Love Affair: As Serious As A Heart-Attack

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Part II

My navigation system had me driving in circles for over 30 minutes. After my third circuit traveling on the same stretch of road, I asked why I kept going in circles? Then I recognized the symbolism. I realized I had just come full circle. This weekend was as if we stepped back in time. Our faces and bodies looked different. We had many more experiences. I wondered how much he had learned. What would be different, would we still enjoy each other? How much had each of us changed? I would find out very soon. I finally recognized the symbolism and was able to make my way to the off-site airport parking lot. I parked my car and took the bus to the LA airport.

Outside the terminal, a throng of people filled the sidewalk spilling over onto the road in front of the building. No one was allowed to enter. The entire terminal building was evacuated before I got a chance to check in.

An abandoned bag threatened the safety of travelers and was subsequently blown up inside the building by TSA security. I doubt it ever made the news. I had visions of newly purchased Victoria Secret lingerie flying through the air. When the dust settled, and the dangerous lingerie had been terminated, we were permitted to check in. An interesting foretelling of what was to come. Fortunately, I had allowed extra time. I was going to need it today, the lines were long, snaking through the International terminal.

My flight to Toronto was uneventful except for a little turbulence over the Colorado Rockies. I waited an hour and a half for my luggage to arrive. A mechanical in our baggage compartment meant our luggage traveled on another plane. I wondered about everyone’s personal baggage. Was theirs lagging behind them also?

After clearing custom’s and Immigration, I walked outside scanning the waiting crowd for my wedding date. I turned around at the end of the ramp where I found him smiling at me. He asked me about my eyesight, “Didn’t you see me, you looked right at me?” He took my bags, rather than allow me to struggle with them on my own. This was a departure from other men I had in my life. Many men make the mistake of thinking strong women don't want help. Even the strongest of people need assistance at times. I recognized the difference.

We chatted as we walked to his car, catching up on my trip, and my family’s invitation for dinner. The wedding marathon weekend had begun. A quiet cup of tea and some downtime with my date to catch my breath and talk would have to wait. Instead, we drove to my niece’s home to attend a dinner for the entire wedding party.

Two and a half hours later we arrived at his new home. I was given the royal tour. His fridge was loaded with all my favorite food and drink. He listened to me. If I asked a question, he answered. I felt welcome, cared for and revered. He was glad to have me semi-captive. The fire was still present, even though 40 years had passed. Our compatibility and comfort with each other eased both our minds. Our conversation was as open and easy as it always was. My memory of past events seemed to be more vivid than his. Perhaps it was his feeling of regret? He asserted breaking up with me was not a stellar moment from him. He had regretted it ever since.

From the time I set foot on Canadian soil, there was a flurry of activity, driving from one family gathering to another. We visited my mother outside Toronto on Friday afternoon, returning the following day to escort her to the wedding. My date was a planner, ensuring all the details were taken care of, outfits ready for the wedding. Cufflinks were purchased. He wanted everything to be taken care of in advance. He made every effort to accommodate my wishes and requests. We dressed and drove with my mother to the wedding.

Our history together created a foundation for us. We had a past, even though it was long ago. We reminisced about Air Canada flying, our children, people, and places. My family remembered him. The wedding was beautiful, even on a rainy day. The rain reminded me that nothing is perfect, no matter how hard we might try. Rain on a wedding day meant a contingency plan, we were inside instead of outside in the beautiful pastoral setting. My mother complained about the noise. I recommended that she remove her hearing aids. She refused. She continued to complain about the noise. I have a theory if someone complains but won’t do anything about their situation, there is little you can do to help them. Things will assuredly become worse for them. It is a desire to suffer that causes increased suffering.

My date and I worked together on the wedding games provided, keeping an eye on my mother. I watched her grimacing as the evening wore on. I suggested a trip to a quiet corner so she and I could talk. By about 8:30 PM my mother complained about a pain in her chest. The right side of her chest hurt, rather than left side. The groom walked by and asked us if everything was okay. I explained. He suggested his groomsman who was a paramedic stop by and talk to her. I welcomed his help. We both learned that the symptoms of a heart attack for an older woman were vastly different than for a younger one. He asked many questions and closed with, “It’s hard to tell without tests.”

Not long after the groomsman spoke to us, we began to say good-bye and prepare to leave. The rain continued to fall. A quick walk to the car exacerbated my mother’s condition. Half-way to her home, she suggested we go to the hospital.

Our hearts are meant to love. If we shut our hearts down, whether from a broken heart or a traumatic event, the blocked energy will inevitably create issues. My mother never recovered from being an orphan at 5. She continued to tell her story to anyone who would listen. It governed her spending. “I didn’t have anything when I was a child.” At 93 she was still compensating for love unrelieved as a child by buying herself clothes. She looked lovely on the outside, but her heart was closed and cold. Her heart was called her to let go of the pain. She was so stuck in her paradigm of suffering, it was unfathomable for her.

At the end of this beautiful representation of mutual love - Sarah and Trevor’s beautiful wedding, we found ourselves in the emergency ward. Two hearts joined together in holy matrimony, one heart blocked, in constant pain. By 3:30 AM we were home knowing my mother would be undergoing surgery for a pace-maker and angioplasty. A make-shift fix for her broken heart that never healed.

Coconut Oil Boosts Testosterone Improves Sex Life

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Coconut oil was once on the American Medical Associations, no-no list. Which is not surprising to me. I don't believe everything I hear or read. I always check in with my own guidance to decide what is best for myself and my health. I suggest others do the same.

Coconut oil once fed to pigs, that led to the discovery that it caused them to lose weight. Coconut oil will prolong your life, help brain
function as well as cure candida. It is now a must have for those who know all about it's anti-fungal and antiseptic properties, never mind the magic of weight loss. I use it to cook my eggs in the morning, curries, and even for a sexual lubricant. Oh yes, coconut oil in the morning, noon and night! Don't like the taste? I have tons of ideas for you to get your two tablespoons a day here. Just read on...

Here is the list of medically proven qualities of this magical oil:

  1. Burns fat. Yes, it is a fat, but it is wonderful for weight loss while it gives you so many other health benefits. Use two tablespoons a day to reduce belly fat in 3 months. Belly fat is a sure sign that you have fat on your organs which is a sign you will have heart problems down the road. Use coconut oil to alleviate heart issues.
  2. Brain boosting. Oh YA! Alzheimer's no more with this amazing oil. The brain is about 60% fat. It needs fat to work efficiently. Proven in the 2006 issue of Neurobiology of Aging to have increased brain function within 90 minutes of treatment, due to the chain of
  3. Sunscreen
  4. Sexual lubricant. Works great, rejuvenates the cellular tissue and prevents candida! It even tastes great. Read my book for more info
  5. Antifungal. Will help reduce overgrown yeast in vagina, brain and fingernails.
  6. Antibacterial. Use on cuts, bruises and painful place on the body. Helps to heal more quickly with less scarring.
  7. Youthing. Stimulates production of collagen. Any woman over 45 knows that as we age, collagen production is reduced. Use it
all over the body for anti-aging and healing effects.
  8. Anti-inflammatory, fever reducing, analgesic (pain reducing).
  9. Testosterone BOOSTER! In experiments done on rats, reduced oxidative stress on testes, boosting testosterone. NO VIAGRA!
  10. Reduces swollen prostate.
  11. Improves blood lipids. Improves LDL: HDL ratio.
  12. Improves Bone Health. Reduces oxidative stress on bone, reducing bone loss.
  13. Anti-ulcer. Coconut milk is better than cows milk for reducing ulcers.
Recipes With Coconut Oil

About Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

E-mail Jennifer

It is my mission to help others love themselves fearlessly so that they can live happy lives, in healthy balanced relationships. My goal is to help married couples overcome the baggage of yesterday, remind them of the love that brought them together, and help them clear the blocks and limiting beliefs that have them stuck. Relationships involve sex, love, appreciation. I help remind you of those values.

Today, I love myself fearlessly. Yes, I live every day happily in joy, without fear, anxiety, worry loneliness or depression. YES, I can help you do the same. I help men with issues of ED, self love, boundaries and passion.

In the past, I have been unhappy and miserable in marriage and out. On a spiritual path since 1970.  I traveled to India, then Bali in 2011. I experienced a series of events that led to my awakening and self actualization. These events help my clients, as I am focused on them, rather than myself. My focus in my life coaching and energy healing practice is to keep marriages and relationships together. I have learned what it takes for a healthy relationship to succeed. I do this for all of humanity. Love is what is missing in most marriages. We blame, nitpick, critique our partners, when what we need is compassionate understanding and more love, rather than less!

Traditional therapy did not work for me. I knew there had to be another way. My sense was that it ends more marriages than it saves. This is due to the fact that old hurts are brought up repeatedly, keeping both parties in complaint mode. When the focus is on the negative and old issues, moving forward, shifting behavior is next to impossible. One party ends up being wrong.  Patterns, beliefs or programming that don't serve are not cleared. There is often no change in behavior. Staying the same, does not bring healing. We have to shift our thoughts, release old patterning or programs as well as communication style for healing to occur. Shifting thoughts and patterns is where the magic comes in of my work. If you are serious about being happy, making your marriage work, becoming enlightened, or discovering your path, Jennifer is your woman. Experienced, compassionate, understanding, committed to your healing, she will drill to the center of the issue, without blame, condemnation or judgment. She has been where you are and understands what it feels like to have:

low self esteem
anxiety
fears
depression
worry
perfectionism
lack of clarity
codependence
ADD
addictions
sexual dysfunction
sex addiction
loneliness (even within a marriage)
emptiness
feeling broken
unworthiness
worthless

All of these are just some of the issues Jennifer has healed in her own life. Enlightened in 2012, she is a catalyst for your healing, through her Divine connection. No religion, or beliefs required. Just pure love and understanding.

Sex As Medicine

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Grammy award winner Marvin Gaye sang about sexual healing back in 1982. What most people are unaware of is that sex heals. We know of sex as a release from the build-up of tension for men. Women also, reap wonderful health benefits. What most people are unaware of is that sex leads to mental, physical and spiritual health. When our bodies relax post coitus, we sleep better. Resentment, anger and agitation are released. It is hard to stay angry when your bodies are entwined in surrender.

Surrender, is the art of letting go. In order to have an orgasm you have to let go of thoughts, stress, anger and your long list of to-do items. You can't orgasm hanging on for dear life to control, manipulation or fears.
Friend and sexual educator, Devi Ward has written and talked about sex as medicine for some time. She shared her thoughts with me. I have included a whole chapter on the medicinal qualities of sex (Chapter Six) in Orgasm For Life, my new soon to be Global Best seller! Following the previous link will take you to Amazon.com to purchase it.

Sex is Fun

Because of the way I was raised, it took me a long time to realize that sex was not always serious, but could be fun, a time of laughter and connection between two people that deepens intimacy, creates a stronger bond between two people and makes you feel amazing, in ways nothing else could!

A Touch Of Enlightenment

Wanting to increase energy in your pineal gland? Have an orgasm. When you follow the energy that rises up through the central channel through the spine and culminates in the frontal lobe of the brain, you experience a touch of God. Which is why so many people say, "Oh God! Oh God! Oh God!," when they are in the throws of ecstasy.

The Health Benefits of Sex

My 92 year-old mother suffers from migraines. I tell her all the time, that all she needs is an orgasm and it would take care of the pain. She laughs, but doesn't take my advice. Here are some great health benefits you probably didn't consider when you said "No!" the last time it was offered.

Sex helps you live longer. Men who have sex twice a week have been reported to live 50% longer than men not having sex at all.
  1. Sex increases cardiovascular health.
  2. Sex lowers blood pressure.
  3. Natural pain reliever. Sex reduces pain up to 50% and will not cause liver damage like other pain meds do.
  4. Tightens the abdominal muscles better than a gym work out.
  5. Relieves stress. 75% - 90% of all health issues are stress related. Sex is 10 times more effective than Valium for relieving stress in the body.
  6. Better than drugs! An orgasm activates the same part of the brain as pain, releasing the natural FEEL GOOD hormones of the brain.
  7. Neurons get excited too! Endorphins flood the space between the nerve cells and inhibit neurons from firing. This acts as an analgesic for the body.
  8. Regular sex keeps the male and female genitalia from atrophy. If too much time passes between sexual encounters, sex hormones drop in production. Regular sex keeps the hormones actively producing.
  9. Sex keeps your penis and testicles from shrinking with age.
  10. Sex provides much needed touch to keep us humans thriving. Sex calms the nerves, lowers anxiety and generally makes us feel good.
  11. Immune Boost. Kissing provides the body with an immune boost. Kissing keeps a couple connected but also boosts your immunity to certain diseases. Kissing is also a stress reliever.
  12. Reduces risk of heart attack.
  13. Reduces risk of stroke.
  14. Relieves depression - better than an anti-depressant.
  15. Burns calories.
  16. Increases intimacy.
  17. Keeps menstrual cycles regular. Yes it does ladies!
  18. Couples who have regular sex have better relationships and happier lives. They just have more FUN!

For those who are not in the mood, it is time to get that stick out of your ass and increase your life span. Enjoy life more - and improve your bitchy mood!

Sensuous Mouth Loving Heart Connection

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

            +

I love it when the light bulb flashes over my head and insight comes to me. I love when life inspires me, as it did yesterday. I visited my least favorite place in the world ....... the dentist. Driving away from my appointment, I began to realize how deeply our mouth and hearts are connected. Our mouths are personal, private and usually the first point of contact between us and another.

Our mouths communicate our feelings and desires to another. This connection between our mouths and heart is more profound that we ever thought. Our bodies systems work together, in synch and in amazing ways. Any issue that you have in your mouth goes to the heart. If you have periodontal disease, you will have an infection around the pericardium. Knowing this could save your life. Even the names are similar.

We rarely think about the connection between the mouth and the heart. In July, 2012 when my ex-husband, died in his sleep from an abscessed tooth, his death drove home to our family, the importance of dental care, flossing and regular check ups. I wrote about this in one of my first blogs. Heart disease can be exacerbated by issues in the mouth, ultimately causing death. Being at the dentist drove home the connection about the heart and mouth in a different way.

Think about your first kiss. You may have connected through your eyes, before you connected with your lips. The anticipation of your lips first brush with one another is exciting in itself. Your heart raced, your face blushed, you were filled with an electrical charge. The heart produces electricity. As a matter of fact, it acts as our body's generator. A kiss brings an electric jolt to the heart. There is no doubt that a romantic connection exists between our mouth and heart.

A kiss for men releases oxytocin, which helps to bond us together. Oxytocin is known as the God hormone, or cuddling hormone. A kiss is no small thing. It is a intimate moment where time stands still. An electric current ignites and moves between two people during a kiss.

Men find women's lips sexy. Why? There are so many reasons why this is true. Men may begin to think of all the things they want to do with our mouths. Beyond the sexual, the sound of our voice that comes out of our mouths can make someone fall in love with us. A first kiss, can be like an electric jolt that runs through our body, culminating in our heart.

When we connect through a kiss with someone, a wave of current flows between us, igniting our hearts. Love begins with the first kiss.

Our mouths can bring joy. Speaking kind words, telling someone how much they mean to you. Kind words can deepen love for someone. When we first get to know someone, talking on the phone, our focus in on their voice. We are entraining our energy with theirs through our voices. The words we speak to a loved one can have a tremendous effect on them, positive and negative.

Our mouths can also bring heartache. When someone opens their heart to you, your words can also cut like a knife. Being careful to be compassionate, honest, open and loving in your communication even when delivering bad news is important. Using conscious communication means that you are thinking about what you are saying, before you speak the words. When we speak hurtful words without thinking, damage can be created that may never be undone or forgotten. Once we speak words, we cannot turn back the hands of time and take them back.

There is no doubt that the heart and lips are connected, like a closed system working together for us to feel the magnitude of a loving connection. This spark, is like the small embers of a fire. When someone opens their heart to you, it is a tremendous gift that needs to be nurtured, protected and fanned to create a deeper for meaningful connection. With trust, honesty, integrity and compassion these small embers will burn into a fire that warms and bonds the two of you together forever. Love never ends. Our connection with another is always and forever remains. No divorce, death or severance of relationship ties puts a love completely out. It may grow smaller with time, but it is always present.

Join Jennifer tonight when she continues to discuss the chakras (2nd chakra - sexual energy) and how a blocked sex/second chakra can cause you money issues, issues getting ideas out into the world, as well as confidence.
