The Guide For Love

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

When our relationships sizzle with passion and are affectionate, our communication is better. We feel close and connected. A relationship has the ability to deepen and become even more loving, growing to a deeper level. When we have a deep connection, we are much more adept at weathering the storms of life.

Marlo Thomas said in a recent interview that she and her husband had a close relationship with great sex. She also said that when sex is great, it is less important than when it is bad. When sex is bad, the gap between us widens. We begin to look at ourselves critically, wondering what is wrong with us? Why aren't they interested in us? Are we too fat? Too thin? The issue is far more personal to the person rejecting us than it is to us, however. We can't possibly know what is wrong unless we ask pointed questions, opening the door to deeper communication and understanding. Which is why Orgasm For Life was written. This book will help you understand your partner. It bridges the gap between the sexes, helping men understand women better, women understanding men better AND for women to better understand THEMSELVES.

It is key for women to learn about what pleases them. How can we explain to our mates what we like and prefer, if we have no idea?

Most women don't know their most sensitive areas, or how they prefer to be touched, which means expecting another to know is downright laughable. Seriously, most of us women think that men should just .... you know.... KNOW! But they don't they can only guess and from our reaction, if we even have one, clue them in on what feels good and what doesn't.

Can you see the dilemma here? Men want to make us feel good, but don't know what to do. Since every woman is different, if they do something to one woman and get a good reaction, they might try it on us and we might slap them! Weird? I know! We are just so darned different. Read my book, Orgasm For Life. You will be so glad you did. It is more than just a guide for sex. It is an
inspirational guide for connected, sacred sex, meditative and healing sex, deeper understanding and communication. It is an all encompassing book to help create better sex, deeper intimacy, greater love and after all, isn't that what we all want? Happiness is just an orgasm away. Did you know that an orgasm is the ONLY thing that a human can do that lights up ALL the centers of the brain? Yup!  Like fireworks for the brain. So if you aren't having orgasms, get my book so you can find out how. I have a section on healing sexual dysfunction - to become orgasmic. There is a section about how beneficial sex is for health. I even include herbs, foods and things to do to excite the brain, the body and the libido!

Get to know who you are. Get to know your body. Then using my book, begin to discuss what you like, want and what you are passionate about. Passion is the basis of my upcoming book.... and that's all I can tell you about that!

Can You Have An Orgasm For Your Life?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Life is what we make it. Why not make it hot, passionate and lively? Although I am not having sex daily, I surely live from my heart, from a place of happiness. I used to be non-orgasmic into my 50's. I knew I did not want to die non-orgasmic and I wanted to live fully. Molestation in childhood can cause sexual dysfunction. Sex in a relationship is important to stay connected, have deep meaningful communications. Sex is the glue that holds us together. Intimacy opens the door to a deeper relationship, setting our relationship apart from those that we have with other people. When a crisis happens when we have deep intimacy, we will be better able to withstand these difficult times.

Women need to understand themselves better, but men also need to better understand us.

Having a closer relationship with yourself, you are better able to communicate your desires with your partner. We mirror each other in relationships. Orgasm For Life was written to help you bridge the chasm between you so that you will have happier lives. We are all responsible for our own happiness, we are also responsible for our own orgasm. When we are responsible for ourselves, we raise our relationship to a higher level.

Rather than blame our partner, for NOT being orgasmic, why not better understand what feels good for you? When you have a better understanding of yourself, you can then communicate to your partner what you need.

If you are not having orgasms every time you have sex, have you considered what is going on? Do you feel broken, damaged or as if something is wrong with you? If you feel this way, you are no alone. Over 40% of women have some form of sexual dysfunction. Over 80% of women are faking orgasms, because they feel it takes TOO LONG, to get there.

I have interviewed hundreds of men and women. These interviews helped me to find the truth in relationships. I found what it is that is missing. Loving yourself and your genitals opens you to having a loving relationship with your partner. The more accepting you are of yourself, the more accepting your partner will be of you.

Orgasm For Life - Viagara

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Orgasm For Life will be available for sale on Wednesday, May 28th. This book is a bold look at men and women with respect, candor and humor. This book was written to assist people to have better sex, better love and healthier more loving relationships. Orgasm For Life,  is laugh out loud funny as well as educational. It is filled with insight, wisdom and compassion for both sexes. The following is an excerpt from Orgasm For Life,  on the subject of Viagra. One of the statistics that needs to be added to this section is that 80% of women fake orgasms. There is a reason they fake it. They are not reaching the culmination of the sex act by the time that their male partners do. They feel it has taken them too long. (More on that subject tomorrow.)

Many women I know stop having sex in their fifties. They have stopped having sex because it was not fulfilling. They didn’t have orgasms and their husbands and lovers didn’t seem to know. Many felt that their partner’s did not care. This is just sad. Many women are disheartened, like I was, about the sex they have had. Just because we have sexual body parts does not mean we know how to make love to another. Or even with ourselves. Many of us need help. Sex can improve as you get older, with some guidance and understanding. Men need education, understanding, and patience with us women. Women, too, need to have better understanding of the male psyche and how it feels to be rejected when we are not in the mood. With new knowledge and understanding more women will be satisfied and happier.

Viagra

Millions of men have talked to their doctor about Viagra. Viagra is a pharmaceutical pill which uses five letters from the word vagina, which I find interesting. This little blue pill was created so that men with difficulties in the cranking department would be able to get hard enough to participate and enjoy penetrative sex.
Men have used the little blue pill to improve their sexual experiences where an erection is challenging or impossible. Of course, there are side effects, the worst of which is death. To think that a man would risk his life to experience coitus is telling. Sex is an important part of life. Completing the sex act is imperative, especially for men. Men have been having orgasms for thousands of years without major issues. Why is it so different today?

Women have suffered from frigidity for thousands of years, with the inability to complete the sex act. If sexual dysfunction was as prevalent in men as it is in women today as well as historically, a little pink pill would have already been created. This little pink pill would change the way millions of women experience sex. This pill would use the word penis to derive its name. This magical pill would be called, Piñata! As you can see, Piñata uses only two letters from the word penis, because women can have almost as much fun without a penis. Like a piñata, once you crack open a woman with an orgasm, she is full of fun, surprises, and lots of sugar. The mystery is solved! When women have orgasms through love-making, they return for more. This is an amazing concept! Instead of women existing in non-orgasmic relationships for twenty, thirty, or forty years, we could be enjoying orgasms! It is up to women to know what they like, and to have partners that will lovingly and patiently get them there before they do.

Given the popularity of Sex in the City and 50 Shades of Gray, the time is ripe for a fun, educational book about sex. Remember The Joy of Sex? Written in 1972, it sold over 10 million copies. People want more information, while morals and society have changed.I am an empowerment and sex coach for women. What I have found is, most people are ignoring the issue because they don’t want to hurt their partner’s feelings. Sex is a delicate subject. I have a knack for being irreverent and unorthodox, which makes me an excellent candidate for a book about a delicate subject. I take the “ahem,” out of sex by demystifying it. I don’t sugarcoat it, and I am fearlessly open. Sex, to me, is perfectly natural with nothing to be ashamed of. I also feel that sex has a deeply spiritual component to it. After all, who created sex anyway?

Thankfully, there are strong women on this planet that are heralding a new society, where men and women can become each other’s sex slaves, and women are touted for standing with one foot poised on their partner’s chests wearing stilettos and doing fist bumps with their “sistas.” Oh, wait. That was just a dream I had recently. What was I thinking?

Seriously, to really have the kind of sex you fantasize about, you need to revere your woman and your man. Love, respect and admire who they are. Men, you need to pleasure her until she can’t speak. Men, do you want the ultimate orgasm and sexual experience? Then give it up first. Give the best orgasm to your woman first. See how this changes the complexion of your relationship.

Women are capable of having multiple orgasms. It just takes most women longer than men expect to have ours. Thinking that we are the same as men is what created the chasm that is currently between men and women today. Most women don’t experience an orgasm through vaginal penetration. Yet the majority of the men in the world continue to make love to women in this way. In India, for example, men take care of their own needs without asking if a woman has had an orgasm. It is not discussed. There is not an alternate method to bring a woman to orgasm because sex is for the man’s pleasure, not the woman’s. To the vast majority of the world, sex is a private, personal matter that is not up for discussion between husband and wife. Whether a woman experiences pleasure or not, rarely enters a marriage discussion. Living in the United States, where we are purported to be advanced technologically, medically and scientifically, most men do not know what it takes, or how to bring a woman to orgasm.

As a healthy, heterosexual female, I have had lots of sex. I have been married and divorced 4 times. During those marriages, sex was an important component in my relationships. It was enjoyable. Sometimes it was very good. However, over time it became flat and cursory. I noticed how truncated, boring, and dull sexual experiences became after years of marriage. We often rush through our encounters because one person is less interested than the other, or when babies arrive on the scene. I hear stories of women telling their husbands, just do it and get it over with! Many women do not participate during sex. They lie still, like dead fish, expecting their men to just pleasure themselves. Who wants sex like that? It isn’t good for anyone.

Jennifer Elizabeth Masters is the author of Orgasm For Life. This book was written to help people improve their sex lives, deepen intimacy and have happier, healthier relationships. Sex is the glue. Love is the foundation. 54% of Women are unhappy with their sex lives. 46% of men are unhappy with theirs. Marriages are failing at over 50% for first marriages and over 60% for subsequent marriages. This book was written to bridge the growing chasm between men and women, so that we understand each other. With understanding, compassion, appreciation and trust sex lives improve, communication improves and we get back to why we fell in love in the first place. Instead of being at war with our partners we need to revere them. As that kind lady married 60 years said, "We need to have as much respect for our spouse as we would for a complete stranger." Very wise words. This is not the case in most marriages today. Disrespect, complaining and irritation result from the smallest of things. We treat our spouse as if they are the enemy. This is not love. This is hatred.

Orgasm For Life is available on Amazon, Kindle, Smashwords. I would love for you to purchase your copy on Wednesday, hump day - yes, my crazy sense of humor. Then write your review on Amazon. This will help others to make their decision to purchase the book. I appreciate your review and look forward to hearing from you about what you think of the book. When Sex Hurts

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Visit Jennifer's website

For most of us, when we think of sex, it is with a smile remembering the last time we had a wonderful experience of pleasure and maybe even orgasm.

For some women pleasure is totally absent if there has been a long absence of regular sex.

Painful intercourse (dyspareunia)

Sex can be painful if your partner has not taken enough time to get your vagina relaxed and aroused if you are under 50. Sex play is an important part of love-making. If your partner is not taking his or her time with you, speak up. Tell them what you need. Rushing sex for a man, may be pleasurable, but women probably won't experience an orgasm this way and your partner is showing you a lack of consideration by not getting you ready for penetration. Slow down. Sex is so much better when it isn't over in a heated rush. (Remember the Pointer Sister's song?)

For post-menopausal women and some pre-menopausal women, sex is painful. When it hurts there is nothing a regular lubricant can do. The lower estrogen levels cause the vagina to shorten, become drier and the tissue to become fragile and extremely sensitive. Pushing forward will only increase the pain.
Eros and liquid silk can be effective at relieving this issue. For those who want a more natural method, practice, practice and more practice!

The best way to increase hormone levels is to gradually increase sex play. Be patient. As our bodies age, we need more time to raise our sexual energy. What used to happen within a few seconds,  may take 20 or 30 minutes of foreplay before intercourse can take place. Focus on oral sex, or digital stimulation to raise hormonal levels. If even oral sex is painful, digitally stimulate your clitoris daily. Daily orgasms and raising your sexual energy will also increase the production of hormones. Be patient it will happen. Having sex once a month or less is not often enough to keep your hormones at their optimum level. As we age, our urges may diminish. However, regular sex play is the way to go to keep your vagina in shape for a healthy sexual relationship. Like anything else, if you stop exercising you gain weight. If you stop eating healthy you become ill. If you stop having sex, your vagina will shorten, and become fragile.

If you don't use it, you lose it!

The key is regular sex play. Sex doesn't have to include intercourse every time. There are many ways to enjoy each other's body, snuggle, cuddle, stroke, massage, kiss and touch that can bring pleasure to the body. We all need touch. Most of us, do not get enough especially in long-term marriages. The key to having a vital happy relationship is to keep touching one another. To fondle, hold hands and kiss your partner when you walk by them. Let them know you love them with your eyes and your touch, not just your words.

The key is having a partner who does not want to hurt you and will stop when you say STOP! Men, please take heed. A tender vagina can mean excruciating intercourse. Be respectful and listen to your partner. Do not ignore, "It hurts, I can't do this." Pushing forward instead of, slowing down and re-grouping could mean an end to ANY sex play in the future.

For those of you who wonder what it feels like, I liken the feeling of dyspareunia to having a fire in your vagina, not in a good way. Pushing or thrusting forward when there is pain will not make it go away. Saying, "relax," does not make your partner relax when you are trying to stuff your penis into a fiery cavern.

When you stop having sex and even masturbation, your hormone levels drop because you are not using your vagina. The body saves it's energy by not producing what is not needed. However, when you find a partner or decide to resume sexual activity and have not been stimulating yourself to orgasm with regularity, you could be in for a painful surprise.

Following are ways to increase your sexual energy to increase hormone production naturally.

  1. Dance and move your pelvis. Thrust the pelvis, up and down, to open up the sacral chakra. Not only will this increase sexual energy, it will also open you up to be more abundant financially as it opens up the second chakra.
  2. Become more unconventional with your sex life. Have sex in other rooms than just the bedroom and at different times. Sex does not always have to be at night. Afternoon can be a wonderful time to luxuriate naked with one another and take your time. You will feel less tired in the afternoon than the end of the day and have more energy.
  3. Daily stimulation with a vibrator or finger on the clitoris will not damage the vagina and will increase hormonal production and natural vaginal lubrication.
  4. Gently insert a finger into the vagina at least twice a week to stretch and get your body to remember what it naturally used to do.
  5. Get over any shame by looking at what is coming up for you emotionally. If you have a new partner, ask is this partner someone you should really be with? Are they kind, compassionate or more concerned about their satisfaction?
  6. Read erotica to get your mind turned on before sex. Women need their mind in the game for arousal to occur.
  7. Talk to each other about your sexual fantasies.
  8. Use dirty talk.
  9. Make sex a game. Really! Buy a sex board game and have some fun!
  10. Wear sexy lingerie.
  11. Buy something new for yourself that makes you feel sexy.
  12. Change positions and vary the type of play you perform.
  13. Introduce a feather, massage, or maybe a blindfold.
  14. Change it up.
  15. Sex does not have to be boring - use your imagination. Have some fun!
  16. Without the fear of pregnancy and children running around this could be a wonderful time of life for you both.

Vaginismus

Vaginismus can cause deep and superficial pain. There are emotional factors that can cause painful intercourse. Issues could be a restrictive upbringing where sex was thought to be dirty or shameful. Pain could be from an emotional memory of rape, sexual molestation in childhood or another emotional issue surfacing from a past relationship. The key is to know that this can be cured. Compassion, understanding and patience along with a sex coach can help.

Other products that can help by plumping up the cells to retain more moisture are:

gyne-lubrin
gyne-moisture
replens
cocoanut oil - natural and organic thicker than other lubricants

Water- and silicone-based lubricants may be the best ones to use. Those  that contain niacin and L-arginine may increase sexual pleasure quicker by increasing blood flow to the region.

Sex urges continue well into our 70's and 80's. If you are not having sex, you may want to re-think it. Sex is a part of a healthy loving relationship. It opens the door to continued intimacy and deeper love. Enjoy, be patient and don't give up on this part of love. It is important. The added bonus is that you will live longer and happier at the same time.

Better Love, Better Sex

Better Love and Sex Radio Show with Devi Ward, was recorded, November 14 LIVE. This show is loaded with great information to assist you.

The playback link to the show is below.

Creating intimacy is something anyone can do. It doesn't come from more sex. It comes from loving and accepting yourself completely and being authentic. It also comes from feeling safe within your relationship.

Many of us turn ourselves inside out to be what our partners want not only in bed, but outside of the bedroom in our relationships at work and elsewhere. When we are trying to be what we think our partners want, we come up feeling empty, and lost. We lose ourselves. When we lose ourselves, our relationships often end because we feel unhappy and unfulfilled. We often blame our partners for our unhappiness and then look for a "better relationship." This is not the answer.

How does being authentic lead to better sex, and greater intimacy? The more fully you step into your True Self, the less phony fake and inauthentic you are. Loving acceptance of your self is the key. That is where I come in. You like me, have been in relationships where it did not feel safe to be truly yourselves. Especially if you feel unworthy, or unloved. You try harder and harder to please your partner only ending up more unhappy and even resentful of all that you have given.

The answer lies within, not without you. The more YOU you are, the happier you will be. It took me over 30 years of deep self introspection and working on myself to get here. I know it can be difficult. It is very difficult to get there alone. I help you step into the fullness of who you are. I empower you to completely integrate all parts of yourself, instead of trying to annex, exhile or cut out the parts of you that you are not happy with. Loving yourself does not mean you are perfect. It means that you accept all parts of you unconditionally. We are all a work in progress. Here are some ways to be fully authentic.

How To Be Authentic

  1. Let go of trying to be something that you aren't.
  2. Let go of trying to be perfect.
  3. Stop what you are doing and breathe in. Allow yourself to fully expand your lungs. Slowly exhale. Repeat this three times or more until you feel calm and fully present.
  4. Know that everything that has happened up until now is not a mistake, it is a lesson and a gift. Be grateful for what you have learned.
  5. Your past does not equal the present, once you recognize that something has to change. The something is accepting YOU! You don't have to be different it is more of a focus.
  6. Look at yourself with a soft focus. Think of yourself as a newborn baby. Babies are perfect, we love them unconditionally. We don't beat them up for not being perfect.
  7. Get to know who you are, intimately. Who are you? Write a list of descriptors that describe you (without job titles or job descriptors, without the "mother" title, or "father" title.
  8. Focus on what you love about you.
  9. Stop thinking negative thoughts about yourself. Remind yourself daily, "I LOVE ME." Use this mantra several times a day.
  10. Meditate. This will help ground you and become more focused.
  11. Get your energy cleared. This is a service I offer. You will feel more clarity, grounded and focused.
  12. Don't blame others for anything.
  13. Take responsibility. You are responsible for your own happiness. Happiness comes from within - not from outside of you.
  14. Do what brings you joy every day.
  15. Forgive yourself.
  16. Get some professional help along the way. It is so much easier to get forward motion when you work with someone who has been where you are. Hire a healed coach.
Isn't it time to be happy now? Why not contact a healed healer. Someone who has been where you are, that understands what it feels like to be molested, or have difficulty with intimacy, and being fully available emotionally. I have developed a program that teaches you all the tools to do this work while you work with me, so that afterwards you are able to carry on and continue on your own. As an intuitive life coach and hypnotherapist I uncover the deep rooted issues that have caused you the issues in relationships so that they can be weeded out. These limiting beliefs have you programmed for relationships that don't work. Patterns continue to repeat over and over until these programs are cleared.
When you are completely accepting of yourself, success and love expand. You feel so good that you attract success, love and all manner of greatness to you. Just by being you.
E-mail Jennifer NOW!

Working with me privately will help you become fully present, so that you feel whole, complete and sexy in your body. You will be so much happier with yourself and your body. It does not take the PERFECT relationship, or the PERFECT job, or the PERFECT weight to MAKE YOU HAPPY. Happiness comes from within.
