The Clitoris DeMystified

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Nature's replica of the female form

Ah the female form. It is lovely, beautiful, fragrant and absolutely Divine. Our body parts are delicate, tender and as different from one lovely woman to the next. Each woman is different. No two are alike. No two women like exactly the same type of stimulation. The clitoris is the female penis, only better! No! Really? How could it possibly be better, you ask? You are in for a pleasant surprise, but please don't get jealous. It has twice the number of nerve endings that the male penis has.

Exquisite Pleasure

The clitoris has 8,000 nerve endings. The penis has 4,000. These amazing nerve endings in the clitoris affect 15,000 other nerves exciting and spreading through the pelvis, connecting the kundalini to the brain.

Most people are unaware that the clitoris is far more sensitive than a man's penis. It is protected by a hood of skin that almost conceals it from view. It does not giggle when we walk, nor does it's form deny our arousal when clothed. The female form is as secretive, inward and almost covert as women can be.

Where Is The Clitoris?

The clitoris is located above the opening to the vagina, on the outside of the body. Moving from the navel towards the vagina it is the first moving part that can be caressed, played with and excited to bring a woman to orgasm with a well-practised tongue, finger or
vibrator. If you look at the orchid above, it depicts the positioning of this delicate and lovely body part. It is located between the two large petals of the flower, but slightly above and outside the most delicate inner flower. For more pictures and descriptions of the clitoris

Sitting slightly above and outside the vagina, the clitoris can be seen as tiny. Yet, only one quarter of the clitoris is visible. The root of the clitoris is found in the incredibly sensitive G-spot located beneath the clitoris on the upper vaginal wall.

It Keeps Getting Bigger!

The clitoris grows over time. When a girl reaches puberty, the clitoris begins to grow. By the time a woman is 32, the clitoris has grown almost four times the size it was in puberty. After menopause a woman's clitoris may be seven times as large as it was in puberty. Which could account for the reason why so many middle ages women report such hot sex.  Don't worry, you won't have to tuck it in to hide it as you age. Older women also should know their way around their own body. If you are wondering why your penis has shrunken while your woman's clitoris has grown, read this

What Is The Clitoris For?

Can you say, PLEASURE? Yup, the clit is the only part of a woman's sexual parts that is solely for her pleasure. It is the fastest way to get a woman off and most women know it. Most women do not orgasm through penile penetration alone. They need the friction
of the clitoris to get there. They need the stimulation of the G-spot to ejaculate. If your woman doesn't ejaculate, you have not sufficiently stimulated her. It is not that she doesn't have a G-spot. Do you see men walking around without a penis? I rest my case!

Locating The G-Spot

If you insert your finger gently inside a woman's lubricated vagina, curl your hand upward and use your finger in a come hither motion, you will touch the G-spot. The G-spot article will follow the clitoris, as it should (next).

The clitoral orgasm is intense and final. In other words, after a woman experiences a clitoral orgasm she may be complete, done finito! She may twitch when you attempt to touch her elsewhere. Give her time, she could be ready to go in another minute or two. Remember, that every woman is different. A clitoris has several pleasure centers. The one most often talked about is at approximately 1:00 if you are looking at a woman from below, or between her legs.

How To Stimulate A Clitoris

Placing the tip of your finger on the clitoris, gently add pressure inward, making concentric circles slowly at first, adding pressure and speed as you go. If you use too much lube you will totally piss her off! The clitoris can be stimulated gently without lube for heightened pleasure. The key is that women need to feel the rubbing, circles of pleasure and lubrication often gives you too much skidding - without the needed pressure. (Read my book about this.)

Oral Sex

Most women will tell you that they love a good tongue lashing, myself included! However, too much saliva causes too little friction. Whatever you do, don't stop in the middle of oral sex, you might get kicked, yelled at or who knows what else. Once she begins to moan, keep up whatever you are doing. Don't stop to ask for directions! You know you don't when you are driving, so don't now!

The Best Way To Find What She Likes

Ask a woman to show you how she stimulates herself. Watch what she does. Don't think you know better. Listen to what she says. A woman that has self stimulated will be able to tell you exactly what feels good. Listen to what she tells you. It is not a penis.

It Never Gets Old

Unlike the male penis which can shrink and sag with age, the clit never does. No matter how old a woman is, she can still orgasm through stimulation of her little love bud! Isn't it time you got to know yours, intimately! If you have never brought your woman to orgasm through the clitoris, you are missing a very big boat. You may be up a creek without a paddle ..... read my book, Orgasm For Life. Find out more about how to pleasure a woman, completely.

For more information about the clitoris and some enlightening pictorals check out Wikipedia here.

The clitoris in some cultures is removed to prevent their women from experiencing pleasure. The underlying reason is to keep her from experiencing pleasure with others. Why would you want sex if there was no pleasure for you in it? This surgical removal is cruel, misogynistic.

3 Powerful Reasons To Shake Your Booty For Health

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

If I had not experienced the powerful benefits of shaking it, I would not have believed it! Writing, teaching and coaching women and men about sex, I consider myself quite open-minded. However, the twerking, shaking and focus on women's butts left me cold, until two weeks ago. Remember the old phrase "Try it, you'll like it?" It is true. As humans, we often judge others before we reach understanding. When we sit in judgment, we can't see what is before us. We simply close our minds and hearts. I propose that you open your mind, and your heart and try it for yourself.

Why Zumba?

Zumba is a worldwide branded fitness trend consisting of Latin-inspired music, hip hop with exercise and choreography. Alberto Perez, better known as "Beto" is the founder of Zumba, hailing from Miami and begun in 2002. The choreography draws from cumbia, salsa, merengue, bachata and reggae, fusing them together with cardio aerobics.

The hip and booty shaking awakens the kundalini and sexual centers for both men AND women. Predominantly attended by women, not only does it help you become more fit, increase cardio-vascular health, lose weight and lose inches it also can awaken the sleepwalking women who have not had sex in years.

Uptight and Self Conscious?

I was raised in a very stiff upper lipped family. My father's parents were British. My mother was raised by her grandmother right off the boat from The Ukraine. We didn't shake anything in my household and certainly didn't watch or talk about anyone who did. In fact, when Elvis was on television, we didn't watch him, because my mother found him vulgar.

I was not allowed to wear short skirts at home, and certainly was not allowed to reveal cleavage, nor did my mother. These old ingrained patterns can be hard to break. If you want to live a long healthy life and have fun doing it, loosening up is definitely to our advantage. Breaking free of patterns and social regulations can be immensely freeing. Letting go of what others think of us, is key to enjoying an abundant, wealthy, happy and fulfilling life.

1.Benefit: Smiling From Ear To Ear. JOY!

Once you let go of trying to be perfect on the dance floor, you relax and fall into step, maybe not always on the same foot as the instructor, but in time to the music. After getting your feet in step your confidence is raised your arms begin to work better when your feet know what they are doing. The next step is falling into joy. Pure unadulterated joy. The last class I did I smiled from beginning to end.

2. You Become Healthier

The women I interviewed that have been doing Zumba told me that Zumba classes did the following:

  • Helped one woman heal from back surgery
  • Helped one woman tone her body and lose 30 inches all over (she is 49) in one year
  • Helped countless women get and stay fit because it is so much fun, it keeps them coming back for more
  • Helped one young woman heal depression
  • Freed one woman to become multi-orgasmic
  • Brought joy to thousands who previously were depressed
  • Awakened the sexual center in all ages of women

3. Shaking Your Booty Awakens Your Sexual Center

No matter how long it has been since you have had sex, the moves in Zumba get your pelvic region moving. When your pelvis moves, so does your sexual energy. Sexual energy and emotions can become stuck. When sexual energy gets stuck, you can become bitchy, closed-minded and controlling. Sound like anyone you know? Moving the pelvis has the added benefit of opening up your sacral chakra as well as your root chakra, which allows your creativity to flow as well as sexuality. The root chakra is located in the perineum (between the anus and vagina in women, and anus and base of the scrotum in men).

There is an added bonus of awakening and opening your sexual energy center: you become more confident and step into the being that you truly are. Women often feel more Goddess energy once they begin moving their sexual energy fully. Orgasms can be easier to achieve, or more powerful.

Why Do You Want Your Sexual Energy Awakened?

Having blocked energy is not good for anyone. When there is a blockage, illness can occur. When you have blocked sexual energy you can also have issues with finances and security. Living a balanced life involves having our sexual center opened. Zumba is a fun way to open your sexual center and empower your Goddess self.

My Zumba Teacher - Lucy Harris

I love my Zumba instructor. She is fit, sexy, fun and energetic. Moreover she has got some moves on her that would make

BeyoncĂ© jealous. Lucy who began dancing at age 4, took 4 - 6 classes a week till her later high school years. She then gave dance a break and played basketball. Lucy's mother, Kathy Hart supported her then by paying for and taking Lucy to all  her dance classes.

She continues to attend her classes, often taking over for Lucy, and well able to hold her own in moves and endurance. Kathy is fit and youthful. Clearly Zumba has kept her body in great shape. I have yet to see anyone who regularly attends Zumba classes look dour or miserable. Zumba brings back the HAPPY! When we are happy we thrive. Everyone I have talked to about their experience with Zumba has said that feeling happier is the number one benefit.

Loving Yourself Makes You More Beautiful

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Want to look and feel more beautiful? All it takes is a little more love.

Most of us are our own worst critic. We focus on the little bulge around our middle, our crows feet or other imperfections. It is amazing how letting go of trying to be perfect will take years off your face. You begin to look softer, younger and certainly more radiant.

When we focus  on our negative traits, we create acidity in our body. We worry, become uptight, rather than relaxed about life. Our anxiety over the small details not being perfect change everything we eat into acid. Even our thoughts are acidic. Acidity creates disease. Cancer and other diseases thrive in an acid environment.

To be able to love yourself, you have to let go of a few things. When we recognize that it's okay that we aren't perfect, there is only one being that fits that bill, and it ain't us! We can relax a little more. We can be the best mom we can be, without having to be perfect. We can be the best life coach we can be without having to be perfect.

I will tell you a little story........  I used to try to be perfect. I used to look to others to validate me, especially my parents, even into adulthood. When I realized that others do not create my self worth, I do, I let go of trying to please anyone else but myself. It does not mean I am selfish, I just don't have to be liked by you, to love myself. I'm okay with that. Not everyone is going to like someone like me. I might push buttons, make you cry by being near you. That could make you feel uncomfortable.

I let go of looking to others for my self worth. I look within instead. I know I am loved. I have a deep connection with The Divine inside me. I feel deeply connected to nature, all the time. This connection fills me up. I don't feel empty or lonely - ever. That changed for me in 2012. I know I am never, ever alone. I know I am always loved. I love and accept all parts of myself - even though I have faults. I don't have to be perfect to love me. I have come to accept myself as I am, without trying to change me. It also means I don't attempt to CHANGE OTHERS either. That is what unconditional love is. TO LOVE NO MATTER WHAT. Love is not based on good behavior.

When my oldest son and his girlfriend were going through a difficult time, they lived with us for a while. Klarissa was a sweet and beautiful young woman, but had very low self esteem. She agreed to help me with my website (my old one). She was extremely creative and gifted in many ways. When she wanted my feedback, she found my ADD distracting. Yes, I have the innate ability to focus on 10 things at one time.....  maybe not effectively, but I am easily distracted and I have to work very diligently to stay on point, focused and complete a task. Amazing isn't it that I have written two books and have created so many blogs? It still surprises me at times. Some of my blogs may be very focused and to the point, where others tend to wander a little. I have let go of the perfectionism.

Klarissa said to me at one point when she was working with me, "You may find your ADD cute, but it is very distracting!" What she failed to understand, is that I had embraced my imperfection. I knew I had ADD, but I loved that part of me anyway. Instead of trying to excise it off me, like cutting off an arm (which would be excruciatingly painful.....  I loved that imperfection.) I had to work diligently to focus on one thing at t time and complete it. When I return e-mails I can fixate on one thing, and skip over (or look like I ignored) other questions. I had to explain that I was not trying to be cute with her, but instead I was being loving and accepting of my faults. I had work diligently to stop bashing myself for those things that didn't smell so good, or that weren't absolutely pristine and beautiful. I let go of trying to be perfect. I softened my gaze towards myself. I dropped the proverbial baseball bat and magnifying glass.

Most people focus on their faults and make them bigger than they are. When you begin to love your faults, they become less of an issue. You learn to adapt, or work around those things, like a fear of numbers (which I used to have). I cleared those issues and feel better about them.

Softening your gaze when you look at yourself can be as simple as to stop being such a tough task master for YOU! Look at yourself as if you were a newborn infant. You would not beat up a newborn for crying, or pooping in it's diaper would you? Of course not! So stop beating yourself up love those little idiosyncrasies that you have. We all have them. Stop worrying about what others think about you. It is none of your business anyway.

When you relax and let go of the perfection, you will become more radiant, look younger, more beautiful and live with less pain in your body. Most people think I am 20 years younger than I am....  tally up the age of my kids, you can think I started my family at 14, but I was a little older than that!

Remember you are beautiful. You are worthy. You are love. Love all of you. Accept all of you. Stop beating yourself up with that baseball bat. Stop looking at yourself under the magnifying glass. No one looks very good under the scrutiny of a magnifier.

When we look outside of ourselves for love and acceptance, we will never find it. When we look outside of ourselves for happiness, we will never find permanent or lasting happiness. We may find it for a short while, but it will not last, because our self criticism will show up. We will judge, beat up and scrutinize every detail and beat it up till it dies.

True radiance comes from radiating the love that you are from within. Join me in radiating your inner beauty and looking 20 years younger than we are, live life in joy today. Set up a time to meet with me so you can begin to soften your gaze and love you. If not now, WHEN?
