How Patterns Are Created That Repeat Throughout Our Lives
A child given up for adoption is also abandoned even though the mother kindly gave birth at full term and then gave the child up to provide a better life for their baby. Adopted children always have abandonment issues programmed into their unconsciousness. These patterns can be cleared and need to be if we are to live a happy life. Being aware of the pattern is the first step.

If You Aren't Living Your Soul Purpose You Aren't Living Fully
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
There are many ways to discover what our soul purpose is. If we have had tough lessons in life, we often turn those lessons into our gifts to share with others. Maybe you have experienced a trauma, a serious illness and overcome it. Teaching others what we have learned from our personal journey is often what we are meant to do.

For more than twenty years a consciousness ran through me filtering through my thoughts telling me I would write a book and help people overcome sexual trauma (PTSD) and abuse. I didn't realize that the overarching theme was helping people be happy, by loving themselves and raising self-esteem. I also didn't have a clue how me telling my story would help anyone else. To say I resisted is an understatement!
I argued with this Guidance. "What would anyone want to hear my story for? How could I possibly help anyone with their personal issues?" Now I help others find their way to happiness and their soul purpose through coaching, energy healing and The Akashic Records.
A Guide To Your Purpose
Everyone Has A Soul Purpose Even A Dog!
Meet Yoda He Knows His Soul Purpose
In October 2014, I was Guided to take my daughter out to brunch at our favorite breakfast place in our town. We don't dine out often, preferring to eat healthy food and watch our budget.
Yoda found me five months before my daughter, Ariel graduated from high school and moved to Colorado. He was wandering down the alley outside of the restaurant where my daughter and I had brunch.
He was only about six weeks old. We checked with the people that owned him, and they had no means to feed or take care of him and told my daughter to take him (they had five other puppies and no mamma). I wondered what the heck I would do with a puppy? Why did he show up when he did?

My answer came:
To help Karma and me get over a tough time and make us both smile!
His soul purpose is to make people happy. Everywhere he goes people look at him and smile. I have yet to see anyone come into his presence and not smile. He runs down the beach drops his tennis ball in front of their blanket and barks at them. Most people know instinctively to throw his ball; then he runs down to the next group of people. He is gregarious. He loves everyone. He makes people smile.
He has helped Karma stay young and active, giving her a buddy to join her in her walks and play. Karma was starting to fail till Yoda showed up. Yoda has given Karma a new lease on life and brought in joy for her.
In 2014, I was driving across the country from Boulder, Colorado and got all the way to Williams, Arizona to stop for the night. When I did, I found Yoda wasn't in my car. He had gotten out when I stopped to take photos (I had no idea).
I had to drive all the way back to Big Guns, Arizona to find him. There are a series of children's books coming about Yoda and how he found his home, as well as his big adventure of being lost in
Arizona. Yoda's story is a part of his soul purpose. He will be visiting children in classrooms and elsewhere as part of his Divine Purpose.
I hope this article is helpful in some way. I would love to hear from you, either comments or questions. Please either respond at the bottom of this article, or on FaceBook. Often a conversation can be helpful with others who have also experienced what you are going through.
Due to my personal experience with my mother, I am extremely compassionate. I had my experience with feeling bat-shit crazy. I understand how devastating it can be to experience the impossible to please the parent.
Some of us work to live. Others live to work. Doing work, we love, aligned with our soul purpose is what we are here to do. When aligned with our soul purpose work is a joy, we feel contented and fulfilled. When we are not doing work that is in alignment with our soul purpose, we may feel disconnected, lost or in search of what is missing.
How does one find out what their soul purpose is?

A Guide To Your Purpose
1. Don't worry about a plan. Your soul purpose will come filtering through your consciousness. You can't plan for it. Just begin. Write in your journal. Ask yourself what you have learned in life so far? Write it down. Ask yourself what you are passionate about?
2. You can't rush it. As we graduate through our life lessons we learn and grow. At each stage of our spiritual evolution, we learn new skills. The skills you need to use to access your life purpose will come during your journey to your purpose. You can't teach something that you haven't learned yet, it won't work. You can't short circuit your process. Your soul purpose will be something a little risky - deep faith is rewarded. You will only see a glimpse early on - rather than a plan all laid out.
3. There are levels to your spiritual development. Beginning on a path of spiritual development is kindergarten. Once you learn your initial lessons you graduate to first grade. Your vibration increases as you grow. Your soul purpose vibrates at a high rate. You can't expect to be able to see what it is until your vibration meets the same vibration. You can't receive your soul purpose until you are able to process and understand it. You will get there, I promise!
4. Your soul purpose is heart-based. Trying to "figure out" your soul purpose won't do it for you. When we are figuring things out we are in our ego-mind, not our heart. Your heart is where you connect to Source. The way to find your soul purpose is to go through your heart.
5. You need to take a leap of faith. Your soul purpose will not be an easy path. Expecting that everything will be laid out and there will be no risk involved won't get you very far. Faith requires you to act on the unseen.
6. No one can keep you from your soul purpose but you! Your soul purpose depends on you and no one else. Thinking that your spouse, children, parents, employer or pets can block you from acting on and fulfilling your soul purpose is taking the role of a victim. You aren't a victim here unless you choose to be. No one can kill your dreams but you. Excuses won't get you down the road, they will keep you stuck. Taking the steps required on your path will allow your dream to unfold.
A caveat here is that I had tremendous fear about writing my first book. I wanted to play it safe and wait till my mother died. "NO!" was my answer. My first book was as much for my mother as it was for me. I was afraid of her wrath and backlash. My mother threatened to sue me due to the content in Odyssey Victim to Victory.
My truth wasn't the way she remembered it. It was very painful for her. It didn't keep me from writing the book, I did it anyway and took a huge risk. I didn't allow my fear of my mother keep me from doing what I needed to do. We have to be completely authentic and honest with ourselves and others to receive our soul purpose.
Writing my first book was cathartic and healing for me. Anytime we do something the first time we have to take a huge leap. I took mine. You can do it too!

6. It might not feel comfortable. Expecting that fulfilling your life purpose will be easy and comfortable is expecting it to be handed to you on a silver platter. It won't be. Like I wrote above, there is going to be risk involved both personal and probably financial. Anything worth having is worth working for and probably takes a certain amount of risk. You might risk feeling silly, vulnerable or revealing personal information. Your soul purpose is worth it!
7. We often meet our destiny on the road to avoid it. If you attempt to avoid it or stifle your creativity you might meet your soul purpose somewhere else. No matter where you go, you will be.
8. Ask for help. We can't do this alone and you probably need to learn a few skills along the way. We can try to be the lone wolf, but we will make life much more difficult in the process. The Universe and God can't help if you don't ask. Along the road of life, the resources you need will arrive when you align with your soul purpose. Help is on your path. Boots start walking! (It's an old Nancy Sinatra song.)
9. Don't allow uncertainty to stop you. Not having all the answers allows information to flow to you. Uncertainty is the birth of all creation. Some of the greatest moments in our lives came from the orchestration of the Universe, things that we could never have predicted just unfold before our very eyes! Cultivate the attitude of not knowing and being uncertain, it will allow the infinite possibilities of the Universe to open up to you.
10. Don't misappropriate information! When the help arrives use it! If you ask for Intuitive Guidance, act on it. If you ask, receive and don't use the information you will punish yourself for not doing what you thought you were supposed to do. Your guilt will block you.
Your soul purpose might be just to love. It could be a simple thing.

Breathing Into The Present To Enjoy Each Moment
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
When we aren't happy with our lives, we wish for the future or look over our shoulder longing for what might have been in our past. Either way, when we are focused on anything other than right now, we miss out on this moment.
When we are filled with self-loathing, or longing for what we don't have we miss out on what we do have. Having been there myself, I remember where my thoughts turned when I wasn't happy.
- We live with constant regret or longing.
- We focus on castles in the sky daydreaming of what we desire.
- We aren't breathing deeply, or affirming life.
I just finished reading a book while visiting my mother that I highly recommend. The book is called The Time Keeper. It is a profound and moving book once you get past the first ten pages. It is a riveting novel about time.
When we focus on not having enough time, wanting time to pass quickly or wishing time would stop we are not in the present. When we are young we long to be older, wishing time would pass quickly. When we are older we wish we had more time. Those that are happiest with themselves and their lives are focused on exactly where they are in this very moment.
If you aren't breathing deeply, you have low self-esteem. If you aren't breathing deeply you are not affirming life. If you aren't breathing deeply you wish you were or had something else.
What I Know For Sure
Enjoy what you have. Love your life now and breathe into this moment, affirming your life and creating heaven on earth.
You are perfect as you are.
You have a reason for being here.
You have a purpose.
You are loved.
You are never ever alone.
Enjoy this moment. Let go of trying to be something you aren't. Allow others to see you authentically, rather than attempting to fake who you are or what you love. Don't be afraid to be honest, there are no secrets in The Universe anyway.
I love you,
Jennifer
Only when we are delighted with this moment, happy and grateful for what we have do we have harmony, peace, and fulfillment - which account for true and lasting happiness. JEM
What I Know For Sure
- Nothing is ever too late.
- Nothing is ever too soon.
- No one owns time.
- When you are measuring life, you are not living it.
- There is a reason God limits our days.
- There is always enough time.
- Each moment on this planet is precious.
- We create heaven or hell on earth by living in the past and future, or by living in the present moment.
I love you,

10 Powerful Ways To Fill The Emptiness Within
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
Author's Note: I pulled this article out of the archives from December 2013. It is still pertinent and powerful today.
Feeling lost, unfulfilled and empty?
Half of my life I felt broken, lost, depressed and empty. I began my quest at the age of 16. I was looking for the answer to the age-old question, "Is that all there is?" I knew that there had to be more to life than the rat race of school, work, family, and death.
I searched for answers. I studied different religions, attending workshop after workshop. I longed for this void to be filled. It did not matter if I fell in love, had a relationship or did not, the empty place could not be filled. I searched for years, through one relationship after another. I became the ultimate consumer, shopping for clothes, cell phones, houses, and furniture. None of these things filled the void.
I got married, had children, thinking that that was the answer to what was missing. I felt better, but still not complete.
Not until I began to heal my own life, did I find what was missing. As I became certified in hypnotherapy, energy healing, life coaching and began to read The Akashic Records. I started a healing practice. In helping those in need I found fulfillment.
Through healing myself of unworthiness and self-hatred, I found that I had a knack for helping people to bring up their own issues, naturally. Just sitting in a room with someone, they would begin to cry and talk to me about their most intimate and profound issues. Even men who never spoke about their wives who left them, or their deep sadness, would begin to open up and spill their guts to me. My search for love led me to help others to heal their lives. I was able to help others change their lives by being the catalyst in theirs. It was here that I found the secret component to life and fulfillment.
What I found was that I could help people in simple ways or profoundly helping women and men change and heal their lives. Anytime I helped another I was filled up. My passion for helping others is what carries me through my days. I awake with the names of people I don't even know in my consciousness and pray for them for whatever it is that they need at that time. Every time I open a door for another, offer a generous gratuity in a restaurant I am filled up. The simplest of gestures can change someone's life. When you begin to notice the pain others are going through, it makes you realize how wonderful yours is.
I also found having a deep and profound Spiritual connection (no religion required) brought me a deep and profound joy. Meditating and teaching others how to quiet their minds has helped so many come to a place of peace in theirs. I had such a difficult time meditating at the beginning. It was not until I learned a few techniques that were simple yet profound that I was able to sit in silence and allow the peace and love wash over me that I recognized that this is available to everyone. We just have to be open to receive it.
A quiet mind creates harmony in one's life. From chaos and suffering to living in joy in each breath is what our lives are all about. Here are some of my secrets to living a life of joy, peace and bliss in the moment.
- Breathe. Most people breathe shallowly because they feel unworthy. Breathing deeply shows that you are worthy. Breathe deeply. Exhale completely. Stop several times a day and place your feet flat on the ground. Uncross your arms and legs and just breathe. You will find this brings you into the present moment.
- Stop the mind chatter. There are several ways to do this. Here are two: Sit, breathe, relax. Breathe and relax some more. Drop your shoulders and smile to your heart. Turn your eyes upward towards the ceiling without moving your head. Continue looking at the ceiling for 5 minutes or more. Each time you do this you will find the mind quiets. The second way is to envision a laser beam going through the back of your head exiting through your forehead at your hair line. This will also quiet the mind.
- Meditate daily. Beginning with quiet meditation without prayer is the way we open up to hear what God has to say to us. Our minds are so active, we need to become quiet and peaceful so that God and The Universe can speak to us. Beginning each day with upright chair meditation will calm you, bringing order into your day, life and world. Harmony within, harmony without.
- Be grateful. Each day I wake up and immediately pray a prayer of gratitude for being alive another day. I always say "Thank you for my vibrant health." I believe that this is how I have become so strong and healthy when many at my age have aches and pains. I have none. When we are grateful for what we have, we will receive more to be grateful for. Without gratitude for all you have, you will find more lack and things to be ungrateful for.
- Love everyone. We are all connected whether you believe it or not. When you are angry with another, vengeful or harmful in any way, you are hurting yourself.
- Forgive everyone. No matter what they have done to you, there is no point in hanging onto anger, resentment and rage. All these negative emotions will do is cause you illness, disease, and more suffering. Eventually, you will say thank you to your perpetrators for teaching you the lessons that you needed to learn. Then you are on the path of healing and wholeness.
- Experience nature. Being outside in beauty and appreciating it will help you to feel better, happier and connected with the earth, and the heavens. Nature teaches us acceptance for what is. Nature is in constant change. We need to accept that things will always be changing and resisting change only causes more suffering.
- Love yourself. This actually should be number ONE! I have heard Buddhists criticize me for this saying that loving oneself leads to selfishness and loneliness. I have to disagree. Since I have begun to love myself I have been more connected to God and others. I no longer feel like a victim and have taken responsibility for myself and my life. I never feel lonely or alone. Self love is the key to understanding others and being compassionate for you and others. Self-love is the key to healing all relationships.
- Accept others as they are. Trying to change another is folly and egocentric. Everyone is on their own path. Everyone is finding their own way. If they ask you for help, that is another story. Giving advice when it is not asked for is like my spiritual teacher used to say, "Throwing pearls before the swine." They will find their way in their own time. Who are we to judge what is right for another?
- Be generous with your service, gifts and love. The more generous you are, the more others will be generous with you. We give without expectation, however, the laws of The Universe are designed that the more you give, the more you receive. It is a natural law of The Universe.
- Orgasm For Life will help you understand your partner, teach you how to please him or her in the bedroom, and create deep connected intimacy. We all search for and desire a deep connected love. This book is the source for connection, compassion and understanding. Men and women are wired differently. When we keep doing things the same way, we get the same results. Divorces are happening in over 50% of all marriages. What is missing is connection. Orgasm for Life teaches you how to effectively communicate sexually with your partner.
Jennifer Elizabeth Masters is a healed Intuitive healer. Her insight into exactly what is going on is uncanny. Jennifer's book, Orgasm For Life helps to bring connection into love-making and communication. Thursday, August 14, 2014
Men, wondering how to get your woman to want more sex?
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
It is not news to anyone that men more often than not want sex more frequently than women. I am not saying this always is the case, but generally speaking, men are more motivated by sex than women. Men are testosterone based, as my friend Linzi Levinson from Voice America, Illuminating Now, says and women are emotion.
So you want more sex and you wonder why it isn't happening more frequently. Here are some of the reasons why.
- You may be coming too quickly and therefore not satisfying your woman. Women typically need more time to get from zero to 60 mph. They need time to become aroused, get into the mood and get revved up. In my book, Orgasm For Life, I call this HTP. It is a problem. If you come within the first few minutes, it is a problem. More frequent sex does not make this HTP go away. (Read my book for the solution anger/rage is the reason. This anger is hidden.) When the woman is not satisfied on a regular basis, she becomes disinterested in sex and either shuts down sexually, finds another partner or self stimulates, possibly with a vibrator.
- You may be making love longer than two minutes, but you may not be giving your woman enough stimulation in the right places. Every woman is different. Some like their nipples squeezed, sucked or pulled, some like their neck nibbled, kissed or bitten. Some women want you to have three hands and digitally stimulate, nibble, kiss and lick all at the same time! Women need more than 2 minutes of foreplay. If you are not stimulating your woman to orgasm before entry, you are missing the boat, and the orgasm for her. The key is to slow down, take your time and pleasure her first. She will be so grateful you will have her smiling and pulling you into the bedroom for more~!
- Focus on HER pleasure, instead of yours first. You will come, don't worry. You usually do, right? But women more often than not, DON'T. This is where the gap is. Women need 20 - 40 minutes of stimulation, digitally (fingers), orally (tongue, lips) or all of the above. Take time to stimulate, get her really aroused. Even if she begs for it, stimulate her longer. The G-spot will not even show up until 20 minutes of stimulation. If you want her to experience a G-spot orgasm and have you being called "THE MAN" take your time. Stimulate her for 20 minutes - not just in one place either.
- NO TARGET PRACTICE! Some men look at women as if all we are is breasts, ass and a vagina. Notice other body parts. Her face, her eyelids, her ears, neck.....Believe me we are so much more than sexual body parts. We have a beautiful face. Tell us we are beautiful. We have a neck, kiss it, nibble on it, touch and stroke our arms, our legs and stomach before you zero in on the TARGET. Spend time massaging, stroking, kissing all of her before you zero in on the vagina or clitoris. Follow #5.
- Spend 10 minutes kissing, 10 minutes stroking, 10 minutes all over body massage, 10 minutes oral sex, 10 minutes of digital stimulation, then you can make love. Anything less than 20 minutes of foreplay is not enough for MOST women.
- Every woman is different. We are different during ovulation, menstruation, pregnancy. Different times of the month and different hormonal imbalances can change sensitivity. What works today wonderfully well, may piss us off tomorrow. Take careful note of hormonal cycles, sensitivity at different parts of the month and act accordingly.
- Make sure your woman has an orgasm one, two or three times before you do. Each woman is capable of being multi-orgasmic. The trouble is that many men are in a rush to "GET 'ER DONE!" Enter and get off and done. This leaves women wanting. This means you don't get frequent sex, because you are not a great lover. Being selfish in bed will get you cut off. The more giving you are to your lover, the more you will get in return. Taking time to pleasure all her hot buttons, will get her to the big "O" before you do. Make sure she has at least one orgasm, or maybe two, before penile penetration.
The point here men is, focus on her pleasure. Tell her she is beautiful. Tell her she is lovely. Give to her FIRST. Then you will have her coming back for more. Remember the reason I wrote Orgasm For Life was that 80% of women fake it, because they are not having orgasms. The reason they are not having them, is because their partners are not giving them what they need.
Make love in her head first. Arousal begins in the head. Start with love-making in the morning. Leave a rose on her pillow. Tell her when you leave in the morning you can't wait to get home to her tonight. Whisper in her ear what you want to do to her when you get home. Leave her thinking about your kiss as you walk out the door. Give her something sweet and sexy to think about.
Women can't get aroused when they are fighting with you. When you haven't told her how beautiful she is. They can't focus on sex when the kids are crying, there is laundry all over and the dishes aren't washed. Women are different than men. Obviously! That is why you are attracted to them in the first place. More in my book, Orgasm For Life.

Dating Before The Divorce
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
Don't get me wrong. They may be a really nice person. However, you could be waiting until pigs fly, or the sun burns itself out before their marriage if final - if it ever is. Many people SAY they are getting a divorce and never leave their spouse. Think carefully. Choose wisely.
If it looks like a duck, and walks like a duck, it's probably a duck!
![]() |
| If it looks like a duck and walks like one, it probably is one |
Men and women are sometimes choosing to begin dating before their divorce is final. What are the pitfalls of dating before you are divorced? What is the downside of dating someone who is not yet divorced?
You've met someone. They are delightful, attractive, kind, even loving, but they aren't divorced - yet. When someone is thinking about divorce or involved in a divorce, they are clearly emotionally unavailable to you. They are dealing with issues every day of hurt, remorse, guilt, and have not begun to heal from the marriage that has not yet ended.
They Are Leaving Their Spouse
Humans have a tendency to believe what we hear rather than paying attention to what we see. We want to be loved. We want to believe that things are a certain way. However, if a divorce has not been filed - there is no divorce. Your boyfriend, or girlfriend is legally MARRIED. The courts consider a person married until a divorce is final. You are having an affair with a married person. Which means you are out of integrity.
Divorce takes time. There usually is property to sell, CD's to divide, furniture and often children involved. Settling a divorce can take years, especially when there is property or minor or children. The average divorce takes two years complete. Healing does not really begin until after the divorce is final. Even if the person has been dating all this time, real healing does not happen until the reality of the divorce sets in.
Even if their intention is to leave their spouse you could be waiting years for this process to be complete. It is unlikely that they will be emotionally available to you completely until after they heal.
Healing From The Hurts
Dating a man or woman that is going through divorce means that you will need to be compassionate, understanding and patient with them while the discuss their hurts, from what they are experiencing. You could even become the distraction, from their woes. Count on the subject of their soon-to-be ex to come up in conversation often. They need a shoulder to lean on, cry on and someone to make them feel loved, appreciated and cared for.
How Long Does It Take?
Professional therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists say it takes one year for every year married to heal from a divorce. In other words, if you have been married 20 years, you need 10 years to heal. From personal experience, I had 10 years between marriages. In retrospect, that was not enough time, as I still attracted similar people to the one I had left. Patterns need to be cleared and changed. If not, the tendency in humans is to attract someone just like the one you divorced. You may find they have a different face, but the relationship is very similar.
Men Are More Likely To Remarry Than Women
Men are much more likely than women to remarry after a divorce for several reasons. Men feel they will have more regular sex when married. Men are used to being taken care of, often having their laundry done, meals prepared and sometimes even the yard work done by their wife. Women on the other hand are more likely to remain single after finding their new found freedom for the opposite reasons that men tend to remarry. Women are often fed up with taking care of a man and prefer the freedom of single hood.
The Downside
- The person you are dating may never get divorced.
- Because they are still married, they are really not present with you.
- They cannot commit because they are already in a committed relationship with someone else. See the dilemma?
- There is no guarantee that they won't reconcile.
- If they are having an affair with you, what makes you think they won't be unfaithful to you also.
- You can't completely trust someone who has had an affair.
- They may say they are sleeping on the couch, but they are still co-habitating. They had sex before. They know each other intimately. The chances are they will have sex again, and again and again before they divorce.
- You are out of integrity. Since integrity is really all we have got, this is a really big deal.
- There is karma. If you are sleeping with a married person, the chances are that this karma will come back around and bite you in the butt when you really don't want it to.
- You are providing a distraction for them during a difficult time. You are distracting them from their pain, their problems and what they really need to be focusing on: getting out of their marriage.
The Upside
- You have a duck. Well sort of, you are really sharing a duck.
- You will have lots of free time.
- You won't have to worry about spending time with your boyfriend or girlfriend's family during the holidays because they will be with their family.
Don't get me wrong. They may be a really nice person. However, you could be waiting until pigs fly, or the sun burns itself out before their marriage if final - if it ever is. Many people SAY they are getting a divorce and never leave their spouse. Think carefully. Choose wisely.
Married Looking For An Affair?
If you are married and looking longingly at someone else, you are not fulfilled and happy with you. Until you are happy with yourself, no other person will change the way you feel about yourself and your life. You are the source of your pain and suffering not another person. Therefore, getting right with you - becoming happy and fulfilled FIRST is imperative, or you will do what I did and have four marriages and divorces before you come to a place of complete loving acceptance and total fulfillment on your own.
Happiness is a choice. It does not come from another person. It comes from you. It comes from you recognizing your soul purpose and mission in this life, giving back in some way, knowing without a doubt who you are and what you are here to do. I can help you come to this place. I did it and now I help others do the same. When you feel completely fulfilled on your own, you can take your time, date, or stay single. You will be happy no matter what. You don't NEED to have someone. Certainly you can choose to, but you won't be needy.

Filling The Emptiness Within
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
Feeling lost, unfulfilled and empty?
Most of my life I felt broken, lost and empty. I began my quest at the age of 16. I was looking for the answer to the age old question, "Is that all there is?" I knew that there had to be more to life than the rat race of school, work, family and death.
I searched for answers. I studied different religions, attending workshop after workshop. I longed for this void to be filled. It did not matter if I fell in love, had a relationship or did not, the empty place could not be filled. I searched for years, through one relationship after another. I became the ultimate consumer, shopping for clothes, cell phones, houses and furniture.
Through healing myself of unworthiness and self hatred, I found that I had a knack for helping people to bring up their own issues, naturally.
All these negative emotions will do is cause you illness, disease and more suffering. Eventually you will say thank you to your perpetrators for teaching you the lessons that you needed to learn.
Self love is the key to healing all relationships.
- Accept others as they are.Trying to change another is folly and egocentric.
