Peace, Love and Joy Today And Always

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Our soul needs to be fed. We feed our soul with the beauty of nature, music, meditation, chanting and filling ourselves with love. When we are grounded in the present we witness world events and can laugh at what is happening rather than being caught up in the back-biting and ego-driven words on FaceBook and elsewhere. It is possible, following are suggestions that work for me, feel them out and test the waters as they may work for you as well.

When we live in the present moment knowing each moment is perfect we stop worrying about the outer world and see it for the amazing perfection that it is. JEM

Those that know me know that I have adult children. Some are more adult than others. They are all making their way. In the middle of my day, my daughter might call. Within a few seconds, I can be lambasted for something I haven't done or lashed out at for no reason. It happens. My daughter is angry. Her father died when she was only sixteen. I recognize that these are her issues, not mine. She is making her way in life, just as I did long ago. I don't take on her pain. I don't attempt to fix her. I guide her when she is prepared to listen and shut up when she isn't.

I know we can only control ourselves. We can't make anyone else happy but ourselves. I stopped trying to "fix" others a long time ago. Being a guide is very different than trying to fix another.

If my peace has been shattered by an angry person, I will stop and take a walk in nature, or meditate. I sit silently, breathing deeply. In a few seconds I am back, grounded and peace filled once again. Meditation doesn't mean you won't have thoughts. Meditation is a focus in spite of the thoughts. Chanting a mantra helps to move us through a noisy mind.

Not Everyone Is Where We Are

The people we encounter may not be on the same page as we are. We have to allow others to have their experience and not allow their experience to taint ours. You can say in your mind, "That's not part of my reality," or something similar to shift your mind back to what you do want. Respond with love and compassion to others and watch how the world shifts.

Life Is Happening As It Needs To With Perfection

Whether our partner or government is doing what we think they need to be or others aren't doing what we feel they need to, it is all perfect. Thinking that things should be different than they are means we out of alignment. It's all good. It's all perfect. Donald Trump is doing exactly what he needs to do to encourage more people's shadow material (negative emotions) to surface and heal.

If we are triggered by something that happens it isn't the other person's fault. The triggers that are within us to show us we have an issue. Getting angry with the person that pushes the button is misplaced blame. We aren't victims. Life doesn't happen to us, it happens for us! Be compassionate toward yourself and those that trigger you.

You might want to read my article about whether we really need to say some of the things we do to others. Does It Really Need To Be Said?  Once we begin to turn inward we usually find that the trigger was within us or we wouldn't have been triggered at all. Compassion is so much softer than judgment. Turn the compassion inward, breathe it in fully.

If you feel like crying, allow yourself to cry. It may be the fastest way to move through to the other side of the strong emotions.

Avoidance And The Pain It Creates

Ignoring issues and stuffing emotions causes illness. Our emotions are meant to move. If you have been told to stop crying as a child or an adult you probably have issues speaking up for yourself, like me. I had to work very diligently to move beyond being silent when I was upset.

My parents didn't allow us to express emotions, like so many at that time. They didn't know any better. Kids were taught to put up or shut up. The truth of the matter is that we grew up with emotional neglect.  (Watch for a future article about emotional neglect next.) When we fear conflict, we keep silent. Our partners and loved ones don't recognize why we are upset because we are unable to communicate effectively.

How To Meditate

Sit upright in a chair, bed or in the lotus position. You don't have to sit in the lotus position, but it does help to shut down energies to quiet the mind while meditating. Sitting upright is important. The spine needs to be straight to allow the chakras to be open, aligned and energy to flow.

Gayan or Jnana Mudra

A mudra is a hand and finger position. We have five elements within us, each of our fingers represent a different element. The thumb represents the element of fire. The index finger represents air. Holding these two together in the Gayan mudra quiets the mind by increasing concentration and is a gesture of knowledge and creativity. Placing your hands gently to rest on our thighs provides grounding. Holding the hands in the air, palms upward when feeling receptive allows you to receive.

Place your hands, gently on your thighs or knees. Any mind chatter you have about not needing to put your thumb and index finger together is ego-based. Ignore it. Thinking you can't meditate is also just mind chatter. Ignore that too. I can't tell you how many people I have helped (including me) to move beyond negative thoughts about, not being able to meditate or do many other things well. Allow those thoughts to drift away. Put them in a blue balloon and let them float away if it helps you to do so.

Breathe deeply. Inhale filling your lungs as full as you can get them and exhale slowly. Experience your breathing notice how it feels, sounds and how calming a simple breath can be.

Use A Mantra To Quiet The Mind

Mantras give the active mind something to do so that the errant thoughts quiet. A mantra creates a blissful mind quickly. You can fight it, you can say you don't want to, but the sooner you begin to use mantras, the faster the mind quiets. The following are mantras you can use. The first two are elements of my video below. The Divine Presence Process Mantra is a powerful meditation that allows you to give and receive love.

I am the Divine Light inside me.
I love me
I am love
Om

Resistance is what show us when you argue with a suggestion that will help you. Resistance causes suffering. Suffering is always optional.

When we can stay present in the moment and be okay with whatever is going on, we begin to experience wonderment and joy no matter what. I am not saying that we might not feel trepidation with preparations of war or unrest in the world. However, we can shift quickly to be feeling peace by turning inward rather than focusing on what is wrong with the world.

When we can be okay with what is life is sweeter. We become happier, focused on each moment rather than sitting in expectation and fear of the worst thing happening. Food tastes better, we have more joy in nature and the small things in life that surround us.

We notice the smallest of details, the nuances of life, rather than focusing on the worst that might happen. Joy is found within us, not in the world. The feelings of joy are within you, allow me to help you uncover your inner joy and set up a discovery session with me to find your joy, bliss, and happiness inside you. How To Shift Anxiety Depression and Insomnia With Essential Oils

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Millions of people suffer from depression, insomnia, and anxiety.  Getting enough deep sleep each night is imperative to produce serotonin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that helps relay signals from one area of the brain to another.

The serotonin used by the brain must be produced in the brain. Without sufficient sleep, a study in the Journal of Medicine explains that anxiety and depression often result.

Serotonin is manufactured in the brain, however,  most people are unaware that 90% of the serotonin in the body is in the digestive tract and blood platelets.

Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that is required to synthesize serotonin in the brain. Twenty amino acids are required for protein synthesis. Eleven amino acids can be synthesized by the body, nine must be obtained by the diet. Turkey is one source of tryptophan which can lead to drowsiness after a big Thanksgiving dinner.

What Does Serotonin Do?

Adequate amounts of serotonin stabilize moods and are responsible for feelings of well-being. Serotonin creates:

  • Stable moods
  • Appetite control - reducing appetite
  • Feelings of happiness, contentment, relaxation
  • Focus or concentration
  • Healthy libido
  • Controls anxiety and depression
  • Prevention of premenstrual syndrome
  • Prevention of headaches
  • Positive feelings, thoughts, and self-esteem
  • Promoting positive thinking and self-esteem

Eating sweets or sugary foods like soda, ice cream or consuming high fructose, sugary foods, and cereals deplete the healthy biome and cause depression and lower the immune system. Only 3.5 ounces can suppress your immune system by 50%. Sugary foods also contribute to inflammation, candida, joint pain, and arthritis. Watch my YouTube video about toxic sugar.

What is a biome, you ask? A naturally occurring community of flora and fauna that comprise a major habitat.  A deficiency of serotonin is one of the biggest reasons people suffer from depression. How do I know? I had high levels of stress post-divorce returning to work after nine years of being a stay-at-home mom.

I experienced profound guilt from taking my children out of their $600,000 beautiful childhood home, into a two bedroom apartment. Returning to work and having to put my two young boys (now 35 and 33 respectively) in YMCA summer camp created untold stress, worry, and anxiety.

I suffered from insomnia, worry, anxiety and depression as a result. I used 5htp and vitamin B6 in small amounts together to boost serotonin levels, took herbal supplements and used essential oils. My research and experience taught me better ways to combat stress depression, anxiety to be healthy and happy. Meditation, a healthy diet and exercise is an important part of my daily routine, along with essential oils. I recommend you do your research before taking anything.

A healthy diet with daily exercise, meditation and relaxation will help to promote positive feelings along with getting sufficient sleep. For those who have insomnia, a catch-22 situation occurs. You can't sleep, which causes anxiety and depression because you aren't producing enough serotonin and you find yourself having difficulty going to bed at the same time, for fear that you won't sleep.

Surprise!
Bedrooms are for two things only; sex and sleep. I recommend no television, cells phones or computers in the bedroom. Shut off the computer two hours or more before bedtime so that your mind has time to shut down and get out of work mode. Do not text during the night. Keep your phone in another room on silent while you sleep. Use the following essential oils to promote restful sleep, calmness, and harmony in the mind-body.

Therapeutic Grade Essential oils that are of the highest quality have the biggest effect on mood and the body. I have done my research and love DoTerra essential oils. Why? They are the purest of pure, unadulterated oils and Therapeutic Grade. DoTerra gives back to the community in life-sustaining ways supporting and rebuilding impoverished Nepal; and were voted the 2016 International Company of The Year

Whether we realize it or not our entire lives are affected by smell. Scents can be comforting and relaxing. Essential oils can raise your vibration, ease stress and lift your spirits. Smells bring back memories. Lilacs for me remind me of elementary school
and coming home for lunch.

My mother would have huge bouquets of freshly cut lilacs in soft lavender and white in a huge vase. No matter where I smell the scent of lilacs I become that little girl of 7 or 8 sitting at our dining room table eating my sandwich or bowl of freshly made soup in Ontario. Huffington Post has a great article about our olfactory response and scents.

1. Roman Chamomile

Chamomile is a popular ingredient in candles, tea and many aromatherapy products. It’s one of the best herbs for alleviating stress and promoting relaxation. Research has shown that inhaling chamomile vapors using chamomile oil is a natural remedy for both anxiety and depression. Chamomile soothes the mind and relaxes the body to promote a better night’s rest. If you’re struggling with insomnia, try applying a few drops of roman chamomile oil to the bottom of your feet before bed. You can also add a few drops to your shampoo, conditioner or skin moisturizer.

2. Lavender

Lavender has been used for centuries for a variety of uses including an antiseptic, massage oil, excellent for the blemishes as well as calming and relaxing oil on the soles of the feet, or pillows. Lavender can be used to cook with, or taken internally to calm anxious feelings.

I use lavender on the back of my neck around my ears and drop several drops into an Epsom salts bath to relax and unwind. The gorgeous scent of lavender is soothing and aids with sleep. Add a few drops to your linen closet or clothes closet as well. Lavender is my favorite oil to diffuse into my entire home, calming my animals as well as myself.
S

4. Bergamot

Bergamot oil is a lovely citrusy scent that inspires the brain, gives you clarity and is known for being an antidepressant, stimulating the circulation and feelings of joy and increased energy.

When I am writing I use Bergamot to excite my brain to elicit creativity. A study in 2011 paired Bergamot essential oil with lavender essential oil. Both help to treat depression. The participants experienced relaxation, calmness, greater focus, and alertness. Rub Bergamot on the soles of your feet, inhale the beautiful aroma as well.  Bergamot is found in Earl Grey tea. It improves blood circulation and stimulates feelings of joy and energy.

5. Wild Orange

Traveling through the orange groves of Valencia California, the light fragrance of orange blossoms is calming and soothing. The essential oil of Orange essential oil naturally helps to reduce anxiety to promote a better night’s sleep. This fresh citrus fragrance of the essential oil Wild Orange uplifts feelings of sorrow and depression. Use orange oil at night, place a few drops on your stomach before drifting off to sleep. Using a carrier oil of coconut creates a soothing effect, so moisturize your skin before bed to relieve insomnia and anxiety.

6. Ylang Ylang

Ylang Ylang has been used for weddings and religious ceremonies for centuries. Its floral scent has many uses including warding off feelings of jealousy, anger, and low self-esteem. Ylang Ylang is a natural remedy for depression, warding off negative emotions that often surface when we are depressed.

Ylang Ylang is a wonderful essential oil for women to use to increase libido, enhancing confidence and improving mood. It is mildly sedative, lowers stress levels and helps aid relaxation. Massage into skin or diffuse into the room.

7. Vetiver

Vetiver is of the grass family. It provides an exotic fragrance and grounding abilities to soothe and calm. Vetiver is an excellent essential oil to use for massaging. It is excellent for concentration and ADHD. An ancient Ayurvedic oil used for massaging brides to be, it was found to heal the emotional body from within.

Dr. Axe provides great detail on the many uses of this versatile and little known essential oil.

8. Blends:

Serenity Restful Blend evaporates your worries with the tranquil aroma of calming Roman Chamomile, soothing Ylang Ylang, lavender, Hawaiian Sandalwood. This Serenity blend releases anxiety, calming tension and stress.

Serenity softgels are a way to take these essential oils orally. You will sleep better and wake rested and feeling peaceful.

Serenity, Balance, and Lavender together make a great combination.

Beautifully blended, this fresh woody, grounding essential oil provides a sense of calm and wellbeing. Balance blend combines Blue Tansy, Ho Wood, Spruce, Roman Chamomile and Frankincense to promote tranquility and relaxation. Massage Balance into your feet to begin your day, diffuse in your car on trips with people you want to be speaking with when you arrive.

A deliciously fresh blend of mandarin, grapefruit, Bergamot, Wild orange, clementine with a hint of vanilla. Fresh uplifting and invigorating.  Excellent for lifting your mood and reducing stress. A few drops of Citrus Bliss in water makes a gentle yet fragrant cleaning agent that is safe for pets, children and those with sensitive noses.

Elevate - Joyful Blend

Osmanthus (Tea Olive in Georgia)
The perfect essential oil to lift your mood and energize you. This gorgeous blend contains my most favorite earthly fragrance - Osmanthus as well as Lavender, Lavindin, Melissa, Ylang Ylang, Tangerine, Elemi, Hawaiian Sandalwood, and Lemon Myrtle. Elevate is a unique blend that promotes a positive mood and feelings of confidence. I believe that Osmanthus is the most beautiful fragrance. It reminds me of my time as a landscape professional in Georgia. I would round a corner and wonder where is that ethereal fragrance coming from? Each of the combined essential oils is uplifting creating the perfect way to raise your spirits when feeling down, challenged or stressed.

Cheer Touch For Your Heart

I take my essential oils with me in my purse and use them on the go. I love the Cheer touch whenever I need a little boost for my heart. Blend on the back of your neck, upwards to your chin with the roll on touch applicator. Cheer is a great mood booster for children that have had a bad day or are challenged with school or friends.

12 Signs You May Be Depressed

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Everyone experiences sadness from time-to-time. Depression is very different than sadness as it is more severe, usually accompanied by low self-esteem, loss of interest in activities that would normally be enjoyable, low energy and pain for no reason. Depression is characterized by dark or low moods for more than two weeks. Depression affects home, family, work and social functioning.

Women experience depression twice as often as men.

Many of us experience depression and are unaware of why we feel so bad. I experienced chronic depression for over twenty years without being diagnosed. My mother pooh-poohed that I was depressed because I functioned, though not very effectively in my life. I was irritable, reactive and even aggressive with others. I lost interest in sex, had insomnia I "managed my insomnia" with two capsules of Benadryl a night. I lived life in a fog of fatigue, illness, aches pains and memory loss.

What Causes Depression

The medical profession admits to not knowing where depression begins. From my personal perspective, I found that depression is due to a combination of unbalanced hormones, lack of serotonin and repressed anger that we are unable to express at an early age.

Sexual molestation, rape and not being loved, validated or confirmed by our parents in positive ways also contributes to depression. Divorce, break-ups and feeling unloved and lonely can also add to our burden of pain and suffering. Our thoughts become increasingly negative which impacts our stress levels adding to the downward spiral of emotions.

We are left holding a bag of deep-seated repressed resentment and anger from being a "good girl" or "good boy" for our parents.

The stored emotions begin to bubble up when they are unprocessed. Our body will begin to show signs of struggle with illnesses like diabetes, cancer or arthritis. The longer that our trapped emotions stay in our body, the more profound the depression and physical body pain becomes. PTSD is another form of suppressed emotion with a side of depression.

What The Medical Profession Says

The cause of depression is a combination of genetic, environmental and psychological factors. Approximately 40% of the risk for depression is related to genetics. Other factors such as major life changes, chronic illness, certain medications and substance abuse.

Cognitive behavior therapy and interpersonal therapy can help. Medications seem to work better in cases where severe depression is present. Taking medications without doing some form of therapy, energy work or healing will not cure the depression.

Medication and Affects:

Medication for depression is not a cure all. Medication places a band-aid over the issues and further suppresses the original cause - emotions that have not been experienced and expressed.

I was given Prozac for my depression and fell asleep at the wheel driving to work repeatedly. When I drove three exits past where I worked, I called my doctor that day and said, "I'm done with Prozac!" He informed me it was dangerous to go off the drug cold turkey. My response was, "Not as dangerous as driving three exits past my work without knowing how I got there." I never took another prescription for depression or anxiety (except an occasional antibiotic).

I cured myself through cognitive therapy and energy healing which I now do for my clients.
Signs of Depression:
  1. feeling listless and hopelessness
  2. insomnia
  3. fatigue
  4. negative thinking that you can't stop
  5. irritability
  6. increased aggressive behavior
  7. memory and recall issues
  8. pain without a reason
  9. loss of interest in life, social activities
  10. hearing voices in your head that aren't yours
  11. you might even feel a little crazy (and how I hate the expression "cray cray!"
  12. clutter in your car, home, closets and office
Given the peak onset of depression is 25 to 44 years of age, hormones play a significant role in depression in women.

Different Types of Depression

Yes, there are different types of depression from Pre-menstrual, Post Partum Depression, Perimenopause, Menopause, Bi-Polar and Borderline Personality Disorder.

What Can You Do?

Cognitive Therapy has been shown to work at least as well if not better than anti-depressants as it treats the root cause, rather than providing a band-aid that masks symptoms. The work I do with clients uses Cognitive Therapy in combination with energy clearing to lift the root cause or pattern, shift low-self-esteem and support you in feeling better about yourself and your life. The combination has remedied those with severe depression as well as those with suicidal tendencies

Testimonial About A Suicidal Client Cured!
8.18.2016

Jennifer has been an incredible force in my life since the day that I met her. She has done several clearings for me in the past, I knew she was the real deal and my intuition screamed to me, that she was the perfect person to help when my sister began to struggle with severe depression to the point of becoming suicidal.

A month had gone by and my sibling was like a shell of her former self. She was not eating, barely sleeping, and had not been able to work at all. I was able to convince her that an energy clearing would be beneficial for her.

Jennifer had just returned home from travel right before I contacted her, but she dropped everything to help us within 10 minutes of my reaching out to her. Jennifer had a ton of insight into my sisters' personality and the origins of her struggle, yet half-way through my sister felt she couldn't continue with the clearing, and instead Jennifer continued with me on the phone. Because of this I was a bit skeptical as to whether it would work for her, but I kid you not. Four days later I contacted my sister and she was at Disney with her kid, about to "get some lunch" I couldn't even believe it worked that effectively and within such a short period of time.

Since the clearing, my sister has returned to work and although things are not perfect she has returned to her normal, spunky, intelligent, funny, wise, self.
I thank Jennifer tremendously. She has a true gift, a huge kind heart, and has been an enormous blessing to myself and my family. I would highly recommend her services to anyone and everyone. She's that good!

Robin WIlliams Manic Man Tribute and Tragedy

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

It is with great sadness that I write this post about Robin Williams. He had been a recovering addict, healing a cocaine addiction many years ago. He recently opened up about his
addiction and went to rehab, as he quipped, in the wine country. It is very sad that he was not able to get the help he needed in time to save his life. Robin Williams was a comic that I grew up with. He brought joy, and incredible manic humor to stand up comedy.

As a child, I watched Mork and Mindy and fell in love with his fast-paced humor. My family loved him in Mrs. Doubtfire and The Bird Cage. One of my favorite movies was a more serious role, Good Will Hunting. Good Morning Viet Nam, was a great movie where he played an outrageously outspoken (where art mimics life) radio announcer on base in Viet Nam. I have posted several of his best interviews or shows below. What is really ironic, as pointed out by one of our readers is that one of Robin's movies What Dreams May Come, was about someone battling the darkness of addiction.

If you don't follow astrology, we just experienced the most powerful full moon of the year. Babies are born, people die and break-up during powerful full moons. The past three days surrounding this super full moon have been challenging, pushing our limits, dredging up sadness, break-ups for many as well as depression for those who don't normally suffer from it.

This past weekend was challenging emotionally for many. A neighbor had to put her sweet little dog to sleep,  causing great sadness in our community. I've had my own emotional events in the past 48 hours. I woke this morning feeling a deep heaviness that I had not felt in years. Needless to say I cleared my energy and that of several others that were also feeling this deep darkness and depression. Today was a very heavy day energetically. Many felt depressed. The fact that Robin took his own life today, shows how heavy the energy was of this full moon.

Several of my healer friends had sadness and serious break-ups happen as well. A Super Moon is not just a bright moon. This one was touted as being the biggest certainly of 2014, perhaps even in years. A full moon can cause deeper experiences of what one is presently dealing with. Which is what I believe occurred with Robin Williams. Addiction is a dark energy. Coupled with a super moon, which added fuel to the already high fire, it proved too great for Robin to endure. Sadly, he felt that there was no way out. Strange he did not even mention how he was feeling to his wife. My sympathy and condolences go out to his wife, daughter, two sons and all who loved and adored him.

Increase In Dark Energies Balance The Light

Since March 2013, I have done over 1,100 energy clearings. I clear negativity, depression, suicide, attachments and past life issues from people's energy. They come to me for anxiety, depression, agitation and feelings of suicide. The energy clearings I have done in the past six months have been ten times more challenging than ever before. Everyone I cleared in the past six months had dark energies attached. When I say dark, I mean demons, dark forces and the like. I don't often talk about these things because many already think that the work I do is already "out there." I had been guided to write an article about dark energies over a month ago. I usually follow such guidance. I felt it would be met with judgment and criticism. With the death of Robin Williams earlier today, I feel that lives may be saved, if I talk about what is going on in the Universe, the ethers and this planet.

The brighter the light gets, the darker and more powerful the dark side gets to balance things out. There is always an equilibrium. Many of you are aware that more people have become enlightened in the past two years than ever before. The consciousness of our planet has risen. So too has the strength of the dark side. There is always a balance in our Universe. As the light is strengthened, so too is the dark. Even the Bible speaks of a war in the heavens of the light and dark. Armageddon is something many people have heard about. It is a war fought here on earth as well as in the heavens.

Dark energy manifests for people who don't know what an energy clearing is, as depression, feeling there is no way out, or feeling so despondent that one may choose to take their own life. I have cleared many people with apparent Schizophrenia, chronic depression and suicide programs. I have written about a young girl who attempted suicide 11 times. I cleared her and found that she had committed suicide in 30 of her past lives. For suicidal energy to show up in her life this time, is no great surprise.

When a dark energy attaches to someone, they may feel deep sadness, chaos may show up in their life, or they may choose to overdose or take their life because the darkness and heaviness is so profound. When the moon was full, I spent half the day Saturday crying. I don't normally cry. This morning I felt heavy, laden with a darkness that would not let go. I prayed and cleared myself.

Addictions and Dark Energies

The point is that there is help. There are people who can help you without medication. Addictions usually lead to attachments from either drugs or alcohol. When you smoke pot, take street drugs or drink alcohol, you perforate your auric field. These holes, rips and tears create a way in. Without proper protection dark energies can attach. People with addictions often have attachments because the attachments create the addiction. Fear attracts the dark. Dark energies feed off fear.

An energy clearing is done with the angels, The Ascended Masters and your guides. The Divine of course oversees all. I work with the Forces of Light, Angels of Light and each person's High Self. Could I have saved Robin's life? That is an answer we will never know. I do know that through energy clearings, this work has changed the course of my life and anyone else who has had one. I do know that the people who's energy I cleared who had suicidal programming, did not commit suicide. One woman with a meth addiction was cleared of her addiction when I removed the attached soul of her best friend. He had been shot by police and had a meth amphetamine addiction.

Programs and patterns of negativity are lifted. Suicide patterns are cleared. Past lives where tragedy occurred that create a heaviness are also removed. This is felt immediately, with the entire assimilation of the clearing completing within the next 3 - 5 days. I often clear others for those who recognize that their loved ones are challenged with negativity and deep depression. Once the attachments are removed the person feels better, lighter, more focused and calm. When depression is present many experience insomnia. One of the biggest things that occurs is that the subject is able to sleep deeply.

I am very sad for Robin's wife and family. I wish I had known what he was going through. When you or a loved one is challenged with depression or suicidal thoughts, seek out the help of someone who does energy clearings, it could save your life, or that of the ones you love.

To you Robin, I am sad to lose the amazing comic talent and incredible intelligence of you. My family and I will miss you. You will bless the angels with your amazing gift of humor and laughter! We will miss you terribly.

This is an interview with Parkinson a talk-show host in Britain. It is excellent and fairly clean (part I and Part II). The third video is a watch at your own risk, it is raunchy, typical Robin Williams unplugged. Part II is hilarious as he talks about Lance Armstrong, going to rehab in wine country.

Molecules of Emotion

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Humans are naturally emotional creatures. Our emotions are a gauge to let us know when boundaries are being crossed, (anger) or we are experiencing sadness. They are meant to move rather than become stagnant. When they are stuffed, ignored and not released they create illness like cancer or heart attacks. People can really die of a broken heart when energy of emotional pain is lodged in the heart chakra. What happens when we stuff emotions? How exactly does this happen?

I am not a scientist. However, being a sensitive and intuitive gives me the opportunity to see and feel emotions stuck in a person's body. They manifest as energy blocks. After experiencing a break-up, death or a child moves away for college, we have to let this emotion out, or it will create havoc in our physical body.

After the death of my Twin Flame, John Armbruster, my friend and acupuncturist visited my home. He placed needles in my heart chakra to release the constriction and blocks. He said at the time that the blockage was profound. Left there, I most likely would have had a heart attack.

As anger surfaces, we need to shout, bang a hammer, punch a pillow, or hit some baseballs at a batting cage. All of these ways are healthy releases of this energy. Keeping anger stuffed can cause depression, something I encountered for over 20 years. I was so used to being depressed, I had no idea it was from stuffing my emotions from physical and sexual abuse as a child. Often in our families, we are not allowed to be angry. We are not allowed to be sad. In my household the common refrain was, "Shut-up, or I'll give you something to cry about!"

Women who have been molested can often find that they are not orgasmic, because fear is stuck in the walls of the vagina. I experienced this issue myself. We have to heal these parts of ourselves, or we will not live fully and vibrantly. The emotion becomes imbedded in the molecules of our body. Each molecule holds the emotion.

Every illness we have, has an emotional component. This emotion is like adding fuel to the fire. Emotions that are not deal with, felt and released become issues in our bodies, becoming illness, pain and disease. I had so much anger, resentment, fear and grief stuck in my body that I created Fibromyalgia and Epstein Barr disease. Pain wracked my body, even though I was a young woman. I am now living pain free! I was diagnosed with arthritis over 20 years ago - I have no symptoms of that disease at all now. Loving ourselves, allowing our bodies to release these emotions, feeling them fully is key.  Most people do the exact opposite. "Oh, I am feeling something I don't like, let me bury this so I don't have to look at it, or FEEL!"

We have a release valve, like a volcano. When the pressure becomes too much we explode, seemingly out of nowhere. Some of us reach for a glass of wine, beer, or a piece of chocolate cake to shift our emotional state. Called "emotional eating," this programs our body to look for sweets to make us feel better, when we need to be addressing the real cause the emotion. This process is basically eating our emotions. Eating when we are upset, stuffs the emotion deep into our cells, which eventually (in the near future) creates cancer, heart disease, arthritis, kidney disease and other debilitating issues.

I experienced breast cancer myself last year. I listened to my guidance and was able to release the resentment I felt towards my mother, more was just released this past weekend. We are never done releasing emotions, it is a constant movement, feeling and letting go. Forgiveness is important to release resentment and anger, or we will end up with physical blocks and cancer from this resentment. Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches that all disease comes from blockages in the physical body. These blockages come from stuffed emotions. Holding back tears, anger and not speaking our truth in the moment helps to perpetuate the issue creating our reaction. When we don't deal with something, it does not go away, it will surface when we least expect it, usually at a very in-opportune time.

Tonight's podcast is all about emotions. How to release them. How to feel and allow them to move in a healthy way. We will also be discussing what different emotions cause in what parts of the body. What the illness means and ways to correct the issue. This is a repeat of a subject that I did months ago. There was so much interest that I have revised and added some great material that will be helpful in your life to keep you vibrant, and cancer free!

Author's Note:  It is never too late to begin to see yourself and your emotions through different eyes. It is never too late to heal and become happy with you. It is never too late to open your heart and try to see things differently. If you feel you haven't been able to make these changes on your own, hiring Jennifer will make all the difference. Listen to the replay from tonight's podcast to a real live client of Jennifer's. I asked Nikki to share her coaching experience. She has been attending my webcasts and the odd program here and there for the last 4 years. She finally decided to begin coaching with me - privately. Within 3 weeks....  she noted several changes:

  1. She began to feel better, happier
  2. She began to feel love for herself, prior to this no mantra or class did it for her.
  3. She said no one had ever "gotten her" like Jennifer did.
  4. She said it was one little thing that came through in a channeled message in week 3 - that changed everything for her.
  5. Nikki said, that Jennifer got to the crux of her issues very quickly and understood the root cause of them. This made all the difference. Everything began to click for her.

Aren't you worth it? How much time, energy and money have you spent trying to feel better? Has nothing worked, like Nikki? Then maybe its time to work with someone who is Divinely connected who receives information from the Source - it is not Jennifer's words that heal -
