Women Use The Golden Opportunity To Ask A Man Out

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

If you are single looking for a relationship, there are two mindsets. The first one is where we sit at home and hopefully dream and pray for an attractive man to fall out of the sky into our laps, and we will live happily ever after. The second and more grounded perspective is that if we want love we have to go for it.

Don't get me wrong, I am a firm believer in the Law of Attraction even in the dating world. We get what we think and focus on. We also attract what we are. What if that opportunity for that perfect person for you presents itself and he doesn't ask for your number? We have to take matters into our own hands and make the first move.

We might miss our Golden Opportunity here's why:

1. Men can be shy and afraid of rejection. Men have been the sole risk taker for eons. Men have historically asked for a first date, asked for our hand in marriage. However, times have changed. We've changed. Men can be afraid of us women.

Seriously, we women can be pretty scary at times. In fact, how many times have we yelled at a guy for whistling, ogling or making a move on us? Men don't know what women want.

Asking a woman for a date, or to marry him all have a huge risk of rejection. While it is a scary thing for men to ask a woman out, taking a risk yourself can be rewarded. No matter your age, asking a guy out on a date can be the best thing you ever did.

Case in point: I attended a New Year's party with a friend. I met many people at the party, but one man stood out head and shoulders above the rest. I gave him my card after talking to him for two hours (which should have given him a clue I was interested), and he never bothered to call. He was a really nice man but had some deep insecurities.

I took my experience on New Year's Eve as a lesson. If I like someone, I need to let them know it. Otherwise, I would feel like I missed an opportunity and would feel regret. I wrote about regret in Orgasm For Life.

The more we live our life with regret, the more regrettable moments we have. JEM

2. Sometimes men are totally clueless and don't pick up on our tossing our hair, intent interest in their every word or our cool demeanor which is meant to draw them in because we are so so hot! Making the first move can be the only way you get a second chance with someone you meet. Don't expect a man to understand or pick up on your queues. Many men are oblivious to body language.

3. Golden Opportunities don't come around every day. When you are presented with an opportunity, take the risk as there are only two ways it can go, he'll say yes, or he'll say no. If you never ask you may leave the party, gathering or grocery store and never see him again. Take the risk rather than miss out on the love of a lifetime.

4. There is always a risk in love. Those events in our life that are monumental and life changing don't happen every day. Whether it is publishing your first book, a blog, starting a new business or telling your family you are gay, we have to risk to get what we really want. To have love we have to step out of our little box of comfort and risk everything. We have to risk someone seeing us completely naked and authentic. We have to risk someone not loving us to have someone love us like we've never been loved before.

Playing it safe isn't going to get you that amazing jaw-dropping and heart-stopping butterflies or incredible sex, deep connection and bliss of being with a person who exceeds your expectations on all levels.

To have love we have to risk it all.

5. Better to live with a bruised ego than to miss your Golden Opportunity that may only come once in a lifetime. Don't live your life with regret because of some old rule book about what women shouldn't do. Regret is a terrible thing. Regret is what we feel after we see someone amazing, handsome, intelligent, funny, sexy, talented and then leave without letting him know, "I'd love to have coffee or tea with you some time and just share stories."

When we don't reach for and grab that brass ring, the next time another opportunity might present itself like this one could be never.

I deserve it! Yes I do!
I am worth it! Yes I am!
I am loveable! Oh HELL YES!

3 Things You Must Do To Be Happy

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters"
Happiness is not having what you want. It is appreciating what you have.

As I round the home stretch of my transformational book, Happy Here, Happy Anywhere: The Step-By-Step Guide To Overcoming Anxiety, Depression, and Unhappiness I have a few pointers to share with you that are key components of getting to a place of happiness. Here they are:

1. You must commit to doing whatever it takes to be happy right now with what you already have. If you bitch, moan or complain about your life you will never be happy. So just stop it! Bob Newhart says it best. You have got to have a sense of humor with yourself. Instead, of beating yourself up for the choices you have made in the past look at how you can learn from those choices. What was your lesson, what was the gift?

We all make choices that don't take us where we thought they would. Let it go. Learn from the past instead of flogging yourself. We can be goofballs, weirdos, and mavericks and still be happy, look at me! I am one of the biggest goofballs, mavericks, and weirdos on the planet. We are unique. Be happy with your uniqueness!

Living the simplest of lives focusing on the important things like family, friends and loving life will bring you happiness. Turn your focus inward and be grateful for being alive each day. Being grateful for the simplest of things will help to shift your focus. I know people that have died in their sleep. They didn't wake up to live another day. We have to recognize that each day is a gift. Having a meal to eat is a gift. When we expect things to be a certain way we aren't focusing on the miracles of life. Nothing is impossible and everything is possible! Miracles happen every day. Be grateful for the gift of life. Be happy with what you have now and more good will flow to you.

2. Have some fun. Do things that you love to do every day. Life is way too short not to enjoy it. Watch funny movies, comedians and cute YouTube videos of fuzzy little animals that make you laugh and smile. If you keep wishing to "go home," be careful what you wish for as your suffering could be endless, then you just return here to do it again!

PLAY! The next time you are home with family for an evening, take out a board game. Play with your family. Engage with people instead of texting or playing mind numbing games on your phone. People are what make us happy, not technology.

My favorite game is Cards Against Humanity. I usually end up almost peeing my pants from laughing so hard, and usually win. I love this game. It's a little naughty, certainly funny and gets you out of your damned ego! Cards Against Humanity is a party game for horrible people. Of course, I don't consider myself a horrible person, I am a fun, happy enlightened being. Fun is a huge part of my happiness. Play is something I do daily.

It will give you a chance to laugh, have some fun and get out of your way.

3. Do things that make you happy. (see number 2 above) Listen to happy uplifting music. Dance instead of going to the gym. I quit my gym membership and dance outside every day with music that lifts me and moves me into high states of happiness. The flip side of this is we have to stop doing things that bring us down. If you read the newspaper every day, read headlines that make you angry or want to cry, STOP IT! Avoid reading Yahoo headlines and watching the news. These things will bring you down and create unhappiness and sadness. Believe me, if the sky begins to fall and the world is ending you won't need to read the headlines to find out, you will know! Now get up and move it move it!

What Do You Expect?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Expectations have a way of ruling our lives. When our expectations are high, we may never achieve the level of success we expect, thus setting ourselves up for failure and disappointment. I recommend that my clients let go of expectations so that they have room to explore the infinite possibilities, which usually turn out to be way better than what we could ever expect on our own.

Expectations in relationships set our partners up for failure. High expectations of our children cause them stress and us to feel disappointed when they don't meet our lofty desires. Expectations for our life cause us unhappiness, as we tend to set the bar way too high. When we expect so much, we can find it difficult to be happy with what we have. When we learn that settling for less, we find happiness in the smallest of things and life becomes infinitely simpler.
More Fun, Trust, and Discovery

When we stop expecting, we step into the flow of life, rather than trying to figure out exactly how things should be.

Lofty expectations, not my house!
When I moved to California, I had high expectations of a house with a clay tile roof, snuggled into the backdrop of palm trees or mountains with gardens and trees. As I searched the Internet for homes to rent, one little adobe home with a chain link fence kept surfacing. In fact, this little house was the first one I saw when I began searching for homes while still in Colorado.

Letting Go

I have given up all of my belongings three times. I have far less now than I had even ten years ago. With much less I am far happier with myself and my life. Possessions don't bring happiness; they just bring attachment and more confinement. I can focus on what is really valuable, rather than what is ego-based. I love myself enough to know I don't want to share my house because I need help paying my rent. I like my solitude and privacy.

Leaving Boulder, Colorado moving day
My ex-husband had just died. My work in Colorado didn't pan out as I had hoped and my finances were restricted, just like the Universe likes it. We had only just moved a year before from Georgia, after selling everything. Cross-country moves are costly. I had blown a lot of cash moving and having to relocate again.

We become creative when our finances are tight; we learn to make do with less and don't waste anything. I had expectations of life in California, and it didn't include a small adobe home in the middle of a town.

If I hadn't had such high expectations of a home, I could have moved right in as soon as my daughter, and I arrived in Rosamond. Instead, we stayed with a friend our three cats in a cage and our dog Karma had to stay in our pick up truck. I caused the hardship because of my high expectations.

3-car garage, 5,000 square foot home - miserable
I had lived in beautiful homes where our garage was bigger than this entire house with a monthly mortgage that was half a yearly salary for some people. I had to drop my expectations to accept that this home being shown to me over and over was the best place for my entire family.

What We Believe To Be True is Often Fiction

I looked at the homes on the mountain side thinking how lovely it looked up there, high over the town with a view of the valley below. It seemed idyllic and beautiful to me. I had romanticized the larger homes thinking life would be better there.

The yards there were postage-sized without grass, which meant my dogs would need to be walked, there was no safe place for them just to play outside as dogs do. The houses were packed tightly together and cooled with air conditioning units, rather than the less expensive swamp coolers. The rent was double that of the little house in town. The landlord of the rental house wasn't open to being creative with financing in any way. There was no wiggle room on anything.

Truth

The interior of the house was completely renovated. The walls were a foot thick which meant it would stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The house was solidly built being over sixty years old.

Instead of an air conditioning unit, it had a swamp cooler which cools your home for less than a third of an air conditioning unit. The rent was very reasonable. Since the entire house was only 800 square feet in size, my utilities were affordable. The little adobe house was a perfect size for my daughter and me with three bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen complete with goose-neck faucet, gas cook top and granite countertops. The bigger picture was that the smaller home was perfect in every way except aesthetically.

Mojave Desert, California
It had a half-acre of fenced in yard which provided ease for me to let my dogs out to play safely. Across the street was a warehouse that was empty. To the left of me was a vacant lot. Across the street to the left was another vacant lot. To the right of me were apartments where the garages were the only things that faced my home and yard. I had complete privacy on all sides.

My landlord is Hispanic, a family man who knows what struggle is all about and was willing to work with me. He even let me slide for three months the first winter I lived in California while I was struggling to feed myself and my daughter. There were so many gifts living in the house that was smaller, and seemingly a lower standard.

The Miracles

My biggest beef about the little house I have now lived in for almost four years was the roof. In the desert, the wind howls, especially in the winter. Shingles were constantly falling off the roof, and there was a multitude of patches of different colored shingles making the house from the outside look like a little shabby without the chic.

On Monday, September 12th, during the Mercury Retrograde, a time when things need to get re-done, reordered, repaired, I drove up to the front of my house and said, "How can I easily get a new roof?" That afternoon, I heard a crash. My swamp cooler on the top of my roof had leaked water into my back bedroom and caused a quarter of my ceiling to cave in.

Before the make-over
When my landlord showed up to take a look at the damage the next day, he announced, "Next Friday, I am going to give you a new roof!" After four years of me looking at the roof and wishing it to be different - it happened! Last week he asked me to pick colors for the house and suggested blue.

My home is north-facing, which means the best color from a Feng Shui perspective for wealth is blue. He intuitively knew it. On top of a new roof, my house will be Feng Shui perfect from the outside in the right color!

Gratitude For What We Have

I am so grateful to have the privacy, safety, and comfort that I experience in my little home. My animals love being out in the yard and are safe from traffic and coyotes. Expressing our gratitude for what we do have allows us to attract something more. The space I have is more than enough for me. I use all of my rooms. My office is lovely, tidy and orderly. I can create here because I am at peace.

The Benefits

As my business has grown in California, I have relaxed and enjoyed my home. I have never been so happy in my life as when I moved to the desert of California. I love the solitude, quiet and remoteness of where I live.

In the time it takes to drive one exit up the highway, one exit I can be in the wilderness to dance and walk my dogs in peace. I can be at any beach in two-to-three hours. In the winter, I am thirty miles away from snow in the mountain town of Tehachapi.

My animals love the yard and digging for gophers in my little patch of green grass. I have made it a sanctuary. It feels peaceful and zen like inside. If I had chosen the other house on the mountain, I would now be living in a small apartment. I wouldn't have been able to afford it during those lean early months and would have had to move - again.

Since I spend less on my living expenses, I am free to travel to Boulder, Colorado four or five times a year and visit my clients in Atlanta, Georgia as well. In 2017, I plan to visit The UK, Ireland, France and India again.

I can clean my home in a little over two hours from top to bottom. I am not a slave to my possessions. I can close the door and hop on a plane to do a workshop and not be concerned about whether someone will break in and steal my stuff.

How You Can Benefit From Reducing Expectations

  1. We relax when we reduce our expectations.
  2. We can step into the flow rather than forcing events to happen.
  3. When we simplify our lives we become less stressed.
  4. We stop worrying about what others think of us and become more authentic.
  5. Life is more blissful when we do what we love.
  6. We enjoy what is really important.
  7. When we are less stressed we become infinitely more creative.
  8. Our relationships become more peaceful when we reduce or drop expectations.
  9. We become free. Freedom brings us peace, serenity, and happiness.

Getting Out Of The Ego

Let's face it a huge house is beautiful. Living in something smaller gets us out of our ego. Tom Shadyac is a producer, director, comedian, screenplay writer, and philanthropist. He created such movies as Liar, Liar, Ace Ventura Pet Detective, The Nutty Professor and Bruce Almighty. His net worth is approximately 12 million. He was instrumental in creating a documentary called I AM. I highly recommend this film, available on Netflix.

At the end of I AM, Tom features his 17,000 square foot, 7 million dollar property in Pasadena, California talking about how excited he was to move in. Once he did, he looked around and
Tom Shadyac's mobile home in Malibu
recognized that the house didn't thrill him like he thought it would. The house was huge, beautiful and certainly a showplace. He sold his home in Pasadena. Tom now lives in a little 40-foot trailer in Malibu.

I have friends that struggle to pay their enormous mortgage and accompanying living expenses each month. Many of them never travel because their living expenses keep them so strapped, all their income goes into just existing. Life is more than struggle. Reducing our expectations allows us to enjoy the little things that matter. Adventure, travel, and exploration can occur when we free ourselves to enjoy something other than trying to look a certain way.

We can set expectations up for wealth, success, relationships. We can set the bar so high for achievement, that we never find the happiness we think is going to be there. Expectations break the bank on happiness. High expectations will cause you to feel you never succeeded.

Love yourself to be in the flow of life. Have the courage to do with less, spend less on things that don't matter. Focus on what does, your health, happiness, and love.

I love you,
Thank you for joining me today.
Client Testimonials:
After working with Jennifer recently, I must say that I am grateful to the Divine for placing her in my path via a Google search. A few weeks ago, I was in an interesting place emotionally. I was in-between coming to terms with some past emotional trauma but not fully understanding what it meant to "let go of my past." Following our initial 30 minute "discovery session" and subsequent first session a week later, I finally understood what it meant to embrace the present while letting the past be whatever it was.

As she opened my Akashic record and began to peel back the layers of my current and past lives, I shook, trembled, and buzzed as Jennifer cut the cords to the negative emotional patterns that had affected me on a personal, physical, emotional, and spiritual basis. The guilt, shame, and depression I experienced for years immediately left, and I felt lighter! It was as if life had finally smiled at me and the Universe had finally said, "it's time for your healing. Embrace it and finally, learn to live life and enjoy it!"

I'm truly grateful for Jennifer's work, and I know that this is the beginning of something beautiful in my life. Thanks again, Jennifer, and I send you much love and many blessings!

Sincerely,
Mary

Orgasm For Life: Till Death Or The Money Is Gone

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Till Death Or The Money Is Gone

Excerpt from Orgasm For Life

To illustrate the polarities of sex in two different ways, I have included two real life stories.

Susan and Simon were happily married. Their marriage was strong encompassing more than two decades. Their relationship had weathered many ups and downs, as most do. Simon was a successful attorney who founded his law firm, just before the downturn in the economy. They lived in a grand and beautiful home in an affluent community. His business diminished causing them to have to sell their home and move into a much smaller home in a very different socio-economic area.

Susan’s friends changed when their status altered. It caused her great distress. Her sense of worth diminished when they left their beautiful home. She unconsciously blamed her husband for their plight. Simon kept his sense of humor, for the most part, while he worked long hours, helped around the house when he could. On weekends, he helped Susan entertain. They created fun, themed, dinner parties. All Simon wanted from Susan was regular sex. Susan felt that Simon was not connected to his heart and just wanted the physical aspect of sex. She was determined not to have sex with her husband unless he changed. Simon was shut down emotionally because of the rejection. He felt neglected and unloved by having his repeated advances denied.

Simon became increasingly irritable, resentful and sniped at his wife. Susan took his sniping as a personal assault and dug her heels in deeper. She continued to refuse Simon sex. (A stand-off occurred with neither party wanting to budge.) Both were left frustrated and angry. The constant sparring took a toll on their marriage, impacting their happiness and that of their children.

George was a multi-millionaire stockbroker, traveling the world. George entrusted his home and money to his brother while he was away. His brother embezzled his money to the point that George and Claire lost their mansion and all that they owned. Destitute and broke they had to live in their car with their two children. Claire stuck by her husband, supporting him and loving him through these changes. She wanted to help her husband and continued to have as much sex with her husband as he wanted to help him through the challenging days and nights. Regular sex helped George feel better about himself. George said later that the only thing that got him through these difficult times was the support of his wife.

We can see that two couples had a very different outcome from similar circumstances. It is how we allow circumstances to color our intimacy and taint our relationships. Staying connected during challenging times through open-hearted communication and regular sex can turn difficulties into growth for both parties. For men, sex opens their hearts creating deep intimacy and more connection. When we refuse sex, they clam up and won’t allow themselves to be vulnerable.

The bottom line is a sexless marriage is not a marriage at all. Eventually after years of mediocre sex or no sex, one or both of the partners will either stray or divorce. Sex along with love and truthful communication is the glue of our relationships. It allows men to open up and allow their woman into his inner sanctum. Without sex, men shut down emotionally and generally will not allow women in. Women too will find other ways to find satisfaction, or end the marriage. Being rejected by your partner can negatively impact your self-esteem.

People will stay together in marriages where divorce is not an option. For others, when tension continues for too long one person may decide that they have had enough. A sexless marriage can help you make the decision to get out of a dead-end relationship that apparently isn’t supporting you.

Sex, trust, and heartfelt communication are the keys to deep intimacy. When both parties are involved and satisfied, it opens communication channels, helping to alleviate fears and discord. Sex is a component that creates and build trust and intimacy in a monogamous relationship. When there is no discussion about an issue of sex, arguments can break out, like brush fires. Before long, the small fires burn out of control. Little things become blown out of proportion. Sex helps to release tension within the relationship, breaking down the ego barriers that we often create through our fears of intimacy, of being abandoned and or betrayed.

How Being Silent Can Intensify Your Sensory Experience

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

The past three weeks or more, I have been feeling unrest regarding my work, which is unusual for me. I have been getting signs that I need to shift my focus in my business. I have been getting conflicting information, which shows me something needs to change. I want to write a best-selling book and reach more people around the world. I needed clarity on what direction to take. I love what I do, I just need a shift in who I do it for.

While I was considering all the possibilities of shifting my business model, I received guidance to shut off from the outside world. It was clear to me I needed three days of complete silence. I needed to shut my mouth and listen. From Friday evening till mid-morning on Monday, I focused on being in silence.

The Art of Listening

As humans, we want to be heard understood and appreciated. Often we speak when no one is listening. We say things that have little meaning to others. We repeat ourselves just to be sure someone hears us. We may even say something to another that upsets them. Closing our mouths and listening, rather than speaking shifts our perspective. Instead of being focused on what we want to say, we listen to others.

The Gift of Silence

Meditation is one way to become quiet. Sitting still, going within allows us to listen to our inner voice, our higher intelligence. Some of us are so busy talking we don't hear what we are being told.

On Friday morning, I let my adult off-spring know I would not be communicating with them for three days. I called my mother and informed her of my silent retreat. She understood the importance and promised to wait to hear from me.

A gentleman I had one date with took my retreating inward to mean he needed to fix me. He suggested I call a meeting and talk to wise council. He offered many Bible verses and an invitation to his church on Sunday, saying he wouldn't talk to me if I went to church with him since I would be on a silent retreat. He didn't understand that the wise council was within me. He didn't understand that his insistence on me going to church during a silent retreat was disrespectful to me.

I wondered how my dogs and cats would respond to my silence? They quickly got my hand signals and found a way to communicate with me, as they communicated silently with me daily.

How Did I Do It?

I closed my mouth. I stopped making inane comments that were needless during the day on Friday. I began to recognize how much of what we say is superfluous.

I prepared by doing my shopping in advance. I cooked dinner mindfully, in silence. I did not listen to any music or Netflix T.V.

On Saturday morning, I took my dogs out to the desert and walked in silence. I didn't do my usual dancing routine. David Bowie somehow didn't fit into my silent retreat. Instead of going home after our walk, I drove northward to the town of Mojave.  I jokingly looked for David Branson at his Virgin Galactic building; no one was home.
Wind farm on the way to Tehachapi

I continued northward to Tehachapi and went to my favorite Mediterranean restaurant, Petra for their famous Baklava. I have eaten Baklava all over the world, and Petra's is the most scrumptious I have ever eaten. It is moist, rather than dry using a honey and butter syrup between the layers. I took a note in so that I would not have to speak. The owner thought I had a sore throat, which was fine. It was easier than trying to explain with sign language that I was just being silent and not speaking for three days.

I was initially going just for the Baklava. However, The Universe had other plans for me. Petra was all out, and the fresh batch wouldn't be ready for another two hours. I ordered a Mediterranean salad, and I recognized that the dogs and I were to take our time,
stroll around the quaint, historic town and spend some time at the park. It was a beautiful sunny day, with temperatures in the mid-70's and I had all the time in the world.

My Secret Discovery

Having two hours to wait might have bothered me a few years ago. There was some reason we were to kill a couple of hours in silence in this little town. We walked the entire perimeter of the park. There were several families having birthday parties for their children. Large expansive tables were set up with a feast for many. The children played on the swings, and some stopped to talk to my dogs.

I found a place in the shade, under a large Redwood tree. I removed my jacket and stretched out on the soft cool grass and closed my eyes. Karma was happy to lay down and rest. Yoda had other ideas and ran off to play with the group of little boys that liked him. Once I had him quieted, I got an amazing piece of information.

In Silence, There Is NO EGO!

Laying on the grass with my eyes closed, I could hear everyone's conversations without straining. I could separate individual conversations. I heard voices that were far away as if they were right beside me. My other senses intensified when I shut my mouth and listened!

With my tongue still and my mouth shut, my mind quieted. There was no ego!

Order it on Amazon.com
I could feel the soft damp grass beneath me. I heard birds chirping, children squealing, laughing and yelling. None of it bothered me. My ego wasn't nagging at me to make me feel angry, triggered or upset. None of the noises disturbed me at all. In fact, I was experiencing the children's joy and happiness by witnessing it all from a place of no mind.

Sex Intensified In Silence

When I get an amazing thought like I just experienced, I extrapolate it across all sensory experiences. I began to wonder about silent sex. Instead of talking, bantering why not, just feel? When we close our mouths, shut down our egos while feeling each other's beautiful bodies, we can experience an expanded level of
pleasure. Our sense of touch becomes heightened. We deepen our other senses. We are more able to communicate soul to soul without speaking.

Eye contact and touch become our only method of communication.

Sex is Meditation

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Sexual energy is the primal force of the universe. It is creative. It is sacred. Animals have sex to procreate. For humans, sex is creative at all levels, mind, body and spirit. It is a way to unify two physical beings as ONE. There is no other activity that ignites and electrifies the brain in so many centers. Like fireworks in the night sky, the point of orgasm is one that brings us closest to our Source. It is also a way to raise our vibration. It is more sacred than a prayer.

When we feel arousal, attraction, excited, enthusiastic, sexual energy is at work. When two people come together during sex, there is a union of flesh and spirit. Sex is a sacred creative act of meditation.

Many people say they cannot meditate. If you have had sex, you have meditated. The next time you engage in sexual activity, notice how you are completely in the moment. Focused on the energy and excitement of what you are feeling. All your senses are engaged. You are smelling, feeling, touching, hearing your partner's breath, feeling their heart beat beneath you. Your cells are ignited. Pain is suppressed and at the time of orgasm you are completely in the moment experiencing, engaged, enthralled, ecstatic energy flowing through your veins, igniting your cells down to your very atoms. Your kundalini energy rises from your root chakra (perineum) that rises through your central channel (spinal column) pumping up into your amazing brain, culminating in wave after wave of ecstasy in the frontal cortex of your brain, where you experience God.

Now you can say you do meditate!

Letting Go

  1. To have the best experience during sex, let go of all expectations.
  2. Stop thinking and wondering how well you are performing. Thinking rather than feeling is a sign you are in resistance. Resistance will block you from experiencing complete bliss and ecstasy.
  3. When we resist or hold onto expectations we are in our ego. Our ego is our small self, not our Divine Self.
  4. Controlling another is ego driven. We cannot control another, and why would we want to, control is an element of fear. You fear loss, so you control another. You dominate because you want to control. You are in fear. Let go of fear.
  5. Sexual energy is Divine. It is sacred. There is nothing dirty, bad or wrong about sex. It was created by Source energy itself. It is not meant to be suppressed, stuffed or blocked. When you live a celibate life you are not living fully.
  6. Sex is playful, fun and joyful. It contains an energy that you cannot experience anywhere else. When you tap into the joy of experiencing sex, you reach a different kind of high, one that will sustain you, maybe even keep you awake into the wee hours of the morning. Such joy is bliss.
Self Pleasure Is Safe Sex

There is nothing wrong with masturbation. Many women have never masturbated. They can't tell their partners what feels good to them, because they don't know. In many cultures and religions control has been placed on humans by making masturbation a sin. If we weren't meant to masturbate, our hands would not reach our genitals.

Sending you my love now and always,

Jennifer
