You Are More Likely To Be Killed By A Cow Or A Television Falling On Your Head Than A Terrorist

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Cows kill more people each year (22) than sharks or terrorists, perhaps the ban should be on cows?

With Muslim bans in effect, those of us with Green cards feel our rights have been stepped on and removed. What is the truth about terrorism? Is what we are hearing true or simply Donald Tump's fear mongering?

The truth? You are more likely to be killed by a coconut falling on your head than a terrorist. You are more likely to be killed by a cow or 55 times more likely to be killed by a television falling on your head than a terrorist.

You are 58 times more likely to be killed by the police than a terrorist. (The FBI has now released new information which reveals an average of 545 people killed by local and state law enforcement officers in the US went uncounted in their prior crime statistics provided every year for almost a decade.)

Alex Nowrasteh of the Cato Institute breaks the numbers of American deaths by the Muslim countries under the current immigration ban as follows:

Trump's 7,205-yard golf course in Dubai with Saudi Prince and daughter
From 1975 - 2015
Libya      0
Iran         0
Iraq         0
Somalia  0
Sudan     0
Syria      0
Yemen    0

The chances of getting killed by a terrorist from the countries banned over the 41 year period are 1 in 3.6 million. You are far more likely to have a coconut fall on your head (155 annually) than be killed by a terrorist. Coconuts kill more people annually than sharks (5).

How Many Deaths By Terrorists By Countries NOT ON the ban?

Saudi Arabia 2,369 (If you believe in the 911 propaganda)
Egypt               162
UAE                314

Fact: None of the countries on the list have a Trump hotel or office. See the map where Trump's hotels are in the Middle East. Was this because of Trump's business dealings? No. This bill was signed into effect by Former President Obama did. It looks as if the countries selected were handpicked by President Trump, but that is not the case. The Department of Homeland Security announced in a February 2016 press release that restrictions would be forthcoming.

The countries off the list are Saudi Arabia where 2,369 people have been killed by terrorists from this country.

Egypt also off the ban, yet 162 people have been killed by terrorists from Egypt.

UAE - also off the list where 314 people have been killed by terrorists from The United Arab Emirates.

I recommend that you watch the cognitive biases video my editor, friend and client sent me. Thank you, Chris!

5 Secrets To Happiness and Harmony

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

For more than half of my life, I was negative, blaming others, especially my mother, for what happened to me during my childhood. I complained about my life and circumstances. I felt unloved and unworthy. I was angry and resentful into my late 30's. This is how I found lasting happiness. It is my story of healing and metamorphosis. In 2012 I experienced a profound and life-changing awakening. It changed my life completely. Since that time, I have not felt a moment of fear, unhappiness, depression, loneliness, regret, guilt or shame.

If you are looking for happiness, my story will help you. The key is when we find permanent happiness, our life circumstances, where we live, how much money we have and whether or not we are in a relationship has no bearing at all. None of those things bring you permanent happiness.

My parents worked hard and did the best they could. They provided a great home and food on the table. My mother cooked healthy meals every night of the week. However, the psychological aspect of a positive environment, was missing. They were negative and dysfunctional. The critiqued and judged everyone. They had opinions on everything and were know-it-alls to outsiders. It is no surprise that I was negative and dysfunctional also. My parents were very dependent on one another. My father had an addictive personality. My mother felt unloved and unworthy (she was orphaned at age 5).

When a boyfriend commented on how critical and negative I was, after gathering with a group of his friends, I felt ashamed. It was a big wake-up call for me. It was "normal" for me to be negative. It is what I grew up with. It was "normal" for me to be a victim. It was what I was programmed with. Being a "Know it all" was from our overblown egos an overcompensation for insecurity.

I grew up codependent, negative needy and a victim. I attracted men who disrespected and further victimized me, because I did not love myself. I had no idea that the reason I was in all these difficult relationships was because of ME! I had a huge aha moment after my third marriage ended when I created a way to look at all of our relationships and find the commonalities. What a huge wake up call! I was the common denominator in ALL of my relationships! I stopped blaming the men in my life.

Our family of origin has a huge impact on our lives. We can continue to use the paradigm we were programmed with, or over-write the programming and create new patterns and grooves in the brain.
2014 with mom in Canada

Over time, I healed myself and forgave my parents for everything. This was a process that I repeated many times. I learned as I went. My self-study helped me find easier and faster ways to overwrite the negative programming. My healing happened over 30 years. Now I have love and compassion for my parents for all they did and taught me.  During my healing I developed tools that helped give me insight which allowed me to shift my perspective more rapidly.

Material Wealth

I married a man who was handsome and intelligent. He had a very good business mind. He was able to create great wealth for our family. We had two beautiful children and a very affluent lifestyle. I had everything I had ever dreamed of materially, yet I felt lonely and unhappy in my marriage. The material wealth did not make me happy, as I thought it would. All the wealth did was emphasize how unhappy I was with my life.

When I found a lump in my breast in 2011, I knew I had to do more forgiveness work with my mother. Cancer is all about deep hurt and long-standing resentment. I certainly had been resentful of my mother in the past. Finding breast cancer was a sign that I had more letting go to do on a cellular level. Breast problems are all about
refusing to nurture the self and putting everyone else first. During my codependent years, I certainly did that.  I changed my diet and did deep forgiveness work. I healed the cancer without surgery, chemo, or radiation. I changed my thinking. I loved and nurtured myself even more and forgave everyone.

Travel And Adventure

My healing took me around the world, from Toronto, to Maryland, London, England, Atlanta, Georgia, India, Bali, Boulder, Colorado and the desert of California over 30 years.
On the Ganges River at dawn

Early on, I read Louise Hay's book, You Can Heal Your Life. I read Prescription For Nutritional Healing and began to heal my body. I had Fibromyalgia, Epstein Barr, an autoimmune disorder, depression, insomnia, anxiety and mind chatter. I discovered that my negative thoughts were killing me. I began focusing on changing my thought patterns. I focused on the positive. I worked diligently to think and feel positively. I heard for every negative thought, we had to think three positive thoughts to make up for it. I stayed diligent. My depression lifted. I began to sleep better. I felt more positive.

I went to see a hypnotherapist, in Atlanta. When I saw what amazing things Dr. Skillas did for me, I took his $3,500 course, and became certified as a hypnotherapist in 1998. After becoming proficient as a hypnotherapist, and  Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner I felt that there was something more. I still needed old patterns and beliefs cleared. I had several amazing sessions with an energy healer. I saw the profound effect immediately. I felt lighter, more focused, had more clarity and was infinitely more positive. My fears diminished. I decided to take her course. I went on take the advanced program of study as well. My vibration raised with all my energy clearings. As my vibration became higher, I began to attract more positive situations, people and circumstances into my life.

During my second energy healing course, I heard about Ascension a deep meditation practice that quieted the mind. My mind was filled with chatter. I knew this was for me. This had a great impact
on me. Instead of hearing monkey chatter all the time, my mind was quiet. My quiet mind trickled over into all areas of my life. I was more able to focus, work and sleep. I was thinking more positively. I had stopped blaming everyone for where I was in my life. Now my mind was quiet as well.

My Ascension teachers went to India to become Blessing Givers and trainers at the Oneness University. They taught a course on Oneness. I travelled to Black Mountain, North Carolina to take their course with my friends that took the Spiritual Response Therapy courses with me. I became a Blessing Giver. The Oneness teaching worked on getting us to a place of no-mind. Deepak
Chopra, Tony Robbins and many others have taken the Oneness Deepening course to become awakened.
Part of this involved forgiveness and healing of our relationships with our parents. For us to be healed, we have to heal all the way back to source, our childhood. I was no stranger to forgiveness, however, I had a very profound release when I did the work.

I traveled to India in 2006. I heard all kinds of fearful comments about my travel to India. I ignored what others said, as I knew it was for my highest and best good to go there. Four years later I went to Bali. Both of these places helped to propel me forward and open me up to love and acceptance, deepening my spiritual growth. In Bali, I studied with a Shaman to learn how to access The Akashic Records. I
Bali, Indonesia
visited a Balinese healer there. I loved Bali and India. Both helped unwind me, allowing me to let go of old mental constructs that no longer served me. I began to tap into the flow with my writing. I was able to channel information. Writing became easy for me.

In 2011, I wrote my first book, Odyssey Victim To Victory. This book was about my healing up until 2011. While doing chakra toning, I felt a pop and I had an awakening in 2011, then another in 2012. My life has never been the same. Loving myself, became the fastest way to heal all of my relationships. My compassion for myself brought compassion to others as well. The work I did on myself, translated into help for others struggling with breast cancer, self worth and love issues. In 2012, I was guided to write a book about sex. I felt this was a departure from the self love work, however, I was assured this was the path I must take. It took courage to take the leap into the sexual forum. I had plenty of experience, wisdom and understanding about sex and relationships. Orgasm For Life and my new radio show, All You Need Is Love, is a way to help others find the love they are looking for - within them.

I am no longer defined by my past. I recognize that everything that happened in my life, was to help me evolve. All the pain, suffering and challenges helped to spur me onto dig deep within myself and unburden myself of all the pain. Instead of avoiding it, I walked through it. Now each day is an unfolding of more joy. I live in the present with a quiet mind. I feel completely content and fulfilled. I knew that my being happy was a step forward toward success in my business and in all areas of my life. The material does not hold the
importance for me it once did. I am happy with me. I am no longer looking for happiness, as it is always inside me. I feel whole, complete and manifest in the moment, helping others do the same. I have recognized that the thoughts we think create our reality. Instead of making closed ended statements I often ask questions instead. Instead of beating myself up with disparaging and negative comments, I am kind and loving to myself. My thoughts are positive, loving and kind.

Most people when asked feel that they will be happy when they have a certain amount of money or are successful. However this is backwards. Being happy will make you much more successful in everything you do.

Happiness Facts:

  1. Happy people are more successful. It has been scientifically proven that happy people are 31% more productive in their work. Doctors that are happy have a 19% increase in accuracy
of diagnosis than those who are not happy. Our brain performs better when we are happy, then when we are stressed, neutral or negative.
  2. When we raise the level of positivity in the present, our brains perform better, our creativity is increased, our intelligence rises.
  3. Dopamine floods the brain when you are happy allowing you to adapt to the world in more positive ways. It turns on all learning centers, so that you learn faster.
  4. Happiness absolutely rewires the brain.

Self conquest is the greatest of all victories. ~Plato
Here are my 5 secrets to creating happiness and harmony within, so that all your relationships are healed as well.

  1. Focus on you. No matter what is happening always turn your focus inward to the self. Ask yourself questions. "How did I create this? What have I been thinking to myself that would create these circumstances? Where else have I experienced this?" Outside circumstances (relationships) mirror what is going on inside us. If you are being triggered (upset) you are the one with the issue, not the other way around. No one can MAKE YOU FEEL anything that you don't allow yourself to feel.
  2. Take responsibility for your own happiness. No one can make you happy but you. Happiness is a choice. Choose to be happy every day.
  3. Forgive everyone. Holding onto grudges and emotions only hurt you. Forgive yourself first, then everyone else. If you still feel angry or resentful do more forgiveness work. You are the source of your pain and suffering. Do the Ho'oponopono Prayer below.
  4. Loving thoughts, loving words always. The thoughts we think today, create tomorrow's reality. Make your thoughts positive, loving and nurturing. Focus on what you want, rather than what you don't want. Meditate daily. Sit in quiet, chant (repeating a mantra). Mantras help the mind to become quiet and still. The simplest ones can be the most profound. Use a mantra all day in the background of your mind, rather than allowing your mind to run amok.
  5. Be grateful. Gratitude is one of the fastest way to open your heart. Being grateful for what you have, opens you up to receive more. Gratitude for each lesson learned allows you to recognize that you are not a victim, you are a powerful creator. Everything that is transpiring in your life is for your highest and best good. Life is working FOR you, not against you. It has been scientifically proven that when people think of two unique things to be grateful for each day AND write in a gratitude journal about an incident or experience that they are grateful for 21 days, that their brain will be rewired for happiness.

The Ho'oponopono Prayer

Repeat this prayer slowly for about 20 minutes, starting with
yourself. Always forgive yourself first. Then when you feel complete, move onto others, one at a time.

I am sorry

Please forgive me

I love you

Thank you

We learn the most about ourselves when we are in a relationship. Though many people avoid being in relationships because they are afraid of being hurt. Many people continue to live in a state of anger and resentment for what a past partner did to them. This is victim mentality and does not serve your highest and best. Sometimes, we blame others. The blame is misplaced. We are not victims, although at times we feel that way. We actually are creators. We create our life circumstances by the thoughts we think and the things we believe.

Relationships mirror back to us what is going on inside ourselves. If you say to yourself, "I will always be alone, there is no one for me." Your belief that you will be alone, will create you continuing to be alone. You are afraid of love. You are avoiding it with your thoughts. You are pushing love away. It can be scary to allow yourself to be vulnerable, or let someone be close to you. Fear can keep love at bay. Our fears can be cleared. Our patterns can be changed. Radioactive 2015?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

2015 is on it's way. You can't stop it, you certainly can't slow it down. There are only fifteen more days until 2015 arrives. What is all the fuss about? The energy of 2015 has already been coming in, you have been experiencing it. Here is what to expect and why we all need to clean up our collective acts. A war has been raging silently (and not so silently) all around the world. This is where change happens, and it will, or we self destruct.

What's the deal with the "Radioactive" title? My friends in Imagine Dragons will sing to you a little later on. Their video is wise, insightful and symbolic. This is where the rubber meets the road and you have to use your noggin. (Noggin is a colloquialism for intellect.)

2015 is like a fire hose of high vibrational LOVE energy. Many call it Ascension. It is a rising energy that causes us all to be bigger, more positive and consciously alive. This is when we recognize our true selves, our innate goodness. This energy has caused people to have difficulty focusing. Many are experiencing emotions long since repressed and hidden from view.

This new energy is a higher vibration than any of us have experienced before. It will cause your patterns and self sabotage to be pushed up to the surface for all to see, but especially you. These past issues will be like hitting a brick wall. You will be forced to deal with these things in a profound way. If you have not dealt with issues from childhood, past relationships, addictions or other deep wounding, look out! You will no longer be able to ignore what is inside of you.

Here are some of the things that won't cut it in 2015.

Waste

  • Waste of food when people are going hungry
  • Waste of time, on trivial things, meaningless e-mails, time on Social Media, where there is no REAL connection
  • Wasting thoughts on things that don't matter or focusing on what you don't want in your life
  • Wasting time with those who don't accept, love or
    cherish you
  • Wasting products, shampoos, multiple shower gels, lotions, creams, makeup, perfumes
  • Buying clothes that sit in your closet unworn
  • Having more vehicles than people in your family

Lying, Cheating, Stealing

  • Lying, Cheating and Stealing is not in the vibration of love, therefore it will not be accepted
  • When you begin to speak an untruth, you will do a voice correct, restating the truth.
  • For those who continue to try to lie, everyone will be able to tell when we are lying immediately our BS meters will go off
  • In this higher energy, we will have to be responsible for our actions, deeds, thoughts - the universe will hold us accountable

Helping Others

  • Our hearts will open and we will share with others
  • We will lend helping hands to those in need
  • We will share our talents, gifts and love with those who need assistance
  • Those who have already embodied this love energy will teach others to get there

This is Where We All Cross The Finish Line Together!

Acceptance of Differences Because We Are All One

  • Acceptance will be based on us all being from the same source
  • It does not matter what country, religious background or beliefs we have
  • I does not matter what color our skin is
  • It does not matter what language we speak
  • It does not matter what sex we are
  • It does not matter what our gender preference is
  • No one is a mistake, we can't be, we have ALL been created by the ONE SOURCE ENERGY
  • The energy of ONENESS will be everywhere, in every forest, stream, lake, mountain, village, city...

Love is The Only Answer

It has become so clear to me that we need to have open hearts for those around us who are suffering. We need to accept those who are in pain, not shun them. We need to love those who are crying - even when they push us away physically. We need to love them even more. When someone is resistant to accepting love and affection it is because they have a block or belief that they are not worthy of love. They feel unloved, no matter what we do. This will change in 2015.

Emotions are coming up for many right now. So many people that did not see their issues are beginning to see them clearly. For those who have not done their inner work, seek someone to assist you. This shift has been happening for the past two years to prepare people gradually. In 2015 this energy is being amped up more than it ever has. Seek out those who have already come into their Divinity, or love themselves, they can help you along your path.

Extreme Fatigue

You may be sleeping more than usual. You may have to drag yourself out of bed and long to go back all day long. You may want to do absolutely nothing.

Lack Of Focus

You may feel scattered and have difficulty following through with tasks to completion. You may wander around wondering what you were just about to do. You may put something away in a safe place and not be able to find it.

You Need Nurturing

Whatever it is that causes you to feel nurtured, do it. If it is a hot bath with Epsom salts, soak to your heart's content. If it is painting your fingernails, paint them. If it is sitting around with a bowl of chocolate covered almonds or chocolate watching funny movies, enjoy your movies. Be in the moment doing whatever brings you joy and causes you to feel nurtured.

How Can You Help Yourself Navigate These Changes?

  1. Pray. Ask for help. Be in FAITH. Help will arrive.
  2. Ask questions, rather than making closed ended statements. "How can my transition into 2015 be easy and effortless?" When you ask questions, you will receive the answer. Help will arrive in different forms. It could be dreams at night that give you guidance or soothe you. It could be a vision, or just an overall feeling of being loved.
  3. Be grateful for what you have.
  4. Meditate. Sit in silence at least 20 - 40 minutes a day. Longer if you can. Do it every day. This is the one thing that will really help to give you peace, guidance and calm.
  5. Rest. Get enough sleep.
  6. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables.
  7. Refrain from sweets, carbohydrates like white bread, sugar, agave, artificial sweeteners as much as possible.
  8. Don't read the newspaper or watch the news.
  9. Stay away from anything that causes you to feel fear, which is why I recommend you don't watch the news.
  10. Take cash out of the bank. Make sure you have enough for several weeks, or a full month if you can. Keep it in a safe place and write down where you left it.
  11. Spend time with those who love you and that you love.
  12. Do things that make your inner child happy. Sing, dance, play, toboggan in the snow, ice skate, play an instrument.

Imagine Dragons in my book is a Grammy winning, edgy, relatively new band. I listen to the message when I hear music. Their lyrics and videos speak very loudly. The message is profound. The little guys will win here. It is the meek that shall inherit the earth, not the ones stealing, lying, cheating or taking. What does meek mean? Loving, kind, accepting. Standing together, in unison, in love is what we need. We don't need to riot, loot or kill. That is not the way.

We will get there together. In unison, in love. I love you. To the Ukrainians who have been reading my posts - I love you. My roots are from your soil. My grandmother was born in the Ukraine. To those from other countries, thank you for coming all this way to read my posts. To the Canadians, I am coming back to Toronto, if I can find where I hid my passport at the end of this year. I will be in Toronto for New Years. The truth is that we are all part of the whole. We may have been born in one country and moved to another. Wherever we live becomes our new home. I love all of you who take the time to read what I write. I would love to hear what you want to hear about.

ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE

I have been approached by I Heart Radio to do a radio show for them. This show has materialized out of thin air. I am grateful. Please join me in January for "ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE!" This will begin as an hour show moving to two hours with Questions and Answers about love, sex and relationships.

Transformation into Enlightenment

Christmas Past: Before Enlightenment

Christmas has been a time of stress, anxiety and depression for me. I missed those that were not with me. I missed my children when they spent time with their father. I felt lonely even when all my loved ones were together. Something was missing and its absence made me feel blue.

I could not put my finger on whether it was a gift I had longed for and not received, or the fact that I could not buy everything my children wanted, although I surely tried. Each and every Christmas was filled with a longing, and an emptiness, until the Christmas of 2012.

Transformation

For some, enlightenment happens suddenly. My experience was a series of gradual shifts which raised me to higher levels of consciousness and expansion. From the time I read an assigned book Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse in school, I wanted to be enlightened. I knew despite what I read that it happened over lifetimes, I wanted to be enlightened in this one. When I interviewed the Buddhist, Lama Surya Das for Oracle 20-20 magazine after reading his book, Awakening The Buddha Within, I knew this could also happen for me. I wondered if I needed to become Buddhist to become enlightened. I studied Buddhism and other religions and discovered on my own that enlightenment is not about religion. It is not about dogma. It is not about belief.

Inner Work

I  worked diligently on myself. I took workshops and became a hypnotherapist and an energy healer. I began to receive strong guidance, which I had begun to follow and trust implicitly. I traveled from city to city teaching workshops as I was guided to do. I even make two long distance moves within a year, which worried my friends and family. The move to Boulder, Colorado in the fall of 2011 was the one that had the most profound impact on me.

Walking in the mountains and daily meditation, sometimes for hours catapulted me beyond the mundane existence of constant suffering. I spent most of my waking hours out in nature and in Spiritual practise. In May of 2012 I had a mystical experience that I heard later occurred for several saints and mystics. After two hours of meditating I felt compelled to lay down to sleep. It was unusual for me to sleep in the middle of the day, but my eyes kept closing and I finally gave in, crawling under the covers  at 11:00 AM. As I laid my head on my pillow my body began to dematerialize. I could feel my body turn into pure energy as I slipped into a deep expansive, limitless space. I likened this physical feeling to seeing Captain Kirk of the Enterprise say, "Beam me up Scotty!" As he did so his body became dots of pure energy. This was what I experienced. When I woke up I felt as if I had been in a coma. This was not like a normal "sleep."

A few days later, my son, David called me to tell me I showed up on one of the pool decks he was cleaning; in physical form over 1,500 miles away. My body was in bed in Colorado, yet I showed up in Atlanta, Georgia. To say this is a miracle is an understatement. I realized something was happening that I could not stop if I wanted to.

Awakening and enlightenment for most is a gradual thing. Events happen in your life, you experience the emotions, pain and sorrow and you learn, you surrender, and transform. Letting go of past pain, shame and grief, forgiving those that you perceive have hurt you, and loving with non-attachment all helps to move you through the density of our physical form.

Emotions and Feeling

I thought that I would not feel pain if I was enlightened. I thought that I would not feel anger. True, we cease to be governed by emotion, you still feel even more deeply. You are no longer attached to the emotion. It moves through you quickly and is gone. It was gradual. I experienced months of chaos, pain and suffering and then it was gone. I noticed the voices in my head were quiet. There was no running commentary or critique of each event. I did not have to get involved in other's drama or problems. I was happy doing simple things or doing nothing. I could be still and quiet. I did not have to be on the go. I found myself doing less and enjoying life more. The busy-ness  and the "doing" were not present. The pressure to perform within my head was not there any more.

Christmas Present: After Enlightenment

The gradual changes that I experienced the past three years culminated in enlightenment for me. I find joy in the smallest of things. I find beauty everywhere. I am happy no matter what my circumstances are. I appreciate everything and I love everyone. I see the Divine in everyone. Not only do I feel connected to The Divine, I feel no separation. God and I are ONE. This is what the ONENESS movement is all about. I am happy with me. I am happy alone. I am happy even though my two sons and daughters in law were not with me for Christmas. I feel full to overflowing instead of depleted. I am more grounded and present. I am happy even though the gifts were few. I am happy being isolated and far away from my mother and brothers. I do not feel lonely or alone. There is no emptiness or yearning. This is coming HOME.

In the place of longing, there is a feeling of fullness. There is no fear, there is no lack. I am not limited. There is love and acceptance and deep inner peace.

I am able to witness other's pain, yet not be entangled in it. I lovingly accept others as they are without having to judge or critique them. I am no longer embroiled in drama. I witness other's drama without reacting to it.

Levels of Expansion

I have witnessed and experienced tremendous growth within. Yet at the same time, I know I am not finished growing. I liken Spiritual growth to our educational system. We begin in nursery school, then move into elementary school. We continue through high school. Some people are content to stop at high school while others continue on to receive their Master's degree. I will ever be expanding and growing until the day I die. Even after death there is continued growth and inner work to be done, without the density of the physical body.
