I remember when I used to wake up at 3:00 in the morning and worry for hours. I worried about whether I could pay my mortgage, what new issues I would have with my ex-husband. I had looping thoughts that wouldn't stop. Until I found a better way. What I learned that helped me overcome anxiety, depression, illness and unhappiness changed my life.
