Breathing Into The Present To Enjoy Each Moment

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

When we aren't happy with our lives, we wish for the future or look over our shoulder longing for what might have been in our past. Either way, when we are focused on anything other than right now, we miss out on this moment.

When we are filled with self-loathing, or longing for what we don't have we miss out on what we do have. Having been there myself, I remember where my thoughts turned when I wasn't happy.

  1. We live with constant regret or longing.
  2. We focus on castles in the sky daydreaming of what we desire.
  3. We aren't breathing deeply, or affirming life.

I just finished reading a book while visiting my mother that I highly recommend. The book is called The Time Keeper. It is a profound and moving book once you get past the first ten pages. It is a riveting novel about time.

When we focus on not having enough time, wanting time to pass quickly or wishing time would stop we are not in the present. When we are young we long to be older, wishing time would pass quickly. When we are older we wish we had more time. Those that are happiest with themselves and their lives are focused on exactly where they are in this very moment.

If you aren't breathing deeply, you have low self-esteem. If you aren't breathing deeply you are not affirming life. If you aren't breathing deeply you wish you were or had something else.

Only when we are delighted with this moment, happy and grateful for what we have do we have harmony, peace, and fulfillment - which account for true and lasting happiness. JEM

What I Know For Sure

  1. Nothing is ever too late.
  2. Nothing is ever too soon.
  3. No one owns time.
  4. When you are measuring life, you are not living it.
  5. There is a reason God limits our days.
  6. There is always enough time.
  7. Each moment on this planet is precious.
  8. We create heaven or hell on earth by living in the past and future, or by living in the present moment.

Enjoy what you have. Love your life now and breathe into this moment, affirming your life and creating heaven on earth

You are perfect as you are.
You have a reason for being here.
You have a purpose.
You are loved.
You are never ever alone.

Enjoy this moment. Let go of trying to be something you aren't. Allow others to see you authentically, rather than attempting to fake who you are or what you love. Don't be afraid to be honest, there are no secrets in The Universe anyway.

I love you,
Jennifer

How Healing Yourself Heals Your Relationships

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

For more than half of my life, I was negative, blaming others, especially my mother, for what happened to me during my childhood. I complained about my life and circumstances. I felt unloved and unworthy. I was angry and resentful into my late 30's.

Following is a shortened version of how I found lasting happiness. It is my story of healing and metamorphosis. In 2012, I experienced a profound and life-changing awakening. It changed my life completely. Since that time, I have not felt a moment of fear, unhappiness, depression, loneliness, regret, guilt or shame. I am reprinting this article because it is a holiday and we often have issues with our family members and offspring during this time.

If you are looking for happiness, my story will help you. The key is when we find permanent happiness, our life circumstances, where we live, how much money we have and whether or not we are in a relationship has no bearing at all. None of those things bring you permanent happiness.

My parents worked hard and did the best they could. They provided a great home and food on the table. My mother cooked healthy meals every night of the week. However, the psychological aspect of a positive environment was missing.

My mother and father were products of their home environments. My parents were negative and dysfunctional. The critiqued and judged everyone. They had opinions on everything and were know-it-alls to outsiders. It is no surprise that I was negative and dysfunctional also. My parents were very dependent on one another. My father had an addictive personality. My mother felt unloved and unworthy (she was orphaned at age 5).

When a boyfriend commented on how critical and negative I was, after gathering with a group of his friends, I felt ashamed. It was a big wake-up call for me. It was "normal" for me to be negative. It is what I grew up with. It was "normal" for me to be a victim. It was what I was programmed with. Being a "Know it all" was from our overblown egos an overcompensation for insecurity.

I grew up codependent, negative needy and a victim. I attracted men who disrespected and further victimized me because I did not love myself. I had no idea that the reason I was in all these difficult relationships was because of ME! I had a huge aha moment after my third marriage ended when I downloaded a way to look at all of our relationships and find the commonalities. What a huge wake-up call! I was the common denominator in ALL of my relationships! I stopped blaming the men in my life and everyone else as well.

Our family of origin has a huge impact on our lives. We can continue to use the paradigm we were programmed with, or over-write the programming and create new patterns and grooves in the brain.
2014 with mom in Canada

Over time, I healed myself and forgave my parents for everything. This was a process that I repeated many times. I learned as I went. My self-study helped me find easier and faster ways to overwrite the negative programming. My healing happened over 30 years. Now I have love and compassion for my parents for all they did and taught me.  During my healing, I developed tools that helped give me the insight which allowed me to shift my perspective more rapidly. What I found that helped me, I knew could speed up the healing process for others. I teach my clients and workshop atendees how to use these tools also.

Material Wealth

I married a man who was handsome and intelligent. He had a very good business mind. He was able to create great wealth for our family. We had two beautiful children and a very affluent lifestyle. I had everything I had ever dreamed of materially, yet I felt so lonely and unhappy in my marriage. Though I blamed him for my unhappiness, I later realized I was a part of the problem, rather than the solution.

The material wealth did not make me happy, as I thought it would. In fact, all the wealth emphasized how unhappy I was with my life.

I was shown the contrast by witnessing that there was more to life than money. If money didn't make me happy, and relationships certainly didn't make me happy, I began to turn my focus inward to my emotions and inner turmoil. I learned that our relationships serve to mirror back to us what is going on inside.

Each Modality that helped me, I became certified in.

I began to meditate several times a day. I went to a Hypnotherapist and found how profound the healing was for me and how much better I felt. I wanted to share this with others. I spent thousands of dollars on coursework becoming first a Hypnotherapist in 1998, then course after course to become an energy healer, then I wnet to Bali to study the Akashic Records and became proficient at using my intuitive gifts to hear and get to my client's issues quickly. In 2011, after 22 weeks of study a challenging certification exam, I became certified in life coaching.

When I found a lump in my breast in 2011, I knew I had to do more forgiveness work with my mother. Cancer is all about deep hurt and long-standing resentment. I certainly had been resentful of my mother in the past. Finding breast cancer was a sign that I had more letting go to do on a cellular level. Breast problems are all about
refusing to nurture the self and putting everyone else first. During my codependent years, I certainly did that.  I changed my diet and did deep forgiveness work. I healed the cancer without surgery, chemo, or radiation. I changed my thinking. I loved and nurtured myself even more and forgave everyone.

Travel And Adventure

My healing took me around the world, from Toronto to Maryland, London, England, Atlanta, Georgia, India, Bali, Boulder, Colorado and the desert of California over 30 years.
On the Ganges River at dawn

Early on, I read Louise Hay's book, You Can Heal Your Life. I read Prescription For Nutritional Healing and began to heal my body. I had Fibromyalgia, Epstein Barr, an autoimmune disorder, depression, insomnia, anxiety and mind chatter. I discovered that my negative thoughts were killing me. I began focusing on changing my thought patterns. I focused on the positive. I worked diligently to think and feel positively. I heard for every negative thought, we had to think three positive thoughts to make up for it. I stayed diligent. My depression lifted. I began to sleep better. I felt more positive.

I went to see a hypnotherapist, in Atlanta. When I saw what amazing things Dr. Skillas did for me, I took his $3,500 course, and became certified as a hypnotherapist in 1998. After becoming proficient as a hypnotherapist, and  Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner I felt that there was something more. I still needed old patterns and beliefs cleared. I had several amazing sessions with an energy healer. I saw the profound effect immediately. I felt lighter, more focused, had more clarity and was infinitely more positive. My fears diminished. I decided to take her course. I went on take the advanced program of study as well. My vibration raised with all my energy clearings. As my vibration became higher, I began to attract more positive situations, people and circumstances into my life.

During my second energy healing course, I heard about Ascension a deep meditation practice that quieted the mind. My mind was filled with chatter. I knew this was for me. This had a great impact
on me. Instead of hearing monkey chatter all the time, my mind was quiet. My quiet mind trickled over into all areas of my life. I was more able to focus, work and sleep. I was thinking more positively. I had stopped blaming everyone for where I was in my life. Now my mind was quiet as well.

My Ascension teachers went to India to become Blessing Givers and trainers at the Oneness University. They taught a course on Oneness. I traveled to Black Mountain, North Carolina to take their course with my friends that took the Spiritual Response Therapy courses with me. I became a Blessing Giver. The Oneness teaching worked on getting us to a place of no-mind. Deepak
Chopra, Tony Robbins and many others have taken the Oneness Deepening course to become awakened.
Part of this involved forgiveness and healing of our relationships with our parents. For us to be healed, we have to heal all the way back to source, our childhood. I was no stranger to forgiveness, however, I had a very profound release when I did the work.

I traveled to India in 2006. I heard all kinds of fearful comments about my travel to India. I ignored what others said, as I knew it was for my highest and best good to go there. Four years later I went to Bali. Both of these places helped to propel me forward and open me up to love and acceptance, deepening my spiritual growth. In Bali, I studied with a Shaman to learn how to access The Akashic Records. I
Bali, Indonesia
visited a Balinese healer there. I loved Bali and India. Both helped unwind me, allowing me to let go of old mental constructs that no longer served me. I began to tap into the flow with my writing. I was able to channel information. Writing became easy for me.

In 2011, I wrote my first book, Odyssey Victim To Victory. This book was about my healing up until 2011. While doing chakra toning, I felt a pop and I had an awakening in 2011, then another in 2012. My life has never been the same. Loving myself, became the fastest way to heal all of my relationships. My compassion for myself brought compassion to others as well. The work I did on myself, translated into help for others struggling with breast cancer, self-worth and love issues. In 2012, I was guided to write a book about sex. I felt this was a departure from the self-love work, however, I was assured this was the path I must take. It took courage to take the leap into the sexual forum. I had plenty of experience, wisdom and understanding about sex and relationships. Orgasm For Life and my new radio show, All You Need Is Love, is a way to help others find the love they are looking for - within them.

I am no longer defined by my past. I recognize that everything that happened in my life was to help me evolve. All the pain, suffering and challenges helped to spur me on to dig deep within myself and unburden myself of all the pain. Instead of avoiding it, I walked through it. Now each day is an unfolding of more joy. I live in the present with a quiet mind. I feel completely content and fulfilled. I knew that my being happy was a step forward toward success in my business and in all areas of my life. The material does not hold the
importance for me it once did. I am happy with me. I am no longer looking for happiness, as it is always inside me. I feel whole, complete and manifest in the moment, helping others do the same. I have recognized that the thoughts we think create our reality. Instead of making closed-ended statements I often ask questions instead. Instead of beating myself up with disparaging and negative comments, I am kind and loving to myself. My thoughts are positive, loving and kind.

Most people when asked, feel that they will be happy when they have a certain amount of money, a relationship, lose weight or are successful. However, this is backward. Being happy will make you much more successful in everything you do including your relationships.

Happiness Facts:

  1. Happy people are more successful. It has been scientifically proven that happy people are 31% more productive in their work. Doctors that are happy have a 19% increase in accuracy
of diagnosis than those who are not happy. Our brain performs better when we are happy, then when we are stressed, neutral or negative.
  2. When we raise the level of positivity in the present, our brains perform better, our creativity is increased, our intelligence rises.
  3. Dopamine floods the brain when you are happy allowing you to adapt to the world in more positive ways. It turns on all learning centers so that you learn faster.
  4. Happiness absolutely rewires the brain.

Self conquest is the greatest of all victories. ~Plato
Here are my 5 secrets to creating happiness and harmony within, so that all your relationships are healed as well.

  1. Focus on you. No matter what is happening always turn your focus inward to the self. Ask yourself questions. "How did I create this? What have I been thinking to myself that would create these circumstances? Where else have I experienced this?" Outside circumstances (relationships) mirror what is going on inside us. If you are being triggered (upset) you are the one with the issue, not the other way around. No one can MAKE YOU FEEL anything that you don't allow yourself to feel.
  2. Take responsibility for your own happiness. No one can make you happy but you. Happiness is a choice. Choose to be happy every day.
  3. Forgive everyone. Holding onto grudges and emotions only hurt you. Forgive yourself first, then everyone else. If you still feel angry or resentful do more forgiveness work. You are the source of your pain and suffering. Do the Ho'oponopono Prayer below.
  4. Loving thoughts, loving words always. The thoughts we think today, create tomorrow's reality. Make your thoughts positive, loving and nurturing. Focus on what you want, rather than what you don't want. Meditate daily. Sit in quiet, chant (repeating a mantra). Mantras help the mind to become quiet and still. The simplest ones can be the most profound. Use a mantra all day in the background of your mind, rather than allowing your mind to run amok.
  5. Be grateful. Gratitude is one of the fastest way to open your heart. Being grateful for what you have, opens you up to receive more. Gratitude for each lesson learned allows you to recognize that you are not a victim, you are a powerful creator. Everything that is transpiring in your life is for your highest and best good. Life is working FOR you, not against you. It has been scientifically proven that when people think of two unique things to be grateful for each day AND write in a gratitude journal about an incident or experience that they are grateful for 21 days, that their brain will be rewired for happiness.

The Ho'oponopono Prayer

Repeat this prayer slowly for about 20 minutes, starting with
yourself. Always forgive yourself first. Then when you feel complete, move onto others, one at a time.

I am sorry

Please forgive me

I love you

Thank you

We learn the most about ourselves when we are in a relationship. Though many people avoid being in relationships because they are afraid of being hurt. Many people continue to live in a state of anger and resentment for what a past partner did to them. This is victim mentality and does not serve your highest and best. Sometimes, we blame others. The blame is misplaced. We are not victims, although at times we feel that way. We actually are creators. We create our life circumstances by the thoughts we think and the things we believe.

Harmony Outside Means Harmony Inside

Relationships mirror back to us what is going on inside ourselves. If you have conflict in your relationships the inner conflict you have inside you is what is causing it. To have harmony in your life and world, you have to have it inside of you first.

What you say to yourself and think creates your outer world and circumstances. If you say to yourself, "I will always be alone, there is no one for me." Your belief that you will be alone, will create you continuing to be alone. You are afraid of love. You are avoiding it with your thoughts. You are pushing love away. It can be scary to allow yourself to be vulnerable, or let someone be close to you. Fear can keep love at bay. Our fears can be cleared. Our patterns can be changed. Jennifer is masterful at guiding with compassion, helping your focus be soft, positive, compassionate and loving.

The 3 Secrets To Self Mastery

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Can you Imagine a life without struggle? Imagine for a moment that you are in harmonious interaction with life. The word struggle no longer exists for you or your life. You flow effortlessly. Things happen easily and effortlessly for you. Events occur that may have presented challenges for you in the past, but you are able to navigate these challenges easily, knowing you are supported by The Divine and The Universe.

You have an internal knowing that moves you beyond doubt into steadfast and unshakable faith. You know you are supported. The evidence of this support is all around you, in everything you do. The bliss and serenity is evident inside of you. Stillness is what guides you. You are Guided and inspired daily, motivated by this invisible force within you. You are in alignment with your Divine purpose and the will of The Divine. You have become a Master. The most powerful degree of your life.

You no longer push or force things to happen. You allow others to have their own experience of life without trying to "help" or change them. You know that the path that you are on requires a letting go of resistance and force. Non-action is your path. The state of BEING is a state of non-resistance. Surrender is a state of allowing.

“The true path to mastering life is though non-action”

Whether you study or follow a tradition, spiritual path or religion a common thread flows through all ancient wisdom and philosophies.
Relaxing into life and "just being" is the path to mastering life through non-action. The Western World thrives on action. Most people are in a state of "DOING" fourteen hours a day. This state pushes your energy instead of flowing. DOING is similar to the salmon swimming upstream. The salmon pushes against the flow, forcing with their own energy to move forward in a direction that is counterintuitive to being in the State of FLOW. DOING is exhausting. When we are in a state of DOING we are often also attempting to get others to do our bidding, we may even try to CONTROL others.

There is ease and Grace which flows through life when you begin to ALLOW or JUST BE. Self-Mastery has a strong foundation that everything else flows from. Non-action (Self-Mastery) requires you to do three things. Once you shift these in your life, ease begins to flow rather than dis-ease. The three non-actions are: TRUST, APPRECIATION and to  JUST BE.

Trust

Allowing: Each person is having their own experience. Allow them their experience. Perhaps their actions or inaction does not match yours, but that's okay. You allow everyone to have their own experience rather than trying to make them behave a certain way. Others make choices that may impact you. You choose for yourself rather than for others. You no longer attempt to control others or your environment.

Surrender: Surrender is an act of relaxing into faith. You have faith that things will work out for the best, because they always do. You let go of the need to push, prod or make things happen, because you know life is happening automatically. Surrendering to a higher power allows light into a situation that appears without resolution in your mind. Allowing nature to take care of itself is surrender. There is always a higher wisdom at work. When we surrender we allow the natural order to take care of itself. Miracles happen when we surrender.

Flow: Being in the state of flow is like taking your hands off the steering wheel and allowing nature or a higher power to right itself. Flow offers no resistance to life and circumstance. Our minds create stories which create beliefs and absolutes which block the natural flow where ease and Grace occurs. When you offer no resistance things take care of themselves effortlessly and magically. This is where miracles occur.

Courage: It takes courage to take the first step out of your comfort zone. When your fears grip you, but you step into the void of unknowing, you trust a higher power to step in and take over, carrying you to the next invisible step across the cavern of unknowing. Your will merges with that of Divine will helping you cross in safety.

Positivity: Leaning in to the positive trusting that all will be taken care of, as it always is, brings light into an otherwise scary or challenging situation. Choosing to stay positive allows the infinite opportunities to flow through, bringing ease and flow. Negativity blocks us from forward movement. It is easy when we have little or no information to turn towards negative thoughts. These thoughts do not empower, they cause us to be small, fearful often hitting a wall.

Gratitude: There is no faster way to shift your mindset and heart than to find something small to be thankful for. Even if you feel you have nothing, you are alive. You might even have food, a roof over your head or people who love you. No matter how difficult things are for you right now, I guarantee if you sit for a moment and give thanks for what you do have, you will be surprised at how much you have. When you express gratitude your heart opens, you raise your energetic vibration to that of LOVE. When you are in a state of Gratitude and LOVE, more good will flow to you. Gratitude always nets you more to be grateful for!

Perspective: The way you view yourself and life is everying! A small shift in your mind-set to gratitude changes your perspective on everything else. You are expanding the light within you, opening to receive more, all of this shifts your energy field and perspective. You will begin to see things differently. You will begin to look up, rather than down where all you see is dirt, negative and sorrow. A slight shift in perspective allows miracles, magic and the impossible to occur.
Forgiveness: The act of forgiving does amazing things to your heart. It lightens the way you feel about yourself and everyone else. Your burdens become fewer and you begin to feel love for others where there was none. You see things from a different perspective - didn't I say perspective is everything.

Compassion: The ability to see things from another's perspective allows you to try on their shoes. You feel compassion for others and their plight. Compassion opens your heart even more.
Inner Peace: Letting go of past hurts and suffering leads you to appreciate your life and the beauty of it all. Forgiving others, being grateful for what you have all opens your heart to receive more. Stillness comes in where there was once mind chatter and chaos. Bliss, happiness and joy bubble up from out of nowhere. When you appreciate life you begin to live in a serene state of blissful peace and fulfillment.

BEING

Meditation: Sit in silence focusing only on your breath. There are many forms of meditation I hear all the time, "I can't meditate."  Meditation is simply sitting in silence, taking one step inside your heart and breathing. Meditation is not prayer. It is being with yourself, your Divine and the quiet. Meditation is stillness. Sitting still, breathing slowly and mindfully. Mindfulness is simply breathing and being mindful of what is happening. You can watch my meditation video on Divine Presence Process MeditationYou Tube here.

Presence: Giving presence or offering presence is being without the act of doing. The simplest act of breathing slowly and deeply will ground you in the present. You are not focused on the past, nor the future. You are in this moment now. Breathe slowly and deeply and you will come into the present moment. Now. Again. Now.

Realisation: Raising your awareness, being the witness and breathing allows you to be present. In this state the stories that used to fill your mind become less and less. Thoughts, beliefs and emotions have less power over you. The fewer illusions (stories) the more realisation that you have. Grounded in the present fully, in reality, rather than fiction or ego.

Clarity: The state of being present brings greater clarity and focus. When the mind chatter falls away, you no longer see through a haze of mental constructs and stories. You begin to see and experience truth.

Connectivity:  Since you are a multi-dimensional being, you are connected to all that is, including the Universal or Divine Mind. All the information of The Universe and The Divine is yours when you live in the present without the mind chatter. A pool of resources become available to you when you are connected. Your intuition, manfestation and intelligence takes on a brighter hue.  The limitless pool resides within you. Hence, everything you ever need is inside is true.

Living Pain Free

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

When I was negative and self condemning, I suffered from sickness, Fibromyalgia, auto immune disorders, insomnia and body pain. I was sick often, depressed and had no idea that my thoughts were making me that way. It was not until I began to love myself completely (even those parts that aren't perfect- and yes, I do have them..... ) that I was then able to look back and recognize that I was pain free. All my illness, depression, insomnia and illness took care of itself when I stopped being negative, thinking negative thoughts, loved and accepted me, as I was.

Loving and accepting yourself has nothing to do with being perfect, or striving for perfection. I know I am not perfect and am fine with that. I recognize my faults and flaws, I just lovingly accept them. One of my son's friends expressed frustration with me for being openly accepting of my faults - she was angered that I wasn't striving to be ultimate perfection. Instead I was okay with having ADD.

Today, I continue to live pain free. I had a conversation today with a man who is literally half my age. His knees hurt, his elbows ache and he has pain throughout his body. Most people would look at me and say, "Well sure you don't have pain - you have never worked hard a day in your life!" That's not true. I owned and operated For Heaven Scapes, Ltd in Atlanta, Georgia, from July 1st, 2001 till October, 2011. During that time, I
loaded sod, equipment, raked, shoveled, cut, trimmed, pruned, mowed, designed and installed hundreds of clients' landscapes, working harder than most, but not all of my men. I lifted bales of pine straw, bags of fertilizer, and loaded my trailer all by myself every day. I usually unloaded it alone as well, at the end of the day. I worked harder than most men for eleven years.

I had commercial properties and residential properties. I was on the job every day, running the crew, planning, installing and working. I was not an absentee business owner. I worked in all kinds of weather, the hot horribly humid summers of Atlanta as well as the cold. I bent, on my knees, working hard.

The reason I am pain free is because I think loving thoughts about myself. I do not beat myself up any longer. When we think acid thoughts we create acidity in the body. An acid environment creates an environment for disease. Letting go of these negative thoughts alkalizes the body. The pain in the joints diminishes, until it is completely gone. I am not the raging negative and critical person I used to be. Instead, I speak my truth, compassionately and lovingly. I feel my emotions fully, rather than stuff them. I am respectful of myself and others. On top of running a landscape business, I took care of a green cemetery and the10 acres that I lived on.

It is possible to live pain free into your Golden Years. Here is how I do it.

  1. Wake at 5:30 AM. Say prayers of Gratitude for being alive, vibrantly healthy and having work that I love to do every day. I say prayers for my clients, expressing my gratitude for them.
  2. Drink a large glass of alkaline water.
  3. Make my coffee. Yes, I drink coffee, because I like it. I always bless everything that I eat or drink. No sugar. Just some half and half.
  4. Feed my cats and dogs, give the kittens their bottles. Then drive out into the desert where it is quiet and walk in silence for an hour. I leave my cell phone in my car. I envision my book Orgasm For Life as a Global best seller, every day. I give thanks that it is so.
  5. Drive back home, thanking The Universe for all that is happening - new radio interviews, meeting a literary agent by chance (ha ha ) today. The additional likes on FaceBook, my new clients, great feedback on my book.
  6. Eat breakfast. Either oatmeal with coconut milk and almonds, or two eggs cooked in coconut oil with with sauteed kale, curry and Indian spices (no breads or bacon).
  7. Write my blog. I usually get ideas while walking in the desert. Writing is one of my joys. I love it. I do my best to write something every day. Post my blog to FaceBook, Linked In, Twitter and Google.
  8. Begin doing sessions with my clients. In between clients do clearings for phone clients and those who come through the Internet. Giving back to The Universe creates good karma for me. I do charity work for some.
  9. Call my kids, one of my brothers or my mother. Find out what is happening in their lives. Check in with my friends in between clients. Relationships are important to me. I stay in touch with family on a regular basis. My kids and I share a close but balanced relationship.
  10. I usually have two more meals during the day between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
  11. Go to bed when I can't keep my eyes opened. Say prayers of Gratitude before falling asleep. Do Ascension Attitudes, fall asleep before I get to the third sphere. (This is a process of meditation I have been doing since 2007. It quieted the mind for me.) I do Ascension every day.
  12. Sleep till I wake up at 5:30 AM.
I NEVER cook in the microwave. I stopped using a microwave to cook foods almost 20 years ago. Microwaves kill foods. Try this experiment. Take plain water. Heat it up to high. Let it cool and water a plant with it. Do this whenever you water and your plant will die. The Microwave action kills whatever it heats up. Please don't torture your plants.....  just heat and cook foods on top of the stove or in your oven.

I was asked to add what I DO EAT.

veggies lots of them - raw and cooked
broccoli
kale, raw and sauteed
brussel sprouts
cabbage - raw and cooked
beets on occasion
raw - salads
lots of avocado - one a day
Dakon radish
red radishes
sweet potatoes with cinnamon - cocoanut oil and coconut shredded
celery
blueberries
apples
pears
cinnamon
ginger - raw on salmon
strawberries in small amounts - too acidic

What I don't do

  1. Don't eat cheese, pizza or drink soda.
  2. Don't eat sugar, carbohydrates like regular breads, cookies and all processed foods.
  3. I do not eat fast food at all. Haven't in almost 20 years.
  4. Never consume anything with high fructose.
  5. Stopped eating ice cream and pie.....  have more energy!
  6. Do not microwave food or beverages.
  7. Don't sit around for hours on end in front of the television.
  8. Don't read the newspaper or watch the news. I stopped reading the paper over 20 years ago. I stopped watching the news when Princess Diana was murdered.
  9. Don't believe everything I read or hear. I check in with my internal guidance and feel whether what I am hearing is the truth or not.
  10. I don't complain, bitch or moan about life's events.
  11. I don't gossip about others.
  12. I don't blame anyone for anything that is occurring in my life. I take personal responsibility for what is happening.
  13. I don't push my energy to make things happen. I go with the flow. I ask The Universe to step in and assist with big projects - like making my book a Global Best Seller! I can't do this alone.
  14. I will take another walk in the evening or go to the fitness club and swim several times a week.
  15. I appreciate the cashier, car wash attendant and all I encounter. I use their names when I can see them.
  16. I revel in the beauty of life and the planet appreciating
  17. I laugh at my ridiculous self; how I often make things much harder than they need to be and laugh at myself often.
  18. I might have 1 beer once a year, more if I feel I want to. Drinking alcohol is not something that I do often. I had a case of beer in my fridge for over 2 years.
  19. I am not opposed to the occasional marijuana use for others. For me - it just doesn't work. Marijuana impedes my connection to God. It throws my body off and my aura gets dingy and yucky. It creates holes in the aura which allow attachments in. Steady use allows the bigger attachments that use the letter "D." Although I grew up through the 60's and 70's daily use of a substance is an addiction folks. Let's just be clear. Marijuana can heighten sexual experiences and help a woman get beyond one orgasm more easily. This is true. I just don't recommend getting intoxicated with any substance. Small doses. 1 glass of wine on occasion. 1 toke on occasion.  If you have to have it everyday - its ______(that's right everyone - addiction!) It is just not for me.
I play music on occasion, but prefer my house to be quiet. I connect better without a lot of distractions. However, on occasion I will put on Pandora and listen to either Journey and other similar artists from the late 70s to 80s, or play an Indian chanting station and listen to Satnam Kaur and others like her.

Supplements I Take

Everyone is different. Digestion for many is difficult these days because our food does not contain the enzymes it used to. I take enzymes to help digest my food better. My vitamins are anti-aging and high quality. If your vitamins are hard, pressed and sound like concrete when you shake the jar, just know that you are only getting about 10% of the vitamin. I recommend either soft gels, or capsules that contain powder. Which is the case with vitamins by Pharmanex. At night I take Magnesium. It takes care of restless leg syndrome - without having to take a chemical and helps with elimination (you know your morning constitutional). If you are not moving your bowels after each meal, take Magnesium. Food needs to be processed out - otherwise your body becomes toxic holding waste inside too long.

I drink alkaline water (when I can). Pure, clean water without chlorine, and fluoride is important. Fluoride shuts down the pineal gland which helps with intuition, becoming enlightened and being God Realized.

Life-Pak Nano By Pharmanex - vitamins for the "older crowd"
Vitality ageloc By Pharmanex
Digest More Enzymes before a meal
Adrenal Fatigue Fighter (on occasion)
Probiotic
Vitamin D3
Magnesium at night - I have no sleep problems

Other Spiritual Activities

I meditate sometimes in the desert with my dogs. If it is too hot early in the day, I will come back and meditate, most days, but don't when I don't feel like it.

My work by nature is Spiritual. I put good karma in my karma bank every day. I pick up trash and bottles in the desert and on the street when I see them. I have adopted strays that have been abandoned. Life is good. My daughter moved out two weeks ago, and I am reveling in the peace, and solitude in my home. It is far better than I ever imagined.

My life gets better every day. I focus on the positive and more positive flows. I listen to the guidance I receive, trust it and follow what I am told. This guidance has brought me new clients, 4 little kittens a Chuweenie (puppy), saved my truck and trailer from complete decimation (just to name a few) as well as helping me create my new book, Orgasm For Life.

I no longer fight or ignore God, or my guides. I have aligned my will with The Divine. I do what is asked of me. I know I am rewarded for my trust. I feel full, complete and passionate each and every day. I love how my life is unfolding and I sleep peacefully at night.

Part of my healthy body is moving, walking and talking to God out in the desert. This week I am traveling to Boulder, Colorado to work and see some of my old clients, friends and family. I will take time off to sit in a hot tub under the stars, play ping pong with my kids and generally enjoy myself. I work very hard on my business, but also have the ability to stop and relax as well.

I know who I am, what makes me happy and do what I love often. I take trips often, traveling to places I love. I spend time out in nature when away from home. When I walk I do not listen to headphones or have an ear piece in my ear. I disconnect from the outer world and go inside. I listen to the wild meanderings of my heart and follow them whenever I can. My life is far from mundane, yet it is simple. I have few belongings. I have let go of those pieces, articles and photos that do not bring me joy or peace.

I am at peace with myself and God. I love my life. My work fulfills me. I am perfectly fine alone. I do not long for other's company, nor do I feel alone, or lonely. I can enjoy myself with a crowd or another couple. I am in harmony with my world. This inner harmony has created harmony in my outer world as well. I have great connections with those people I encounter and live in the moment now.

This week I am traveling to Boulder, Colorado. If you would like to see me in person you can connect with me through my e-mail below. I am doing Akashic Record Consultations and working on my third book.
