21 Ways To Stay Healthy Allowing Food To Be Your Medicine
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
Eating fast food will cause depression, with little food value. Scientists have found that fast food leaves you feeling hungry and undernourished. I avoid it like the plague. Eating a diet with fresh fruits and vegetables will raise your vibration and help you feel better-balanced emotionally, not to mention giving you nutritional value. Did you know that fast food is linked to erectile dysfunction?
There are hidden dangers to eating processed and fast foods. A chemical that keeps fast-food bread longer called semicarbazide is a known carcinogen (causes cancer). Wendy's, Arby's, MacDonald's Burger King and Subway (until recently) use this agent.
4. Avoid wheat and wheat products. Have you noticed that almost everyone has a belly these days? Why? It is what is happening to our grains and increased portions. Wheat isn't what it used to be. Some say it's gluten; others say because of Round-up. You can make up your mind. I have offered both versions here.
Don't take my word for it, read these additional articles about what's wrong with our wheat and Normal Borlaug who modified wheat way back and received a Nobel Peace prize for it.
The bottom line for me is I don't consume wheat - nada, zilch, zero! My sense is that wheat and soy are modified for higher yield, due to Round-up. I avoid soy and wheat like the plague!
5. Avoid soy and all GMO foods.
This subject brought up all kinds of a kerfuffle. The first transgenic wheat was modified in the 1980's and completed in 1992. Though wheat was also modified in the 1970's by Norman Borlaug. One of my readers argued with me about wheat not being modified in any way. He felt it was scary. Scary or not, wheat isn't the same as it was sixty years ago. Whether you call it genetically modified, transgender or transfixed, people aren't able to eat wheat the way they used to without side effects from it.
Today, all wheat is genetically modified, unless you buy bread products where it is clearly stated; "made from non-GMO wheat." Wheat is sprayed with Roundup before harvest to kill weeds and make the wheat yield higher. The grain releases their seeds as they die, creating a higher yield.
Can't get enough vegetables in during the day. Start your day off with a green drink and watch your tummy go down! My favorite green smoothie loaded with antioxidants greens, fruits, and veggies. Chia seeds add protein and fiber. I often add a slice of beet to my green drink.
How I Lost Belly Fat And Inches Without Changing My Diet
1 TBSP chia seeds
1/2 apple
1 stalk of celery
2 handfuls of spinach
3 stems and leaves of parsley either Italian or regular
juice of 1/2 lemon
Himalayan salt - adds 40 trace minerals
1/2 cup blueberries, strawberries or blackberries for antioxidants
coconut water (unsweetened)
honey optional
1/2 tomato
1/2 an avocado
1 inch of chopped fresh ginger
8. Drinking 1 green drink a day can give you more veggies in one serving than you eat in an entire day.
Blend well and drink within fifteen minutes to receive the highest benefit of vitamins and minerals. I don't add ice, as cold drinks shock the system and reduce immune function.
Fruit Smoothie
9. Consume berries for antioxidants. You prefer just fruit in the morning? Though not quite as beneficial as a green drink, a fruit smoothie is something I drink for variety. Here is my favorite recipe. I freeze strawberries from my trips to Santa Barbara where the berries come in fresh picked daily. I put them in plastic bags and use the frozen berries in my smoothie. No ice is added.
3 heaping TBSP full fat organic plain yogurt or plain Kefir
6 - 8 strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup blueberries, and/or blackberries
1 TBSP or less of raw local honey to taste
10. Oatmeal Pancakes - naturally fiber-rich and sugar-free!
2 whole eggs - eggs are good for you
2 bananas mashed
1/2 cup of chopped (slightly) walnuts
Himalayan salt to taste
1 TBSP chia seeds (optional)
blackberries handful or more
1/2 tsp or more nutmeg
1/2 tsp or more cinnamon
These oatmeal pancakes lower cholesterol with oatmeal, give you potassium and lots of protein from eggs and oatmeal.
I eat my pancakes without syrup. If you must, use real maple syrup, not the artificial crap! Artificial syrup like Log Cabin syrup uses high fructose which the body can't digest. High fructose is in soda and packages juices. High fructose will make you hungry and leads to fatty liver.
11. Saute´ in coconut oil. Coconut oil was fed to pigs and was found to cause pigs to lose weight. Coconut oil has many benefits including being anti-inflammatory and a good fat to include in your diet.
Lunch
12. Include raw food daily. Eating a daily salad and fresh fruit introduces food that hasn't been cooked which increases your intake
of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Use a combination of spinach romaine, escarole, arugula and other nutrient-rich greens.
I don't use iceberg lettuce as it has very little food value or vitamins. Romaine wins hands down over iceberg lettuce every time. Add walnuts, sunflower seeds or almonds and hard boiled eggs for protein. I prefer walnuts as almonds create estrogen in the body. I don't use soybeans at all for the same reason I avoid almonds - estrogen. For men, do you want manboobs? Avoid soy.
Eggs Are Good For YOU!
13. Eat the entire egg!
There have been many smear campaigns to get people to stop eating coconut, avocado, and eggs. I never listen to what the media and even the government touts is good for me. I trust my own guidance. I recommend you learn to trust your intuition and guidance as well.
Remember when they told us margarine was better for us than butter. What a bunch of whooey! I never believed it.
Eggs are one of those incredible whole foods that contain vitamins, minerals, and proteins. Eggs do not cause heart disease, stroke or raise cholesterol in otherwise healthy people.
A chicken doesn't die laying an egg. Egg laying is natural for a chicken. I don't understand why Vegans are such egg haters. It never made sense to me. Each to his own. I eat eggs and I always will. In fact, when I was healing breast cancer, eggs were one of the foods I ate every day!
Eating egg whites only, for health reasons is ridiculous. Eggs raise the good cholesterol, HDL. 7 Secrets Why You Should Eat Eggs.
Dinner

14. Add a dinner salad with avocado to reduce caloric intake. Eating avocado will help satisfy your hunger as it has a rich buttery taste and mouth feel. You will eat less once your fat craving is satisfied.
I always eat my salad first as it helps with weight control and helps to curb your appetite for the meal. You eat far less when the salad is consumed first. I heard years ago that salad needs to be consumed
before the meal as it digests faster. It also adds enzymes to the stomach helping food digest more easily.
15. Reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease, and obesity by eating 4 ounces of meat at one meal. Most of us eat too much meat. Women need 46 grams while men require 56 a day.
Four ounces is enough protein if you eat lots of vegetables. Potatoes are a source of protein containing 4.3 grams, as are many of our veggies.
I eat grass fed beef once a month or less. I eat lamb on occasion, to warm the body and chicken no more than three times a week. Most of us eat far too much chicken, turkey is actually a better protein source will fewer chemicals. Some of our chicken is being processed in China. Tyson, Sanderson Farms, and MacDonalds say they have no plans to process their chicken in China. We shall see down the road.
What's For A Snack?
16. Add nuts for more Omega 3s, fatty acids, protein and antioxidants. Nuts are good to snack on, in moderation. Walnuts are the best nut for the heart. Almonds, pistachios, and cashews have the lowest calorie content. Macadamias and pecans are the worst for calorie content (but delicious). Read more here about nuts from Huffington Post.
What's For Dinner?
17. Eat a balanced diet of vegetables, both raw and cooked with a small portion of meat. Vegetables have protein in them too! Potatoes being the highest. For those who are vegetarians be sure to get a complete protein.
Salad with nuts or sunflower seeds, homemade dressing of olive oil and lime juice
4 ounces of home cooked turkey, lamb or chicken (no pork products)
1 of boiled or baked potato or (baked sweet potato with coconut oil and cinnamon
2 or more of: broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, beets, Brussel sprouts, asparagus, artichokes, eggplant, or carrots

18. Add variety to get all your nutrients. Variety is the spice of life. Vary your diet so that you get everything your body needs. I stopped taking multivitamins years ago when I found it did nothing for me energetically. Hard pills are difficult for the body to digest and end up being flushed away into our septic systems and local sewers.
What Do I Cook With?
olive oil
grass fed butter
Himalayan salt
coconut oil
cinnamon
turmeric helps with inflammation
allspice
allspice
nutmeg
natural raw honey (small portion)
The Myth About Fats
Did you know your brain is made of 60% fat? Did you know you need good fats in your diet?
19. Eat healthy fats. Avocados, coconut oil and olive oil are good fats. Butter is a good fat used in moderation. Saturated and trans fats are solid at room temperature. Remember seeing bacon fat in your cold frying pan?
20. Eat potatoes. Potatoes are good complex carbohydrate. The body and brain need both fats and complex carbohydrates, like sweet potatoes to function at their peak.
21. Stay Healthy By Avoiding
The energy that we eat our foods can raise or lower the vibration of the food we consume.
Sugar has been proven to cause cancer, yet Americans are consuming soda, cake, ice cream daily. Wonder why cancer is on the rise? Look at your diet. I have had five pounds of sugar in my cabinet for over four years, yet most Americans consume over 156 pounds of sugar a year! Sugar is in everything processed from bread to crackers to hamburger helper. Following is a video I made several years ago.
I would love to hear from you. Did this help you, confuse you or cause you to question? E-mail Jennifer here to set up your private discovery session.
Food can be your medicine or poison depending on the quality and quantity of the food you choose. Eating smaller portions, eliminating sugary and fried foods with a focus on high-quality fresh vegetables and fruits, with lots of fiber will give you positive results and increased health. Self-care includes a healthy diet and regular exercise.
There are hidden dangers to eating processed and fast foods. A chemical that keeps fast-food bread longer called semicarbazide is a known carcinogen (causes cancer). Wendy's, Arby's, MacDonald's Burger King and Subway (until recently) use this agent.
Years ago I read that we need to keep our weight gain at no more than 10% above where we were at graduation because obesity is linked to 8 different cancers. I have reduced my portions of meat and cut out desert.
1. Smaller portions. Reducing portion size will help you reduce weight and feel better faster than anything. A recent study reports that increased calorie intake has caused the obesity we see today. My feeling it is a combination of both too much food that is low in nutrition coupled with a sedentary lifestyle.
For me, my graduation weight was 125. I now weigh 132. Keeping my weight steady has been my goal rather than trying to look like a super-model. The protocol I use to stay healthy and fit is what I share with you in this article along with the reasons why I do what I do.

2. Add fiber. 95% of Americans and most Europeans don't get enough fiber in their diet. Women need 25 grams of fiber daily compared to 38 grams for men. Adding more fruits and vegetables rather than white processed bread will boost your immune system and help you reduce weight.
3. Add vegetables to your omelets, beans, peas, dried fruit apples, and Asian pears to increase fiber intake.
Increasing fiber can be done by taking three capsules of glucomannan (soluble fiber from the konjac root) thirty minutes before meals. Dr. Oz recommended Glucomannan for weight loss, is inexpensive (9.99 at The Vitamin Shoppe) and doesn't have any side-effects like diet pills. The fiber does amazing things for your digestive system and reduces hunger causing you to consume less and therefore losing weight as well.
Wheat is sprayed with Roundup before harvest to kill weeds and make the wheat yield higher. The grain releases their seeds as they die, creating a higher yield.
This pre-harvesting spray of Monsanto's Round-up is acceptable legally, where lentils, peas, hops for beer is not. The reason people are experiencing higher issues with celiac disease and intolerance to wheat is not the gluten it is the Round-up. For this reason, I do not consume grains except organic oats. On rare occasions, I eat Ezekiel bread. I recommend that you read the book, The Wheat Belly, by cardiologist Dr. William Davis. According to Dr. Davis, the changes made to wheat have created a carbohydrate-rich grain which has a highly addictive quality to it that is similar to that of opiates. Avoid wheat!
6. Start Your Day With Lemon Water
Squeeze half a lemon into a 16-ounce glass of room temperature water and drink it all at once, when you wake up. The lemon water flushes fat from your system and detoxes. Lemon inside the body is alkaline, not acidic. It alkalizes the body keeping your immune system healthy. The benefits are many:
- helps with elimination and relieves constipation
- freshens breath
- alkalizes the body creating a healthy environment
- stops and prevents UTI's (bladder infections)
- cleanses the liver - the liver loves lemon juice it's loaded with enzymes
- reduces phlegm
- Vitamin C helps brain function keeps you more alert
- pumps up your immune system
- hydrates
- great for skin helps the body produce collagen - reduces wrinkles

- fast foods
- pasta
- tomato sauce pre-made
- prepared or packaged foods of any kind
- canola, soy, peanut or vegetable oil
- soy products
- pork products
- peanut butter
- sugar
- sugar substitutes including agave
- packaged cereal
- microwaved foods - microwave kills food value
- microwaved popcorn
- cake
- soda of all kinds
- white salt
- alcohol - (maybe one drink a year)
- cheese
- pizza - contains wheat, cheese and prepared sauce
What Supplements Do I Take?
I used to take all kinds of supplements thinking they helped me. I muscle test myself before buying anything additional. I wasted thousands of dollars on vitamins. My diet is where I receive my nutrition from so I stopped taking anything other than the following:
digestive enzymes
pro-biotic for intestinal and vaginal health refrigerated
calcium magnesium at night (3 capsules)
glucomannan for added fiber
I do on occasion like pie or ice cream. I limit sugary foods to very rare occasions. I celebrate when I eat sugary foods rather than beat myself up. I used to eat it ice cream frequently but stopped when my ex-husband died. It was his favorite thing to do - sit down and eat a huge bowl of ice cream. He died at 52. He was lean and fit. Sugar more than fat eats away at our arterial walls causing damage to our cardiovascular system.
The energy that we eat our foods can raise or lower the vibration of the food we consume.
Why I Cut Out Sweets
Every time we eat anything that has sugar our immune system takes a hit. It takes eight hours for our immune system to recover from any type of sugar. Most people avoid potatoes but will eat a plate of cookies. Potatoes aren't harmful, but sugar most definitely is!
How I Lost Belly Fat And Inches Without Changing My Diet
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
Part of my work involves helping others manifest what they desire. I have learned over the years that focusing on our fat
My diet is pretty clean and has been except for my occasional piece of pie, or splurge of chocolate. Even though my diet was clean, I had a pooch - or belly that stuck out in my clothes. No matter what I ate, I couldn't budge this tummy bulge. I share this because I have heard from other women and some men that they have the same struggle.
When we look at our bodies every time we pass the mirror with disdain, it makes us feel bad. Let's face it we could all improve on our gorgeous selves in some area. Loving our bodies through the transition helps you get there with a positive attitude rather than a defeatist mindset. There is no doubt that as we get older, it seems that weight loss is more difficult. However, with the guidance of my oldest son, Adam Gates, Mr. Nakedhealthy, I was able to make excellent progress in a few weeks. Not only did my stomach flatten in less than a month, my arms are firmer, and my butt it higher with more curve to it.
I have two dogs who wait for me to get my butt into some clothes and out the door. My dogs are my added motivation. They love going out for a morning walk. It is the most joyous part of their day. I follow their line of thinking and enjoy my time out in nature too.
If I have a green drink for breakfast, I alternate between yogurt for lunch with fresh berries or a fresh salad. If I eat yogurt for lunch, the salad becomes my dinner.

Part of my work involves helping others manifest what they desire. I have learned over the years that focusing on our fat
only makes us fatter. Instead, I focused on being fit, feeling vibrantly alive and healthy. I know that belly fat means fat on our internal organs which is not good. Losing belly fat not only makes you look and feel better, but you achieve greater cardiovascular health as well. Sex is better when you have stamina.

What I ate
You will notice that I did not cut out fat. In fact, I included whole fat dairy. I don't eat any GMO wheat products and haven't for well over two years, because it is all genetically modified and unsafe. What is GMO food, you ask? Click this link and discover why you don't want to eat it. I won't put round-up on my skin, I certainly won't ingest it willingly. I have done my research and eat organic whenever possibly, food from Mexico and other countries where GMO products are considered illegal and unsafe for human consumption.
My diet and routine consists of the following, with a few variations on the same theme:
Wake up between 5:00 and 6:00 AM
There are great benefits to your body to waking up by 6:00 AM. Your body goes into another sleep cycle after 6:00 AM and will cause you to feel more tired and sluggish if you don't get up.
Morning Meditation
I find meditation on the morning shifts me. It grounds me and connects me to Source energy. I get guidance and love back when I love my Divine. I begin with a prayer of gratitude for me, my life, my vibrant health and my family. I sit in silence from 10 to 45 minutes depending on what I have going on. Sometimes I chant a mantra, like "The Universe loves me." Or maybe the Gayatri Mantra. Usually I sit in silence, quieting my mind. I have a few tricks I teach my clients to quiet the mind. I am working on a video for you, so that it will be easier. In the meantime, here is my Divine Presence Meditation.
My emotional and mental state becomes more positive, and my mind clears. With focus and clarity, I begin my day.
Morning Walk
Walking before breakfast burns off fat. Not only does morning exercise benefit your body, it also wakes up your mind. You can talk to God while you walk or pray. I do a bit of both.
Breakfast
- a glass of lemon water on an empty stomach to alkalize my body.
- 2 small cups of coffee with half and half.
- 1 cup whole milk yogurt with blueberries, blackberries or strawberries
Green Drink
Adam Gates of NakedHealthy.com recommends having a green drink for breakfast. I have been consuming what I have in my house first. Today I am back on the green drink breakfast and will have yogurt for lunch with fruit.
1 handful of organic spinach leaves
1 handful of organic kale
parsley if you have it rich in antioxidants
1 stalk of celery chopped
parsley if you have it rich in antioxidants
1 stalk of celery chopped
1 whole carrot cut up
1/4 of a lemon with peel and all
fruit optional - blueberries handful
pinch of Himalayan salt or honey to taste
pinch of Himalayan salt or honey to taste
1 tablespoon of cocoa nut oil (it's good for your brain and helps you lose weight, prevents Alzheimer's and inflammation).
scoop of chia seeds soaked (they plump up and can cause constipation if you don't soak them)
Lunch
If I have a green drink for breakfast, I alternate between yogurt for lunch with fresh berries or a fresh salad. If I eat yogurt for lunch, the salad becomes my dinner.
Fresh greens, a whole avocado, marinated artichokes, cucumber, radishes, (either red or daikon) red pepper, olive oil and a little Trader Joe's spicy peanut salad dressing, with a piece of baked chicken or salmon. I will also add a squeeze of lemon on top of my salad or lime, if I have either. The fresh citrus gives you needed enzymes and added flavor.
Honestly, sometimes I skip lunch or dinner because I am writing. When I skip one of those meals I have a snack like an apple, or some walnuts.
Dinner
Salad on an empty stomach. Always eat your salad first, as it helps to move whatever is in your intestinal tract out with ease.
Baked fish or chicken with herbs or curry seasoning
Baked sweet potato with cinnamon and coconut oil instead of butter
Snacking
My snacks consist of one of the following: an apple with almond butter, fresh cherries, a whole grapefruit or a handful of walnuts, or pecans. Fresh coconut makes a great snack. I use a scredriver and hammer to create a hole, shove a straw in it and drink the coconut water first. It is a great thirst quencher full of electrolytes. I get out my hammer and crack that thing open. The meat of a coconut is sweet and chewy. It is so good for you and gives you more good coconut fat in your diet. I maintain this helped me drop that tummy fat.
On occasion, I will treat myself to macadamia nuts.
Water
I always drink my water at room temperature, never with ice. Cold water is not good for your internal organs and causes your body to go into shock. It also depletes your immune system. I drink pure spring water or purified water that I purchase by the 5 gallon jug. I don't buy water bottles from a store for two reasons: 1. it pollutes our environment with unnecessary plastic bottles. 2. it is a waste of money, something that I don't do anymore.

Cheating or Treating?
I don't deprive myself. I am disciplined with my food, but will eat the occasional ice cream, or piece of chocolate preferably dark chocolate with more than 70% cocoa with low sugar, once a week. I never artificial sweetener. For over two months I omitted the ice cream. You have to burn a lot of calories to burn off ice cream.
What I don't eat or drink
no alcohol
no pasta
no bread
no store bought cereal
no store bought juice
no soda
nothing with high fructose or artificial sweetener
absolutely no fast foods
no deep fried foods
My workout
Honestly, if I didn't have to I wouldn't work out. I don't like it. I do like the way I feel afterwards though. I sleep better, I feel better and my arms are pretty freaking awesome for an older gal. I am confident anyway, but having a fit body gives you a boost that nothing else can.
You feel terrific! The strides I have made in just two months of consistency has given me encouragement to keep it up. Once I added the eliptical just 20 minutes before my weight lifting regine made a huge difference to the way I look and feel. My energy is much higher and I know sex is so much better when I have the stamina to make it 20 minutes without passing out!
My workout routine:
I start with an aerobic workout to raise my heart rate. I break a sweat while on the elliptical starting with 10 minutes to fake out my brain and using the cool down as part of my work out. Sounds silly? It works for me. After my 15 - 20 minutes on the elliptical using my arms as well, my heart rat is well over 130 beats per minute. I have a good heart, so I know going over 130 is okay for me. (Check with your doctor.)
Interval Training
According to my son, Mr. NakedHealthy an interval training with higher repetitions and lower weights is better for toning. I don't want to look like a muscle-bound man. I use 20 - 30 pound weights for my arms and 50 - 70 on the thigh machines. I do very little leg lifting as I walk and the eliptical takes care of my thighs.
I walk quickly over to the rowing machine, set the weight at 30 pounds and do 25 reps, sitting upright, with a two minute or less rest in between. I walk over to the next machine and get going right away. The key is to not sit and play with your cell phone in between sets. Keep your heart rate up and you will burn more fat.
15 - 20 minutes eliptical
rowing maching 30 pounds 25 reps - twice
thigh machine 50 - 70 pounds 25 x twice
inner thigh machine 50 pounds 25 x twice
calf machine 40 pounds 25 - 30 reps x 2
30 minute of machine weights 25 reps x 2 on arms
pull down 20 pounds 20 x twice
chest - pushing forward 20 pounds 25 reps x twice
sit ups 25 x 2
Total weight lifting 30 minutes maximum.
Sometimes if I feel like it, I will get in the pool and swim 15 or 20 laps. I can hear you groaning. In the winter I do 30 laps in about 30 minutes or less. Swimming is great exercise as it works your whole body out. I love the water and have been swimming since I was 5, so this is a no-brainer for me.
Zumba once a week. It's an hour of booty shaking body moving fun on the dance floor sweating your butt off exercise. The music makes you feel happy and if you don't care how silly you look (which I don't) you won't care if you're not perfectly in step with the teacher, or the rest of the group. Focus on the fun and the dance steps will come in time!
Not for the feint of heart, but so worth it! I maintain that Yoga is for stiffies and Zumba is for sexies! Zumba makes you think of sex, because you are shaking it for a whole hour. You can't be shaking your booty around and NOT think of sex! My butt has gotten so much firmer doing this class and working out. Who says a woman in her 60's

Coconut Oil Boosts Testosterone Improves Sex Life
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
Spinach and eggs. High in protein, yummy as well. This easy breakfast or lunch takes less than 6 minutes to prepare. Way better than a toaster strudel or piece of toast. It is tasty, quick and will sustain your brain, keeping sugar levels from dropping till lunchtime.
Smoothie - full of antioxidants, protein and fiber
Coconut oil was once on the American Medical Associations, no-no list. Which is not surprising to me. I don't believe everything I hear or read. I always check in with my own guidance to decide what is best for myself and my health. I suggest others do the same.
Coconut oil once fed to pigs, that led to the discovery that it caused them to lose weight. Coconut oil will prolong your life, help brain
function as well as cure candida. It is now a must have for those who know all about it's anti-fungal and antiseptic properties, never mind the magic of weight loss. I use it to cook my eggs in the morning, curries, and even for a sexual lubricant. Oh yes, coconut oil in the morning, noon and night! Don't like the taste? I have tons of ideas for you to get your two tablespoons a day here. Just read on...

Here is the list of medically proven qualities of this magical oil:
- Burns fat. Yes, it is a fat, but it is wonderful for weight loss while it gives you so many other health benefits. Use two tablespoons a day to reduce belly fat in 3 months. Belly fat is a sure sign that you have fat on your organs which is a sign you will have heart problems down the road. Use coconut oil to alleviate heart issues.
- Brain boosting. Oh YA! Alzheimer's no more with this amazing oil. The brain is about 60% fat. It needs fat to work efficiently. Proven in the 2006 issue of Neurobiology of Aging to have increased brain function within 90 minutes of treatment, due to the chain of
- Sunscreen
- Sexual lubricant. Works great, rejuvenates the cellular tissue and prevents candida! It even tastes great. Read my book for more info.
- Antifungal. Will help reduce overgrown yeast in vagina, brain and fingernails.
- Antibacterial. Use on cuts, bruises and painful place on the body. Helps to heal more quickly with less scarring.
- Youthing. Stimulates production of collagen. Any woman over 45 knows that as we age, collagen production is reduced. Use it all over the body for anti-aging and healing effects.
- Anti-inflammatory, fever reducing, analgesic (pain reducing).
- Testosterone BOOSTER! In experiments done on rats, reduced oxidative stress on testes, boosting testosterone. NO VIAGRA!
- Reduces swollen prostate.

It is my mission to help others love themselves fearlessly so that they can live happy lives, in healthy balanced relationships. My goal is to help married couples overcome the baggage of yesterday, remind them of the love that brought them together, and help them clear the blocks and limiting beliefs that have them stuck. Relationships involve sex, love, appreciation. I help remind you of those values.
Today, I love myself fearlessly. Yes, I live every day happily in joy, without fear, anxiety, worry loneliness or depression. YES, I can help you do the same. I help men with issues of ED, self love, boundaries and passion.
In the past, I have been unhappy and miserable in marriage and out. On a spiritual path since 1970. I traveled to India, then Bali in 2011. I experienced a series of events that led to my awakening and self actualization. These events help my clients, as I am focused on them, rather than myself. My focus in my life coaching and energy healing practice is to keep marriages and relationships together. I have learned what it takes for a healthy relationship to succeed. I do this for all of humanity. Love is what is missing in most marriages. We blame, nitpick, critique our partners, when what we need is compassionate understanding and more love, rather than less!

Traditional therapy did not work for me. I knew there had to be another way. My sense was that it ends more marriages than it saves. This is due to the fact that old hurts are brought up repeatedly, keeping both parties in complaint mode. When the focus is on the negative and old issues, moving forward, shifting behavior is next to impossible. One party ends up being wrong. Patterns, beliefs or programming that don't serve are not cleared. There is often no change in behavior. Staying the same, does not bring healing. We have to shift our thoughts, release old patterning or programs as well as communication style for healing to occur. Shifting thoughts and patterns is where the magic comes in of my work. If you are serious about being happy, making your marriage work, becoming enlightened, or discovering your path, Jennifer is your woman. Experienced, compassionate, understanding, committed to your healing, she will drill to the center of the issue, without blame, condemnation or judgment. She has been where you are and understands what it feels like to have:
low self esteem
anxiety
fears
depression
worry
perfectionism
lack of clarity
codependence
ADD
addictions
sexual dysfunction
sex addiction
loneliness (even within a marriage)
emptiness
feeling broken
unworthiness
worthless
All of these are just some of the issues Jennifer has healed in her own life. Enlightened in 2012, she is a catalyst for your healing, through her Divine connection. No religion, or beliefs required. Just pure love and understanding.

Joyful Eating, Loving and Weight Loss
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
My daughter, dogs and I took road trips to Ojai, Tehachapi and Malibu Beach. Each of these trips involved food and lots of it. The most amazing thing that happened is that today when I got on the scale at the gym (after missing 9 days of workouts) is that I lost 5 pounds! How could I eat to my heart's content, yet lose weight? This question will be answered below.
My daughter Ariel, is in culinary school studying to be a pastry chef. She loves food as much as I do. The entire five days of our visit we just loved each other. We did not argue. We did not even have a heated discussion. We enjoyed each other's presence. Joy and love was what caused me to burn off whatever we ate. Being happy and joyful is a high vibration. I had to share this experience with you to illustrate that the vibration of love and joy is life enhancing. You burn more calories when you are filled with love and joy.
I am a sensual being. I love soft fabrics, beautiful colors, landscapes and I love food! When my family is home, I love to cook for them. This past week my daughter came home for a quick 5-day visit between college terms. I was delighted to have her visit. A week prior to her visit I began to drink a green drink that my son recommended on his blog: Naked Healthy. This drink recipe is listed below. While my daughter was here I ate pasta (which I have not eaten in over a year), a cheeseburger, Tiramisu, my favorite dessert, a bag of chocolates and Crème brûlée. We ate other things as well. The gist of our visit was
road trips and eating. Food was a large part of what we enjoyed together.

Living a life of fulfillment allows you to exude a high level of vibration. We tapped into a state of FLOW and vibrant health, by being in a state of LOVE and JOY for 5 solid days!
Here is the recipe for the green drink that I began to drink two weeks ago. Since that time, I have dropped 10 pounds! The most important ingredient besides the greens is the Chia seeds. Chia delivers a one-two punch with massive amounts of nutrients and few calories. You can drink this as a meal replacement. One 15 gram scoop of Chia contains: 3 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber, 0 trans fat, 0 saturated fat, 4g polyunsaturated fat, 0 cholesterol, 0 sodium, 90 g potassium, 6 g carbohydrate, with no sugar. Chia seeds are high in Omega 3's and 6's, manganese, phosphorus and protein. Chia helps with diabetes, improves heart health and lowers blood sugar. Chia helps you feel full and clear the arteries of plaque. You will find your memory improves and your mind becomes more clear.
Salvia hispanica, the botanical name for CHIA, a member of the mint family. Around 2600 BC, Chia was their most important crop. It was used by the Aztecs and Mayans. The word CHIA, in Mayan means strength. They offered it to their Gods, used it in rituals and ceremonies. It was ground it into flour, used it in drinks and cooked with it. Aztecs warriors used Chia seeds to boost their energy and increase stamina, causing it to be referred to as "Aztec Running Food." Native American Indians also used Chia seeds as a part of their diet. Athletes today, especially distance runners use Chia to enhance their endurance with this super-food.
1 scoop of Chia seeds soaked in 1.5 cups of pure water
1 stalk of celery chopped
1/2 an apple sliced
2 - 3 Kale leaves chopped
Handful of fresh spinach leaves
1/2 lemon without rind
Pinch of Himalayan salt or 1/2 tsp Honey
Pulse in blender till smooth. Add more water if the consistency is too thick. Drink immediately.
I prefer a salty green drink - but everyone is different. Use honey if you prefer a sweet drink.
