How To Create Heaven On Earth 21 Easy Steps Even You Can Do

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Life for me is fun, enjoyable, inspiring bringing me new adventures every day. I am happy no matter where I am, who I am with or what I am doing. I can do absolutely nothing
(meditation) and still be happy with my life. I have learned how to play at this game and enjoy life. It wasn't this way for over thirty years. I used to complain, be sickly, negative, unappreciative, miserable and yes folks, I was bitchy!

What Changed?

I stopped blaming others for my unhappiness. I healed my relationships with my parents and my brothers. I forgave everyone. I learned to love myself and be happy with me, instead of picking myself apart and beating myself up. I stopped looking at others with disdain and judgment for what they were doing or saying. I began to take responsibility for my happiness, health, and life.

I Did My Own Research

I stopped going to doctors looking for help for my health instead looking within for the cause of my issues. I found that all of my health issues related to the way I felt about me. I discovered my negativity was killing me.

At one time, after a particularly expensive and debilitating divorce, I was terribly depressed. I was given Prozac to fix it. Taking a pill does not heal the cause of depression. Depression is caused by repressed anger.

Anger Issues I Didn't Know I Had

I was angry. Prozac didn't remove the anger; it just stuffed it further down inside of me. Prozac caused me to fall asleep at the wheel. Only by the Grace of God did I survive to tell about it. I went off Prozac that same day, without my doctor's approval. I have never looked back. My depression was cured by looking inside, recognizing I was angry and healing my anger issue. Now I do this work for others.

7 Layers Of Anger

Anger is one of the emotions that society allows us to express. Well, sort of. You can't beat your kids, wife, husband or partner. However, you can yell, vent and hit baseballs or hammer nails into a board or punch a pillow to allow the anger out. I found that clearing anger is very effective. I get to the root cause of the issue and clear that. Clearing the root cause heals rather than stuffing the issue down into the tissues.

I understood that life was working for me, rather than against me.

I Stopped Blaming Everyone

When we live the life of a victim, as I did we aren't taking responsibility for our part in our life. Whether it was childhood molestation as I had, abuse, emotional abandonment it doesn't matter. I recognized that what happened to me in childhood was a way to teach me that I didn't love me. Once I recognized that The Universe and God serve us by giving us situations to heal our issues, I understood that life was working for me, rather than against me.

I stopped Fighting With Everyone

I didn't realize how cantankerous I was till much later. I fought with everyone. I argued about everything. My family of origin did much to encourage this type of communication, it was the only way my father knew how to communicate with my mother. My father and mother were both angry people. Of course, I learned this from them. Over time, I recognized that not everyone communicates in this way. I found positive ways to get my point across. I found ways to discuss rather than fight.

I Became More Loving

When I stopped hating, fighting and arguing, I softened. I became more loving and accepting of myself and others. I stopped hating myself. I began to recognize my gifts, my beauty, my talents, and abilities. I began to be grateful for what I had.

Gratitude

Until I began to love me, I didn't recognize all that I had. I divorced a man who worked hard, made a lot of money and provided a beautiful home for myself and my two boys. I had everything I ever wanted materially and was never so lonely, or unhappy. All the material things that I dreamed of only served to show me my internal misery. I blamed my husband for being unhappy. I focused on the amount he was gone, and that I had to raise the boys on my own.

I Began To See The Good In My Life

When I started to look up, rather than down, I saw the sunshine instead of mud. I saw what was wonderful rather than only seeing the bad. I began to smile more. I enjoyed the simple things in life rather than feeling I needed the material to make me happy. I recognized it didn't.

Family

When I was in my blame mode or victim-mentality, I didn't love all my family. I turned away from them. Healing my relationships with all my family members was a huge part in shifting from unhappy to happy. When we are happy with ourselves, we see the good in others as well. I began to see that my mother being an orphan at five, did the best she could do with what she was given. She softened when I did. My father was angry for good reasons. He never knew how to handle it and died at 73 with myeloblastic leukemia.

Cancer

Cancer is caused by deep resentment, secrets, and hurts eating away at the self. This can be cured with deep introspection energy healing and total forgiveness. Most people only look at the quick fix, rather than the root cause. Without clearing the root, cause cancer can return with a vengeance.

Thoughts Create

Once I realized that my negativity was killing me, I focused on overcoming it. I was careful to think and say things that were positive. I had over thirty years of programming and bad habits to overcome, but because I was determined to heal, I persevered. My determination to be happy was what was driving me. I knew I wanted to experience enlightenment in my lifetime, it was a dream from the time I was sixteen. I did it in 2012.

Meditation and Silence

I sat in stillness and silence every day. I did a process called Ascension daily for over eight years. My mind chatter stopped. My mind became quiet. I made it a habit to meditate at least twice a day. I toned, cleared and focused on letting in the light, opening my heart, allowing myself to be who I truly am. I stopped thinking of myself as a bad person and totally fell in love with me. Self-love is not ego driven. In fact, it is ego-less. When we allow ourselves to BE LOVE, we become who we truly are.

Self-Actualization and Enlightenment

Once we get to know ourselves, as if we are dating us, we know what we want, don't want, what makes us happy, what takes us away from happiness. We find our passion and soul purpose. We stop trying to fix others or make others happy. We recognize that everyone has their own experience. Each person is playing at their personal board game of life. I used to do things the hard way. I gave that up when I recognized life doesn't need to be hard. We choose to make it hard or easy with our beliefs and thoughts.

Miracles and Fun

Finding work that I loved made a huge difference for me. I opened For Heaven Scapes, Ltd with the encouragement of my husband at the time. I had taken a course with The University of Georgia and became a Master Gardener. I loved to garden. I found I had hidden talents for design. My company did well. I loved what I did for the first time in my life. I was giving back and therefore; it came back to me. For Heaven Scapes, Ltd taught me lessons about joy and happiness. I learned that when I was happy and in the FLOW state, doing what I loved that my phone rang, and money poured in.

I began to shift my focus to what was positive and wonderful instead of only looking at the negative and what was missing. As I did more healing work on myself, I took course after course becoming certified in five healing modalities because I saw what wonders they did for me in my process of becoming happy. I began to do healing work on others while landscaping. After eleven years I moved to Boulder, Colorado to pursue healing full time.

I found that I was happiest having adventures, traveling and being with my children. So I did my best to see them whenever I could. I spent all my money on travel so that we could be together. I found that the delight I had being with my children was one of my biggest joys. I chose to live now, rather than wait to retire to be happy and travel.

I Lived My Passion

I found my passions. I love to write, so I write books and a blog (now over 600 posts). I found that helping people fulfilled me, so I made a business being myself and doing what I love.

I love the ocean, so I drove three hours each way at least twice a month in the summer, spring and fall. I didn't wait for someone to go with me; I lived for me. I loved my dogs, so I traveled with them and walked them several times a day. I found that being outdoors was healing, so I moved and began to dance daily - outside. I didn't care who was watching me. I was living for me, no one else.

What Can You Do Starting NOW?

  1. Stop making excuses and procrastinating and do it NOW!
  2. Create your life with positive thoughts rather than negativity. Watch and listen to your thoughts.
  3. Take responsibility for your happiness. Don't wait for someone else to do it for you. No one can make you happy but you!
  4. Stop looking outside of you for joy, fulfillment or bliss. You are the creator of your life. Look inside.
  5. Get to know yourself. Date yourself. Ask yourself questions. Find out what you love, don't love and do what you love!
  6. Spend time alone with you. Without time alone with you, there will be no intimacy in your life. Solitude builds compassion for others and gives you freedom. Without solitude, you have no freedom.
  7. Focus on the good in you. Look at your positive traits expand them. Do things that focus on your bliss.
  8. Do what you love! If you love the beach - go! If you love to swim - swim! If you love to walk outdoors - do it! Do what you love every single day. Dance, play and have fun.
  9. Life is short have a ball! Travel, have adventures and create more fun in your life. Once you die, there are no adventures or opportunities to use that money. You can't take it with you.
  10. Connect within. Find your Divinity within you. Sit in silence. Meditate daily.
  11. Listen. Turn off your Ipad, cell phone and television. Enjoy the stillness of silence. You can't hear your Guidance when you have headphones plugged into your ears.
  12. Live simply. Don't buy extra cars, a huge house that you only live in a portion. Buy what you need. The Universe doesn't like the waste.
  13. Don't waste. Don't waste time, money, or love on those who don't appreciate it.
  14. Have connected sex! If you don't have a partner, romance yourself. Take a hot bath with candles. Enjoy pleasure in its many forms. Take things slow.
  15. Don't settle. How often do we stay in a relationship just to have someone, only to feel we wasted our life away being with someone that didn't treat us well, or that didn't love us (or vice versa).
  16. Love your body and treat it with respect. Don't put anything on it or in it that doesn't support your vibrant health.
  17. Give gratitude daily. Wake up and say, "Thank you!" Be grateful for everything you have including your paycheck.
  18. Never give up on yourself. You are worth it, or you wouldn't have been put on this planet at this time. You are part of the community of humanity. You are a part of the whole and are needed here. So get on with it and LOVE YOURSELF!
  19. Hire me! It took me over thirty years to get to this place. I can help give you a leg up, guide you through the pitfalls and pick you up when you need it. Have you gotten to your happy place on your own? Working with someone who is enlightened raises your vibration and shifts your perspective. People who wanted to become enlightened travel to India to work with gurus. I am here.
  20. Write, journal and do introspection about where you are where you came from and where you are going. Writing helps you connect with The Universal Force and often gives you insight into what you are experiencing.
  21. Ask questions. Asking questions of your Guides, The Universe, and Masters on the other side can help guide you through difficult times.

My Vision Of Death

Instagram By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

I am a visionary. I talk to God, my guides, and when in sessions with you, your guides too. The guidance I receive is spot on and never wrong. I receive mind videos of events before they happen. I hear voices, see dead people and hear The Ascended Masters in my head. It used to be scary when I was a child, but I have become used to my conversations with God, The Ascended Masters, and Guides.

Yesterday, I was not feeling well. There has been a tremendous influx of very powerful energy recently, and I know I am shifting as everyone on the planet is as well. I went into my room to meditate and began as usual with my prayers for healing of my clients, the planet, and my loved ones. After about twenty minutes or so, I heard, "Lie down." I know better than to argue when I receive a message, as I have learned the hard way. When I had my landscaping business in Georgia, I was told every day what tools to bring to my job-sites. I was quite stubborn back then, and I would argue, "I don't need that tarp for this job!"

Well, you guessed it! Each time I stubbornly argued, I found that the very thing I needed to complete my job and get paid was the one tool that had been lit up with a glow around it in my barn. This happened about twenty times. I was a learning challenged. I will say this, my guides never got angry with me. They never expressed impatience with me. They never gave up on me. I write about my mystical experiences prior to my awakening in my book, Odyssey Victim to Victory.

Eventually, I learned to listen when my guides told me something. When The Divine speaks to me, I never argue, I do as I am told. This is called obedience. You don't have to do what God asks, but I don't suggest you defy God. There are always consequences. My friend William has gone toe-to-toe with God several times and lost more than he cares to admit at least three times. You can't win a fight with God!

Through my guides' patience with me, I began to trust that what they told me was never and I mean NEVER wrong! I have never received Divine guidance that steered me the wrong way. Now this might be where you say, "I have received guidance that didn't pan out to be true." I assert that you need a clearing as you are not receiving guidance from your guides, The Divine or The Ascended Masters. They cannot lie and neither can I.

You Cannot Hide The Truth From God

God knows all and hears all. There are no secrets of any kind in heaven. The entire universe knows all as well. Nothing that we do, say or think is a secret. You might feel it is, but it isn't. Since there are no secrets in the universe, this is also why when two my exes had affairs, I found out every time.

There Are No Secrets In The Universe

As we evolve, we won't have secrets either. As we grow, our energy vibration becomes higher, we become increasingly authentic, truthful and cannot lie. As soon as I make a statement that is not one hundred percent honest, my guides ask me, "Are you sure about that?" I have corrected my statement on the phone or Skype with clients, they can vouch for me. I can't leave a lie out there, as there is a price to pay. I am not prepared to pay that price, so I tell the truth.

My Vision

As I lay on my bed quietly, I continued to do my Gayatri mantra. It is a powerful mantra for those who want to raise their vibration. It is the favorite of the Indians - and I am referring to the ones from India, not the Native Americans.

In my vision, I was shown a mind-movie of myself driving in California towards Los Angeles. The roads from the desert to LA are particularly treacherous due to the winding curves and steep downhill grade. Interstate 14 cuts in between mountains and canyons. It was on this particularly curving stretch of highway that I saw a huge cloud of smoke (or sand storm), that blocked my vision. I could not see what was happening beyond the smoke. I drove into this cloud of smoke hearing metal upon metal and the screeching of tires. I asked questions after receiving the vision, "answer withheld." In other words, there are some things we just can't know, no matter how connected we are, no matter how clear our visions are. We can't know everything.

The day before I began to talk to my friend on the way to the beach about what I wanted to do upon my death. I wanted my three children to travel together to deepen their bond, visiting our favorite places together. I saw them south of St. Augustine on the white sand at Crescent Beach, Florida. I had a letter to them detailing all the places they need to visit.

They went to the Gelato place together remembering what I ordered and talked about old times while they ate. They also traveled to Georgia, Boulder, Colorado and to the desert of California to see where I lived and visited my favorite walking trail. I had never thought about what life would be like for them after my death. I had no idea where this thought came from about me dying. I am not afraid to die; I just feel that my work isn't done here yet.

My Close Call With Death 9.14.2015

At  7:33 AM, just one block from my home, I stopped at the light, and while waiting for it to change to green. I put my headset on, and speed dialed my oldest son. The call went to voice mail. As I was leaving him a voice message, the light changed to green. I edged slowly into the intersection, slightly distracted due to leaving my message. I usually look both ways just to be sure.  I have noticed we have become very distracted while driving and make some dangerous errors in judgment.

A young man blasting through the intersection from my right blew through the red light narrowly missing me. He had no idea that the light was red for him. I have now had three near misses, where I was turning left on a green light in less than three months. My vision, yesterday was real.

Cell Phone Use

Right then and there, I declared, no more cell phone use while driving. I have taken photos while driving and texted while stopped at lights. No more. This new energy blasting our planet is causing us all to have our issues come up. If you are already distracted, don't drive and talk on the phone. I made a vow to stop distracted driving. My warning was real. I share this with you because I want you to be safe.

Death Becomes You

Leaving the planet is not a scary thing. In fact, I have walked through the tunnel of light when I was given the option to leave. I chose not to go so I could be here for my daughter and all of humanity. I have more work to do. I had breast cancer. I realized then; I was not ready. I could have left quietly, without pain, suffering or facing chemo, radiation or surgery. I chose to heal myself and stay here to help with the coming changes.

What is The Tunnel Of Light Like?

While walking through the tunnel of light, you don't feel afraid. There are two guides who glide along next to you. You will be aware of their presence, but you can't see them. The tunnel is very long. You feel at peace, happy and even contentment while
Gliding along. There is light at the end; you can vaguely make out beings that are waiting at the end. You can't see faces till you get further along. There is nothing but love. With love, there is no fear. Nothing is scary. You feel safe, and surrounded by loving energy.

There is No Sex In Heaven

I am sure of this fact. There is no sex in heaven. Earth is the only place where you can taste the juice of a fresh strawberry, or hear the sound of your baby's cry, or the crash of waves on the

shore. Earth is the only place where you can feel the tender touch of your lover on your skin. Only on this planet can you feel the soft wetness of your lover as you enter her. Earth is the only place where you can feel the incredible ecstasy and the bliss of an orgasm.

What No Sensory Devices?

All communication is telepathic. You don't speak with your mouth in heaven. Instead, you hear the voice in your head. It is not spoken out loud.

There is No Chit-Chat In Heaven

You may talk incessantly here on earth. In heaven, there is no small talk. People don't discuss things that are meaningless.

The Lesson

Trust the guidance you receive. Don't use a cell phone while driving. Do not multi-task during the next two weeks - till September 29th. Focus on being in the moment. Breathe, pray and meditate to stay grounded.

When I receive a clear message like this, I usually become quite vigilant looking for similar experiences in similar locales. This near-miss was no on a winding highway. It was one block from my home. I will be much more careful when I get behind the wheel from now on no matter where I am. I suggest you do the same.

The Secret To Happily Ever After

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Lately, I have been pushing very hard to get the final editing done on Orgasm For Life. My body was telling me I needed some self care, so I headed to the gym to swim.  You are probably wondering why I didn't just have sex. Yes, sex is a great stress reliever, with the right person, at the right time. Timing, dear friends is everything!

While swimming, I met a delightful couple and observed their interaction. For my book, I talked with hundreds of happily married people. This couple was older, yet they were in the pool exercising, together. I noticed them close together, rather than in different lanes. They seemed happy, smiling at each other as well as my daughter and I as we jumped into our lanes. When people are happy, you can't disguise it, it is genuine. What they told me might surprise you.

I am all about LOVE! I have talked to hundreds of long-term HAPPILY married people and their recipe for happiness in marriage is simple, yet profound. I asked this couple how long they had been married? They smiled and looked at each other because it was so long that they weren't exactly sure. Thinking for a moment she said, "Well we were married in '54."

Before I had a chance to ask her what her recipe for happiness in marriage was, she told me, "I have a recipe for happiness." I asked her if she would share it with me. This is what she shared:

  1. Don't argue. But if you must, ask yourself the following question, "will this matter in 5 years?" If not, go make love. It is a lot more fun than fighting!
  2. Respect. Respect your husband or wife as much as you would a perfect stranger. She said, "If the president came into your home dripping wet, you would offer him a towel, rather than yell at them to say, Don't drip on the floor, you idiot!" We have a tendency to become disrespectful over time. Don't allow yourself to begin to disrespect your mate because of familiarity. Always respect your mate/spouse and vise versa.
  3. Appreciate your spouse. They do a lot for you and your family. Giving and showing appreciation means you have not taken them for granted. Appreciation shows gratitude and love.
  4. Continue being connected through love-making, touch, kind words, and tone. Do not use words or tone that would insight a riotous response.
  5. Overlook a lot. Don't focus on the bad habits, or things you don't like. Focusing on the things that bother you just makes them bigger. Let the little things go. If it isn't earth-shattering, world-changing or life threatening, it is probably not important enough to argue, get upset about or divorce over. Divorce is considered a four-letter word to people who truly love each other and are committed.
Still in love,

Kindness was a given. This woman was soft spoken and sweet. She had not become old and crusty like some octogenarians. She was positive and upbeat.

We talked about my books and why I wrote them. Even with her age, she was not judgmental about a book about sex. She commented that my book had heart.

When she asked about the subject of Odyssey Victim to Victory, my first book, she understood that I wrote it to help others. She told me that was not her experience. She brought up Joyce Meyers and her past. She said that things are very different today.

When she and her husband married, they did so to create a home for their family. Today, she said, "People have a career first. They get pregnant and maybe get married. Then they send their babies to day care to be raised by someone with no emotional ties to their children at all." "Eventually," she went on to say, "we will get back to what is best for everyone, to focus on what is really important, family." I could not agree more.

As her husband got out of the pool he put his arm around her to remove the floatation device around her waist. He did so sweetly, with love. We stood talking in the pool after her husband went into the hot tub. She was a sweet lady, with a kind soft face. Although she had to be at least 80, she looked young, relaxed and much younger.

She told me that she never had had an unhappy "intercourse" in all her life. It was obvious that they remained sexual after all these years. She said that her husband knew she was "The ONE" as soon as they met. They dated for a year, marrying in July, the same month as they met AND her birthday.

I continued to swim laps and noticed them in the hot tub together later on. She stood behind him, while he leaned against her body. She massaged his shoulders and neck, smiling, while they talked to others sitting in the hot tub. They were lovers after 60 years. Watching them gave me hope, not only for myself but for others.

Loving each other through the tough times, weathering the storms together as a united team, rather than adversaries was how they did it. It was such a pleasure to see this couple still on the same page, loving one another. It was obvious they had weathered the storms of life and made it as ONE.
