego?" "NO." "Santa Barbara?" "No." "Ojai?" "YES!" After discovering the most beneficial to move for my work I began to search for properties to rent. The prices were outrageous and almost all of them said, "No pets!" Here is what I did: [Read More]

All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them. Walt Disney

I have dreams, big dreams! Yesterday my six-year dream was realized.

When my daughter, Ariel, and I moved to California in October 2012, we drove all over exploring, visiting new places including Malibu, San Diego, Santa Barbara, and Ojai. We
celebrated my birthday in Ojai. Sitting outside enjoying a delicious dinner in late October, I said, "I could live here!" Ariel responded, "Yes, I can see you living here too!"

Ojai is beautiful. Called the "Valley of the Moon," by the Chumash Indians who were the early inhabitants. The Ojai area became a part of the Rancho Ojai Mexican land grant made to Fernando Tico in 1837 where he established a cattle ranch.
Ojai is the home to celebrities like Ted Danson, Mary Steenburgen, and Reece Witherspoon. Ojai has been featured in nearly 100 movies including "Twins. " But these are not the reasons I was drawn to Ojai. It is the beauty of the valley, the natural energy vortex, the large ranches on beautiful rolling hills and open space. Ojai has spectacular beauty and a huge spiritual community. Byron Kayte and her husband live in Ojai where she has her center for The Work.

Ojai has a strong community feel with several festivals a year, like the lavender festival and Ojai Day in October. I could see myself sitting outside under a tree at a coffee shop writing a book, or talking to a friend. I knew also that I could easily do live events in Ojai and evening workshops. I had a dream to one day be able to afford to live there. The key here is that I followed the energy. My time at the ranch was coming to a close, it was only supposed to be temporary and I had lived here for 15 months. My guides had made it very clear it was time to move.

Some interesting things had been happening over the course of the last few months. My guides have been talking to me about using what I have, not buying more food and how much space I used in my bed. I thought the last one was a bit strange but there was quite the conversation about me sleeping only on half of my Queen-sized bed. I never spread out and sleep only on the right side of the bed. Curious I thought, I stowed that one away. I was urged to throw away old makeup and organize things into several acrylic containers. When I  bought the containers, I was guided to several smaller individual containers rather than one big receptacle. Want to know how I did it? [Read the steps here ...... ]

4 Reasons Why Gratitude Is So Important

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Gratitude is the act of being thankful for and appreciative of what we have. It is a powerful way to turn your thoughts around and open your heart. Gratitude is important daily, not just for around the holidays.

1. Gratitude will stave off negativity and help us show appreciation. Gratitude will shift your negativity quickly pulling you out of despair. Rather than focusing on our problems gratitude helps you recognize what you do have. Gratitude opens our hearts and shifts a spiral of despair into creativity and clarity. Gratitude helps us manifest our desires.

We begin to appreciate others when we express gratitude. Gratitude shifts our focus quickly. Showing appreciation to others makes them feel valued and loved.

2. Gratitude improves your mental attitude. A negative attitude will affect relationships, success, and connections. People tend to avoid those that are negative. You will find yourself infinitely more successful with a positive attitude than with a negative one. Writing in a journal just before bed will help you focus on all the good in your life and shift your dreams to positive visions for your future. Relationships improve when our attitude is positive.

3. Gratitude stops complaining. Whining and moaning about life robs your life of joy. When we complain we end up in a downward spiral, wallowing in despair and self-pity. Instead of "I have too much work to do, the kids are so noisy, or my husband has cancer," gratitude helps you shift to the positive. "I am thankful to have a job, good health, children, that love me and a husband that is alive."

4. Gratitude helps us recognize that life is a gift. There is no promise of a tomorrow. We only have today. Each day  we wake up is another gift. When we begin to say prayers of gratitude for each day, we appreciate the smaller things in life, which make life worth living.

As soon as our eyes are open saying a prayer of gratitude helps us recognize just waking up in the morning is a big thing. We take life

for granted. Gratitude shifts us into a higher state where we begin to see the beauty around us.

There are times when finding something to be grateful for is a challenge. Find something simple, like having a roof over your head, food on the table and your rent or mortgage paid. Each small thing will help you be more positive and feel better about what you do have.

21 Quickie Life Hacks For Everyday Happiness

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Happy people have many things in common. They have encountered adversity and overcome it. They recognize that nothing that is worth having comes easily. They also have consistent habits that create daily happiness no matter what is happening.

Being happy isn't just about what you need to do, but what you need to stop doing so that you will feel happier. Happy people shift their focus. Happy people like to play.

When I was sixteen I knew that there had to be more to life than the rat race of life. I set about to change the way I felt about what I experienced. Shifting my focus has created not just happiness for me but ecstasy and bliss on a daily basis

Beginning today think differently about what you are experiencing. Instead of feeling that everyone is out to get you, focus on what you are being shown about yourself. Everything in our world is a reflection of what is going on inside of each of us. Every moment of every day is a gift, what do you do when someone gives you a gift?

Scientific Research recognizes that happy people are more productive, accomplish more and have much more joi de vive.

21 Life Hacks For Your Everyday Happiness:

1. Say thank you! Gratitude is the biggest thing missing from those who are unhappy. Instead of recognizing the lesson being given and the beauty of the moment we tend to wallow in self-pity when we are unhappy.

The truth is that everyone experiences difficulties. It is how we choose to react and process our challenges that will shift our experience.

Unhappy people tell everyone their story of woe looking for buy-in and support in their misery. After a breakup an unhappy person will continue to dwell on what the other person did to them, rather than look at what the relationship gave them as a gift and what they learned. Learning the lesson allows you to move on and choose something different the next time.

Happy people recognize that each event is just a lesson. They close the book on their past story and say,  "Thank you for my lesson" and wonder what they are supposed to learn?

2. Look up instead of down. When we are depressed or unhappy we tend to look down when we walk. We notice only the negative, the bumps, imperfections, and dirt. When we focus upward, or on the positive we see the open sky, new opportunities, and options. Looking up adopts a positive attitude knowing that there is a purpose in all that is happening. Positive thoughts create vibrant health.

When something falls apart, it is because something better is on its way. Optimism shifts our focus from the closed door and recognizes that a new door is opening with better opportunities.

3. Be kind. When we are kind to others we are also kinder toward ourselves. Serotonin increases in the brain when we act with kindness.

4. Smile. Science backs me up here, with evidence that our brain chemistry changes when we smile. A Duchenne Marker smile actually increases happiness. Duchenne studied smiles of all types. He found that when people smiled which caused crinkles around the corners of the eyes that they are smiling with their soul.

The left prefrontal cortex of the brain where the pleasure centers reside are activated even more so with a spontaneous smile than one that is faked.

5. Make Friends. High-quality relationships with a few people is one of the keys to happiness and longevity. A sense of security is developed with mutual assistance and support. An older person who is lonely has a 14% greater chance of premature death. The impact of being lonely has almost as great an impact on early death as being poor - 19% increase.

6. Participate. Life is a full-contact participatory sport that requires you to engage in social activities to be happy. If you have no network of friends or social activities, join a club. Bowling leagues, baseball, climbing, meditation, Oneness, hiking and travel groups offer networking activities. Join one today. Meet with your group regularly. Don't just sit on the sidelines of life - participate!

7. Breathe deeply. Deep breathing brings you into the present, affirms life and makes you feel grounded. It is so easy to remind yourself to breathe deeply each hour. Set a chime on your phone. No one needs to know what the reminder is.

8. Rescue a pet. There are thousands of unwanted dogs and cats that need homes. A rescued pet is grateful for a loving home and will love you in return. A pet can keep you company, greet you when you get home and helps dissolve loneliness. Watching, playing and communicating with a cat or a dog can help you feel more fulfilled. You are giving a rescued animal a home - it's a win-win for you both! A dog can encourage you to get outdoors so that you move and receive daily exercise.

9. Get out in the sunshine! Many people have developed fears of the sun. The sun is required for vibrant health, life and rejuvenation. There are benefits to being outside. The sun is required for vibrant health, life and rejuvenation. Without the sun people become depressed, are more prone to suicidal thoughts and negative behaviors such as looking to foods, sweets, drinking or drugs to soothe

10. Create A Healthy Daily Regimen. Get up at the same time and go to bed at the same time. Eat three meals a day that are four hours apart or less. A schedule will help you regulate natural hormones because you are getting enough sleep and food to support your health and function. Happy people take care of themselves because they know they are worth it.

11. Avoid Alcohol. Alcohol is a depressant. It might make you feel happy while you are drinking, but the day after your mood will drop and you may become depressed. Developing positive healthy habits, without drugs and alcohol helps to keep you feeling positive and happy.

13. Avoid Gossip. Talking negatively about others is something happy people just don't do. They focus on themselves and encourage rather than defame others.  Remember what goes around comes around; if you talk about others negatively, others will talk about you in the same way.

14. Stop Comparing. You are unique. There is no one else on this planet that has your gifts, talents, abilities or purpose. Recognize that being different is a gift. Focus on your uniqueness rather than comparing yourself to others. There will always be someone with a better body, more intelligence or something other than what you have. Comparing will always make you feel less than others. So stop it!

15. Don't Complain. Complaining dwells on the negative and will create more of the same for you. Instead, look for the silver lining in the situation. What are you learning here? How could shift your focus so that you find the beauty in the moment?

16. Move Your Body! Movement is what our body needs to feel happy. If we sit all day at work, only walk a few steps to our car and then sit on our couch or chair all evening our body won't be happy. Our health suffers from a sedentary lifestyle. Your chair is not your friend! Get off that couch and dance, walk or swim. Do an exercise to music so that you feel happy while doing it.

17. Play happy Music. Music will shift your mood quickly. I have been around people prone to depression and found that their musical selections are also sad, depressing tunes. Choose music that makes you feel happy, rather than sad. Music will shift your mood very quickly.

18. Surround Yourself With Happy People. Just like surrounding yourself with wealthy people helps you be wealthy, surrounding yourself with happy people helps your be happier. When you are around happy people, you will find your thoughts, words and emotions are more positive, uplifting and focused on happy things.

19. Enjoy Beauty.  A very simple way to have a happier life is to focus on the beauty around you. Begin to notice flowers, trees, landscaping that is beautifully arranged. The earth abounds with beauty. Beauty will help you feel happy. Stop, sniff the roses along your path.

20. Give Others Compliments. When you begin to be generous with heartfelt compliments you will find you feel happier. Others love to be noticed for their new haircut, fit arms or their beautiful smile. Make sure you mean what you say. Noticing the beauty in others will also help you see the beauty within.

21. Choose Happiness. Every day we have a choice. We can wake up and allow ourselves to be in a bad mood, focusing on everything wrong in our lives. OR we can choose to focus on the good, the beautiful and the wonderful gifts that surround us daily. Choosing happiness is the biggest thing you can do for yourself on a daily basis. I choose to be happy, what do you choose for you?

10 Easy Things Scientifically Proven To Make You Happy

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

“Happiness is a state of activity. Kahlil Gibran

Happy people are more productive and accomplish more. Once we become happy with ourselves and our life, we feel a sense of satisfaction, fulfillment and joy just by being. When we are unhappy, we consistently focus on what we don't have and the
problems that surround us. Shifting our focus is one of the fastest ways to feel happier. The following suggestions are based on Scientific studies. Try doing one new thing each week and watch how differently you feel about life and you.

1. Exercise. Daily exercise of even 7 minutes can be enough to shift you from feeling sad, or depressed. What works for me is daily dancing. I dance to three songs, and I am good for the day! Music raises our spirits while exercise raises our mood, heart rate, and vibration. (Pick happy songs like Happy by Pharell Williams). Make exercise a daily priority and be happier every day.

The Happiness Advantage by Shawn Anchor sites a study on depression. Three groups were studied those on anti-depressants alone. Those with anti-depressants and exercise and those only doing exercise. The biggest surprise came with the relapse rate. Those on anti-depressants had the biggest relapse rate, where the ones exercising alone had the lowest, only 9 percent.

Science backs the efficacy of regular exercise. People who exercise regularly feel better about their bodies even when there is no physical or noticeable change.

You don't have to be depressed to reap great rewards from exercise. You increase your brain power, ability to focus and bathe your brain in endorphins with regular exercise. What's not to like? Play this video while you read and feel happy while you read.

“The two enemies of human happiness are pain and boredom." Confucius

2.
Get more sleep. Your focus will be on positive emotions. Sleep-deprived people have been scientifically proven to be more negative and depression prone. In a ground-breaking book NurtureShock, by researchers Po Bronson and Ashley Merryman they site sleep deprived people failed to recall happy memories but were easily able to recall negative or sad memories just fine.

Your mood early in the day affects the rest of your day says a study on Customer Service employees.

3. Focus on Friends and Family rather than money. The money will not bring you happiness. In fact, the focus of money and material gain can reduce your happiness.  One of the biggest regrets of the dying is not spending more time with friends and family.

Quality rather than quantity of our relationships is what matters. We only need one close personal relationship with a network of friends where we can have full disclosure of our feelings and issues not to feel lonely. In elderly patients loneliness can lead to depression and death.

4. Get outside. Sunshine makes us feel better as do warmer temperatures. Twenty minutes outside on a beautiful day broadens thinking and increases positive attitude. In fact, a meteorological study found that temperature of 57 degrees and higher make us feel better. Give
yourself a triple-dose of goodness by exercising outside in a beautiful environment increases telomere length and slows the process of aging. Park settings are more pleasing to the senses than urban environments.

5. Help Others. Those who spend over 100 hours a year, or just two hours a week helping others are the happiest. Wharton Business school professor Adam Grant in the book Give and Take, says you only need to spend five minutes helping others to feel happier and more productive. Those in service industries, healers, and those who help others have the highest sense of fulfillment and happiness.

Spending a windfall on others has been proven to have a lasting effect versus spending it on yourself. Martin Seligman writes in his book, Flourish, a book which illustrates the change in the human psychology movement from merely relieving suffering to improving the human condition.

6. Smile and mean it! Smiling has been proven to reduce pain, improve brain functioning and improve your mood. A real smile versus a fake grin will make you feel better offering the same change in brain chemistry that exercise does. A fake smile will cause you to feel worse as your day wears on. I smile to my heart when I meditate which gives me the triple whammy I so love of endorphins, brain chemistry changes and relaxation of stillness. The Nineteenth-century psychologist William James went so far to say that if an emotion hasn't been expressed it has not been felt.

Just because you are divorced doesn't mean you can't have fun!
7. Plan a vacation! Planning a vacation gives you more of a rush of feel-good hormones than actually taking your vacation - even if you never take one. Those studied did not feel happier after their vacation, as they returned to their old life. I travel at least five times a year to places I love to visit friends and family.

Add caption
I resolved differences with ex's so that we can spend time with our children at the same time. I focus on the travel before I leave home, which expands my level of happiness and satisfaction.

8. Meditate daily to re-wire your brain for positivity and stress reduction. Meditation reduces cortisol levels, can help with addictions and relationship issues. Daily meditation can take as little as ten minutes a day, sitting in quiet stillness merely focusing on your breath or involve repeating a mantra in the background of your mind.

Massachusetts General Hospital studied brain scans of sixteen patients over and eight-week period while they participated in a mindfulness course. In each of the participants their compassion and self-awareness increased, where the parts of the brain associated with stress shrank.

I recommend meditation to all of my clients to help them feel more connected, grounded and happy.

9. Practice Gratitude Daily. Humans can easily focus on what is wrong. Gratitude will shift your focus quickly to your blessings and gifts faster than anything. Spending a few minutes each day recognizing the good in your life and giving thanks for it will raise your happiness quotient and open your heart.

Writing letters of gratitude will do even more to make you happy. Expressing your thanks to others for what they do for you makes you both feel good.

10. Move closer to work or work from home. The benefits of living close to work will make you happier than a bigger house. A long commute adds stress, tension and creates a longer work day. Traffic can be trecherous raising stress levels for years.

Many of us buy homes in places far from work because of economics. Over the long haul those hours of driving cannot be returned. It has been twenty years since I had a long commute, yet when I think of corporate America, my commute is what I remember rather than my success.

5 Ways To Create A Deeper Connection By Being Present

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Distractions are everywhere. There's music playing, the television in the background and our PDAs to mess with, text messages coming in and phone calls to answer. In this day and age, we have to disconnect from those distractions and give others our full attention. When we give into distractions, we can leave others feeling unloved, unheard while we feel scattered.

I am currently visiting my adult off-spring in Colorado. I have a lot going on, a client in a healing crisis another about to be deposed that needs my help with a legal case, a visit to my daughter's culinary school restaurant. I want to give each person my all when I am with them. How can we do this with so much going on?

When we are thinking of something else or attempting to answer texts or e-mails when we are with others, they feel ignored and unappreciated. If we are making love with our partner but focused on other tasks, our partner will feel it. Life is too short to leave our loved ones feeling ignored or unloved. Multitasking makes you emotionally unavailable.

We miss details, won't notice a person's body language or facial expression when we are doing too many things. How can we
simplify our lives to be more present with ourselves, others and loved ones?

  1. Make eye contact when someone is speaking to you. When we make eye contact with the one we are with, they feel heard.
  2. Respond to the conversation. When you comment to another person, they feel you understand them. Understanding another leads to a deeper quality within our relationships and a closer bond.
  3. Focus your attention. We are all looking for attention from another person when we are on the phone with them, or experiencing an in-person conversation. When you focus your attention on another they feel it; we develop trust when we are heard and understood.
  4. Listen actively. When we focus on what to say next, you are in your ego. Instead, focus only on what the other is saying. When they complete their story take a moment to consider a question to ask for more clarity. When you focus on what you want to say while the other is talking,  your presence is missing.
  5. Don't judge. When we are in judgment, we are closing our mind to the infinite. We are multi-dimensional beings. Be open to a new idea, different options, and possibilities. Not everything has to be the way you want or thinks things should be. You might be surprised at the doors that open when you drop the judgment of others.

Mindful practices deepen with daily meditation. When we meditate daily, we slow our thoughts down and create a deeper connection with ourselves. Being present in each moment means you notice your feelings and emotions. Breathing in fully will allow you to be more present with each breath and ground you. I highly recommend taking even ten minutes a day to sit in silence and just breathe.

You don't have to be any particular religion to benefit from meditation. When you do, everything in your life becomes a meditation from walking to peeling vegetables, doing your makeup shaving or having sex. A life of presence opens more bliss and joy than one of distraction; I promise you.

22 Principles of Truth That Will Realize Your Dreams Come True

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

There are ways of being in this world that allow us to receive wealth, success, and riches quickly. Unfortunately, when we focus on our money problems all we receive are more problems with poverty. To create wealth, or receive love, we have to be in that state.

WTF?

I know it sounds crazy. To receive prosperity, we have to be in the energy of abundance. To receive love, we have to vibrate in the energy of love. We have to BE what we want to have. There are many laws that I will speak of; that will help explain why this is the case.

1. Energy and Vibration

Money is energy. Love is energy. We are energy. The Universe is energy. To attract something we must match the vibration of what we want to draw to us. To magnetize love to us, we have to be vibrating at the energy of the love state. If we feel empty, lost, broken, alone or lonely, it is next to impossible to attract a loving relationship. The more we focus on wanting a partner, the more the partner doesn't come in. Often when we are at our happiest and not looking do we find our Beloved. It was how I met my Twin Flame.

2. Birds Of A Feather - Like Attracts Like

Energy is moldable. Since we are energy, we can feel what our energetic state is emitting. If we feel positive, happy and upbeat, our vibration is high, we feel good.

When we are worried, in fear or doubt, we feel bad, our solar plexus which is our power center is
constricted and we feel small or weak. (The solar plexus is the chakra just below the heart. Many couples are photographed with their hand over their spouses solar plexus as a control measure.

3. Be The Energy of What You Want To Create To get wealth, we have to embody wealth. We have to feel and think wealth. We have to feel rich to become rich.

4. You Already Have What You Need Inside You

We were taught poverty consciousness. We were taught to worry about losing money, or spending all our money. We were taught that money is scarce. Our natural state is abundant. Our natural state is also that of love. We have to get out of our way to have what we desire.

5. You Are Not Punished

Life circumstances are meant to teach you about yourself so that you can grow and evolve. The events in your life are the universe conspiring to assist you. The problems show up to teach you about your resistance, limiting beliefs, lack of focus and faith.

6. Intend and Focus

Most people have such scattered thoughts today, texting, social media and other mundane tasks take people away from positively focused creation. Without focus, we lose our money. Without giving our attention to love, it goes away also. We have to focus on the things that have meaning and value. Intend to be wealthy. Intend to have love. Then feel that emotional state consistently.

7. Watch Your Thoughts

The thoughts you are thinking today create your tomorrow right now. Focus only on what you desire, rather than dwelling on how little money you have to pay bills. Instead, affirm, "I have plenty of money to pay my bills on time." Using the following: "The Universe is always and in every way supporting me." Focus your thoughts consistently on what you want and expect The Universe to bring it to you. Thoughts take the time to manifest. We are the cause of all we see. Your present results from previous thoughts.

8. Clarity of Desire

You must be crystal clear about what you desire. If you want a car, for example, you must know what make you want, the color, style, interior color, type of upholstery on the seats. Thinking you want a "nice car," won't bring you the car you want. Get detailed and clear.

9. Use Your Imagination

Einstein said imagination was of far greater importance than intellect. With imagining, we can tap into Source, which is the creative energy of The Universe. This Divine Mind is infinitely creative. We expand when we can connect with The Divine Mind.

10. Meditate, Relax and Be Silent

Meditation is how we connect to The Divine or Source energy. We can receive information and truth through meditation. Inspiration comes through repose. Sitting still in quiet inward reflection allows Guidance to flow through you.

11. Forgive

You might be wondering what forgiveness has to do with having what you desire? Forgiveness causes you to be more open and tolerant. Letting go of past hurts using forgiveness expands your consciousness opening you up to something new.

12. Don't Worry - Be Happy!

Worry is not constructive. Worry just creates more of what you worry about. Instead, focus on feeling the desire that you want to create. If you want to be wealthy focus your energy of feeling rich. Envision what you want with clarity. Do not focus on your outside circumstances as they are temporary. Being broke is temporary. Everything can change in the blink of an eye.

12. Create Miracles

With focused intention, certainty, detachment and gratitude you can create everyday miracles. If you click on this link, I list all the steps in a video of how to create miracles in your life.

13. Ask And It Is Given

If you ask, you will receive. The secret is you cannot have a shred of doubt. The Universe already knows what you are going to ask before you ask. Manifesting is like playing a game. The rules of the game require you to have faith you will receive your desire. With a clear focus, active prayers (NO BEGGING) while being in a state of happiness or love you will receive your desire. You don't have to put a time limit on your goal either. Expect it to happen in an instant. The Universe may have some hefty orchestrating to perform to bring your desire to fruition.

14. Act As If

Begin acting as if you already have it. Use words and phrases that affirm your unfailing belief. For example, rather than say, I will be rich, use, "I AM A MILLIONAIRE. I AM RICH." Whenever you use the words I AM, the Universe brings it to you. Remember only use the words I AM preceding a positive phrase, rather than "I AM SICK."

15. Be Grateful

Gratitude gives your manifestation wings. The Universe's payment is your gratitude. Heartfelt gratitude is an emotion that opens your heart and raises your vibration instantly. Say "Thank you, " all day long. Find little things to be grateful for.

16. Cheerful Giving

The law of Cause and Effect is at play here. When you give, you get. When you give love to you, you receive love in return. When you give to others, you will receive multiplied. The more you give, the more that comes back to you. Give spontaneously. If you see a homeless man on the street, buy him food, give him a jacket, or bottle of water or coffee. Give without looking for something in return. Giving needs to be done with an open heart. Give with Grace. When you receive, do so gratefully.

Pay Your bills cheerfully. You have received a service. Make your payment with gratitude. Be grateful that you have the ability to pay your bills.

17. Receive Graciously

When someone does something nice for you, be gracious. Say Thank you! Even your paycheck comes from The Divine and The Universe. Make sure you say thank you before you deposit your next check. Be grateful for all that you have, all that you can give and all that you receive.

18. Steadfast and Unfailing Faith

Faith is rewarded. You will receive what you desire if you have faith it is on its way to you. Right now! Do not doubt. Do not blink an eye or worry that The Divine needs help. I assure you your clarity, faith and focus are all that is required.

19. The Universe Is Infinite and Abundant

Focus on the fact that The Universe is unlimited. There is always an abundance in Nature and The Universe. Belief in scarcity will keep money and love in short supply.

20. Go Where Imagination And Desire Take You

Source gives you what you want, so be clear on the details. Use your imagination to create a clear, detailed picture of your desire.

Envision your dream home, near the beach, with courtyard, pool in the backyard and beautiful garden area. Be detailed in your
envisioning. See it. Feel what it would feel like to have it. Then believe it! Focus on your creation daily. If it is a trip you want to take, go to a travel agency, get some brochures, look at flights, dates, itinerary. Think big! If you want wealth, think of the reasons you want to have all this money. Envision the travel, vacations, homes, and charities you want to donate to in great detail. How do you desire to change the world with this money?

21. Live In The Present Moment

Do not dwell on the past. Playing back old memories or stories brings the past into the present. To create anything you must be in the present. When you can live in the present as if it is a fresh experience you begin to live free of judgment. You stop expecting your spouse to act a certain way and give others the freedom to be different, to change themselves. Nothing is static. Therefore, everything is subject to change. The Past, present and future are all happening simultaneously. Ensure you are present, or you will miss out on something grand.

22. Choose Happiness

Living in a state of happiness at all times allows you to grow into an even greater version of yourself. Don't spend all day daydreaming in a half aware state. Accidents can happen when you are not focused on the present. Awake to the present moment by breathing deeply and slowly. Exhale slowly and completely. Breathe in again slowly. Repeat at least three times. The present gives you clues, brings you the right people and circumstances.

Focus on BEING, being prepared mentally, secondly and preparing your body. Actions are the last step in the process of creation and manifesting.

You are an infinite being of spirit. You have everything you need inside of you.
Never stop learning and growing. Learning allows your spirit to experience expansion becoming your true infinite nature.

10 Powerful Ways To Get Her There

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Men can shower, shave and dress in the amount of time it can take a woman to get into the shower. Even when a woman intends to be ready on time, she likely isn't. Women take longer than men to do just about anything except maybe diaper a baby, or clean the house. When it comes to having an orgasm many men are expressing their impatience with their partners because it takes them so long! Women are wired differently than men. Think of it this way guys, if she were like you, she'd have a penis!

Why You Don't Want To Hurry Her Up

Have you ever noticed when you try to rush something it doesn't go well? Rushing a woman to orgasm will do the opposite. It will prevent her from coming because her focus will be on how long it is taking her. When you try to rush them to orgasm, their focus is on the fact that it is taking them too long, and you are impatient. Women the world over have been programmed to believe if they don't come when a man does that something is wrong with them. Women need more time than men. In fact, they need twenty to forty minutes, or as long as it takes. You have to let go of how long it takes. Focus on giving her pleasure instead.

Sex is about mutual pleasure not just one person's. If you give a woman her orgasm first, you will find she is very appreciative and just might give you what you want too! If all you have is quickies, it is likey you will be cut off at some point. Women don't do well with a steady diet of quickies. In fact, quickies can kill your sex life.

You Can't Rush An Orgasm

Let's face it, if all women had orgasms as quickly as men, our society would be different. Our lives would be different. We would all probably be languishing in bed with our partners wanting to have sex all the time. Nothing would get accomplished, and our children would go hungry. You might want to read my article about why women stop having sex, a woman not having an orgasm is one of them.

When you focus on how long it takes, a woman will feel insecure. She will feel something is wrong with her. There is nothing wrong; she is different from her man. Men can come in two minutes. Most women need twenty to forty minutes of warm-up time to get close to having an orgasm.

Orgasm For Life

Have you ever wondered why a woman would write a book about ORGASM? Did you ask yourself that question? Most men are intrigued that I did. I wrote it because after four marriages and countless partners I knew that most men didn't understand women. I recommend you buy my book, it could be the best $18.00 you spend! Most women are so focused on their man getting tired or being impatient that they can't focus on the pleasure.

Take Your Mind and Focus Off The Clock

Women need to know that they can lie back, relax and just enjoy what is going on without thinking about the time it takes. Each time your mind goes to something else, come back to the pleasure. Ask for what you want and guide him gently to the right place, pressure and speed you need.

What She Needs To Do
  1. Know that while having sex men are focused on that one thing - PLEASURE. Learn to do this also. Let go of the household chores, lock your bedroom door, so your three children don't come bounding in the room. Stop focusing on the dishes, unswept kitchen floor or work projects left undone. Think about this one thing - pleasure!
  2. Get comfortable. If something pinches or hurts, you won't have an orgasm. Be comfortable.
  3. Know that you are beautiful!
  4. Breathe with an open mouth. As above so below. Opening your mouth will help open the sexual center.
  5. Make low moaning sounds, rather than high pitched squeals, this equates to the sacral chakra sound and energy that is your sexual center.
  6. If he is performing oral, ask him also to insert an upturned finger to stimulate your G-spot at the same time. This one thing could be what you need. Most men don't think of multi-tasking while performing oral. You will find this amazing addition!
  7. Squeeze your buttocks together, squeezing your anal sphincter like a pump. Squeezing your buttocks and doing kegels both front and back pumps up the kundalini that raises your sexual energy and will get you there faster.
  8. Move your hips rhythmically, while squeezing your anal sphincter.
  9. Each time your mind wanders to the clock, or how tired your partner is getting turn your mind back to focus on the pleasure.
  10. Envision yourself having an orgasm and letting go in your mind.
  11. Use a fantasy of something that turns you on. It's okay to fantasize while making love. An orgasm is over 60% mental and less than 40% physical. What your mind is doing is either taking you towards or away from the pleasure. Focus on the feelings of enjoyment.
  12. Allow yourself to let go and surrender to the process of letting go and building your sexual energy to a crescendo. When you surrender, you will have an orgasm.
For Men

  1. Let her know her pleasure is all she needs to enjoy.
  2. At no time can you tell her to hurry up. I'll slap you silly if you do! Most women need 10 minutes of kissing, 10 minutes of sensual touch, 10 minutes of massage, 10 minutes of digital or oral and digital (not with your camera silly - your finger!) stimulation. A total of 40 minutes!
  3. Tell her how good she smells and tastes. Telling her these things will help her relax and let go. (If there is a hygiene issue, take a shower together or run a bath for her first, so that you are both clean. Mutual respect means coming clean!
  4. Tell her how beautiful she is.
  5. Keep telling her how beautiful she is. You have no idea how turning on her mind will turn on her body. She needs to know you think she is beautiful.
  6. If she likes to be told she is sexy, tell her how she turns you on and how sexy she is. Find out before you get into the bedroom what her hot buttons are and push on them!
  7. Do what she likes, rather than what you want to do.
  8. Oral sex will get her there faster than anything else.
  9. She will need to feel comfortable, safe, and know that you have all the time in the world to get her there.
  10. Use a finger inside her at the same time as giving her oral. An upturned finger will locate her G-spot which will bring her to orgasm much faster than a tongue lashing alone! Buy my book so that you know other ways to get her there every time. Orgasm For Life on Amazon.com.

I recently received a private message from a woman who's partner is pushing her to come faster. Having been there myself, I know how damaging this can be to one's self-esteem. No one should ever tell the other to hurry up and come. It doesn't work that way. I coach women privately to overcome issues with orgasm and self-esteem. Living a radiant life means being healthy, having orgasms and standing in our power. I have a new website that I am very excited about, to empower women. Watch for it coming on October 10th! You can set up your private sessions here.
