Bringing God Into The Bedroom Through Tantra

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

If you have ever had an experience with a partner where you felt the presence of God, you have tapped into the threshold of where Tantra takes you every time. Sex without God is like a day without sunshine. Tantra creates a sacred and spiritual act by slowing down the process and making sex mindful keeping you focused on each sacred moment.

Too often sex is a rush of heated sexual tension and over within minutes. Tantra slows down everything from your breathing to touch. Tantra takes you out of your mind (in so many ways) and into your body so that you feel each touch like a blaze of heat and ecstasy. (As I had a partner describe to me.)

Tantra focuses on breathing together, entraining your consciousness as one, slowing movement and the act of love-making to feel each touch, looking into your partner's eyes and being one with God.

Tantra is liberating, rather than bonding two people together. In Tantra, it is not the other you are relating to, but the highest aspect of yourself. Connecting to the highest aspect of yourself causes a very fast and enjoyable expansion of consciousness that is stronger and faster than alone. You attain a state that is not dependent on the other.

You become fully present with your divinity filled with gratitude for those you experience this expanded experience.

Beginning with massage, slow touch allows you to connect deeply with your body and get out of your mind. When you are present fully, connected rather than in your head Tantric sex becomes a sacred spiritual act

Sex without Tantra feels like a ride at an amusement park. It is over before you begin to enjoy it and you feel the price was far too high.

Tantra focuses on each moment, rather than being in a hurry to rush to the finish line. Orgasm happens but usually many times, rather just than once. Orgasm with Tantra rolls like wave after wave through your entire body, rather than an experience only felt in your genitals.

Edging

Today Millenials have come up with a name for what Tantra has used for centuries. Edging brings you to the brink of orgasm and then allows the energy to subside over and over again so that pleasure is experienced for hours rather than moments.

Sex With Heart

Tantric sex is beautiful as it brings your sexual energy into your heart and expands it outward all over your body. Imagine feeling an orgasm throughout your entire body undulating for minutes rather than seconds.

If you don't respect your partner, you will not be able to engage in the depth of the Tantric experience. Respect is needed to create a sacred act with the presence of God.

G-Spot Massage

Women and men both have a G-spot. For women, it is located on the upper wall of the vagina approximately an inch and a half inside the opening. Men also have a G-spot, just inside the rectum. G-spot massage for both sexes enhances the sexual experience and deepens orgasms to be more profound and powerful. For those who still wonder if the G-spot in a woman is fact or fiction, click here

Study Tantra and See For Yourself

Some of the comments I have received on my blog are that what I say is too good to be true. If you haven't tried it, don't knock it.

Take a Tantric weekend course and see for yourself. There are many excellent Tantra teachers in the world, I studied with Charles Muir, but there are many excellent Tantra teachers out in the world: Devi Ward, Prem Sarovara are two of them.

There are many types of Tantra. Red, white, black are different from one another. If you are interested in the different types I have written a much-read article here. Tantra: White, Red, Black What The Heck?

Semen Retention Benefits

Semen retention is the withholding of ejaculation. You can still experience orgasms, yes and many times in one encounter. Sex can continue for hours while you maintain your energy and stamina. Your erection may wane for a short while after an orgasm but very quickly you will be able to be back in the swing with a strong, hard erection. There are many benefits to semen retention.

You will find when you begin to retain your semen and ejaculate only when you choose to that you have increased energy, look and feel younger and don't take so long to be ready for the next wondrous round of sex!

Passionate sex requires a change of attitude. Passion doesn't mean that you come within two minutes of beginning a love-making session. Passion requires patience and a giving heart. Slow down, get out of your head and feel each feeling fully. Connect eye-to-eye and take the time to kiss your partner slowly without being in a rush. Experiencing pleasure slowly, changing position, speed, pressure from light and gentle to deep and firm can add a higher consciousness to your sex life and relationship.

Everyone can shift their sex life up a notch to enjoy passionate, hot sexual experiences that you talk about for years to come!

Let me know how this works for you. Comment below, or join me on FaceBook for a conversation!

Set up your private session with me to find your joy and happiness within. I help men and women find lasting happiness.

G-Spot Fact or Fiction?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Thank you to Trojan for this photo

Videos of a women experiencing ejaculatory orgasms are extolled on porn sites, and even You Tube. Many self-respecting women hear about these gushing orgasms and question what the fuss is all about. "Why on earth would I want one?", they wonder. Porn stars have them, but should a wife and mother want to have them too?

Those who have had them say the experience brings them to a state of utter satisfaction and profoundly deepens the connection they share with their partners. So how does one have them?

Typically, these kinds of orgasms are linked to stimulation of the G-spot, an area of the female anatomy that has garnered a near mythical status over the last six decades. While science has been slow to prove what every woman who has been stimulated there knows (that it's very real!), we finally have at least a case study demonstrating its existence.

The G-Spot is a pleasure center approximately the size of a quarter, located 1 to 2.5 inches inside the vaginal opening, on the upper interior wall, towards the belly button. It is in close proximity, albeit internally located centimeters from the sensitive clitoris. With one curled upward facing finger, the G-Spot is within every woman's reach. So why do so many women have difficulty finding it?

The main reason is this: the G-Spot is extremely sensitive to pressure, so most women react to the initial discomfort and stop the stimulation. Because it's comprised of erectile tissue, the G-spot has a ribbed texture like a washboard, and the first touch of this sensitive area creates a strong urge to urinate. Most women experience this feeling and don't push through the initial discomfort.

As a women, there are two things you can do to move through this initial stage more easily: empty your bladder before sex play, and bear down towards the pressure when you feel it. Beyond this urge to pee awaits immense, deeply profound waves of pleasure that can last minutes and create an ejaculatory orgasm. This is why the G-spot is often referred to as the "woman's prostate."

The G-Spot, named after Dr. Ernst Gräfenberg who discovered this extremely sensitive area in 1950, has been the source of much myth and debate since then. Although a very sensitive area was also discussed in The Kama Sutra as early as 1100 that led to intense, multiple orgasms, some medical doctors still deny it's existence to this day.

A recent study by Dr. Amichai Kilchevsky, a urology resident at Yale-New Haven Hospital in Connecticut determined  “Without a doubt, a discreet anatomic entity called the G-spot does not exist.”  Dr. Kilchevsky did his testing in a sterile laboratory with bright lights and cameras. No wonder the women tested could not become aroused enough for the erectile tissue of the G-spot to be engorged, or felt!

It's important to remember that just because something hasn't been found, does not mean it doesn't exist. It simply means it hasn't yet been found. Early maps of our world left off whole islands and even continents, simply because they hadn't yet been discovered.

Biologist, Zoe Cormier, believes the G-spot is real and shares this in her Huffington Post interview:

"I don't think it's a myth, and I read an entire book about it. Beverly Whipple at Rutgers has devoted pretty much 30 years to studying this thing. I don't think there is any way that that kind of body of research could be created if it wasn't real. I don't think that all women necessarily have one, but it does seem that it's a sort of cluster of tissue that can grow in size as you age, and the more you use it, the more it grows, just like any muscle."

Women, when you stimulate your G-spot, it becomes awakened and enlarged. Usually 20 minutes of arousal is enough for you to feel the swollen ribbed area on the upper wall. Prior to stimulation, the G-spot is flat because it is not engorged or erect. Like a man prior to being aroused, the G-spot needs some TLC to perform.

Anxiety, failure to focus, or an inability to relax, can all cause arousal issues. And this may explain why the G-spot has been so elusive over the years -- especially in scientific settings. Without the ability to be present and focused on the sex act, many women just don't get turned on enough for the G-Spot to appear. Often, they may just be beginning to reach this point of arousal when the coitus experience ends, due to their partner's orgasm.

What is needed in these cases is to extend the act of foreplay longer, and to massage the G-spot a while longer prior to penetration. Using a curled finger, massaging with pressure in a come hither motion intensifies the sensitivity of this area. The G-spot can also be reached in coitus, but that obviously takes more expertise. Russell Brand quips in his Netflix Special, Messiah Complex, that you need a special upward stroke of the penis to be able to "get the G-spot off!"

Here's my explanation of that. As the man's penis begins to swell right before ejaculation, women often begin to feel the benefits of this increase in girth, which naturally begins to put pressure on the G-spot. If the man can hold off his own orgasm, he may be able to stimulate his partner's G-spot with an upward stroke. Pulling back to the point of almost exiting the vagina and taking short strokes through penetrating thrusts instead of deep thrusting, will stimulate the G-spot.

Personally I believe that every woman with a vagina has a G-spot. It may be dormant, but that does not mean it doesn't exist. As women age, this area becomes larger and more sensitive the more it is stimulated. So ladies, this means you can actually develop your G-spot like any other muscle simple by stimulating it yourself and also by getting your partner to engage in more pre-coital stimulation. Yes, if it's desired, female ejaculation can become a regularly occurring phenomenon for any woman.

I find that women who have been through sexual trauma may first need to undergo some gentle release work to eliminate the cellular trauma that is stored in the G-spot.  The movie Bliss, with Terrance Stamp as the Tantrika healer, details the issues related to sexual trauma and G-spot dysfunction. It isn't that women don't have a G-spot, but the fact that trauma is often stored in the erectile tissue which causes a lack of orgasmic release. Tantric healing massage is explained in detail in my book, Orgasm For Life ~ Sexual Healing.

Here are instructions for how to locate and stimulate the G-Spot:

1) Place a towel or two beneath her buttocks, comfortably. When the G-Spot releases there may be a considerable amount of Amrita released. This is not urine. The liquid comes from the Skene's Glands, not the bladder.

2) While performing oral sex add an additional motion of an upward turned finger stroking, putting pressure on the ribbed area on the upper wall of the vagina.

3) Stroking toward yourself in a "come hither" motion, add some gentle pressure, massaging the quarter sized ribbed area.

4) When you are massaging the G-Spot, you will notice the area swelling and becoming engorged as it is stimulated. The G-Spot is composed of erectile tissue, like the penis.

5) There will most likely be a feeling or urge to urinate.

6) Empty your bladder.

7) Returning to the stimulation, bear down or move towards the pressure.

8) Continue stroking, massaging the G-Spot.

9) Breathe, open your mouth as it relaxes the vagina.

10) Allow yourself to enjoy the stimulation and let go of the need to think about anything but the pleasure you are experiencing. Focus on the pleasure. If it becomes too intense breathe through your mouth, do your best to relax and let go. Move towards the pleasure.

11) Allow yourself to flow into the feelings of ecstasy. Relax. Follow the pleasure.

Shifting into sex and passion was a natural transition for me; someone who loves sex and who has healed addictions and codependency. In my book, Orgasm For Life I share what I
learned on my journey from sexual dysfunction to wholeness. I hope you'll read my books and discover your inner soul's purpose on your road to healing. And connect with me for deeper work, if you feel called.

Jennifer Elizabeth Masters now empowers women and men through her love and passion coaching. Using six modalities, the experience is different for every person. The Clitoris DeMystified

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Nature's replica of the female form

Ah the female form. It is lovely, beautiful, fragrant and absolutely Divine. Our body parts are delicate, tender and as different from one lovely woman to the next. Each woman is different. No two are alike. No two women like exactly the same type of stimulation. The clitoris is the female penis, only better! No! Really? How could it possibly be better, you ask? You are in for a pleasant surprise, but please don't get jealous. It has twice the number of nerve endings that the male penis has.

Exquisite Pleasure

The clitoris has 8,000 nerve endings. The penis has 4,000. These amazing nerve endings in the clitoris affect 15,000 other nerves exciting and spreading through the pelvis, connecting the kundalini to the brain.

Most people are unaware that the clitoris is far more sensitive than a man's penis. It is protected by a hood of skin that almost conceals it from view. It does not giggle when we walk, nor does it's form deny our arousal when clothed. The female form is as secretive, inward and almost covert as women can be.

Where Is The Clitoris?

The clitoris is located above the opening to the vagina, on the outside of the body. Moving from the navel towards the vagina it is the first moving part that can be caressed, played with and excited to bring a woman to orgasm with a well-practised tongue, finger or
vibrator. If you look at the orchid above, it depicts the positioning of this delicate and lovely body part. It is located between the two large petals of the flower, but slightly above and outside the most delicate inner flower. For more pictures and descriptions of the clitoris

Sitting slightly above and outside the vagina, the clitoris can be seen as tiny. Yet, only one quarter of the clitoris is visible. The root of the clitoris is found in the incredibly sensitive G-spot located beneath the clitoris on the upper vaginal wall.

It Keeps Getting Bigger!

The clitoris grows over time. When a girl reaches puberty, the clitoris begins to grow. By the time a woman is 32, the clitoris has grown almost four times the size it was in puberty. After menopause a woman's clitoris may be seven times as large as it was in puberty. Which could account for the reason why so many middle ages women report such hot sex.  Don't worry, you won't have to tuck it in to hide it as you age. Older women also should know their way around their own body. If you are wondering why your penis has shrunken while your woman's clitoris has grown, read this

What Is The Clitoris For?

Can you say, PLEASURE? Yup, the clit is the only part of a woman's sexual parts that is solely for her pleasure. It is the fastest way to get a woman off and most women know it. Most women do not orgasm through penile penetration alone. They need the friction
of the clitoris to get there. They need the stimulation of the G-spot to ejaculate. If your woman doesn't ejaculate, you have not sufficiently stimulated her. It is not that she doesn't have a G-spot. Do you see men walking around without a penis? I rest my case!

Locating The G-Spot

If you insert your finger gently inside a woman's lubricated vagina, curl your hand upward and use your finger in a come hither motion, you will touch the G-spot. The G-spot article will follow the clitoris, as it should (next).

The clitoral orgasm is intense and final. In other words, after a woman experiences a clitoral orgasm she may be complete, done finito! She may twitch when you attempt to touch her elsewhere. Give her time, she could be ready to go in another minute or two. Remember, that every woman is different. A clitoris has several pleasure centers. The one most often talked about is at approximately 1:00 if you are looking at a woman from below, or between her legs.

How To Stimulate A Clitoris

Placing the tip of your finger on the clitoris, gently add pressure inward, making concentric circles slowly at first, adding pressure and speed as you go. If you use too much lube you will totally piss her off! The clitoris can be stimulated gently without lube for heightened pleasure. The key is that women need to feel the rubbing, circles of pleasure and lubrication often gives you too much skidding - without the needed pressure. (Read my book about this.)

Oral Sex

Most women will tell you that they love a good tongue lashing, myself included! However, too much saliva causes too little friction. Whatever you do, don't stop in the middle of oral sex, you might get kicked, yelled at or who knows what else. Once she begins to moan, keep up whatever you are doing. Don't stop to ask for directions! You know you don't when you are driving, so don't now!

The Best Way To Find What She Likes

Ask a woman to show you how she stimulates herself. Watch what she does. Don't think you know better. Listen to what she says. A woman that has self stimulated will be able to tell you exactly what feels good. Listen to what she tells you. It is not a penis.

It Never Gets Old

Unlike the male penis which can shrink and sag with age, the clit never does. No matter how old a woman is, she can still orgasm through stimulation of her little love bud! Isn't it time you got to know yours, intimately! If you have never brought your woman to orgasm through the clitoris, you are missing a very big boat. You may be up a creek without a paddle ..... read my book, Orgasm For Life. Find out more about how to pleasure a woman, completely.

For more information about the clitoris and some enlightening pictorals check out Wikipedia here.

The clitoris in some cultures is removed to prevent their women from experiencing pleasure. The underlying reason is to keep her from experiencing pleasure with others. Why would you want sex if there was no pleasure for you in it? This surgical removal is cruel, misogynistic.

3 Ways To Bring Her To Orgasm Every Time

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

It is funny what men think excites women. I found a blog and e-book written by a man who is teaching men that all you have to do is keep grinding away (before she is wet) and she eventually will be.... then in a sultry voice, tell her to come, just like pushing a button, there you go, she orgasms!

Unfortunately in the real world that is not what gets a woman over the orgasm hump. In fact, putting pressure on a woman to come on command, may perpetuate the problem further. Telling a woman to come, puts incredible pressure on her to perform. Can you imagine guys if your woman looked at your package and demanded, "Get hard, right now!" or "COME RIGHT NOW!" Could you, on command? Most men however, in the heat of the moment when asked to come, can.

What works for men, however, does not work the same way for women. We are wired very differently. In fact, men have been wired to orgasm easily and quickly. This way they are able to procreate, spreading their seeds faster and further. Women have been wired, NOT to orgasm, because orgasm creates acidity in the vagina which kills sperm.
Maybe women need to be more vocal. The reason women aren't talking is because we don't want to hurt you. So much of a man's self esteem is based on his virility and ability to pleasure his woman. If you aren't doing it the way she needs it, your woman is more than likely faking it.
Going on websites where men are attempting to teach other men, is like the blind leading the blind. Seriously, who would you rather take advice from a woman who has been non-orgasmic and knows the physiology of a woman's body, and what is needed, or a man who THINKS he does?

Women love having men that multi-task. They can kiss and lick and bite a nipple at the same time as they are using their nimble fingers on their sensitive clitoris or gently inside their vagina.

TAKE HER OFF THE CLOCK

If you can get her to relax and not worry about the time, she can focus on her own pleasure. Focusing on how long it takes, is why many women don't unwind enough to orgasm. They are so worried they are taking too long, worried about you, are you getting tired, impatient or concerned about the time, rather than focusing on the situation at hand, so to speak.

Men make love to women the way THEY want to be made love to.

When I interviewed women for my book, their main complaint was that men THINK they know what we need, do it their way and leave their women frustrated and non-orgasmic. 75% of women do not, I repeat, DO NOT orgasm through penetrative sex (penis in the vagina). Yet men continue to have sex with women in this way. Yes, only 25% of women can orgasm through a penis in the vagina alone. I would like to hear how many men knew about this statistic.

So women continue to fake it 80% of the time. Eventually,  women get really tired of faking it and either divorce you, or quit having sex with you. Either way, there are better alternatives.

THE ORGASM GAP PROBLEM

Most men are ready to go and can come within 2 - 7 minutes. (Some men have what I call HTP - Hair-Trigger Penis and come way too fast - under 2 minutes.) Most women need 20 to 40 minutes of oral, clitoral stimulation, or digital stimulation. to be turned on enough to have an orgasm. If you don't give her the foreplay, (digital - a finger, not a camera, silly!) or tongue stimulation on the clitoris and a manually inserted finger just inside the vagina at the same time for long enough to get her really turned on, she won't have an orgasm. The real problem is that most men say, "Oh not my woman, she comes in less than 5 minutes." My assertion, is that you are not recognizing that she is faking her orgasms. The women I have interviewed say their men have no idea! 80% of women fake it, for a reason. Most men do  not get their woman turned on enough to have an orgasm.

WHAT WOMEN NEED
  1. Turn on her mind. Women need to be completely present, in the moment, rather than worried about the kids, guest in the next room, or whether the dishes have been done or not. Women need to have their mind turned on first. Sex begins in the mind. Women need to be told they look and feel beautiful. That they smell amazing. They need to feel good about themselves. Sexy, beautiful and appreciated by you. If you tell them they are a lousy lay, they might not want to have sex with you again. If you had a fight earlier in the day, you need to apologize, because her mind is still on the argument. She won't be able to have sex with you, if she is upset or angry. unlike men, sex de-stresses them. Women need to be stress-free to want sex.
  2. Give her time to get really turned on. Women need 20 - 40 minutes of stimulation to have an orgasm. Where most men can be ready to go as soon as they see a naked woman. Men usually come within 3 minutes of entering a vagina, 7 minutes at the outside. If women need 20 - 40 minutes, entering her too quickly is a BIG PROBLEM! Women are not like men. They are slow to warm up. Every woman is capable of having a G-spot orgasm. Yet, many women do not they even have a G-spot because their partners have never gotten them heated up to the point that the G-spot becomes evident. The G-spot needs 20 minutes or more of gentle massage, oral and vaginal stimulation to begin to swell. Then you can feel it on the upper wall of the vagina. It is about the size of a quarter, slightly ribbed, comprised of erectile tissue. Often through vaginal intercourse, a women begins to get to the point of being aroused enough for the G-spot to awaken and be turned on when her partner comes. A wonderful combination of oral stimulation alternating with thrusting, pulling out and then more oral stimulation, thrusting and then more oral, can get a woman to that unbelievable high place to have an orgasm that she will never forget. With regular stimulation the G-pspot will take less and less time to become engorged. However, a woman who has had sexual trauma, most likely needs some sexual healing. If it is tender to the touch, that is the case.
  3. A good tongue lashing! Penile penetration alone will not get 75% of the female population to orgasm. So give her what she needs. Most men love oral. The fastest way to get a woman to orgasm is orally. If you can't perform oral long enough, buy a vibrator and stimulate her that way. A finger and a tongue can go a long way to pleasuring your woman. Get creative. See what works best for your partner.

Surprising Secrets Most Men Don't Get

Women are not microwavable? WHAT? Women are not fast to heat up like a microwave. They need time to warm up.

Just because she is wet, does not mean she is ready for penetration. A wet vagina does not indicate the state of arousal. Even after a women gets wet, she needs time for her vagina to become engorged. The vagina lengthens, and swells, but it takes more than a few finger thrusts to do so. Giver her the time she needs. Kiss, lick, suck, other body parts. Massage her.

Spend time elsewhere turning her whole body on before you start banging away. If you enter her too soon, you could tear the tender tissue. Once you have torn her, sex is painful. It is very difficult to come when you are experiencing the pain of a tear near the perineum. Older women need lubrication, even when they are wet. The quality of their natural lubrication is less viscous. Their vaginal tissues becomes fragile and often atrophy.

Make love to her the way she needs, rather than the way you want sex. Women need a slow build. Kissing, massage, all over touch, not target practice straight to the vagina. Remember women have breasts, lips above and below the waist, fingers, hands, a neck, inner thighs and even toes that can be excited. When you excite her whole body, the experience for both of you will be much more explosive and passionate. Read my book, Orgasm For Life, for step by step instructions on G-spot orgasm, oral stimulation and so much more.

Erectile Issues and G-Spot For Men

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Taking a pill is not the answer to the issues of a flaccid penis. There are several reasons that a penis won't get hard. Viagra, Cialis and other drugs will cause further problems down the road. There is a healthy way to cure this issue. Follow these instructions and you will not have erectile dysfunction.

What is Erectile Dysfunction? ED

Erectile Dysfunction means that your penis won't get hard when you want to have sex. It can happen at any age.

What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?

There are several factors that cause erectile dysfunction.

STRESS

Stress is one of the biggest causes of sexual dysfunction in men. Most people work too hard. We have stress with our monthly expenses, career stress and stress within our relationships. All of these things contribute to issues with inability to get an erection. Getting enough rest is important. If you are burning the candle at both ends, your body does not have time to rejuvenate.

Building The Body Back UP

You know that feeling after you have come? You body is limp. Your penis is soft. All you want to do is sleep. An orgasm and ejaculation takes a lot out of a man. It takes a man on average 3 days to recuperate after an orgasm. During this time, men may not think about sex. As they re-build semen and strength, pressure builds within the body as an urge to ejaculate. As men get older, this refractory period becomes longer. During this time, it is not wise to force sex to happen as your body is not ready. The reason many men have issues with ED is that they don't wait for their body to recuperate. This would be like working out when you are sick.

Having additional sex right after an orgasm further depletes the body and causes you to be in a deficit or life force or CHI.

POOR DIET

Processed foods, fast foods and sugary foods, especially high fructose contribute to erectile dysfunction. Eating fresh fruits, meat and vegetables is required for the body to be healthy The primitive or cave-man diet, reducing carbohydrates will help rejuvenate your body. The primitive diet is the best for becoming sexually invigorated. (Read Orgasm For Life for foods to kick up your stamina)

Your heart needs to function well. Anything that is bad for your heart is also bad for your penis. Fried foods, french fries, hamburgers, any kind of fast or processed food will cause you heart disease and erectile dysfunction.

MAINTAIN HEALTHY WEIGHT

If you have a fat belly, you have fat around your organs. Fat around the heart means that you also have clogged arteries. If arteries are clogged, your penis can't get hard as easily. Fitness, exercise, walking at least three times a week is required for a healthy and fit body. You don't have to have a gym membership to maintain a
healthy body. Walking in the mall can be sufficient in the winter when snow is on sidewalks and trails. Although, those of us who love the outdoors will get out there no matter the weather.

Priorities are personal. If you like sex, your physical health needs to be a top priority. Drinking soda, eating pie or other sugary foods on a regular basis will curb the ability to have sex down the road. What you do today, effects your sex life tomorrow.

Other Factors That Affect Erection

  1. high blood pressure
  2. smoking
  3. high cholesterol
  4. steroids
  5. prescription medications
  6. low testosterone
  7. abuse or put-downs within the relationship
Prostate or Tantra Massage

Men have a G-Spot, similar to that of a woman. The men's G-Spot is the prostate. Massage of the prostate can give a man an erection.
Giving Your Man Pleasure
I explain this in great detail in my book, Orgasm For Life. Massaging the prostate will not only get a man hard, it will increase the pleasure and intensity of his orgasm.

Lay either on a couch or bed, put a pillow his buttocks under for better access, or raise his feet to the wall. Draping his knees over the end of the couch can work too. Using a lubricated index finger, gently massage the anus. There are plenty of nerve endings here which can enhance pleasure for both men and women. Keeping an open mind, this can intensify pleasure for the man and certainly get him erect. With your lubricated index finger (gloved or not) gently insert feeling for a chestnut sized lump. It can feel a little like the end of your nose, if you bump into something, you are there. This is a very sensitive area, remember to be gentle.

Prostate Massage (G-Spot For Men)

Remember to be gentle, using a come hither motion rather than a poking finger. Massage the sides of the prostate. There are many nerve endings right in the front that could be highly sensitive. Ask him if it feels comfortable? Is it pleasurable? Gently stroke this area until he either is hard enough for penetrative sex, or give him the beautiful pleasure of allowing him to just receive. This means your guy has the opportunity to just lay there and experience and enjoy
an orgasm without having to do anything in return.

A man can have an intense orgasm without even having his genitals stimulated this way. Add a hand motion on the penis and he will be in heaven!

Bring Me To Life!

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Do you or your loved one suffer from sexual numbness?

Yesterday I completed a two-day drive from Boulder, Colorado to the Mojave desert of California. Speaking of numbness, most of my butt was numb!

For the first day, I rode in silence. I listen to guidance in the quiet. After 10 hours, I began playing old CDs and found one from Evanescence, I didn't even know I had. Written and sung by Amy Lee, she said that it has many meanings. Amy Lee told a reporter that the song was inspired by her husband and long-time friend, Josh Hartzler. I listened carefully to the lyrics and found that the meaning could easily be construed as sexual.

One line in particular, Now that I know what I am without, you can't just leave me.  My interpretation is that the author experienced an orgasm by accident and then realized what she had been missing - don't just leave me here.......   hanging! Now I know what I have been missing I want it each and every time.

To be fully awake, all of our body, mind and spirit must be engaged. If parts of your body are numb, you cannot wake up. This particular song has also been called incorrectly, "Wake Me Up Inside." It is a powerful song about awakening from numbness. (The lyrics and song are below this article.)

Why some women can't have an orgasm

Being able to have an orgasm means you are fully functional. Numbness does not allow an orgasm to occur. When women who have been sexually molested, raped or traumatized sexually, most go into fright, fight or freeze syndrome. It is a natural phenomenon that protects the mind and body from trauma. Many young children have their sexual traumas blocked completely from conscious memory because it would push them over the edge to know or remember all the details. The freezing occurs when the sexual molestation causes sexual feelings to occur in the child. The child then says unconsciously, "This is not right, I have to prevent pleasure from happening!" The feelings are FROZEN inside.

Over 40 percent of women suffer from vaginal numbness. or sexualy dysfunctioin.  Even their clitoris can feel numb. Needless to say, numbness in one's sexual organs means sexual pleasure is difficult to non-existent. It can even cause pain to be experienced. Moving beyond numbness is what I did myself when I healed trauma from my childhood.

In my book, Orgasm For Life, I give step-by-step details on healing sexual trauma. A couple can do this if they use love, compassion and are not in a rush. Breathing through the emotions that are lodged in the cells, helps to release them and are part of the healing. Eye contact and connection are important. Many men and women disconnect and disassociate when they are having sex. This occurs because cellular memory is present with pain. The pain can be emotional as well as physical.

Many women experience pain during intercourse that cannot be explained. Perhaps sexual trauma occurred in childhood that they don't even remember. This cellular memory has to be released before orgasm can occur. Keeping eye contact, touching, other than just sexual touch and talking to the partner you are healing is important. I recommend you get my book from the link above from Amazon.com for all the details.

While researching information on Evanescence and their song, I found a forum where many women were discussing sexual numbness. I found it very sad, that there is not more information on the Internet to assist young people. Others on the forum were giving mis-information about the cause and how to heal it. Please send anyone you know who has vaginal numbness to my blog, or my book, Orgasm For Life

Below are instructions for a very delicate issue. Sexual trauma causes deep emotional pain. Keeping sexual trauma a secret increases the emotional and unconscious trauma. It causes further sinking of esteem, by saying that you are the bad one. You in some way caused the molestation or rape to occur. When secrets are kept, psychosis can occur which can present as low self esteem, bi-polar syndrome, Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, anxiety, depression and promiscuity (and others). If you and your partner decide to heal this issue on your own, make sure you pair the physical healing with emotional healing through a coach who is healed and familiar with sexual dysfunction or sexual abuse, like myself. It would be helpful to watch the movie, Bliss with Terrence Stamp. This movie gently illustrates sexual healing from traumatic sexual abuse.

Trust

If you trust your partner completely this work can be done with them. You need to have an agreement that if it becomes too painful you can say, "Stop." It will take sincere commitment, perseverance and courage to do this work. A Tantra healer can work on you, but many do not feel comfortable going to a stranger for intimate healing work. Some massage inside the vagina is required as well as the G-spot.

Know that this work may take several sessions to clear everything completely. You can persevere and do it in one session, which I recommend, because you could easily throw in the towel and never go back and complete the work. It can feel very intense and painful both emotionally and physically. However, the end result is regular orgasms. The work is definitely worthwhile. I wish I had not waited to do this healing till I was in my 50's. I did not have all the information I needed to recognize that it could be fixed, or healed. I also did not have the courage and confidence to go through with it earlier.

Coaching For Sexual Healing and Empowerment

Coaching for these issues is recommended and is my forté. Not only have I healed the emotional issues, I have also healed the physical and spiritual issues as well. I have a deep understanding for what you are experiencing. This work can also help you prevent cancer and other diseases from manifesting. Self love is the greatest gift you can give yourself. Why wait any longer? Joy and total fulfillment awaits you just around the corner!

  1. Begin with a sacred shower or bath. Intend that this session will be helpful, gentle and healing. This is a healing session only.
  2. Arrange the bedroom with pillows, candle light and soft music if desired.
  3. Make sure the room is warm enough, or cool enough to be comfortable naked.
  4. Prop the person you are working on on pillows, under the knees and arms. Make sure she is comfortable, feels safe and secure. Close the door. Keep out animals.
  5. Ask her if you have permission to touch her. Always ask before moving to the next body part. "Do I have your permission to touch your _________. Sexual trauma occurs when touch happens without permission. Boundaries are crossed. This is a healing event. Permission must be granted before you move on.
  6. Start with non-sexual body touch, of arms, legs, hands and feet. "May I touch your breasts?"
  7. Maintain eye contact as much as possible.
  8. Tell your partner what you are doing as you are doing it. Communication is important to build trust.
  9. "May I touch your buttocks and thighs?" Begin massaging deep into the muscles in the hips, thighs (at the tops of the front of legs deep inside the muscle groups. This can be painful. Make sure your partner breathes throughout. Holding breath is natural when we are experiencing either emotional or physical pain. Breathwork is imperative for release. Breathe in AND OUT.
  10. The first session may take an hour and a half to two hours. Gently, but deeply massaging the tops of the thighs near but not touching the vulva.
  11. With both thumbs located on the area called the sitz bones, gently push inward. This can be quite tender, but needs to be released to move on to the next step. Make sure your partner is breathing. Spend at least 10 seconds here. If the pain is too great at first, back off the pressure and then allow her time to breathe and repeat once more.
  12. Let her know you are going to be touching her vulva next. "Do I have permission to touch your vulva?" Using gentle pressure press down on the clitoris and have her breathe. Move to another area on her labia majora (outer lips). Repeat the gentle pressure with her breathing. This is meant to be a release rather than a turn on. You are not trying to turn her on, but release memory from the cells.
  13. Make eye contact and let her know you are moving to her vagina. Ask permission to do so.
  14. With coconut or olive oil begin inserting one finger and massage the upper wall of the vagina. Sex will not occur during this session. This is ONLY a healing session for ONE person, the one you are working on.
  15. Turn your hand upward, using a come hither motion manually massage the upper wall - or G-spot. You will be able to determine if you have the right area. It is spongy and will swell as it contains erectile tissue. It feels ribbed and is located approximately an inch to two inches on the upper wall of the vaginal wall.
  16. Make sure that she is breathing and making eye contact with you during the G-spot massage. She may cry. It can be extremely painful. It was excruciating for me. I did not have an orgasm until my next sexual experience. So don't push her unless she can go the distance. An orgasm is not required. It would be a grand result of all this wonderful healing work, but it is not the end of the world if it does not happen.
  17. Ask her if she needs to be held? If she gives you permission to hold her, do so, without expecting sex. This is not about you today, only her. This is a healing. Hold her and allow her to breathe, talk or cry.

"Bring Me To Life"

(feat. Paul McCoy)

How can you see into my eyes like open doors?
Leading you down into my core where I've become so numb
Without a soul my spirit's sleeping somewhere cold
Until you find it there and lead it back home

(Wake me up)
Wake me up inside
(I can't wake up)
Wake me up inside
(Save me)
Call my name and save me from the dark
(Wake me up)
Bid my blood to run
(I can't wake up)
Before I come undone
(Save me)
Save me from the nothing I've become

Now that I know what I'm without
You can't just leave me
Breathe into me and make me real
Bring me to life

(Wake me up)
Wake me up inside
(I can't wake up)
Wake me up inside
(Save me)
Call my name and save me from the dark
(Wake me up)
Bid my blood to run
(I can't wake up)
Before I come undone
(Save me)
Save me from the nothing I've become

Bring me to life
(I've been living a lie, there's nothing inside)
Bring me to life

Frozen inside without your touch
Without your love, darling
Only you are the life among the dead

All this time I can't believe I couldn't see
Kept in the dark but you were there in front of me
I've been sleeping a thousand years it seems
Got to open my eyes to everything
Without a thought, without a voice, without a soul
Don't let me die here
There must be something more
Bring me to life

(Wake me up)
Wake me up inside
(I can't wake up)
Wake me up inside
(Save me)
Call my name and save me from the dark
(Wake me up)
Bid my blood to run
(I can't wake up)
Before I come undone
(Save me)
Save me from the nothing I've become

Bring me to life
(I've been living a lie, there's nothing inside)
Bring me to life
