Is Your Past Heartbreak Preventing You From Having Love?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

When we begin to date after a breakup, our past hurts remain inside our cellular memory. Emotions of rejection, betrayal, love unreceived, abandonment, anger and even resentment can surface in a new love when there is no reason. We always have choices, selecting the right partner sometimes means going beyond our comfort zone.

The risk is required to experience love again. Sometimes a very beneficial partner shows up, but we reject them due to our patterns from the past, judgment or fear. Let me share my story.

If you have been visiting my blog daily you probably already know my story. I will spare you the painful details. I only mention what is germane to this story. As a child, I was molested many times by four different men.

The first trauma occurred when I was five walking home from school when a neighbor invited me in for candy. Yup, the old candy and little dog trick. He had a Pug. To this day, I can't connect with little Pugs. Though I have done almost thirty-five years of work on abuse, forgiveness work; Comet cleanser and Pugs hold a powerful memory of trauma and memory for me.

Programs Created

Each even we have that is traumatic creates patterns and blocks in our cellular memory. Sexual trauma freezes in the cells creating blocks from fear.

The programs created could mean we keep cycling back to those who have addictive personalities, are alcoholics or abusers. That was the case for me. Unless you were a rageaholic, abuser or alcoholic, or child of an alcoholic, forget it! I wasn't attracted.

My mother had a psychic reading done years ago where the woman told my mother that if there were 50 guys in a room, I would pick the asshole every time! That was my programming.

Clearing Old Patterns And Programming

Fast forward: I did therapy. I went to a hypnotherapist. I became a hypnotherapist. I had energy clearing done. I became a master at energy healing. I cleared myself almost every day for twelve years. I cleared till the cows came home. I perfected this work by doing it on myself.

Behavior Has To Change

Till I began to choose differently, nothing changed. I had to step outside of my comfort zone to someone kind, loving, gentle that felt weird to me energetically because it was different than what I was surrounded by as a child. My current relationship is healthy, balanced and loving. As my resistance came up, I was on the verge of rejecting him several times because it felt so unfamiliar.
I always gave away the men who were most loving, because I was used to addictive or abusive behavior. Though the programs were gone, I had to change my behavior. I had to CHOOSE DIFFERENTLY.

Uncomfortable

One of my clients who has graduated from my program is a producer in Hollywood. She is a beautiful, loving woman. Her father was an alcoholic and emotionally unavailable.

She habitually attracted deadbeats without income, that lied, cheated, were addicted to drugs or alcohol and mooched from her - like her father. It wasn't until I coached her to go beyond her comfort zone and encouraged her to date a man that was kind, loving and healthy did she have a healthy balanced relationship.

Like Grooves In A Record

Our programming creates grooves in our brain like on an old vinyl record. When we keep repeating programs over and over and can't seem to change, we have to reprogram our minds for healthy, balanced, loving relationships. We have to love ourselves enough to choose differently. The grooves deepen each time we repeat a pattern. It takes a lot of effort to go beyond old programming and do create healthy patterns to change the past.

We Need Help

Changing behavior is what I help people do. I offer encouragement, support, and energy clearings of past patterns so that new healthy patterns become dominant programming.

Our Fear From The Past

As we step into new behavior self-sabotaging thoughts, come up telling you "they aren't good for you. You need to end this." It can be quite a fight to resist ditching the good for the old familiar and unhealthy patterns.

It Happened To Me

I had my resistance to come up once I became vulnerable with my partner. I wanted to ditch him because it felt unfamiliar and uncomfortable. I resisted the temptation and walked myself through my old patterns. I saw my pattern of rejecting those who were good for me and opted for the bad boy or abuser.

We Need Help

To move beyond old patterns, we need someone who is grounded and loving to assist us. We need someone to talk us off the ledge when we feel we are in unfamiliar territory. Our unconscious programming tells us the new and unfamiliar is bad, when it's not.

New Horizons and Opportunities For Love

When we open to new opportunities and change direction for ourselves, we can receive the love that is healthy and balanced. If you have patterns of attracting the same type time and again, this is the work I do. We can't do it alone because we opt for the old rather than the unfamiliar.

When our family of origin was dysfunctional, we choose the dysfunctional every time.

As promised, beginning Monday, May 23rd, I am offering eleven lucky people that move quickly an energy session for $75.00 off my regular price. $150.00 for a one-hour energy clearing. This offer will last as long as there is space available. First come, first served! Here is my PayPal link and I will get you scheduled. Either phone or Zoom, which is a video platform.

May 23rd until June 6th or until the eleven spaces are filled! Here is the payment link: PayPal

Miracles Do Happen When You Believe

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

I have witnessed the miraculous. I have prayed miracles to happen in other's lives. In fact, I had a friend tell me that I needed to offer a service to pray for "A Cascade of Miracles" to occur. I cannot recount all the exquisite events that took place in each of their lives, that I have prayed for as it would take you an entire weekend and then some to digest it all. What I have witnessed is miracles happen only for those who believe.

If you are claiming bullshit here, examine how you feel about the occurrence of miracles. When you believe in yourself, you become greater. When you believe in the power of  Universal and Source energy, you will begin to notice how events are orchestrated in your life in miraculous ways. When you don't believe, you will find that life isn't fair and far too difficult.

Yesterday I witnessed the miraculous. A friend who exited my life, stage left, because I did what he asked me not to do, returned miraculously. (I have a history of doing things out of love, because my primary love language is Acts of Service. Our patterns repeat until we recognize what we do and change the pattern.)

Our separation lasted 14 months. Fourteen months without so much as a phone call, letter, e-mail or text. I sent him a weepy e-mail last week when I was experiencing a catharsis also known as the dark night of the soul - yet again!

What is the dark night of the soul?

It is a time when you feel you have hit rock bottom spiritually, emotionally, and nothing seems to be working. Events in your life where you may have created conflict with another seems to be connected by a series of dots. Where it feels that events are showing you it is time to step back and punt instead of going for the touchdown. You may cry. You may feel horribly sad, down even depressed.

For me, I stood up for my brother. He complained to me about someone in his life. My brother rescued me from years of molestation. He caught and told my perpetrator he would kill him if he ever touched me again. So you understand how I feel about this man, my oldest and dearest brother? I would take a bullet for him. Seriously.

He had complained to me for months about events happening in his household. When the person causing the pain in my brother's life asked me what I was upset about, I hesitated and told him he couldn't handle the truth. He assured me he could. Then he went crying to my sister-in-law like a 4-year old boy. (He is seven decades older than 4.)

I spoke the truth. My words were as if I dropped an incendiary bomb into the center of my brother's household. He received the wrath of his wife while I was cut off from my dearest brother.

Deeper Understanding

There is always more. I am fearless when it comes to processing my crap. I will take a track-hoe and dig down three stories if I have to, pulling up all the similar events where I have spoken the truth and created havoc in other's lives. We all have patterns. When we avoid looking at our issues, they don't heal. They fester and become larger over time. I help others do what I do for myself.

The Good The Bad and The Amazing

For a week, I processed these events, looking at similar upheaval caused by your's truly. It was as if I pulled the thread on a cat litter bag. All the events, where I stuck my nose in thinking I was helping, but creating havoc, came up. Yes, I spoke the truth. Did it need to be said? Well, this person did insist. I did what my brother couldn't do for himself. In his household instead of speaking about what is bothering them, they use passive aggression to get express their anger and resentment.

Our Weakness Is Our Biggest Strength

During this time of sadness, grief and profound catharsis, I reached out to my dearest friend that I had not spoken to in fourteen months. I blubbered in my e-mail to him. I risked everything and was completely vulnerable. In relationships, being vulnerable is offering your open heart, at the risk of being hurt. When we are able to risk, the rewards are great!

I dug down deep past my ego-mind and pride. I expressed how much his friendship meant to me. I extended the olive branch, asking his forgiveness for my inability to hear and follow his wishes. There is no one on this planet that has his innate ability to see the truth in situations so clearly. His amazing mind and authenticity were what I missed. I missed his heartfelt love for me and complete acceptance of my idiosyncracies. I opened my heart and told him how much I missed our friendship. I had no idea what he would say or what would occur. I let it all go.

I received an e-mail that expressed he was on another path. I could have given up at that point, but I am tenacious when I know someone or something is important to me and my soul's journey. This man could zing me like nobody's business. Zeroing in on my behavior and patterns. I knew he was valuable. I was not about to let him go that easily. When we believe in something, strongly we have to fight for it. I was willing to do so, even if it meant I got hurt in the process. I sent a second mail letting him know I had moved through the messiness that I had expressed earlier. I was not looking for him to pick me up. I meditated, and The Universe helped me through my letting go process. It was his friendship I desired.

The Amazing Miracles

While shopping for my dinner at Albertson's grocery store last night, my dearest friend called me. I did not recognize his phone number. Nor did I recognize his voice at first. His ability to forgive me, exceeded my ability to let him know how miserably I failed as a friend to him. We talked for hours! We took turns recounting the events of the past 14 months. We each took turns catching the other up on the incredible events of the past year or so. There were tales of near death experiences, struggles, challenges and coming through it all.

The biggest surprise for us both was how amazing that our lives were orchestrated. The Universe was doing unbeknownst to us, weaving parts of our lives back together without either of us having a clue. We both ended up in the same spot. This part I have sworn not to tell a soul about, just yet.

I can't tell you the details of the synchronicities, but suffice it to say we were both blown away. Two people who live thousands of miles away from one another have found a point or light that we aligned without having a clue what the other was doing. Miraculous!

Relationships

Our relationships have value. Just because we are not having sex with friends or they are not our Beloved, does not diminish the importance of the relationship. Do not discount the power of friendship, especially if you are single. Friendships teach us more about ourselves, just as our love interests do. Throwing away a friendship over a misunderstanding or argument, discounts the love between us and keeps us stagnant and stuck. Friendships can be the very way we learn to trust, and become more vulnerable.

Unconditional Love

Unconditional love means that you accept the other person and love them for who they are, even though you know they aren't perfect. You know they have flaws and faults, but you love them anyway. You do not expect the other person to be perfect.

The Power of Forgiveness

If you have lost a friend or loved one through misunderstanding and they had value in your lives, I urge you to forgive and let go of the past. The future is not dictated by our past unless we allow it to be so. Forgiveness is for you. It releases you from the burden of guilt.

From Fantasy To Fetish And Then Some!

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Open your mind, be clean and open to receive!

50 Shades of Gray was a huge success. Why? This book indulged our imaginations, taking readers into experiences in their minds that titillated and tantalized. 50 Shades was all about wild and kinky (Orgasm For Life has a chapter called 50 Shades of Purple my tongue in cheek title for my erotica.) Sex begins in the mind. Both men AND women want to be tantalized. Are you talking about what turns you on? Do you know what turns you on? Most people are afraid to divulge their deepest darkest secrets and fantasies.

Kinky sex can add a new dimension to your love life. Explore. Discover and expand your mind. Try something new. Opening the door of discovery could allow you to ask for what you want as well. Staying silent about your sex life does not improve it or get you what you want. As long as the experience does not hurt you, trying something new could deepen your relationship. Developing deep trust between you and your partner can allow you to express your true desires. When we say, "NO!" we often close the door out of fear, before we even try. Try and see how it goes. Even adding a vibrator could create an amazing experience for someone who is non-orgasmic. This is an opportunity to change things up, just think for a moment about something a little different, even if it is a different room, or the backseat of your car.

Joke: We had kinky sex on the patio last night.
           "What's a patio?"

If you haven't heard Linzi Levinson's show, Linzi's Life Secrets, here is a great opportunity. Linzi interviewed Jennifer for a two-part series recently. Here is the second show that sizzled the airwaves! Linzi is a wonderful host. Voice America is an open broadcasting system where we were able to say pretty descriptive words. We were quite open in this interview. It is a great opportunity for you to explore and learn. We have great charisma together. We talk about anything taboo. Kinky is what this show is all about. We dig deep and give you the scoop about all things kinky.

From Fantasy To Fetish And Then Some

Kinky sex can turn you on, whether you are in a new relationship, or have been married for years. A simple blindfold, costume, for role playing can ignite the fire and bring some fun into your bedroom. I suggest that you open your mind. If your sex is dull and boring. Listen to this show by clicking right here. If you aren't having sex at all, listen to this show! Everyone is different. Judgment about doing something that you haven't experienced can block you from trying something new that you might really enjoy. Exploring something new can be an experience that changes your relationship for the better. Kinky could be having sex in the shower, or grabbing your husband under the table while at a fancy restaurant.

K is for KINKY

What is considered kinky?

  • Sex on the kitchen counter, or the back seat of your car.
  • Playing dress-up (Dr. and nurse)
  • Sex with a blind-fold
  • Tying up your partner
  • Foot sucking
  • Toe Sucking
  • Fetishes
  • Golden Showers
  • Anal Sex
  • Whipped Cream and chocolate
  • Talking dirty (doesn't have to be four letter words), could be whispering to your partner what you are doing to them

Engaging All Our Senses

We want to engage all our senses to heighten our sexual experiences. The senses are, hearing, sight, touch, taste, smell, pressure, hot and cold. Beyond the five senses we also have our intuitive senses, thought, light and color. I bet that most of you are only using two! Whispering in someone's ear what you are about to do to someone, could be enough to tantalize
someone into experiencing tremendous sensations.
Think about the other body parts that we have that we forget to make love to. Kissing eyelids, shoulders loving every inch of your body, that is true love-making. Taking sex to a higher level, involving all the senses and all the body parts, not just the genitals.

Take time to savor your sexual experience. Enjoy each moment.

Is Kinky Sex Healthy?

Talking with your partner about trying something new is key. Set boundaries about the parameters of your experience to deepen trust.

Kinky sex is healthy as long as both parties say yes. No one should agree to be hurt by sex, or do something that feels uncomfortable to them. The healthier that we are, the more definitive our boundaries need to be. We need to have a signal, word, or tap out when we begin an activity that is unusual, so that we feel safe. If we don't feel comfortable we need to be able to say, "I don't like this, let's stop" with our signal.

Prostate Massage For Erectile Dysfunction

Buy NOW~!
Prostate massage could be normal to some, but kinky to others. Prostate massage can cure an issue with erectile dysfunction. Prostate massage is done through the anus, gently, rather than poking.

For some, the anus is a gross body part that is for outbound processing only. Yet, looking at the way our bodies were created, why is it that we have so many nerve endings surrounding the anus? Why do some women have anal orgasms through vaginal sex?

However, like the joke where two male friends are hiking and one stops to relieve himself and have a pee on the trail. He is bitten on his exposed penis by a poisonous snake. His friend hearing his screams comes running to see what the commotion is all about. He checks his phone to see what the cure for poisonous snake bite might be, to save his life.

After he reads the remedy is sucking out the poison from the wound, he tells his friend he is going to die!~ Prostate massage to some women might be like snake bite to the friend - forget it you are going to die of prostate cancer

Hygiene Before Sex

Cleanliness before sex is so important. It is respectful to yourself and your partner. To show up clean with fresh breath and body parts shows reverence for your partner. Shower, brush your teeth and use mouthwash. Showering prior to sex also makes the act of having sex, sacred. Being clean for sex recognizes the initiation of an experience of closeness and intimacy. Note to those who like to cut corners: Febreze is not for body parts! No household cleaners!

Oral Sex

50 years ago, oral sex might have been seen as kinky. Today, oral sex is common place, to the point of one of our presidents saying, it wasn't sex at all! Most men love oral sex, but don't always return the favor. Many women don't like giving oral sex to their partners because they find it disgusting. Yet, for those men who love oral, it is a terrible disappointment for them to NOT get what they truly desire.

Overcoming Fear of Sex or Oral

For those women who would like to get over the hump of not liking oral sex, Jennifer does NLP to overcome this issue. I have been very successful using NLP to help men and women overcome erectile dysfunction issues, fears or deep seated negative thinking. NLP reprograms the mind. Like eating something you don't like, you might force yourself to eat something served at a party so you don't disappoint your host. So too can you overcome the thought process that makes oral sex disgusting to you. Men feel so loved and accepted when we perform oral sex for them. When we focus on the negative, that is all we will experience. Ask me about NLP to overcome fears, or thought processes or blocks about sex.

There is much to integrate within ourselves at our deepest level. Through exploration we expand our self awareness while growing our self esteem. Exploration can allow us to reach our highest potential on all levels. Our self esteem comes from getting to know ourselves well.

Special thank you to Linzi Levinson for having me on her show for these very special shows.

For Men With ED - even sometimes

I work with men and have been very successful in person or over the phone in helping men overcome their issue of erectile dysfunction. One gentleman whom I met had an issue after an event caused him to doubt himself. It kept repeating. One session was all he needed. Although your situation may require more sessions, the work I do is powerful and life changing! E-mail me to set up your phone or SKYPE session. And, no, this does not involve me having sex with you. I am en educator, healer, hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, not a surrogate. E-mail Jennifer now to set up your session.

About Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Today, I love myself fearlessly. Yes, I live every day happily in joy, without fear, anxiety, worry loneliness or depression. YES, I can help you do the same.

In the past, I have been unhappy and miserable in marriage and out. On a spiritual path since 1970.  I traveled to India, then Bali in 2011. I experienced a series of events that led to my awakening and self actualization. These events help my clients, as I am focused on them, rather than myself. My focus in my life coaching and energy healing practice is to keep marriages and relationships together. I have learned what it takes for a healthy relationship to succeed. I do this for all of humanity. Love is what is missing in most marriages. We blame, nitpick, critique our partners, when what we need is compassionate understanding and more love, rather than less!

Traditional therapy did not work for me. I knew there had to be another way. My sense was that it ends more marriages than it saves. This is due to the fact that old hurts are brought up repeatedly, keeping both parties in complaint mode. When the focus is on the negative and old issues, moving forward, shifting behavior is next to impossible. One party ends up being wrong.  Patterns, beliefs or programming that don't serve are not cleared. There is often no change in behavior. Staying the same, does not bring healing. We have to shift our thoughts, release old patterning or programs as well as communication style for healing to occur. Shifting thoughts and patterns is where the magic comes in of my work. If you are serious about being happy, making your marriage work, becoming enlightened, or discovering your path, Jennifer is your woman. Experienced, compassionate, understanding, committed to your healing, she will drill to the center of the issue, without blame, condemnation or judgment. She has been where you are and understands what it feels like to have:

low self esteem
anxiety
fears
depression
worry
perfectionism
lack of clarity
codependence
ADD
addictions
sexual dysfunction
sex addiction
loneliness (even within a marriage)
emptiness
feeling broken
unworthiness
worthless

All of these are just some of the issues Jennifer has healed in her own life. Enlightened in 2012, she is a catalyst for your healing, through her Divine connection. No religion, or beliefs required. Just pure love and understanding.

How To Be Great At Relationships

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Yes we all want love. We want to be adored, revered, accepted for who we are. Some people seem to have the market cornered on ease in relationship. This is how they live their lives.

  1. Be authentic. When we are totally transparent, true to ourselves, we show up in our relationship as deeply grounded and comfortable in our own skin. We don't have to worry about what we said to whom, because we don't lie, cheat or steal in any way. We are the same with the cashier at the supermarket as we are with our mothers, brothers and lovers. We don't waste energy trying to please others. We are kind, loving and caring. We know who we are and are happy with ourselves.
  2. We are not defined by our past. The past was a learning experience and led us to be who we are today. Just because we were wounded or traumatized in childhood, or in past relationships does not mean that we carry jaded feelings about those events into our current life. Each event has been woven beautifully into our tapestry of life. The past was just an event that taught us more about ourselves.
  3. Be Confident alone. When we are self assured, we don't need to be in a relationship to feel good about ourselves. We are happy no matter where we are, no matter whom we are with. We know ourselves and are happy with who we are. This confidence is not an arrogance, but is shown in how we carry ourselves, how we react to life events. Rather than being jealous we are comfortable and confident. Rather than being defensive, we will listen, take in what is said and decide whether we resonate with your comments or not. We are not affected by other's insecurities. We don't try to please to win friends - to feel better about ourselves. We give because we want to. We come to the table already filled, rather than looking for another to fill us up.
  4. Be Vulnerable. We are able to allow another to see deeply into the depth of our soul, without fear. This vulnerability is palpable and allows a deep connection and trust. It can't be forced.
  5. Giving Without Expecting Anything in Return. Giving without expectations is a beautiful thing. Feeling confident, giving with an open heart, rather than looking for validation changes the playing field.
  6. Have a Sense of Humor. Being able to make your partner laugh is a great gift. When we are comfortable with ourselves, we are able to laugh about the silly things we do. We are also able to see the humor in every day life. Being able to make your partner laugh is a great gift.
  7. Non-Compete Clause. Instead of being in competition with our partners, we support them and inspire them. We allow our partners to be great in their own right. We don't feel less than because they can do something better than we can. We know what our own strengths are and feel comfortable with you being able to do things better than we can.
  8. Don't Keep Score or Hang Onto Anger.  We can let go of the past and not hold a grudge.
  9. Don't Try To Change Their Partner.  You are okay as you are and are accepting of your partner.

How Can I Learn To Trust?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Trust - Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
You cannot trust in others what you do not trust in yourself. William Dargin II

Loss of trust in others can lead to us shutting down and locking our hearts up in a jar so that nothing can enter. The problem with protecting ourselves in this way also means nothing GOOD enters either. Fear blocks us from falling in love, from making friends or having joy. Instead of opening up to new experiences we say NO to The Universe. To be able to mend our broken hearts we have to learn to trust ourselves to allow love in.

We protect ourselves from loss, being hurt and having our hearts broken - again. We tend to think that being vulnerable is a dangerous place where no good can come to us. Unfortunately this closing up and shutting down is a faithless, joyless place of fear. We cannot experience the wonders of life when we are shut down. We only experience our ego and life from fear. When we don't trust others, we don't trust ourselves. When we don't trust ourselves our lives are filled with fear, chaos and drama, and we don't feel. Fear blocks us from feeling what our bodies are telling us. Fear blocks us from experiencing the wonder of life. Allowing ourselves to be vulnerable allows love and wonder in.

When we are in fear we try to control our loved ones and everything in our lives. Controlling others does not allow them to be who they are. Instead allow them to BE themselves. Controlling others is a waste of your precious life force energy. Let go of the control. We think we are helping others by controlling them, but we are not.

We often shut down and are unable to take action. Just making the decision to sit quietly and witness what is going on in our body can be enough to stop the craziness and numbing of the fear.

Courage is what gets us beyond being stuck and paralyzed and catalyzes forward movement. Courage is the mastery of fear that gives us the impetus to move through difficult situations in the face of fear. Fear will continue to show up in smaller ways once you master it, but will not continue to control your life.

We are so conditioned to DOING all the time, that we don't stop and just BE. In the doing we fill our lives with mindless and endless tasks that are wasting our precious energy when we realize we didn't listen. We weren't paying attention to all the signs and the guidance. By stopping and asking questions in stillness our body will give us the answers we need, if we listen and feel.

In stillness when the mind is quiet guidance comes through. The difficult thing for most people is the quiet part. Even those who think they can't meditate can sit still in quiet for 10 minutes.

When we are in fear our ego shouts at us. Our bodies feel tight and stressed. Our unconscious mind runs amok. We feel scattered, nervous, or anxious and shut off the true guidance with our fear. We tend to ask others for advice rather than sit quietly in stillness. No one knows better than you what is best for you. Our gut is our best guide. Asking questions and waiting to see how our body feels when we do will give us the answers we need.

To be able to get to the still quiet voice though we have to quiet the ego and stop asking for other's opinions.

Sitting still and meditating helps. Most people are inundated with mind chatter that is so loud that it is difficult to hear guidance. How can we learn to trust ourselves when the voices in our head are screaming not to? Letting your imagination play is part of the process of listening to guidance. Stop listening to the voice that says, "This is stupid. This isn't guidance. You don't get guidance."

Here are some ways to begin to trust yourself. Once you trust yourself you will begin to trust others.

  1. Sit in a quiet peaceful place.
  2. Holding yourself erect, your chin parallel to the ground, without moving your head, look up to your hairline with your eyes. This will quiet your mind.
  3. Breathe in deeply.
  4. Exhale slowly and completely.
  5. Repeat the deep breathing until you feel calm.
  6. If you have a thought just notice the thought, "Oh there's a thought." Let it go. Don't judge it, don't make comments on it, just let it go.
  7. Be kind to yourself. Breathe in love.
  8. Feel your body. Notice your stomach. Is it tight?
  9. Do not judge or criticise yourself.
  10. Relax, breathe.
  11. Ask yourself the following: Am I safe? See what your body says. Am I comfortable? What does your body say? What am I feeling? What feedback is your body giving you. Is your stomach tight? Are you feeling stressed? If so relax your shoulders some more. Relax and breathe. Are you yawning?
  12. Spend 10 - 15 minutes each day like this quietly reflecting on what is going on in your body.
  13. Quiet reflection or meditation can heal, lower stress levels, lower blood pressure and help you feel happier.
  14. While you are sitting quietly notice what you hear. Do you hear another voice?
  15. This is a great time to connect to your guides. Let them know you are open to receive their guidance.
  16. Ask only to be connected to the highest of high, The Divine, God and your guides.
  17. Notice what you are feeling.
  18. Notice anything that you sense, words, pictures or phrases.
  19. Write it down in a journal. Keep track of what comes through each time you sit in silence.

As you sit quietly each day, your confidence will build. You will feel more connected to yourself and The Divine (God). Trust of yourself will continue to grow as you connect to your Divine self or (High Self). Communing in this way with yourself opens you up to receive guidance. Everyone has the ability to do so. We just need to remember.
