How To Turn Dull Sex Into Hot Passion-Filled Experiences

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Great sex is more than technical expertise, or knowing where the G-spot lives. Passion is more about allowing yourself to feel what you are experiencing and allowing yourself to stop nit-picking or focusing on what is wrong with your partner.

If you have read my book, Orgasm For Life, you know that sex begins in the mind. Before the first touch if you are looking at your partner expecting them to be perfect or are filled with resentment, anger or mistrust passion can be stifled.

Get Out Of Your Head and Into Your Heart

The mind can prevent arousal from occurring. If you and your partner have an unresolved issue between you, it is best to discuss the problem and come to some resolution before attempting to have sex. Great communication is the cornerstone for good sex. If you can't speak up for yourself, hold onto resentment or anger passion will be absent.

Relationships can be challenging. We come from different backgrounds, like different things and certainly have needs and desires that can be radically different from each other. Accepting your partner's differences lovingly can shift you from feeling irritated to feeling loving care. Try these mind-shifting exercises to get into your heart.

  1. Sit in front of your partner and place your hand on their thymus, located just below the neck on the flat part just above the first rib. The thymus area is a second heart chakra called the "high heart." Touching this place can open the door to higher consciousness. Tapping this place twelve times each day can also boost your immune system.
  2. Breathe into your hand placed on your partner's thymus chakra. Close your eyes and tap into their energy. With both partners touching each other's high heart chakra sit for a moment with eyes closed and breathe. This will connect the two of you heart-to-heart quickly.
  3. Set an intention to join each other soul-to-soul. Getting out of the ego-mind is required for a deep soul connection.

Spend a little time eye gazing. Allowing your partner to see you as you truly are. Stepping out of the mundane into a heart-centered connected place shifts sex from a physical act into a spiritual practice of making love to your partner's Goddess, or God-self.

Looking into your partner's eyes can be a little uncomfortable. We see each other naked all the time, but looking into the depth of their soul, is another thing entirely. Sure you could skip this part, but if you do, you are missing the point. Sex with a soul-to-soul connection raises your lovemaking to a higher level. What I am describing will take you to places you have never been with your partner.

Static Kissing

Slowly begin to join your lips together without much movement. Hold your position, staying close together with lips touching.

Slowly shift lips grasping your partner's upper lip softly between yours. Hold that position and breathe. Most people are unaware of the small chakra located in the upper center of the lip, called "cupid's bow." It is a sensitive area that can be stimulated by slow kissing that builds gradually igniting the fire of passion slowly.

Slow the process down to experience kissing gently without tongues as long as you can stand it. I like to spend twenty minutes just kissing. It is such a turn-on to experience your partner's mouth, lips, and breath them in, rather than rushing to "get to the good stuff." If you don't kiss your partner you are missing a very intimate experience that can create tremendous sexual excitement to the point of trembling with desire.

Some women can experience an orgasm just by kissing. Oxytocin is released through kissing, which is a natural hormone that creates closeness, as well as sexual excitement and trust.

Room For Improvement

Everyone can improve their love-making skills! I have talked to many men about my book that think they know it all. If you have a know-it-all attitude, you will not be open to improving or learning anything new. Remember great sex isn't about being macho, or egoic, it is about stepping out of the ego into your heart and soul.

The Power of Slow Touch

Passion-filled sex takes you out of your head and into your heart. Enjoy slow touch, taking turns giving to your partner and then receiving.

Allow your partner to lie back and just enjoy the experience of you touching her slowly. Drag your fingertips over every part of her body, slowly touching her arms, shoulders, back, buttocks and inner thighs. Avoid touching genitals as this builds desire and excitement.

Use a feather to vary the type of touch. Change from feather-light touch to stronger pressure gradually. The idea is to experience each other's bodies slowly, enjoying each moment, allowing the excitement to build till you can't stand it any longer.

Oral Sex

Once you are both out of your minds with excitement for each other, shift to oral pleasuring. Allow the pleasure to build and then die down, build and die down several times before moving to penetrative sex.

Change It Up!

Penetrative sex is amazing, although most women don't orgasm through penetrative sex. Men need to take note of this fact and ensure she receives her orgasm through manual stimulation of the clitoris and G-Spot, simultaneously. Her orgasm will be more intense, profound and memorable when you are able to locate her G-spot

Hot and Hotter!

Once you get into motion, orgasm can happen for most men quickly. Instead of rushing to the end-game, plunge into her and pull out, go down on her pleasuring her with oral to add to her excitement and then go back to penetrative sex for a few deep slow strokes and pull out again, shift back to oral, changing from deep, slow penetration to oral five or six times not only will your erection last longer you will be much more able to bring her to orgasm with this technique.

Passionate sex requires a change of attitude. Passion doesn't mean that you come within two minutes of beginning a love-making session either. Passion requires patience and a giving heart. Slow down, get out of your head and feel each feeling fully. Connect eye-to-eye and take the time to kiss your partner slowly without being in a rush. Experiencing pleasure slowly, changing position, speed, pressure from light and gentle to deep and firm can add a higher consciousness to your sex life and relationship.

Everyone can shift their sex life up a notch to enjoy passionate, hot sexual experiences that you talk about for years to come!

Does Great Sex Come Naturally Or Do We Need to Be Taught?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Sex may be as natural as drinking water for some, but others may struggle with what to do when and what goes where?

Knowing anatomy and asking your partner what feels good to them can give you the knowledge you need to ask more questions. Don't be afraid to talk about what works and what doesn't. The bedroom is a great place to play "Show and Tell."

Great sex is learned. A loving partner or a Tantrika can teach you skills to be a lover that can take their breath away. Learning how to make love is a beautiful gift to give to another.

Books can help teach you as well. Letting go of your ego is required to learn to be a better lover. The worst sexual partners I had were the ones with the biggest, you know, egos!

Gently guiding rather than acting like a drill sergeant works wonders.

Showing your partner what to do to make you feel good, with some gentle encouragement can go a long way to getting you where you need to go with mutual enjoyment

Everyone has their hot buttons. Don't be afraid to point them out or show your partner what you like. If your partner is too shy to tell you, explore and ask, "How does this feel? Do you like this?"

Most women need oral or digital stimulation for a while (20 - 40 minutes). Kissing can get you both turned on and feeling passionate which always feels good. Kissing is something both parties can enjoy. You have to like who you are kissing, of course.

25 Ways To Create Better Sex in 2016

Sex doesn't have to stop as we age

As we age, our bodies may not be as lithe, supple or as flexible as they used to be. Dryness can become a huge issue,  after menopause, chemo or illnesses. Make sure you use lube, or she will be a very sore little lady afterward. Organic aloe lube is sold at certain pharmacies and drug stores. I recommend lubrication without anything that heats up as it burns sensitive tissue.

Erections may not happen as easily or passion may be missing. Making the best of what you have is what makes sex great. There is always time to learn new things, techniques and enjoy something different when what used to work, doesn't.

Toys and Books

His kingdom for a great ass!
In Orgasm For Life, I describe all sorts of ways to turn on each person. I highly recommend you read it. If passion is lacking, Orgasm For Life will certainly turn you on. I know, I was turned on the entire time I wrote that book! If it doesn't, it is time for an EKG!

Sex toys, like vibrators for both men and women, can help to stimulate when you are at your wits end. Toys can also spice up a sex life that is lagging and dull. Don't be afraid to use vibrators men, just get something for your woman that doesn't look bigger than you.

Most women prefer something that is flexible, rather than acrylic or seriously hard. Real penises bend a little, remember? You don't need to buy a vibrator that is a dildo. There are all sorts of hand-held vibrators that work like a charm. Try it, she'll like it!

Ass Grabbing and Healthy Bodies

For you ladies!
I love a great ass! An ass that has some substance to it that I can grab excites me. A flabby butt that sags isn't exciting. So if either of you has a flabby butt, do some lunges. That is what I did. Flabby, sagging butt is GONE!

Did you know that grabbing your guy's ass and squeezing it is a great turn-on? (for most men) Give him a back massage with a body buff. Run your naked body over his - all over. He'll love it.

Our gluteus maximus has many nerve endings in it. As does the anus. If you aren't into anal play, that's okay too. Do what you love and you will have a good time!

Don't forget that we need non-sexual touching at other times. If the only time you reach for your woman is for sex, she will begin to shut you down and out. Non-sexual touching is part of a loving relationship. Even holding hands can release oxytocin the feel good or cuddle hormone.

I do lunges daily to music. Personally, I don't like them, but I sure do like what they did to my lady-butt! Ask my guy; I think he likes the effect of the lunges too!

Turn That No Into A "Hell Yes!"

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

There are many ways to let your partner know you are "in the mood." Sometimes it could be a cute, "Do you wanna fool around?" Over time, the way we ask when we are certain our partner will disavow all knowledge, like in Mission Impossible, we may become like an automaton, rather than getting cute, creative and playful.

When someone demands sex or anything from us for that matter, the chances are we won't want to comply. I know I have a tendency to dig my heels and fingernails into whatever I can grip when I feel I am being coerced. No one wants to be told what to do, especially in a romantic relationship. Guys if you have bought her dinner and expect sex in return, think again! Not every date is sex worthy.

Dating Is A Different Kettle of Fish

Once I had a guy who thought we would have sex on the first day, kindly plug his handy dandy screwdriver into my right passenger tire. When I went out the next morning I could still feel his anger because I wouldn't have sex with him on the first day. He thought his purchase of a meal made sex a given. I don't recommend sex on the first day, getting to know someone and finding out if you have a connection or commonality is preferable. If sex happens on a first date, the likelihood of a lasting relationship is slim to none.

If seduction and romance have gone by the wayside, perhaps it is time to dust off the chivalry and bring home chocolates or roses. What the heck, bring both! Romance, appreciation and being told that we look and smell amazing can turn a negative situation into a positive one. Following are some creative and fun ways to change the direction of your mounting frustration and have some great sex in the process.

  1. Ask your partner if they would like a massage? It is a pretty cold person that can experience a sexy massage without wanting to hold your hard body against theirs. Remember when you are massaging to tease around the genitals, no poking or prodding as that is not fair. Teasing is always a good idea.
  2. Kiss! People often forget to kiss. It is almost as if kissing is a bad idea. Why is that? There is nothing like some lip nibbling teasing tongue to turn both of you on. The lips are connected to the genitals, as are the nipples and other erogenous zones. Lips are constructed of the same incredibly excitable tissue that our genitals are. Get creative. Rub noses first. Take your time
before going in for a lip-lock. Breathe your partner in, slowly move towards their lips making eye contact. Use soft lips and gently pull one of her lips into your mouth. Take your time. No rushing allowed. Kissing can turn both of you on to the point that some women can come just by kissing alone. Lucky girl!
  3. Take A Shower Together!  I am famous for my body buff in the shower. Use your body to buff your partner's, while all covered with shower gel or soap. Slide your body all around their back, front, legs.
Enjoy the feeling of skin-to-skin contact. Shower play can be incredibly sensual. Best for people who don't care about their hair getting wet.
  4. Hold hands when out together. Holding hands releases oxytocin! Holding hands can give your partner a sense of connection and even security. Women need to feel trust and secure outside the bedroom to feel they can open up in the bedroom.
  5. Hug each other during the day! We all need to be hugged. When we are too busy to touch during the day - we can feel disconnected. Touch outside the bedroom is as important as
touch inside the bedroom. If you don't touch during the day, getting close at night could be a real nightmare. Hug each other before you leave for work. If you both work at home, you can still hug each other from time to time.  When we are sensory deprived, we have a tendency to say no, rather than yes. We have to break through a stony barrier to get to the yes.
We each need 12 hugs a day. How deprived are you?
  6. Help her / him out. What can you do to make their day less stressful? No matter who is saying no, there are a multitude of reasons why. How can you unburden your partner so that they
can feel free to say, "Yes, I would love to?"
  7. Hold your partner close without expecting sex. When we take the pressure away from performance, we are giving our presence without expecting anything in return. There is nothing like being given a full body hug without the expectation of sex, to leave a woman going, "Wow!" Do this a few times and see if she/he doesn't come to you for more than a full body hug.
  8. Sext your partner. A sext doesn't have to be a full Monty photo of you. It could be a sexy text, just telling her how beautiful she is and how you can't wait to come home to her tonight. Send her another one later in the day telling her how much you love kissing her, or how great she smells. Complements turn on the brain. Guys and gals, sex begins in the brain, not the genitals! Get creative and think outside the box (literally and figuratively)!
Turn your love life into Mission Incredible, instead of Mission Impossible!

Sensual Kissing, A Return To Love

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Kissing is a form of touch. It is intimate and brings the two of you close physically. A kiss cannot be the first form of touch in a relationship. Begin with a shoulder touch, hand holding or some less invasive form of touching first.

Sadly in many long-term relationships, kissing goes by the wayside. Kissing is a great way to begin the road back to intimacy and sex, but certainly not the first step. An embrace, caress, handholding are inroads to the more intimate moment of a kiss.

Kissing can cause some women to orgasm. Kissing awakens sexual feelings that can lie dormant for years between lovers, partners and spouses. Kissing is often absent from marriages where there is infrequent or no sex. What a shame that these couples are missing out on such a beautiful demonstration of what love is. If you want to ignite the fire learn the art of the sensual kiss.

The Science Behind Kissing

The tissue of the lips is the same that is in the vagina. Oh yes! God was quite careful when we were designed. We were made for love. Our lips are the softest of soft flesh. They become engorged when we are turned on. Pouty, when we are angry. Our mouths say a lot about ourselves. Do you smile often, or do you frown most of the time? Practice smiling a little, always. Your day will be so much better.

Our mouths are connected to our sexual organs. A kiss can be enough to raise an erection in a man and an orgasm in some women. It can cause a woman's vagina to become engorged and wet, ready for love-making. Oxytocin is released from kissing. Oxytocin is the feel good hormone that is also released when women go into labor, breastfeed and when men hold hands with their partners, and yes through orgasm.

Kissing Don'ts

Sexy, light flicks of the tongue
Many people think that a sensual kiss involves deep tonguing and loads of saliva. I have had many first kisses with men who immediately jam their tongue down your throat thinking that this is a turn-on. It's not. For first kisses too much tongue and saliva can be the difference between a one date wonder or going onto a second date and having sex.

Gagging on a sloppy tongue is far from sexy. This is a sign that their love-making will be sloppy and over too fast. Most women prefer how a sensual kiss makes us feel; sexy, alive and passionate. The space between the kiss, the anticipation of the next move, the smell of your lover's breath and skin. Hopefully both clean, freshly showered. Not reeking of cologne or strong perfume. Be natural. Be yourself. Allow yourself to explore your own sensuality as well as your partner's. Light tongue touch, rather than flat wide and too wet. A kiss is an exploration of what each other likes, who we really are. Sexual beings at our very core.

The Lips Come First

Touching her mouth with your tongue first is a turn-off. Lips need to come together first. The guy needs to move forward first, with the woman meeting his mouth. Kissing matches where you are in your process. You might go from zero to 60 in seconds, moving into deep kissing rapidly. Or you might be slower to be turned on, and his kiss is just barely turning on your element.  A light nibble of the upper or lower lip with yours, a brush of your lips over theirs. No licking! You are not a Golden Retriever or a lizard!

The Ladies Are Getting Bored

A kiss is a precursor of what is to come. It can be soft, slow, a flicker of a tongue, a nibble of the lower lip of your sexy partner. A kiss lets your partner know how you feel about them. You don't give it all to them in one kiss. You slowly begin to make love to their mouth, neck, and face, with touch, a caress, and your lips. Cupping their face, looking at them, seeing their beautiful mouth before the kiss ever begins. Women can touch his hair, gently tugging or caress his head with your hands.

It's The Small Things That Matter

Kissing Other Body Parts

Women and men have many body parts that can be turned on with a kiss. Our cheeks, neck, fingers, hands, feet, inner thighs, stomach, are all erroneous zones to explore with kisses. Making love is not just about jamming a penis into a vagina. It is an all over body experience. Most women need between 20 to 40 minutes of play before they are ready to have an orgasm. Give it to her, kissing, turning her on, gently, slowly, rather than all in a rush, only to disappoint her, yet again. Your kiss tells her about what you've got and what is to come, yes pun intended.

Creating The Sensual Kiss

  1. Fresh breath, natural scent. Clean and fresh is far better than a huge waft of cologne that could be a turn off (even if you like it).
  2. Make eye contact first. Look at your partner's face, their mouth and into their eyes before you move in for a kiss.
  3. Move in slowly. Breathe in your partner's scent. Breath, skin, and pheromones are all part of the experience. Sensuality is not about rushing. It is all about taking things slowly, being deliberate, teasing and anticipation. Notice your partner's eyes, are they open to a kiss?
  4. Look your partner in the eyes and maybe just touch noses together bringing your faces together for a few seconds. The art of kissing is slow at first, building and then slowing again.
  5. Lean in and pause.
  6. One lip, upper or lower, first, with soft, moist but not wet lips. Soft full mouth without any tongue. Pause. Allow your partner to kiss you back. Don't force yourself on them; they might back off.
  7. Some areas of the lips are more sensitive than others. Did you know that there is a chakra (energy center) right below the bottom lip that excites a woman? Explore what turns your partner on by trying different areas. Kiss along the sides of their mouth, then move to the middle.
  8. Don't use tongue until they open their mouth. This is the signal that your partner is okay to move deeper with you.
  9. Watch and listen. Notice how your partner is breathing, or the sounds they are making which will let you know if what you are doing is turning them on or off. If their breathing becomes rapid, or they begin to moan, you know you are onto a good thing.
  10. There are so many ways to kiss. Learn some new moves. Watch some old sexy movies, like 9 and 1/2 Weeks, with Kim Basinger. Against All Odds, with Rachel Ward. Porn is not the place to find good kissing. Pornography separates you from yourself and your partner. It is not the way real people couple. (More on porn in another article).

There are great videos on kissing here: no porn, wholesome kissing to teach. Sweet Video on How To Kiss

I have included a sexy clip from a movie with Antonio Banderas, sexy badass, and Angelina Jolie. Watch and witness, listen to her words. Watch the interplay of her eyes on Antonio's face. Eye contact, flirting with the eyes and a very sensual kiss.

Oral Sex For Women

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

In my research for my book, Orgasm For Life, I interviewed hundreds of men and women. Women complained that men aren't hitting the right buttons, or lasting long enough. When sex is over within a few minutes, your female counterpart may only be slightly aroused and left frustrated. Just because a woman is wet, does not mean she is ready for intercourse.  Often oral sex is the fastest way to get a woman to reach an orgasm. For some, it is the only way.

Women need to have orgasms with regularity. I found that men often want oral sex, but don't want to give it. Men talk about how much they enjoy oral, but they seem to forget that women do also. Often it is the easiest way to get a woman to orgasm.

Sometimes men think that women's vagina's have a strong odor.  It is natural for a woman's vagina to have a scent. Men have their own odors and scents. I suggest to come to the party fresh from a shower, for both partners. Making sex sacred, is all about cleanliness and honoring each other with respect. Anything you eat flavors and scents the genitals, of both men and women.

Communication

Good communication outside of the bedroom is required for sex to be great and communication in the bedroom to be good. Much of sex is non-verbal. To be able to respond to signals and queues your verbal communication needs to be excellent. Men, this means you need to listen to your woman, rather than pretend to listen.

What About Sex?

What can you do to satisfy your woman, so that you stay connected, and committed? For one, make sure that your woman has at least one orgasm before you do. I can hear some of you men balking. You can balk all you want. However, most women do not come through your magic penis alone! They need oral sex. They need to be digitally stimulated (with your fingers) for 20 minutes or more. Do not stop until she has had at least one orgasm.

Most Women Don't Get Enough Foreplay

Most women need 20 - 40 minutes of direct stimulation to reach an orgasm. However, don't begin with her genitals. Begin with her mind. Tell her she is beautiful. Tell her she smells good. Tell her she tastes good. When she realizes that you appreciate all that she is, she will let go more easily. Women need to know that their man finds them attractive, rather than just a receptacle for his penis and sperm.

Quote from Orgasm For Life:

From Chapter 5 - Anatomy of An Orgasm

Women need more stimulation than the in-out of a penis or tongue in our vagina to reach an orgasm.

My little side note:

(And if you are lapping at her clitoris like a kitten at a bowl of milk - you are way off base here fellas!) You have to act like you are enjoying it. Think of blow jobs. How would you feel if your woman was performing fellatio on you with a look of disgust and saying, "EWWWW!" It would not get you where you want to go, would it? Well, neither will your disgust of the female form.

Target practice is what I call it when a sexual partner bypasses personal interaction as well as lips, breasts, inner thighs, skin, and zeros in on the clitoris and vaginal opening.

Women have so many wonderful body parts to stimulate. This heightens our pleasure centers, which would assist with arousal.  Take your time and focus on each one for ten minutes. Instead of rushing to the finish line like a linebacker on Superbowl Sunday, slow down you stallion! Great lovers take their time, but don't rush pleasure. Anticipation is key to heightened pleasure. Faster is not better -- vary speed with pressure, try different things.

Getting a man to change his style of lovemaking may be gradual. Give him encouragement when he does something that feels good. However, some people don't

The Donut Hole on The Concession Stand of Life

When you don't have a deep connection with your woman, she feels it. When there is no connection and you just are looking for a hole to plunge your throbbing penis into, we feel like we are just the donut hole on the concession stand of life. Believe me,  it is not a good place to be.

How To Perform Oral Sex - For WOMEN

The key to pleasuring a woman is to pleasure her first. Giving is better than receiving, remember? Make it the best oral sex of your life. Generosity is a function of the heart, not the wallet. You will be amazed at how grateful she is for having her orgasm first without having to do anything for you. (She will return the favor, later.)

  1. Get comfortable. You might be here for a while.
  2. The better job you do, the better orgasm your woman will have. So get into it. Act like you like it. If you don't she will feel it. Get a pillow and prop yourself up.
  3. If she tells you she isn't in to oral sex tonight, it does not mean that you never have to go down on her ever again! It means, just not tonight. Maybe she has something going on down there she doesn't want to discuss with you. Saying "no" once, does not mean you get the rest of your relationship off!
  4. Begin on the outside of the vulva. Kiss around the outer labia.
  5. Gradually make your way to the clitoris. Kiss, lick, suck the clitoris slowly, building pressure as you go. The clitoris has twice the number of nerve endings that a penis does. It is very sensitive. Begin gently. Work up to increased pressure, or sucking.
  6. Insert one finger slightly inside the vaginal opening. Manually stimulate with one finger on the upper wall of the vagina. Continue stimulating with your finger AND continue using your tongue and mouth on her clitoris. You can use a rapid fire technique with your tongue. Keeping your tongue a little stiff, rather than wide and slurping.
  7. Don't rush her. Don't tell her to hurry up and come! Be patient. The more into it you are, the more she will relax and let go.
  8. If she passes out, you did a good job! Seriously, you will know when she comes, she will let you know. If she asks you to stop, do as she asks. You may want to have a tap-out signal, to let each other know she's had enough. She might not be able to form any words. This is also a really good sign you did a great job! Congratulations! You got her to smile. You might even have gotten her to laugh. That is a beautiful thing!

It's In HIS KISS!

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

A kiss is the first part of any sexual contact. Kissing transmits a sexual charge and connects two bodies. A kiss lets the receiver know whether sex is a possibility. A kiss can be like an electric bolt of energy culminating in the genitals. It releases oxytocin from the brain.

Women still remember the first kiss after men have forgotten the last. ~Remy de Gourmont

There is nothing like the feeling of the anticipation of the first kiss, having someone cup the side of your face and pull you to them. Your lips part, you open receiving theirs. You can tell a lot about someone by the way they kiss. Do they draw you in? Do you feel an electric charge? If a kiss does nothing for the receiver, the kiss could signal the end of a physical exchange. It can also signal just how wonderful this person could be in bed.

We remember the ones who DID it for us. We remember our best kisses. We also remember the sloppy kisses, where we felt someone kissed us like a St. Bernard slobbering all over our mouth dripping onto our chin and plunging their tongue deep inside our mouths. I apologize to all the St. Bernard's out there. I do love dogs, just not sloppy kissers.

There is a delicate balance between enough and too much. Slowly move forward as if smelling this beautiful face. Drink in their energy. At first, when you kiss someone you want your lips to touch ever so softly, brushing their lips with yours. Nibble the lower lip gently, before going in for the big kiss. No tongue at first. This is the first kiss. You don't want to push through if lips are closed. There is so much one can do with your delicious lips.

Anticipation is the key to great sex

Anticipation is the key to great sex. So it is with kissing. As you go in for the first kiss, move gently. If she pulls away, she is either not into you or you moved too soon.

The slower you move, the better. Let the other person anticipate your kiss. Rub noses, hold their face in your hands. Look them in their eyes.

For now, sit there holding them, locking eyes. Wait. Build the tension between you.

Sexual tension is a good thing. Let it build. For those of you who have been in a relationship a long time, kisses are often forgotten. I remember being in a marriage where we stopped kissing entirely. Kissing is the precursor to so many wonderful things, like oral sex, great sex and a whole lot of wonderful sensual experiences. Kissing needs to be a part of your repertoire. Make sure you know how to do it well.

What Is Erotic?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Wikipedia:

Eroticism (from the Greek ἔρως, eros—"desire") is a quality that causes sexual feelings,[1] as well as a philosophical contemplation concerning the aesthetics of sexual desire, sensuality and romantic love. That quality may be found in any form of art, including painting, sculpture, photography, drama, film, music or literature. It may also be found in advertising. The term may also refer to a state of sexual arousal[1] or anticipation of such – an insistent sexual impulse, desire, or pattern of thoughts.

As French novelist Honoré de Balzac stated, eroticism is dependent not just upon an individual's sexual morality, but also the culture and time in which an individual resides.

I have been asked by Eric Jones and WRN radio show to discuss what is considered erotic for Wednesday's show. I began to think about events in my life, visual experiences and art forms. Eroticism varies on personality, upbringing and sensibilities.

Subtleties rather than in-your-face pornography is my personal preference. But that is just the point. Each person may find different things erotic. Anticipation is a large part of eroticism. Waiting for what is to come, creates excitement.

I have begun to write erotica. After hearing so many reports about 50 Shades of Gray and the quality of writing,
(by my mother who is now 92) I felt that a section in my book, Orgasm For Life would help my readers that needed their engines revved up to do so. Stories about lovers anticipating what is to come, can be extremely erotic.

Pornography although titillating for many, is too in my face, for my tastes. There is no relationship or deep connection in porn. Therefore, I find it repulsive and debasing. Respect for women is something our culture needs more of, rather than less. Don't get me started!

I have compiled a list of my suggestions of erotic situations and pleasures. If you are still wondering what erotic really means. The key here is being subtle. Some guys don't know what that means. Shoving someone's head onto your throbbing member is not subtle. Subtle means gentle, a suggestion of possible pleasure at some point in the future, but you don't know when. Anticipation is what excites. Slow, kisses on the back of the neck, like you have all day and the next week too. Take your time, enjoy the moment, rather than being the freight train that is done in two minutes. You might not get a second chance if you are the freight train. Women need slow, then fast, then slow. We need your gentle, slow touch, rather than a hasty finger in and out so you can stuff your half-hard penis inside us. No woman would appreciate that.

Women are powerful. We don't need you as much as you need us. So take care. Go slow. Act like you like us. Be honest, respectful, and we will return the favor if you please us. Attitude? You betcha! Great sex is not something that is fast and over-and-done-with. Great sex happens when you take your time, romance us, and care about how we feel. To be a great lover you have to be patient, caring, tender as well as strong, and want to please your partner. When you are selfish, ego-filled, you will not listen to our bodies, or pay attention to how we are breathing. All these are signs to how you are pleasuring your partner. They are important. All our senses need to be stimulated, beginning with our minds. Taste, touch, smell, sounds, sights all figure prominently in great sex. Find a way to excite all senses. Here are a few:

  1. Slipping naked into silk or satin sheets.
  2. Showering with your lover and having them buff you with their body.
  3. A beautiful feather stroking you from head to toe, slowly.
  4. Having your lover whisper in your ear in the morning what they want to do to you when they come home. Thinking about that whisper and their breath on your ear, all day long. Extremely erotic.
  5. Having your lover wash your hair.
  6. Having your lover paint your toenails. Without expecting anything in return.
  7. Having your lover give you a long, slow all-over body massage with oil.
  8. Laying on a beautiful tropical island with your lover next to you and thinking about what you want to do to them while the sun beats down on your half-naked body.
  9. Sipping a cool drink lazily on this beautiful island in the shade, while your lover runs his hand slowly up your calf and stops at the knee, looking you in the eyes with a "I want to make love to you NOW!" look.
  10. Having your lover make love to you all day - without touching you, through texts, phone calls, loving glances and wonderful anticipation.
  11. A lingering kiss on the mouth, a longing look, and a sensual touch along your lower back, almost grazing your ass.......   the key here is subtlety guys. Right before you leave to go to work. This will keep us thinking about you all day long, wondering what will happen the next time we are together. Rather than the in your face "Give it to me because I am horny!" Such a turn off. Slow kissing, can be extremely erotic. Some people can orgasm through kissing alone.
  12. When you make it all about us, rather than you.
  13. When you give more than you receive.
  14. You taking the time to draw a bath, light the candles, with a glass of Perrier, with no expectations of anything more.
  15. Having your lover drip honey onto your naked  body and then slowly lick it off.
  16. Sexy talk whispered into your ear while making love. Each person's acceptable vocabulary is different. Check with your partner first, before using foul language.
  17. Reading erotica together can be extremely exciting. My personal favorite is Lady Chatterly's Lover. Published in 1928 by DH Lawrence.

Are Quickies Killing Your Sex Life?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

"The average love-making session lasts 10 minutes. Statistically speaking, most are disappointed that sex ends so soon."

Most Women Need 20 - 45 minutes of foreplay to reach orgasm. It is not any one's fault. Men and women have very different needs. Understanding how to get a woman stimulated enough so that she doesn't have to fake it like 80% of women do is key. (Sorry guys this is true). I will help you be a King in your bedroom and master of your domain!

Quickies Are Fun

The average love-making session lasts 10 minutes. Statistically speaking, most are disappointed that sex ends so soon.

Most men orgasm between 2 - 10 minutes into the sex act. When you see compare the statistics for the average women to achieve an orgasm, 10 minutes does not get her even half way there.

Although we have all enjoyed the passion of the moment of a quickie, most women are just getting warmed up when you are already snoring on your pillow. Women need 20 - 45 minutes of massage, kissing, touching and pleasure before you enter the sacred place, unless you are the only one actually reaching an orgasm.

Make It About Her

Most men get excited just by seeing their naked woman. Women's body's and minds work differently. Women have been rushing around all day with kids, schoolwork, cooking, cleaning and work. Give her time to relax, take a shower or bath and get into the mood. A candle light bath might be just the ticket to help her transition. Run the bath and light the candles so that she feels you care. Women are the nurturers and need nurturing too. Take care of her for a change. Make an effort. Give to her without thinking of yourself. She will feel the difference.

Sex Is 80% Mental For Women

Women have to be mentally in the mood for sex. We can't get there if you have told us how lousy our dinner was or how dirty the house is. We need acceptance, romance and kindness to be sexually aroused. If you have just had an argument and want sex, unless you have given a genuine apology and made up completely, forget it!

Orgasm is 80% mental, 20% physical. If she is thinking about the dishes in the sink, the kids waking up, or all that she didn't accomplish today, getting her in the mood for sex will be difficult, All these thoughts will block her from settling into the pleasure of the moment. Spend some time helping her get out of her head and into her body with these 10 steps.

How To Get Her There

  1. 10 minutes of kissing
  2. 10 minutes of massage
  3. 10 minutes of touch - alternate between feather light and nibbling and body kissing.
  4. 10 minutes of oral sex
  5. 10 minutes of manual digital stimulation - she should have several orgasms before you get to step 6
  6. Then you may enter slowly at first, building up speed, changing it up between gentle and stronger thrusts.
  7. Drive her crazy by alternating thrusting with oral sex. Do this several times and you will probably be able to give her a vaginal and clitoral orgasm at the same time.
  8. Slow down if you feel the pressure building. Stop and finger her some more.
  9. Make it about her, instead of you. The more you give, the more you will get in return.
  10. Try to make your movements fluid, rather than mechanical. She will sense it if you are being too much in your head.
If you have an orgasm and she didn't, manually stimulate her to orgasm before you fall asleep. She will thank you and be much more ready to have sex with you the next time you desire her. Make sure she didn't fake it to make you feel better.

G-Spot

Yes it does exist. All women have a G-spot. Women can have orgasms and ejaculate, like men do. It is located approximately 1.5 to 2 inches away from the clitoris, on the upper wall of the vagina. You can find it by using your index finger in a come hither motion. It may be tender at first (read article on G-spot tenderness).

If your woman was sexually molested, this area can be very tender and painful to the touch, as the emotional trauma has been frozen in her body. Look for my article on G-spot healing and Massage.
