The 4 R's of Relationships

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Have you ever considered how simple life would be if we could all just live alone? We would never have to listen to another person gripe, complain or nag at us. We would never be triggered into explosive anger. We would also not grow, feel the deep love, or connection of another. We would also not have the exquisite feeling of enjoying our lover's naked body sliding over ours. Relationships are a dichotomy. We experience extremes in emotions as well as thoughts, while often being pushed to our limits; often not in a good way. A loving relationship is what we long for, yet we can be our own worst enemy when it comes to relationships.

Relationships are a mirror into our own soul. Relationships provide the barometer into what is coming up for us, what emotions are stuck (because they keep being triggered) and what we need to work on to be a better version of ourselves. The title of this blog came to me while walking on a Boulder, Colorado trail with four dogs. I heard a lot of "RRRRRRRR!" Dogs can teach us a lot about ourselves. Dogs are very open about their feelings and usually, don't hold them in. Instead they express what they feel. Following is what I recently received from these amazing animals.

1. Respect

Never take a person's dignity. It means everything to them and nothing to you. Frank Barron
Dogs respect each other. They respect each other's space, and territory. Dogs know instinctively, that respect is the cornerstone of their world. Without respect there is no love. When we don't respect our partners, we say things we shouldn't. We hurt others with our words and actions. Abuse occurs when there is no respect. Respect is the cornerstone of a loving relationship. People that don't respect themselves, cannot possibly have any respect for their partners either. It just isn't possible.

When one dog tries to eat another dog's food, there is an immediate reaction. They growl. The growl is sending a clear message to the other dog, "Get the F*** out of my bowl! There is no doubt what the message is. If the interloper continues without backing down, there is no other warning, a fight ensues.  Dogs are pack animals. Believe it or not, people are similar. We do best when we work together for our common good. Often in a relationship we are at odds. Relationships don't work when we don't work together. If you don't have respect for others, you have no respect for you either.

2. Revere

Self reverence, self knowledge, self control. These three lead to power. Alfred Lord Tennyson

Watching two dogs together, you will notice that one is always trying to win the other over. They lick, wag their tails and try to get approval from the other. Revere is a deep honoring and approval.
The meaning of the word revere from the Free Dictionary is "awe coupled with profound honor. To respect deeply, venerate." It further denotes admiration. If you don't admire or feel honored to be with the one you supposedly love, you have no business being with them.

Each moment we have on this earth is a profound gift. Too frequently, we gloss over the moments. We don't listen to our partner and we certainly don't honor them. We talk about honor, but do we know the meaning of it. Honoring someone is not paying lip service as the government does to our troops. A ceremony is given and then they are forgotten.

Having reverence for our partner raises them up, rather than knocking them down. If you spend more time picking at your partner than raising them up, it is a direct reflection of what is going on inside of you. When we revere someone, we don't nag, bitch, complain and moan about them. Complaining is a downward spiral of negativity, which continues to expand to everyone who will listen. We contaminate our love by complaining. We are wallowing in self pity when we complain. When we revere our partner, we don't complain. We honor them. We adore them. We venerate them.

3. Remove

When we are in a loving partnership with another, we need to remove judgment, criticism, and critiquing. Everyone has their own way of doing things. If you feel things must be done your way, or the highway - take yourself out onto an iceberg and go live alone. You are controlling. Controlling comes from fear. Fear has nothing to do with faith. Have faith in your partner. Remove the negativity.

Such a wonderful word - REMOVE. If you remove the negativity from your communications you will find positivity moves in - it can't help it. Everyone does better when they are praised, blessed, and accepted. Your partner is not you. They are different from you. They have different ways of speaking, thinking and loving then you. Accept that. This is who they are. Trying to change your partner indicates that you are not happy with you deep inside. Your focus needs to turn inward, rather than outward. Look inside and be more loving and accepting of you. This will in turn reflect out into all your relationships and your world.

4. Renew

In so many religions there is talk of rebirth, renewal and replenishment. Each season on our beautiful earth there is renewal on some level. New moon, new day, new life. Each day we wake up we are reborn. Our soul is renewed. We are awake and alive! It is an opportunity to put what happened yesterday on the pile for the thrift store - get rid of it, let it go. Harping on what happened yesterday gets you more of
yesterday's dirt. When we keep score, take notes and blame - all we do is kill the love that was once present. Let it go! Renew your relationship. Begin anew. Kiss and make up. Hug, love them. Renew your love. Everyday is a new opportunity for more BLISS, more love, more growth. Renew your heart. Breathe life into your relationship. Renew your passion. Touch, hold hands, look at your partner with renewed love. It is never too late to begin. You so deserve it!

Generosity And Compassion For Sex Addicts

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

The following information is not for the feint of heart. If you know someone is a sex addict there are reasons for this. I do my
best to write articles that are uplifting. Once you get to the end, of this article, there are answers, help and hopefully, you will have more compassion and understanding for yourself or your loved one. There is light and help at the end of the tunnel.

The reason I do what I do, is because of what I have experienced. This was the path I chose. Each of us has a life path. Along our path we discover that without a purpose we feel lost, ungrounded and unfulfilled. Believe it or not, we chose our life before we incarnated. Some of what we experienced was extremely painful. There was a reason for the pain. We called it forth so that we would learn, continue to search,
excavate, evolve and grow. Those of us that have experienced the intense pain, grief and shame of sexual molestation have endured the worst type of suffering known to man. Our souls were fractured as a result. A rift between truth and fantasy begins when sexual molestation occurs. We have to make up stories about our molestors to make living with them palatable. To be able to endure life at all we often appear to be schizophrenic, bipolar, have personality disorders or have severe depression most of our lives.

If you have a sex addiction or know someone that does, they need more love not less. They need more understanding not less. They need compassion, love and healing. There is a reason for the pain. Yes, they have intense pain. The reason is that most sex addicts are this way because way back in their childhood they were molested by the very people that they trusted. Has horrible as it may be to imagine, molestation often occus before a child turns three years of age. When trauma occurs before the age of 3, they usually won't remember the incident.  The patterns are imprinted without any memory. The soul fracture happens without the mental memory.

Even as I type these words waves of energy are hitting me. This has been secret information up until now. We have not been privy to this understanding before now. There is a direct connection between our search for love through sex and sexual molestation.

Sexual molestation causes sex addiction.

Why?

When children are molested by those that they trust, a crack occurs in the soul and the emotional psyche. A false belief is set up because of this pattern. First of all, we become victims. Our parents most often are the perpetrators, but there could be others. Sadly, in some families, molestation of children goes back 7 generations or more. It could be a trusted grandparent, clergyman or babysitter. For many, of us molestation happens with more than one person in our lives. It is as if a neon sign appears on our forehead. This message or signal goes out into the universe and pedophiles recognize the signal. They are attracted to it. Which is why many victims of sexual molestation are often molested by more than one person. They/we often go on into our adult lives and continue to attract others who will victimize us. Some people molest others. When you understand the patterns that occur, it helps you to understand how our relationships suffer as a result of this atrocity.

Our Molestors

Those who molested us, were most likely victims of molestation. This pattern often stays in familes for many generations until one person stops it. Which is what I did for my family. Unfortunately, my own personal denial of who it was that did the molesting of me originally, caused my own children to be put in harms way
unbeknownst to me, until recently. No one wants their children to be molested. We have to be diligent, alert without being hypervigilant. Child molestors are fractured souls. They are in deep pain and suffer greatly. Some go to their graves with this in their hearts and may even be afraid to die. It is very sad.

Patterns:

  • Trust equals pain
  • People who love you hurt you
  • Suffering sorrow, grief, shame, humiliation can also equal sex.
  • Love equals sex.
  • Sex means love
  • Love equals betrayal of our trust
Trapped Emotions

I began doing healing work because I was in so much personal pain into my 30's. My life was filled with misery, anxiety, low self esteem depression, physical pain until I healed. I could not receive love because I had a block to it. My heart was closed and protected as a result of the fracture in my soul. It is why I became a hypnotherapist, energy healer and life coach. Sex can heal. Sex can be therapeutic.

I knew there were thousands more out there like me that needed what I learned from my own journey. People that could not do this alone. Even after clearing myself thousands of times having acupuncture, chiropractic, hypnotherapy, NLP, and many other healing methods used to heal myself, I found that there was a missing piece.

Feeling Numb?

Emotions become trapped in our cells, even within our genitals that can cause us to feel numb. Many women won't experience the complete bliss and release of a sexual encounter until the energy is cleared and released. Many people feel emotionally dead or even numb.

My first book, Odyssey Victim to Victory was written to help others see that there is light at the end of the tunnel. It is the story of my personal journey, realization and healing that totally changed my life and took me out of the dark. Sexual abuse and victimhood no longer define me. This book is a beginning of many people's journey into happiness, out of depression and victimization. For me, I was non-orgasmic into my fifties until I totally and completely healed the energy trapped in my physical body through Tantra. (This Tantric healing is detailed in my second book, Orgasm For Life.)

What Are The Signs Of Trapped Emotions?

  • sex addiction
  • rage
  • irrational emotions
  • emotional reactivity
  • being shut down emotionally
  • depression
  • sadness
  • anxiety
  • worry
  • low self esteem
  • betrayal in relationships
  • Obesessive Compulsive behaviors
  • control
  • fears
  • lying
  • cheating
  • unable to connect with another deeply
  • unable to orgasm
  • serial monogamy
  • obsessive masturbation
  • pornography addiction
  • attract partners who betray you
  • attract partners who victimize you
  • hate sex
  • can't get enough of sex
  • have a thing for anal sex - either really hate it, or can't get enough of it
There are others, but you get the idea.
There is Help

As a result of recent events in my own life I am offering a very special series. This is specifically created to heal sexual molestation and sexual addiction. It is a series of energy clearings, emotional release work and spiritual reparenting for people who have these issues. Currently I am doing a series of three sessions for $450. The total must be paid prior to the first session and only available through May 31st, 2015. I use 5 different healing methods for this release work. None of which is spell work. I work only with Divine energy.

SOS Healing Package

Each session builds upon the next. This series of three will only be availble through the end of May at this price. This offer is only good for people who are committed to doing the work necessary to heal these issues. I walk you through the process. Most of it is gentle and easy energy release work. The worst thing you might experience is the release of tears and letting go of the sorrow and grief. Your inner child is also healed. You will feel happier and more hopeful about life and relationships afterward.

SOS Healing Package

Yes, there was a reason for this article post today. I have the utmost compassion and respect for each of you on your journey. How Adventures and Travel Can Uplift Your Soul

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Today I embark on a 19 hour drive to Boulder, Colorado. My trip takes me through Los Vegas, Nevada, Arizona, Utah and so many beautiful sights. I travel alone with my dogs. It is one of the ways I connect with God and my guides. They speak to me
when I am away from my house, in the quiet of the road. My dogs love to travel with me, because we always walk along scenic paths, mountain trails and see many wonderful wild animals.

I share this with you because part of my joy comes from these adventures I go on. I have traveled all over the world alone and I am not afraid. On some occasions, I have gone on retreats with others. Travel lifts the soul. It opens you up to new ways of living, cultures and distant lands.

Please share my blog with your friends and loved ones. It is here to help us all grow and evolve. I love hearing from you about what you like, or don't like about what I write. I would love to hear from you. Here is my e-mail if you have a question or a special request.

For the next two days I will be driving. When you have a moment, send me a prayer, to keep me awake, alert and safe on the road. I always do before I leave. But it doesn't hurt to have others pray for you as well. There is so much power in numbers. Speaking of prayer, I do prayers for clients, those who need special help, are suffering or depressed. Prayer does heal. Prayer is powerful. On the road, I pray. I pray for my readers, my clients, my family and myself. I pray that I can get my message of love out into the world in a bigger way. If sex is the way that carries this message - then I am
good with that.

I love you,

Next time you hear from me, I will be in the mountains revelling in the beauty of God's wondrous place.

Gratitude and Generosity

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Writing a blog for one's own purpose is self serving. When I began this blog back in 2012, my ex-husband had just died. I had a huge shift in consciousness and awakening. I thought I had arrived! Whoa! We are always and in every way changing and growing. If we are not constantly looking within, releasing and working on ourselves, we become stagnant and stuck. In the three years I have been writing, I have listened to your feedback and I hope that this blog is something that continues to stir your heart, mind and soul.

Writing for myself, isn't the same as writing for others who read and get something out of what I write. I do hope you will e-mail me suggestions for new articles, or even questions you have that you think I might have the answer to. If I don't know, I will research and find it, or refer you to someone who does know. My gratitude today is for you. I had planned on posting something on Face Book about passing the word around about my blog, as on Sunday we were just shy of 60,000 hits. Today when I looked, there were 60,300 hits! This I owe to you! I am grateful for your time and following me.

My promise and commitment to you, is to do my best to be on top of news, studies and information that can assist you to heal, grow and evolve in your life and relationships. Passion is what compels me. Without my passion, I would feel half dead. If I can help you be more passionate, in love with yourself and your life, then I have done a good job. Being happy with you is the greatest gift you can give yourself. This is where I live and breathe. If there is anything I can do for you it is to help you heal the parts that feel broken, unworthy or undeserving. I can help you release the stuck emotion that keeps surfacing because you don't know how.

Generosity

What I have discovered about generosity is that when we feel in need, it is more difficult to give generously. When we are generous with our time and our money, we are much more generous with our love. Each of us is constantly working on our own issues, improving each day. (Hopefully)

Our Inner Child

As a life coach and healer, I use many different modalities in my work. The one thing I feel does the most good is inner child work. Over the years, I have seen men and women stuck in a paradigm. Whenever they get upset they revert to the little child that was hurt from an emotional trauma that we can't remember, or don't realize is still bothering us. If we don't do this inner child work, we continue to revert to this place of wounded child. When we get upset or into arguments with our partners, lovers or children, our wounding is what guides us. We are not able to be rational, loving and kind when we feel wounded. Instead we lash out.

Wounded People Wound Others

When we are wounded we lash out. We say things that hurt other people. It is like the little child who yells at his friend who has just
said his mother wears army boots. "Well then your mother is mean!" We just don't know what to say, but we want to hurt the other. We just can't help ourselves. It is an auto-response.

Check in today with your inner child. Ask him or her what it is they need. Play, connect and have fun with your inner child and tell them you are sorry you ever put them in harms way. This deep work will help you resolve the issues you still deal with today. The work I do is guided, gentle, loving and compassionate. Sometimes I am still wounded. I am still working and growing too. After all, I am as human as the next guy. I am not perfect, but I sure am happy. I have healed the dependency, the addictive personality, the obsessive worrier. I can help you do the same.

For the next 30 days I am offering a special 6 session deal. E-mail me to ask me about it. Tomorrow I travel to Colorado and will be

there for 10 days. I will be seeing clients in Colorado in person while there. While there I will be creating some new videos. Let me know what subjects you are interested in hearing about. This is for you!

Much Love,
Jennifer

Testosterone Shots Found To Cause Strokes and Risk of Heart Attack

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

NEW FINDINGS!

Like Deja Vu, this article had appeared earlier. I closed the wrong tab and my first musings replaced the full article. Hence this one has been re-written. I apologize for my blunder. I don't keep copies - lesson learned.

Our health is important. Taking responsibility for our own diet and exercise is a big part of this equation. When we gain weight and become inactive, the results are not pretty for any of us. The less activity, the more depressed and unhappy we often become. For men, the aging process has some unexpected surprises. 52% of all men experience erectile dysfunction at some point in their lives.

Most men want sex. Some want it so badly that they will go to great lengths to perform for their woman. Most doctors are hesitant to push, or suggest testosterone shots because of the high risk of prostate cancer and heart attacks. 2.3 million prescriptions for testosterone were written in 2013. Recent deaths attributed to testosterone injections have caused a subcommittee of the FDA to do a full-blown investigation into testosterone injections.

I urge you to read all the facts before you take or continue to get hormone injections of any kind.

Of the men who were taking testosterone injections for "low T," in this study, nearly half were also taking cardiovascular medication to treat high cholesterol, blood clotting, high blood pressure and chest pain. All of these cardiovascular prescriptions can cause issues with erectile dysfunction. Anti-depressants have a similar effect on men and women as well. A loss of libido can result to the point where neither gender is interested in sex at all. Hopefully, if this occurs, your relationship has enough substance and love in your foundation that you understand and act compassionately towards one another.

Aging causes changes in our bodies. Both men and women experience changes. It is a well known fact that women go through menopause. During per-menopause, women experience  a drop in estrogen and progesterone. Fatigue, mood swings,
weight gain, loss of libido and depression are symptoms of menopause and peri-menopause. Knowing what is happening can help us understand, it is normal.

Men also go through hormonal changes that cause their body to gain weight as well as lose muscle mass. When women take hormones, they run the risk of breast cancer, cervical cancer and even lung cancer. Men run a higher risk of prostate cancer with testosterone shots.

Other known side effects of testosterone injections are kidney failure and even loss of vision. Yes blindness may result from long-term testosterone treatments.

Healthy Diet

The cornerstone of good health into our Golden Years is a healthy diet consisting of lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Meat needs to be eaten in limited quantities, especially red meat. Hormones in meat today have created a food supply that has been tainted and changed to create an overweight society where diabetes and heart disease run rampant. Choosing healthy foods that we cook ourselves, rather than fast foods, and prepared or packaged foods is a healthier way to go.

Exercise

Keeping our bodies moving does more than keep our weight gain in check. Exercise also keeps our joints fluid, reduces stress and helps bring oxygen into our blood stream. The more sugar and sweet foods we eat, the more out blood clumps in our blood stream. Food additives that cannot be digested have no where to go, but our digestive tract and colon. They sit there waiting, brewing a concoction of toxins you would not want to swim in.

I recommend steering clear of packaged foods, fast food chains and sweets. Use healthy fats like coconut oil, olive oil and clarified butter over margarine or "butter substitutes." Read labels and avoid anything with corn syrup or high fructose. Our body cannot digest it - and it contributes to diabetes. Soft drinks and anything with sugar substitutes cause cancer. Avoid them all.

My family stopped drinking soda 15 years ago. Mexican soda is the only thing we Americans can get that does not have a sugar substitute in it. Foreign countries have banned the very ingredients that the FDA has approved for our consumption. We have to be
smart and read for ourselves. Just because it is easy does not make it good for you.

More greens, less sugar! Cook for yourself instead of rushing and just grabbing something to shove into your mouth. You are worth it. Treat your body as though your life depends on it, because it does!

Do Married Couples Masturbate?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Do married people masturbate? The answer is YES! Sometimes, however a wife who catches her husband masturbating may feel rejected. Why would you rather masturbate than make love to me? (Is her thought process.)
Having caught my own husband right afterwards, I have to say, I felt similarly at that time. He was refusing to have sex with me, choosing to masturbate instead - he was a closet homosexual. If this is the case, you can certainly feel rejected.

Often married people have different sexual drives. One may want sex daily, where the other only wants sex once every other week, or once a month. Masturbation can be a healthy alternative to relieve the sexual pressure that can build.

Huffington Post Live has an interesting interview about masturbating within the marriage.

Losing Your Erection

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

My weird sense of humor was coming through while writing this title. I was hearing the song, "Losing My Religion." Maybe losing your erection and losing your religion are similar. Both feel leave you feeling sad, frustrated and lost.

Although I have never lost an erection, I have talked to many men who have. The frustration over not being able to get a body part to cooperate can create a slew of issues within your relationship. Most women will be kind, considerate and loving. We move on quickly to something else. Men however, linger, obsess and beat themselves up.

Little Blue Pills

I am not a fan of little blue pills to fix anything. I prefer natural methods, herbs hypnotherapy, and Neurolinguistic Programming. I use several different methods to help men overcome anxiety about a penis malfunction. I recommend two to three sessions. One session can fix the issue - usually temporarily. Many men think they are good and then come back to me later, "You were right, I need another session!"

It is not about being right. The mind can obsess about an issue, plaguing you further and creating lost sleep and stress over something that needs to be let go of, rather than an issue to continue to beat yourself up over.

One Little Thought

Sex for many becomes all about technique and style. Am I good enough? Am I big enough? Will I be hard enough? All these queries cause doubt in your mind. LET THEM GO! Easier said than done? Meditate. Focus on seeing yourself full, engorged and erect, rather than focusing on petering out, so to speak.

One thought begets another, then another, and your thoughts create a spiral you can't get out of. It is better to stop what you are doing. Massage each other, or better yet, put a robe on and go get something to eat. A change of activity can be all it takes. Your woman may very well come up with a new idea that takes your big head out of the game, so your little head can erupt.

What To Do?

The more you fixate on their being an issue, the more issue you create. Like with any type of manifesting you have to focus on what you want, rather than what you don't want. Here is a way to get you out of this self defeating spiral.

  1. Change your venue. Moving from one room to another, feeding each other sexy juicy fruits, or giving her a massage can be all you need to get you out of your head. Doing something that mimics sex, will ignite the fire. Sometimes taking a walk - getting out of the bedroom and watching a movie is a better idea than banging away with a soft penis. Just stop. The more you try, the less it works.
  2. Think of things that turn you on.
  3. A sexy mouth, dripping with fresh strawberry juice, a hand massage, a red lipsticked mouth sucking on your fingers, thumb or toes can do the trick also.
  4. Watch a sexy movie together. Soft porn watched together can be a real turn-on. Some women, though are not into porn at all. There are movies that can turn a woman on, without being
    pornographic.
  5. Read erotica together. Having someone read to you, can get you to turn off the mind chatter and focus on something exciting, titillating and completely different than what your negative thoughts were creating. I intentionally wrote a section in my book. Orgasm For Life will turn you both on - get your copy here on Amazon.com
  6. Remember where you focus your energy creates more of the same. I know it is hard (sorry for the pun) not to think of the elephant in the room. A soft penis is much more embarrassing for the man, than it is for the woman. She has already moved
on, why don't you as well? Loving thoughts, rather than beating yourself up.

Shift These Three Things

Willingness: be willing to think in a new way.

Courage: Have the courage to think differently.

Faith: Have faith in the value of stepping out of your comfort zone
           and do things differently.

Great Sex

Great sex happens when you are totally in the moment, connected on all levels, rather than worried about are you big enough, good enough, or is your technique amazing? Get out of your head and into your heart for great sex. Move into your heart. Get into the feeling rather than thinking about technique. Blood pressure medicine, anti-depressants, diabetes and statins can all interfere with a man's ability to keep it up.

Read my post below on meditation. Meditation can shift you, raise your spirits and calm your mind. Your mind is not your friend right now. The thoughts you are thinking are helping to perpetuate your issue.

My purpose is to bring you the latest information to assist you and your partner have the best experience you can, while deepening your connection and the intimacy between you.

The best sex is when love and a powerful connection are present. Moving sex into the realm of sacred is my mission. If you enjoyed the article, please share it with your friends.

  1. You can't sleep through the night.
  2. Even when you do sleep you wake up tired.
  3. You crave unhealthy foods. While doing my taxes, I indulged in chocolate covered cookies and chocolate covered almonds. Although I loved those foods, I know that they cause acidity in my body and aren't good for me. Doing activities that stress us out cause us to turn to things that we know aren't good for us.
  4. Your sex drive resides in the toilet. Yup, not wanting sex is a sign your cortisol levels are too high.
  5. You get sick easily. Colds, flu, etc wave in the wind and you get them.
  6. You have gotten a beer gut and you don't even drink the stuff! Putting on weight around your stomach is a sure sign your cortisol levels are too high. When you have fat around your abdomen, that is also a sure sign of fat around your internal organs as well. Fat around your heart also means fat in your bloodstream, clogged arteries are on their way!
  7. You feel anxious.
  8. You feel blue, sad or depressed.
  9. Your gut acts up. This could mean constipation, bloating, diarrhea. Taking probiotics have little to no effect.
Adrenal Fatigue

When our cortisol levels are high for long periods of time, our adrenals are pushed. With high levels of stress, our adrenals dump cortisol into the bloodstream. Pushing our adrenals causes adrenal fatigue. No matter how much sleep we get, we still feel exhausted.

congruent brain waves - slow, round
When we have high levels of cortisol in our bloodstream we feel a sense of doom and gloom. Everything begins to look bleak because our serotonin production is minimized. Serotonin is one of our feel good hormones which help us feel happy, blissful and sleep well at night.

How Meditation Works

With reduced levels of cortisol your body works the way it should. With only 20 minutes of meditation a day, our bodies relax, slow down and feel safe. Our brain waves slow, becoming congruent, rounder and softer. With congruent brain waves, acidity in our body is reduced, serotonin is produced and stress hormones are curbed.

Quieting The Mind

Meditation is one of the things I thought I could never do because of mind chatter. What I found through years of practice is that most of us meditate from our brains. We need to be in our hearts to really quiet the mind chatter. Here are three different ways to quiet the mind and get into your heart so you can spend 20 minutes in peace, tranquility and harmony with ease.

1. Practise The Heart Connection

Place your dominant hand on the flat space above your breast/chest touching your collar bones. When you dip your chin, it will come into contact with your hand to let you know it is in the correct placement. Breathe into your hand slowly, 5 times. Exhale slowly and completely each time. This will help you connect to your heart. Your heart has it's own intelligence.

2. Count

Sitting in meditation in either a chair or on a pillow, count in your head to ten, slowly. Once you get to ten, count backwards to one. Begin to meditate from here. The counting gives your mind something to do and will calm the thoughts.

3. Eyes To Ceiling

This exercise works great but certainly stretches your eye muscles. Which actually can help to improve eyesight. Keeping your head level and straight, turn your eyeballs upwards towards the ceiling. Do not lift your chin or head. Only turn your eyeballs up towards the ceiling. Sit with your eyes lifted looking at the ceiling for five minutes. Begin to meditate from here. Close your eyes and turn your eyes under your closed lids towards your hairline. This will continue to keep your mind quiet.

Meditate

Sitting with your back straight in a chair or propped up in your bed, begin to follow your breath. Breathing out slowly, just watch as your breath goes out and comes in. With your eyes closed and a slight smile on your lips, begin to notice where your shoulders are. Relax them. Breathe in and relax your shoulders a little more. You will be surprised at how much stress you hold in your shoulders and neck. With each breath let go a little more. Begin with 10 minutes of sitting still and just breathing slowly.

With time you can add more time. I personally meditate with a mantra. I use the following mantras deciding which one to use as I begin to slow my breath.

Mantras

I am the light of The Divine inside me.

This mantra helps you recognize your own inner Divinity. Each of us is and holds a piece of The Divine within us. Which makes us Divine beings of light. This is a beautiful meditation which helps your come into contact with your own Divinity.

Om mane padme hom

This mantra means no more suffering. Great mantra, simple and easy to use.

Gayatri Mantra

Om , bhurbhuvaha svha
Tat savitur varenyanium
Bhargo devasyvya dimahi
Dhiyo yonah prachodayat

This one is my personal favorite. It has been used in India for thousands of years. It is said to lead to enlightenment and cleanse the soul. Certainly a beautiful mantra. You can follow Deva Premal below. I do this mantra 108 times or more. It will certainly bring you into a beautiful place of inner peace and harmony.

Sex and Meditation

Meditating can shift your mood faster than anything I know. Meditating before sex can allow two people to connect more deeply and profoundly than they have ever before. Each of your personal Divine selves shows up instead of the ego self. It is a beautiful place to begin making love.

My purpose is to bring you the latest information to assist you and your partner have the best experience you can, while deepening your connection and the intimacy between you.

The best sex is when love and a powerful connection are present. Moving sex into the realm of sacred is my mission. If you enjoyed the article, please share it with your friends.

Being Beautiful and Happy With You

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Being happy with you, the way you are is probably the biggest gift that you can give yourself. Teaching people how to love themselves is the cornerstone of my work. Why do I do it? Because I used to hate myself. I was filled with feelings of guilt, shame and unworthiness. I know how debilitating those feelings can be. They can take over our thoughts, create illness in our bodies and destroy our relationships. In essence love of the self is the biggest gift you can give yourself and your family. When you love and accept yourself the way you are, you become so much more of a benefit to everyone you come into contact with as well.

You can look good without having to spend a fortune. No matter how much money I make, I am thrifty without being squeaky. I used to spend thousands in one shopping spree. Since I healed my shopping addiction, I avoid malls and shop in small boutiques. Now I find great joy finding bargains at consignment shops for clothing and my home. I also shop at country antique stores. You would be surprised what you can find in those out of the way places!

My mother and I used to go to the trendy village of Yorkville, in Toronto where there was an abundance of high-end consignment shops. My mother taught me to look for well made clothing, rather than trendy styles.

I find that I have more compassion for others as well and can give more freely to those who need a little help when I don't spend every cent I earn on make-up and clothing. Giving to others also feels good. It opens our hearts. If we are generous with our money, we are more generous with love as well.

When you love yourself, you take care to get enough sleep. You do your nails not for your boyfriends or husbands, but because it makes YOU feel better about you. It does not take any longer to put real clothes on versus a sweat suit and will make you feel infinitely better about yourself as well. Dress for you. Dress to please yourself. Wear clothes that fit rather than hang on you. Many of us buy clothing that is too big, trying to hid behind a baggy shirt or top.

How Can I Love Myself?

  1. Get enough sleep. Don't stay up watching movie after movie and then drag yourself up to bed at 3:00 AM. Go to bed at the same time every night. Get up at the same time every morning. Your body will feel so much better for it. You will also have more of an interest in sex if you get enough sleep.
  2. Eat within the first hour of waking up. This will wake up your metabolism. When you wait hours to eat your first meal, your body thinks you are starving and will store more fat. You will also end up devouring muscle to feed your body. It is not a healthy cycle to get into. Eat within the first hour of waking.
  3. Exercise daily. Walk outside. Take your dog for a walk. Get yourself outside. Nature, fresh air and exercise will help you feel more valuable, and healthy. Moving is something that many of us stop doing as we age. It is exactly the opposite of what our body needs. Keep moving. Do it for you! Moving daily keeps your body well-oiled.
  4. Paint your toe nails. Even if you live alone, take care of you. Pamper yourself and give yourself a manicure. You don't have to spend a ton of money on a weekly manicure, do it yourself! Looking down and seeing your pink toe-nails can make you smile, feel pretty and even sexy!
  5. Recycle! There are tons of second-hand, nearly new consignment shops around. You can look smart without spending your paycheck. I buy better quality clothes second-hand than I could afford new. Many people buy clothes and
never wear them, recycling at consignment shops. You are doing two great things by buying from a consigner: you are helping out the environment and the seller by purchasing their cast-offs!
  6. Wear pretty clothes! If you wear clothes that are big, bulky and frumpy, you will feel big, bulky and frumpy! Dress for joy! I was recently in San Diego with a client. When I stopped by in my second-hand dress that made me feel - oh so happy, she noticed it too. She told me I looked sexy!
  7. Wear pretty night clothes. Sleeping in sweats makes you feel frumpy. Dress to feel happy, pretty but comfortable all at the
You might not stand like this, but it will make
    you feel pretty and sexy!
same time. I love soft fabrics, as well as comfort, but I always wear something pretty at night - for ME!
  8. Dress for you! Wear what you love and it will show. I don't follow fashion rules or trends. I wear what looks good on me and makes me feel good. I don't dress for anyone else than myself. I recommend wearing colors that suit you. Everyone has colors that they look best in. Stick to the color pallet that suits you best, rather than following color trends.
It is easy to sink into lower vibrational feelings, not shower, do our hair, makeup or dress attractively. When we continue to throw on sweats rather than something pretty, we can feel unattractive. Feeling good is an upward spiral. We think good thoughts, we feel better. We get up and shower, and that makes us feel better. We put on makeup and dress in something pretty that fits well and we feel even better.

Not dressing to feel good becomes a downward spiral. We wake up and feel bad, so we don't shower. We throw on sweats because no one will see us anyway and then feel even worse. Instead dress to feel good - for you. Shower to feel refreshed and positive for you. Do these things so that you feel better, more positive and your day will go better.

Focusing on the material is not what this article is about. Being materialistic is a very different discussion than the one we are having. When we are feeling depressed that is the very time we need to pull out the dress or outfit that makes us feel terrific, beautiful and attractive. Paint your nails not because you are going out - but because you are staying home and it makes you feel pretty, attractive and girly.

No matter our body type, we can find clothes that fit and make us look more attractive, which in turn helps us feel better. Clothes don't make us, but they can detract or add depending on how we feel in our clothing. When we throw a dress on instead of work-out clothes, or even a pair of crazy pants with fringe, we feel happy, glad to be alive and it shows.

Are You Finding The Love That You Want?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

In this 5:35 minute video you will find out how to attract the love you want. This video was created for Digital Romance TV. I hope you enjoy this video. Share it with your friends.

Finding Love

What do you need to do to attract a REAL lasting love? Get to know you first. What do you like. What do you love to do. We spend so much time getting to know the people we are dating - and don't even know ourselves! We have to know ourselves before we get to know a new partner.

  1. Fall in love...... with you first.
  2. Forgive everyone from past relationships. All ex's old partners. Do the Ho'oponopono Prayer starting with you.
  3. Relationship Matrix. This is what made me realized, way back when that I was not a victim. Write down your significant relationships (names) on the left. Then right the issues in each of the relationships across the top. Look at all of your relationships and see what the commonalities were. This is not about blaming your ex's. You are not a victim, remember. Release each one with love.
You can reach Jennifer for your discovery session (here)  to see if her work is a good fit for your intention to heal your life and relationships. Jennifer is a compassionate, loving catalyst who will get to the root of your issues, call you on your crap and keep you loving and honest with YOU! The number one person in your life from now on!

Much Love,
Jennifer
