Orgasm For Life will change your relationship and your sex life because I teach you how to do all the things you have been wondering about. I take the guess-work out of oral. I help you understand why you have ejaculated too soon all your life and why this will never change until you get help. How Trust Can Deepen Your Bond and Improve Sex Exponentially

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Women need to trust their partners to relax, let go and tap into their wildest fantasies and passion. When trust is present women will feel free to express, explore and offer new and different experiences to their partners. Without trust, some women may not be able to reach orgasm or even relax completely.

Trust is a big issue in relationships. There are many ways to build trust between two people. You will be surprised at how easy it is to create trust. However, the caveat is that trust can be eliminated forever when promises are broken or your actions don't match your words. Trust is a two-way street. Both parties must be honest and live up to their commitments. If you aren't consistently honest, no matter how trustworthy the other person is, trust cannot be created.

Sex is an intimate sharing. Great sexual experiences require a woman to feel safe, respected, adored, admired and loved completely. Men too will experience the ability to be more vulnerable and open when they trust their partner. Intimacy becomes deeper when trust is present.

How To Build Trust

  1. Say what you are going to do and do what you say.
  2. Honor your word.
  3. Only commit to what you know for sure you can deliver.
  4. Communicate! Frequent open communication builds trust. When communication is poor, trust is broken. Poor communication is the biggest reason for relationships not working.
  5. If you can't live up to your promise let the other person know immediately.
  6. Be honest. Telling the truth about what is going on with you can lead to understanding and even compromise. Telling the truth even when the news is bad will increase trust.
  7. Trust is built through small events. Each event leads to greater trust. When trust is present your partner will go to the ends of the earth to support you.
  8. Show that you care. When you exhibit caring others see it, feel it and will give you caring and compassion in return. Caring for your partner's needs exhibits and open heart rather than selfishness. When you show a lack of caring others feel it and will sound an alarm; look out you can't trust this person!
  9. Do the right thing. We trust those who are in integrity.
  10. Admit any wrongdoing immediately. When you can admit you are wrong you build trust. People trust others when they recognize you are honest no matter what. When you can't admit your guilt your ego is running the show. People with large egos usually are selfish, self-centered and can't be trusted.
  11. Don't make excuses for your actions. Excuses diminish trust quickly.
  12. Never strike, abuse, berate or put down your partner. Once physical and emotional violence is present trust will not return. Even the threat of violence is abuse.
It is the small things that build trust. Calling to tell your partner you will be late because of traffic builds trust. Not calling and arriving late causes friction, shows disrespect and isn't honoring either of you. Consistency is key to keep trust on the forefront, rather than the back burner. Be a good communicator giving updates along the way.

Communication is what is needed by voice, with eye contact and your undivided attention. Glancing at your cell phone during a conversation negates trust. Not allowing your partner to see your phone or texts negates trust.

Women need to know they are safe in and out of the bedroom. Most men are far stronger than women. Knowing a man can overpower you can be enough to make some women feel unsafe if they have been abused in the past. Yes, some women are abusive to their men as well. Physical violence has no place in a loving relationship.

Could This "C" Word Be Missing From Your Bedroom?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

When you think of getting it on, most people are not thinking of compassion. In fact, compassion might be completely missing  from your bedroom.

Why does compassion need to be a part of your sexual repartee?

Only the development of compassion and understanding for others can bring us the tranquility and happiness we all seek.”

― Dalai Lama XIV

There are many reasons we need to be compassionate with our partners. Flowers, gifts, and dinners out are wonderful. If you aren't bringing compassion into play in your intimate moments you are only fifty percent there. Acting with love doesn't come easily to many people. Our family of origin might not have modeled what love really looks like.

Your partner might be experiencing pain, emotional upset or an inability to become aroused. Without compassion, all of your sexual prowess and expertise fly out the window. If you don't show compassion to your partner when it's needed you may leave them feeling used, alone and misunderstood.

Personally, I am not interested in pity of any sort. It is a low vibrational emotion.

Compassion in the truest sense of the word is a sympathetic consciousness of empathy of another's distress coupled with a desire to alleviate it.
What can you do to express compassion?

1. Let go of expectations.

2. Allow yourself to show up heart-centered, and caring.

3. Be fully in the moment. Breathe deeply three times.

4. Put yourself in their shoes. How would you feel in this
 situation?

5. Before you touch, ask. "Is it okay if I hug you?" Touch at an inappropriate moment might just piss them off.

6. If you are the one causing the issue say you are sorry.

7. Admit it if you are in the wrong.

8. We are all different. Talk about what compassion means to each of you. You might not be on the same page at all. Everyone has their opinion of what compassion means. If you don't agree, talk about it so you understand and can give your partner what they need.

9. Take care of yourself first. Just like on an airplane if you can't breathe, you can't help another.

Sex and intimacy without compassion can be robotic. Without compassion, we can feel alienated and distanced from our partners.

A heartfelt apology and gaining a greater understanding of what is going on with your partner can take you to a deeper level of intimacy. Don't be afraid to be vulnerable. You might just find that your relationship becomes far more fulfilling when you allow your partner to see your soft underbelly and true essence.

Recognizing Fear of Intimacy How To Move Beyond Your Fears

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Fear of intimacy keeps many of us, from having deeply connected relationships. A fear of allowing someone close to us means we don't allow others to see our true feelings or our authentic selves. In this article, I will share my personal experiences and how I overcame and continue to work on this issue.

What is Fear of Intimacy?

Fear of intimacy is an unconscious fear of closeness -  emotional and or physical. A fear of intimacy shows up in our closest relationships. It affects our ability to allow someone close to us both physically and emotionally.

We may long for a loving relationship, but when we have one we may have difficulties allowing someone to see our true selves. In order to have deep intimacy with another we need to drop our defenses and allow the other to see us up close, without a mask, shield or wall.

Just because you have sex with someone does not negate the fact that you have a fear of intimacy. You may be able to have sex with someone and then recoil - pulling away from their new lover. Many one-night stands happen due to a fear of intimacy.

You Can Be Married And Have A Fear Of Intimacy

People in long-term relationships can have sex, but still have a fear of intimacy. Others stop having sex because of their fears. Many people live alone rather than engage intimately with others.

Fear of death increases the fear of intimacy. If you are afraid your partner may die ahead of you, you could pull away out of fear of loss.

How Do We Develop This Fear?

Emotional trauma in our childhood sets us up to feel that we aren't safe. Rejection, emotional abandonment, and physical abandonment, as well as sexual trauma and rape, can create a fear of intimacy.

As children, we may shut down emotionally and develop fantasies, imaginary friends and play better alone than with friends. We may shun others, in an effort to protect our feelings, becoming the lone wolf, or black sheep of the family.

After being hurt we feel afraid we will be hurt again. We may feel hurt, unheard and misunderstood. After being hurt in our childhood we learn to be suspicious and mistrust others when they express an interest or love for us.

Many children are told to be quiet when they express feelings of sadness, anger or even joy. When we learn to repress feelings, it becomes a way of being, so we shut down our feelings.

What Are Signs of A Fear of Intimacy?

  1. Your retreat from affection.
  2. You make yourself unattractive to push your partner away.
  3. You might gain weight to make yourself unattractive.
  4. You say no to sex.
  5. You have sex, but are completely disconnected from the emotional side of it.
  6. You may feel dead inside.
  7. You may feel numb.
  8. You keep your eyes closed during sex, without connecting on an intimate level with eyes open - soul-to-soul.
  9. You fantasize about other people.
  10. Create emotional distance by keeping things that bother you to yourself.
How Can I Overcome My Fear of Intimacy?

  1. Allow yourself to be seen as you are authentically.
  2. Talk about the issues that trouble you compassionately and openly.
  3. Allow your eyes to remain open and really look at your
    partner while making love
    .
  4. Do eye-gazing exercises beginning with one-minute intervals. Build up to longer periods of time, allowing your partner to
    really see you.
  5. When you feel uncomfortable about letting down your guard, stay with it, rather than run away.
  6. Allow yourself to be held, hugged and kissed.
  7. Talk about the elephant in the room. When we have a fear of intimacy we stuff our biggest issues, rather than bringing them up for discussion. Resist your desire to run away. Stay with them, keep your eyes open and resist turning away during the discussion.

We may feel because of our unconscious programming that we are unworthy of love or unlovable. Many of my clients have both of these unconscious programs running in the background of their unconscious minds. These patterns can be healed.

We can stop being afraid of love and move forward anyway. We can allow ourselves to take risks, opening up to the possibility of something better and deeper than we have had before.

I was one of those who used to have a fear of intimacy. Even though I loved sex, I wasn't connecting on a deep level with my partner.

My past trauma both from molestation and the emotional abandonment created this fear. I played alone much of the time, creating
fantasies, playing school with imaginary students as a child. Having a caring partner who is willing to accept me for who I am has allowed me to open up more fully, receive love from him and allow myself to be seen authentically. If I can do it, so can you!

It can be done. Let me help you.

7 Ways to Shift Your Relationship Quickly

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

When we are dating, we often overlook the negative. We might brush issues we need to comment on under the carpet because we don't want to ruin what we believe we have. At the beginning of a relationship, we lay the groundwork for boundaries, communication, and appreciation. We teach the person we are dating how we want to be treated by being kind, generous and considerate to them. When we don't call someone on their bad behavior, we are doing ourselves a disservice. We are also training our partner that poor treatment is okay with us. This is where abusive treatment begins.

As time goes on, the bad behavior often goes from bad to worse. Things are usually the best early on in our relationships because each of us is on our best behavior. If you are not setting up healthy boundaries when you are dating, it will become increasingly difficult to do it later.

In mature relationships, we sometimes snap, gripe and complain to our partners. We can use a condescending tone when we get irritated. We can make demands rather than requests. When we demand, we block love. When we use a condescending tone, as if we are exasperated with our partner, we are acting like the parent, rather than an equal.

Communication Inside The Bedroom

Trying to get your needs met in the bedroom can be very difficult if you don't have an open channel of honesty. Compassion, and appreciation go a long way to show our partner kindness. However, if they don't get what you need and you aren't getting your needs met, a conversation needs to take place BEFORE you get into the bedroom.

Following are 7 Ways To Shift Your Relationship Quickly

  1. Appreciate him/her when your partner does something for you. Say, "Thank you." Smile and make eye contact to show you mean it. Appreciation is one of the most important issues to men. If they are not being appreciated they will feel unloved.
  2. Be respectful. Giving your partner the respect they deserve will shift your relationship quickly. If you talk down to your partner or they talk down to you, you won't feel respected. Mutual respect is a requirement of a happy and healthy balanced relationship.
  3. Validate them. If your partner isn't feeling well, or is having a bad day, they need to be validated for their feelings. Saying, "I'm sorry you are having a bad day today, is there anything I can do to help you feel better?" Usually, they will say no or maybe ask for a hug. The most important issue is that you have validated their feelings. Telling someone they can't or shouldn't feel a certain way will lead to feeling unimportant and even angry.
  4. Touch your partner in non-sexual ways. There are times when we need to be hugged, have our shoulder touched or even our hand held to know we are loved from more than being a sexual partner. Non-sexual touching keeps intimacy alive in the relationship. For you men out there than think intimacy means sex, it doesn't. Emotional closeness is what intimacy is. Allowing the other person close to you at others times than when sex is occurring will show that they are loved.
  5. Make loving eye contact. In today's fast-paced world, many people rarely look each other in the eyes. Take the time to look at your lover in the eyes when you speak to them. Eye contact allows another to see into your soul. If you can't allow them in, you won't have close sexual intimacy either.
  6. Be honest. Honesty is important if you want to have a deep connection. Lies create distance. Allowing another to hear the truth may hurt at first, but over time, your relationship will deepen and become more connected if you don't have lies and distance between you.
  7. Be authentic. Pretending to be something you are not, or faking anything (even that you like football when you don't) creates a disconnect. You will not have deep intimacy and connection if you are not allowing your partner to see the real you.

Are You One of 17 Million Men?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Secrets eat away at over 17 million American men every day. One in sex men has a deep secret that never goes away no matter how hard they try. These men have kept the fact that they were molested by a priest, Boy Scout leader, parent or other person of authority. Most men don't report their abuser and rarely seek the help that they need.

Having been molested myself, I know how negatively we are affected by molestation. Molestation occurs when a person six years older or more encourages, or forces a child to participate in fondling, touching of genitals. Penetration need not occur for serious damage to the pshyche to occur. For those who are married to someone who has been molested there are signs to look for. I have experienced this also, I have the utmost compassion for those who have been molested. Please know I am here to help. Healing these issues can save your marriage.

Signs Of Molestation:

  1. Bonds quickly and then pulls away for no apparent reason.
  2. May reject sex and intimacy later on in the relationship seemingly for no reason.
  3. Fear of intimacy.
  4. Low self-esteem. Feels inadequate and lowly.
  5. Guilt or shame ridden.
  6. Anger that comes out of nowhere.
  7. Depression.
  8. Lethargy.
  9. May be hypervigilant of your children.
  10. Hypermasculine. Into every sport imaginable to prove their masculinity.
  11. Negative.
  12. Turning off emotion.
  13. Has difficulty expressing vulnerability
  14. Sex may be completely void of emotion or closeness.

Most men do not seek help because it means that they have to admit that they were coerced or forced to do something. It seems weak and unmanly. However, as children especially if we were raised to listen to our elders, we capitulate easily to a person in a position of authority. Fear is a large part of how children were manipulated into molestation. Threats of hurting a siblig or parent are often present.

The first step is to get some help. Keeping these secrets hidden continues to threaten your emotional and physical health and any long-term relationship you are in.  People that have been molested often distance themselves from the person closest to them through anger or rejection of sexual and emotional intimacy.

What Can You Do Now?

It only keeps intimacy, closeness and real love from your life. I do hope you will get the help that you so deserve.

How To Move Beyond Fear

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Your life is meant to be one of wonder, adventure and fabulous manifesting. You are meant to experience magic and great joy manifesting whatever your heart desires. When we are free from fear our hearts expand we become greater than ourselves, we trust and create from a joy-filled place with magical results. Our souls open up to The Divine and we can experience wild joy and abandon. We become greater than ourselves.

The key to change is to let go of fear. Roseann Cash

Our most expansive selves are free of fear. In the absence of fear, we feel joy, happiness and step into our greatness, our true selves. Our Divine nature is free of fear naturally.

Fear Cap Grip Us

When we feel feer our hearts constrict. We act and speak out of fear. We restrict our choices and desires when we are controlled by fear. Instead of choosing love, we turn away. Our freedom doesn't exist when we are controlled by fear. We keep our happiness and joy at bay.

The opposite for courage is not cowardice, it is conformity. Even a dead fish can go with the flow.

Don't Give The Fear Energy

Remember when you were a little child walking with your parents. Maybe your parents steered you away from a drunk on the street or a homeless person who was ranting. We were told not to pay
attention to those things that were scary. Fear is the same way. Don't pay it any attention. When we give our attention to something it just becomes larger. Instead say, "I am bigger than this fear. What can it teach me about love?"

Allow Fear To Move Through You

Rather than running away from fear, step into it. Breathe it in. What can you learn from it? Allow it to move through you. The more we try to avoid fear, the more it grows. When we run, it follows us. Instead step in. Ask your Angels to assist you. Our angels are just waiting for an invite to be able to help us. But you have to ask them to help you. They can't assist you without your request.

The first time we do anything, we may be afraid. Loving someone may cause us fear. A new date, a first kiss, finding your love, all may cause us fear. If we stop because we are in fear, we never truly live. To truly live we must love.

Unless love materializes, you have missed the whole point of being. OSHO

Love yourself. Know that this is just a stage. You will not always be in fear. In fact, following these few steps daily will help you move out of fear quickly.

  1. Sit uprright, inhaling slowly and deeply.
  2. Tap into the way you feel in your body. You may feel constriction around your chest and heart.
  3. Feel how your stomach feels. Is it tight? Does it feel uneasy or uncomfortable? Whatever you feel is okay.
  4. Be okay with how you feel right now. It isn't permanent. It is just a stage.
  5. Smile to your heart.
  6. Relax your shoulders.
  7. Breathe in slowly and deeply expanding your energy field all around you. Expand it above you, below you, in front of you and behind you. Make your energy field BIG!
  8. The Divine spark of Light is inside of me.
  9. I am Light.
  10. Repeat the following: I am BIG, not small.
  11. I AM Powerful, not weak.
  12. I AM supported by The Universe.
  13. The Universe is infinite.
  14. Therefore so am I INFINITE.
  15. I am Big, not small.
  16. I am Infinite.
  17. I am Powerful.
  18. The Universe always has my back.
  19. The Universe is Infinite and so am I.
  20. Thank you to God, The Universe, Source Energy.
  21. Thank you to the Sun, The Moon, The Stars and The Earth.

Dance Your Way To Better Sex

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Word on the street is that most men don't like to dance. Let's look at the facts guys, most women love to dance. If you want more sex, get out on the dance floor! Dancing helps tone your body, gets you in touch with your body, gives you confidence and increases sexual performance. Oh YA!

I have been dancing in the desert on a daily basis now for several months. I will say that my moves have gotten better, I am more able to move my hips, shoulders and all parts of my body more fluidly. Dancing improves your moves in the bedroom as well!

All Night Long

Stamina increases when your cardiovascular system gets a regular work out. You don't want to end up dead from the sex act. I have experienced this once, and never want to again. I ask my partner to have their heart checked before I get intimate. No kidding! Create deeper intimacy through dancing. You will both get more turned on by waiting to rip each other's clothes off, I promise! Here are some ways to create deeper intimacy.

Don't Want To Take A Lesson?

Practise at home. There are no excuses guys. Crank up the tunes and watch some You Tube videos of people dancing. Copy what they do.

Don't Wanna Dance?

Get over yourself! You will have more fun and a lot more ladies when you learn to dance. Dancing is fun. It is good for the soul and raises your spirits. So get off that couch and dance! Have some fun. Life is too short to sit out on the sidelines watching everyone else dancing. Your sex life will improve as your dancing improves. Dancing with your partner is a very sensual experience and can be a tremendous turn-on and opening to intimacy in your relationship. You spend much longer up close with a woman on the dance floor than you do in bed, don't you know?

I Want A Dancer!

For some women, like me dancing is a prerequisite in a partner. If you don't dance, we won't last long. Dancing is fun, a big part of many women's lives. Don't ask her to give it up because you are too chicken to get up and dance. Hire me to coach you to raise your self -esteem this year and I guarantee you that you will find love on the dance floor!~
