How Patterns Are Created That Repeat Throughout Our Lives
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
Patterns can be created while we are still in the womb. If one parent objects to the birth of the child and makes a stand for eliminating the pregnancy the child is imprinted with abandonment and rejection issues. These abandonment and rejection programs cause us to attract people into our lives that hurt us and abandon us. We might do personal introspection recognize the pattern but continue to attract the wrong kind of relationships because the programming is still in place.
In this six-minute video, you'll discover how these programs are imprinted on the unconscious mind. Clearing programs and patterns are part of what I offer in my coaching programs.
A child given up for adoption is also abandoned even though the mother kindly gave birth at full term and then gave the child up to provide a better life for their baby. Adopted children always have abandonment issues programmed into their unconsciousness. These patterns can be cleared and need to be if we are to live a happy life. Being aware of the pattern is the first step.
If we don't clear these limiting beliefs and programs we continue to attract more of the same; people who will be alcoholics, addicts, or abandon and reject us. We attract what we are so that we recognize what our patterns are.
We are here to heal, evolve and become enlightened. The way we do clear the limiting patterns and programs is by raising our awareness noticing what our patterns are and clear them, or work with someone who can do this for us.

How To See The Silver Lining In Rejection
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
![]() |
| Come back! I just wanted coffee with you! |
No one wants to be rejected. Most likely every one of us has experienced the abandonment of rejection at some point, whether it is by a co-worker who didn’t want to have lunch with us or a person who refuses to date us. Rejection doesn’t feel good. We can become very upset and wonder what is wrong with us? Yet rejection need not be about us.
We don't have to take rejection personally.
The truth is that rejection doesn’t need to have such a negative connotation. In fact, rejection just might be the best thing that ever happened. Perhaps there is someone waiting for us around the corner that is far better suited to us than the person who rejected us.
The possibilities are endless. We need to look at rejection very differently. Perhaps the reason the person didn’t want to have lunch with us had previous plans, or maybe they didn’t feel well. We don’t know all the possibilities, so why should we make it about us, when it isn’t. In this video, I examine the flip side of rejection that can make us recognize that rejection could be the greatest thing that ever happened.

Suicidal Tendencies Cured With Just One Session!
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
Today, I received a text that the woman I cleared is so much better that she is able to visit her little girl, something she had not been able to do in over a month. Instead of being completely dysfunctional and depressed she is able to make plans to travel and interact with loved ones. This in itself is amazing!
How Long Does A Clearing Take To Be Experienced?
Most people feel immediately lighter, have more clarity and are more peaceful, focused and calm - even while I am working on them. Many people feel their anxiety immediately lift, and feel calm
within minutes of me beginning the clearing. Many people fall into a very deep sleep right after the clearing and sleep much deeper than is typical for them.
Deep programs and attached energies can take up to five days to lift. Some energies leave gradually, while others leave very quickly. Some people feel the changes on a subtle level. When you have long-standing emotional pain, you don't miss it when it is gone. You just feel better. This was the case with this woman. Many of her issues had been long-standing - since childhood, she is now forty-one.
I am so grateful! I just arrived home from my travels across the US, Colorado, and Toronto. On the final leg of my journey, I received a text from a client who asked me to help her sister who wasn't eating and wanted to kill herself. She was so worried because nothing else had helped. Although she was on medication for anxiety and depression, it wasn't helping her.
I did one energy clearing for her the night I flew from Toronto to Denver. I was tired but knew this woman needed my help. I found many dark energies attached and a slew of programs from her father's suicide when she was a young teen.
How Self-Hatred Begins
Unwanted In Utero
This woman had been the product of an unwanted pregnancy. Her father was black and her mother white and just sixteen. The girls family didn't want this baby and were embarrassed that she would be bi-racial. These programs of being rejected, emotionally abandoned and unloved plagued her until this clearing. She also felt responsible for her father's suicide, as he confided in her the two weeks prior to his suicide.
She remembered being filled with self-loathing from the age of seven. (Seven is the age when children split from their soul/connection and stop remembering past lives and what it was like before they incarnated.)
Avoidance of Feelings
She didn't want to feel her pain. She did everything in her power to avoid feeling. Avoidance of her pain created deep depression.
To become a happy person, we have to walk through the pain to get to the other side.
There are many ways to avoid and suppress emotions some of them are sugary foods, carbohydrates, overeating, drugs, alcohol, prescriptions for anxiety, depression, and pain-killers.

I removed the abandonment programs, dark energies, addictive souls, self-loathing, insecurity, unworthiness, and hundreds of programs from her energy field. I cleared thirty trapped emotions which gave her immediately relief.

The woman I cleared is an attorney in Beverly Hills, California. I am grateful for her recovery and healing. Energy clearings can help more than suicide. They can relieve anxiety, depression, self-hatred, insecurity, trapped emotions, abandonment, rejection..... money issues, energy blocks, blocks to love, success...
Many people were the results of unwanted pregnancies. The energy of being unwanted, unloved or abandoned prevails until it is cleared from your energy field and unconscious mind. When a child is adopted they may continue to suffer from inadequacies and low self-esteem from a program created long ago prior to their birth.

Jennifer has been an incredible force in my life since the day that I met her. She has done several clearings for me in the past, I knew she was the real deal and my intuition screamed to me, that she was the perfect person to help when my sister began to struggle with severe depression to the point of becoming suicidal.
A month had gone by and my sibling was like a shell of her former self. She was not eating, barely sleeping, and had not been able to work at all. I was able to convince her that an energy clearing would be beneficial for her.
Jennifer had just returned home from travel right before I contacted her, but she dropped everything to help us within 10 minutes of my reaching out to her. Jennifer had a ton of insight into my sisters' personality and the origins of her struggle, yet half-way through my sister felt she couldn't continue with the clearing, and instead Jennifer continued with me on the phone. Because of this I was a bit skeptical as to whether it would work for her, but I kid you not. Four days later I contacted my sister and she was at Disney with her kid, about to "get some lunch" I couldn't even believe it worked that effectively and within such a short period of time.
Since the clearing, my sister has returned to work and although things are not perfect she has returned to her normal, spunky, intelligent, funny, wise, self.
I thank Jennifer tremendously. She has a true gift, a huge kind heart, and has been an enormous blessing to myself and my family. I would highly recommend her services to anyone and everyone. She's that good!

Why Do Relationships Fail?
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
When our verbal communication is absent, sex becomes a challenge. Who wants to have sex with someone who isn't loving, kind or communicating civilly? We have to resolve our issues for sex to be easy, natural and mutually pleasurable. The better our verbal communication, the better the sex!

A healthy balanced relationship will help you live longer. We give our work our full attention. We pay attention to our cell phones, television, and social media. Relationships also need attention to thrive. Have a regular date night without television. Talk openly about what is going on for you. We aren't robots or machines. We are spiritual beings with feelings and needs. Ask for what you want and make sure your partner has their needs met as well. Hire a coach who already loves themselves to navigate your challenges.

When we begin a relationship we are usually on our best behavior. We shower before our date, shave, fix our hair, wear make-up and put our comfy clothes away. We ignore things we shouldn't and focus on showing our best side. We might even try to hide our faults, flaws, and foibles. Most people put on false personas rather than show others an authentic self.
We might hide an addiction or negative behavior out of fear that we will be rejected. We might be afraid to show our new partner our true selves because of our insecurities. Rather than asking questions to seek a better understanding of the other, we become mute, afraid to ask for clarity.
How We Shoot Ourselves in The Foot
- We are not authentic and transparent. We hide our insecurities behind a false persona rather than expose the truth of our being. If we fake who we are in any way we are inauthentic. Eventually, the mask and shield will drop leaving the other person wondering who the hell they fell in love with?
- We lack self-love. We look for a relationship to make us happy or fill the void of emptiness, rather than filling ourselves up and lovingly accepting ourselves as we are.
- We become deaf mutes. We pretend we didn't hear or see behaviors that are alarming or potentially damaging to ourselves or the relationship. Instead of asking questions we remain silent about our concerns.
- We keep quiet about important situations that bother us. It is better to ask a question to get clarity than to make false assumptions about another person. Asking questions is a positive way to get more information, rather than stating what you think is true for them.
- We don't talk about the elephant in the room like; "Do you like who I am? Are you attracted to me? Do you think our core values are in alignment?"
- We don't know what we want. When we don't know what we want in a relationship we get what we get. Only when we are crystal clear about what we want and won't tolerate are we able to say something isn't going to work for us. (Aphrodite Effect Audio program is very effective for this issue)
- We aren't clear up front about our agenda. If you want to get married and the person you are dating says they aren't ready for a serious relationship - MOVE ON! Don't pretend you are okay with your relationship status if you aren't.
- We aren't clear on our core values. Dating someone with core values that differ from yours will create issues down the road. Religious differences, parenting styles, fiscal responsibility, health, exercise are all part of core values. Most people don't bother to sit down to clarify what they stand for, believe in and is important to them before getting into a relationship. Save yourself some heartache and discover your core values. Write them down. Commit them to memory. Know what is important to you and what's not.
- We rush for the finish line, looking to play house, cohabitate or get married too soon. We don't allow our relationship to unfold naturally over time. Instead, enjoy the moment and things will develop without forcing them.
- We push for commitment too soon. It takes some time to get to know another person. Most of us don't even know ourselves! Take your time becoming acquainted before moving in together or taking your relationship to the next level. Once you get to know the other well you might find you feel differently.
- If you just want to date, say so. Don't leave the other person wondering about whether you want to get married - eventually or have children.
- If there is an age difference talk about it. Ignoring a major issue that could be contentious later on is setting you up for failure.
- Ask yourself if you are okay accepting the person as they are? Or do you long to change the way they wear their hair, where they work, how they talk, eat, stand? Unconditional love means accepting another as they are NOW.
- We fall in love with the potential of our partner. We dream about what they could be, rather than love them for who they are NOW.
- We attract what we fear. If we are afraid someone will cheat on us, we attract cheaters to us. Old patterns can continue to surface until we change our behavior and unconscious thoughts.
- We put our relationship on autopilot. Relationships take time and energy. We need to listen to our partner, spend time face-to-face communicating verbally, watching body language. We need understanding, compassion, respect and acceptance. If we ignore our relationship it will die, just like plants will without water and attention.
- We expect our partner to be perfect, rather than accepting their imperfections lovingly.
- We forget the purpose of relationships is to help us grow. Relationships bring up our deepest fears, issues, and challenges. Blaming the other for your reaction isn't taking responsibility for your issues. Blame is often the cause of divorce.
Unfortunately, when we focus on trying to be perfect, we also downplay the other person's faults and flaws, often explaining them away. We ignore red flags and refuse to talk about the things that bother us, like the toothpaste lid or the toilet seat being left up their drinking or pot smoking or negativity.
Our fear of rejection is our motivation. Rather than recognizing our wonderful qualities, value and gifts we worry about our deficits thinking we aren't worthy of love or won't be loved for who we are.
Until we love and accept ourselves as we are, no one else will either. JEM
As time goes on, those small things we didn't mention that bother us begin to add up. Resentment builds because of the stories in our head about what they didn't do. Our unmet expectations cause us to feel resentment.
We expect our partners to be psychic and just know what we are thinking. Each time they don't meet our expectations we make a mental note, keeping score. The stories in our head are what defeat us rather than the other person.
Expectations cause resentment. JEM
When we live alone we cook for ourselves, do our dishes and take out the trash. When we begin to cohabitate with a partner we expect that they will do certain tasks. We avoid asking for help. When they don't take out the trash (because they should just KNOW) we become irritated. When weeks go by and the trash hasn't been removed by our partner, we might throw a hand grenade, "It would be nice if you could give me a hand for a change!" Our attitude is the problem, not the trash. We blame our partners for what they didn't do, becoming resentful.
Sex Is A Form Of Communication
When our verbal communication is absent, sex becomes a challenge. Who wants to have sex with someone who isn't loving, kind or communicating civilly? We have to resolve our issues for sex to be easy, natural and mutually pleasurable. The better our verbal communication, the better the sex!
A healthy balanced relationship will help you live longer. We give our work our full attention. We pay attention to our cell phones, television, and social media. Why "I Can't!" Needs To Be Removed From Your Vocabulary
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
If we aren't learning and growing, we are dying. Moving forward is what we are here to do. Learning, growing, realizing what is happening inside of us is key to understanding and personal growth.
Where you are right now is only this moment. Recognizing what we are feeling in each moment is consciousness. The longing you feel for love and acceptance is the void you feel inside of you. When you lovingly accept yourself as you are and recognize that our reactions only serve to show us what we need to learn, we are growing. Learning, growing and evolving is what our soul purpose is.
Saying No To Our Good
When we say "I can't," we are stopping our growth. I cannot tell you how many people have told me, "I can't meditate." When we say, "I can't" we are actually saying "I WON'T!"
I teach meditation through my coaching. Meditation is one of the
things that help us connect to our greater selves. Without this connection, we feel lost, disconnected and without direction. Meditation alleviates stress, anxiety, worry, depression and brings you to the fullness of who you truly are. Meditation allows love in. When you feel loved within, you attract love to you.

One of my clients is a lovely, well-educated and brilliant woman. She was originally from India. For some reason, I thought most Indian people meditated. Not so. She resisted my meditation teachings for weeks. When her anxiety continued, I reminded her of the meditation she had previously rejected (said NO to). Finally, she agreed to begin. Within weeks of following my guidance her wild mind chatter ceased. Her mind became completely quiet. She was amazed! When she stopped resisting, she opened up to the possibility of something different. She stopped saying "NO!"
Saying No To Love
We often say no to love without realizing it. We make judgments about people who want to date us, love us, make love to us. We say
no. When we do, we are rejecting ourselves and love. If you are still looking for love and haven't found it, perhaps you have said no, or don't love you. I help women and men not only find love but permanent happiness within.

Rejecting A Gift
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
Have you ever given a gift to someone and had it judged, rejected or returned? Have you ever returned a gift that was given. Have you ever judged or criticized a gift that someone gave you?
As a teacher, speaker and life coach, I witness people and their reactions to life. I have recently witnessed on two separate occasions people who rejected and criticized a gift that I gave them. It made me think back to a time when I too had criticized a gift that had been given to me. It was at a time when I clearly did not love and accept myself. I also remember being at the receiving end where my gift was rejected as well. It did not feel good. In fact it felt as if love was being rejected.
When someone gives you something and you return it, judge it or criticize it, you are showing how you feel about you. If you cannot graciously accept a gift without judging it, you judge yourself. Greater than that, your heart is closed and you are filled with self condemnation. Beyond judgment, your heart is so closed that you are not able to receive love.
Notice your reaction when someone gives you a complement. Do you graciously say, "Thank you." Or, do you Say, "Oh, this old thing?" Maybe you receive a complement by deflecting it, or feeling terribly uncomfortable. How you receive complements is an indication of how able you are to receive love. If you reject a complement, you also reject love. You feel unworthy. You feel undeserving. Therefore you cannot accept a complement.
The more you love yourself, the more you are able to receive love. The less you are able to receive, the less you love yourself. We are like sponges, we can receive an infinite amount of love, when we already love ourselves. When we don't love ourselves, it is as if our sponge is bone dry, nothing can be absorbed.
How can you begin to love you?
- Stop looking at yourself through the eyes of a Gestapo Guard. Soften your perception of yourself. Look at yourself as if you are a newborn baby. You would not judge or criticize an infant for anything it does. You would love it unconditionally. Think of yourself as an infant. Look at yourself through the EYES OF LOVE.
- THINK POSITIVE THOUGHTS. Changing your thoughts can heal your body of pain, depression and apathy. Like any fitness program it takes 30 days to break through old patterns. Keep it up, you are so worth it!
- Fall in love with you. Just as you would get to know a new person you are dating and interested in, become acquainted with you. Get to know yourself. What makes you feel good? What makes you happy? Write a list of both.
- What do you love to do? Write a list of things you love to do and do something from that list each week.
- What nurtures your soul? Write a list of the things that nurture you. Nurture yourself daily.
- Get yourself outside. Being out in nature can lift your spirits. Take yourself on an adventure to a place you love.
- Road trips are a great way to connect with yourself. Turn up the music and sing.
- Forgive yourself and others. An easy way is using the Kahuna healing prayer the Ho'oponopono Prayer.
- Dance to music that makes you feel happy. Moving your body can change your perspective.
- Read books that make you feel good.
- Avoid people that bring you down and criticize you.
- Watch movies that make you laugh.
- Cook healthy food for yourself. When you nurture yourself with food that will keep you healthy, you will feel better. Avoid sugar, high fructose, white foods (flour, white bread and white rice). These foods all lower your vibration and can cause depression.
- Have a daily spiritual practice. A spiritual connection can fill you up, shift feelings of loneliness and depression. I highly recommend The Divine Presence Process Meditation on You Tube.
