3 Simple Techniques To Use To Eliminate Negative Emotions

We pick up negative energy in our workplace, driving in our cars when someone cuts us off, and anytime a conversation takes place where we experience emotional upset. Our emotions are the biggest cause of the negative energy that builds in our energy field. Taking care of ourselves includes clearing negative emotions from our field. Following are three simple and inexpensive ways to clear your energy.

It is always a good time to release negativity from our field. The best times however, are during a Mercury Retrograde or at a full moon.

1. Intentional sacred clearing using Epsom salts soaks. Clean your bathtub first. Rinse out any cleaning agent carefully. Throw 3 - 5 handfuls of Epsom salts into the tub as you fill it with water as hot as you can stand it. This bath will serve several purposes, it will help you with any aches and pains, eliminate restless leg syndrome when done daily and will help to clear your energy field of negativity.

As you fill the tub stand over the tub holding your hands over the water or just gazing at the water and state your intention. I have done my intentions out loud and in my head and both work well. Setting an intention before you begin makes the bath experience one of healing and awareness. "This bath is to release negativity and clear my energy field." The simpler the better. You can light a candle if you wish, I tend not to do so so that I can experience the clearing without worrying about what my candle might or might not do. Flowers aren't necessary either, but you can add a few drops of essential oil, like lavender. 

Test the water temperature. If it is scalding hot, add a little cool water so you can comfortably get in the water. Lie in the full tub with your body and head submerged to cover your third eye in the middle of your forehead. 

While laying back in the water repeat the following and add whatever emotions you know you carry. As you begin, more will come to you, just let the words flow out loud. Be kind to yourself with your words. Have compassion for your inner being. You have experienced so much and deserve to be treated lovingly and tenderly.

• I release the burden of resentment
• I release the burden of anger
• I release the burden of rage
• I release the burden of hate
• I release the burden of unworthiness
• I release the burden of co-dependency
• I release the burden of shame
• I release the burden of guilt
• I release the burden of unforgiveness
• I release the burden of envy
• I release the burden of jealousy
• I release the burden of insecurity
• I release the burden of being unlovable
• I release the burden of abandonment
• I release the burden of rejection

Allow whatever emotions rise to the surface to be released with your statements. When you are releasing these emotions ask, "I ask that the energies being released be raised to the highest light and used to bless my body, mind, and soul, thank you.

Follow up the release work with positive affirmations. Once you are free of all this negativity allow yourself to soak in loving affirmations.

I am beautiful

I am loving

I am peaceful

I am harmonious

I love this body

I love my mind

I am so grateful to have this beautiful healthy body.

Once you have soaked for about forty minutes allow the water to drain out. When the water is almost gone carefully stand up and shower off the salt water and any remaining energy. You will feel free, lighter and beautiful. Your soul will love you for this intentional cleansing.

For more power and clarity, do a series of baths consecutively, like three days in a row, or seven days in a row. You will be surprised at the positive changes you feel emotionally, mentally and physically.

2. Cathartic primal screaming outdoors. Primal screaming is great therapy. I take people out into the desert or the forest of Colorado to do this release work. You can do it anywhere you feel comfortable screaming out loud. Scream until you feel you can't scream anymore. You might cry, you might laugh afterward, all are completely normal.

Begin by stomping your feet like a child having a temper tantrum. Move your arms and really get your body into the experience of letting go of frustration, anger, and rage. Screaming outside can leave you feeling spent, and freed up to create. When we experience anger and don't let it out in positive ways it causes harm to our physical body. Holding emotions in create blocks in our field. Speaking of how we are feeling or working it out with dance, exercise or hitting baseballs in a batting cage are other ways to release negative energy.

After your cathartic release outside, follow it up with a sacred cleansing bath and feel amazingly free, positive and lighter.

Follow up your cathartic screaming with positive affirmations:

• I am loved
• I am safe
• I am secure
• I am strong, powerful, harmonious, loving and happy

3. Walk outside at sunrise. Native Americans have been using the sun to cleanse their field for generations. The sun has been worshiped for its healing powers by many native peoples. Ask for the sun to remove any negativity. Express gratitude to nature and the sun for its power.

Clearing our energy is something we need to do regularly. The daily accumulation of negativity builds over time causing depression, anxiety and health issues. Doing any of these exercises will free your heart to be happier, healthier and feel so much more positive.

What Is An Energy Clearing?

Since 2007, I have been working with people's energy fields clearing negativity, depression, trapped emotions, self-sabotage, suicidal programs, internal conflict, limiting beliefs and blocks. The overarching theme of an energy clearing is the calmness that people experience coupled with clarity and a sense of feeling lighter and able to sleep like a hibernating bear. In this article, I will explain how I do this work and what it means to you.

Who Can Benefit?

Everyone can benefit from having their energy field cleared. It doesn't matter how spiritual you are, we get attachments, thought forms from others walking by, we pick up negativity from co-workers, parents, children and lovers. We have upsets, grief, shame, molestation, abuse, sadness, anger and so many other intense emotions that rattle our cage, and radiate out from us unconsciously. 

Past events where we were abandoned, rejected, humiliated or put down cause us to continue to attract more events that don't support our highest good.

We have beliefs that keep us stuck from childhood, patterns our parents set up for us that continue to broadcast into the universe bringing us what we don't want.

I began this work because a friend had an energy clearing done and told me how fantastic she felt afterward. I had to experience an energy clearing for myself. One clearing made me feel more peaceful, centered, calm giving me clarity and grounding me. 

The second went deeper and allowed me to release another layer that bubbled up. With each session, my energy field was lighter, more positive and I felt more expanded. Anxiety, worry, depression, anger, conflict, fear was eliminated as well as sabotaging patterns that kept me stuck. I knew this was work I had to do for others. I became certified twice that year moving into mastery with my work.

How Does It Work?

An energy clearing can be done across the world in your absence and have the same powerful effect as being in the same room with me. There is no space-time component with energy. A family member can benefit from an energy clearing in their absence.

Clearing Conflict From A Business Associate

Relationships can be challenging. Having a loved one cleared, or clearing the joint field that the two of you share cleared can lift the issue so that you can move past being stuck in conflict. No conversation needs to happen unless you want it to about the issue. Following is an example of one client who had a conflict with a business associate.

Marrianne, has a web-based business with multiple clients. One of her clients had a serious conflict with her and became combative. They had an appointment scheduled in person after a particularly abusive phone call. Their appointment kept getting postponed. Marianne was quite fearful of meeting her male client in person. 

I suggested a clearing of their joint field (morphogenic field). She booked an appointment and I cleared the two of them together. 

The end result was a meeting that went smoothly without conflict, agitation or negativity. They resolved their issue and were able to move on without contention. An energy clearing of the joint field (morphogenic field) can enact positive change without conflict so that you can more easily reach resolution and move on. 

Why Get An Energy Clearing?

Just like you take a shower daily, or wash your car, your energy becomes heavy, dense and holds onto negativity. Like a cloud around you the negativity builds and drags your vibration down. An energy clearing gets rid of the beliefs, trauma, trapped emotions, blocks, and programs that don't serve you. 

What programs Might Be Negative?

Generational programming of poverty consciousness, sexual molestation, or addictions can be cleared. Perhaps your father was an alcoholic and you keep attracting men who are alcoholics. Getting this programming eliminated will help you move beyond this negative programming of attracting those with addictions.

How Can You Benefit

Everyone can benefit from an energy clearing. We have arguments, experience betrayal, conflicts, hurts, fears, breakups, and divorce. Everything we experience leaves breadcrumbs, programs opened and running, we create beliefs that don't serve us that debilitate us and cause us debt, and more challenges. Just like taking a shower, or vacuuming up dirt on a carpet an energy clearing removes unwanted, unneeded and debilitating programs and unnecessary suffering from your life. 

An energy clearing frees you to be the YOU that you are meant to be. 

What Programs Can Cause Increased Suffering?

Some of our programs come from past lives. We might have been murdered, killed in battle, or committed suicide in a past life. These past lives are still connected to your soul. Once the past life is cleared the issue goes away and no longer plagues you.

We might have a parent that is an alcoholic, abusive or cruel. Though that parent did the best they could do, you formed beliefs that don't serve you that are still running your life. You might feel that all men will leave you because your father left. You may keep attracting men that are similar to your father. 

Issues of abandonment, rejection, feeling unloved, unaccepted, humiliated, insecure, unworthiness over fifty different emotions can plague us unconsciously until they are cleared from our field and energy body.

You might feel and have a program running that all women cheat, lie or steal because that was what was done to you previously. Beliefs that there isn't enough, you aren't enough, or you can't find love are some of the programs many people have. Everyone has programs running that don't serve them and cause them some sort of difficulty.

How Do You Feel?

An energy clearing will allow you to feel a deep sense of calm. You will feel incredibly lighter, uplifted and positive. Most people report that their mental chatter quiets. Most people sleep better after having their energy cleared.You will become relaxed feeling mentally clear, focused without all the anxiety and worry that they had before we began.

Most people have a resistance to love and a desire to suffer.

I cleared a young woman in Colorado that had attempted suicide 12 times. I found 30 lifetimes of suicide in her energy field. Once I cleared this she stopped trying to take her life. 

I have cleared the energy of a friend who was shot by police from his best friend's energy field. He had been addicted to meth as had she. Once I cleared the attachment of her departed friend she was able to get off crystal meth in less than 30 days.

I began with a clearing on her special needs daughter who had serious anger issues. I explained her anger was something she felt comfortable with and I gave her the details as to why that was the case. Her parents had fought throughout their entire marriage. Anger was something she felt comfortable with.

As I cleared her son, I gave details on what he needed from her. It was the third clearing for her youngest daughter that gave her the most pause. I told her she had an issue with her left foot. Mine had been hurting the entire time I was clearing her. After the clearing she confessed to her daughter she had work done on her and that I mentioned her left foot hurting. At exactly the time I felt the pain, her foot was hurting also!

How Will I Feel?

Within minutes of me opening a clearing session, my clients report feeling a sense of calm wash over them and feel lighter, more positive with an ability to see the good in their experience.

Some people tell me they sleep through the entire session.

Is There A Downside?

There is no downside. In fact, I can't imagine why you wouldn't want to feel better than you do right now? Your suffering is decreased and self-defeating beliefs and programs will allow you to be free to live your life at a higher energetic level to create what you are meant to. It is nothing short of miraculous. 

Is A Clearing Permanent?

If you wash your car and drive through a mud puddle, a residue from that puddle will remain on your car. Similarly, if you have an upset, become fearful, angry and yell at your partner, you create holes in your auric field. 

As you begin to change your behavior, meditate, become more positive, loving, compassionate on a daily basis your field becomes stronger and you will hold your clearing longer - even permanently.

What Your Emotional Pain Is Costing You

I have had my share of emotional pain. I understand what it feels like to experience deep emotional suffering. When emotional pain continues you begin to feel that life isn't worth living. I assure you that it is. Join me Wednesday to shed this suffering that you feel you need.

The Cost

When we have emotional pain, we may separate ourselves from those who care about us. We push love away because we aren't in the right place to receive it. We aren't thriving or living fully because our pain keeps us small. We can't work to our potential. In fact, nothing is happening at it's optimum because our pain keeps us from experiencing the good things in life. Fun, joy or happiness can't possibly flow to us, because we are curled up in an energetic knot.

Pain Is Inevitable Suffering is Optional

We can't move into a conscious state without experiencing and releasing our pain. Pain is what causes us to move forward, to seek help of a professional or hire a coach. Staying where you are in pain, is suffering.

Desire To Suffer?

Yes. Most people have a desire to suffer. I had it. My family had it. My kids had it. A desire to suffer comes from our ancestors, (DNA) that believed when you suffered you were more God-like or God-fearing. A pattern of a desire to suffer can be cleared. When it is cleared, you magically let go your pain. Surrender is so freeing.

What Makes Jennifer Think She Can Heal People?

I don't heal people. The energy of Spirit, your Guides, your Angels, and mine flows through me. I am the vehicle. All I do is direct what needs to be done. In many cases, I ask, "what next? What needs to be cleared?" I am given clear direction for the group. 

Where Did I Get Certified To Do This?

In 2007, I took a two three-day courses to become certified in energy healing. In 1998, I was certified as a  hypnotherapist through The National Guild of Hypnotists. In 2011, I trained to be a teacher/trainer for Hypnotherapists and NLP. 

The Akashic Records

I traveled to Bali Indonesia and spent two weeks in training to read The Akashic Records. I have been reading the Akashic Records and doing healing through them since 2010. I use all these healing modalities in my coaching practice.

How Does It Work In A Group?

Usually, the people that come together in a group have similar issues. Even if some of the issues are different, I will ask for guidance for the good of all. The energy of the group can in fact, cause the clearings to be much more powerful, because where two or more are gathered, God IS!

How Can You Prepare

An energy clearing does not require you to take notes, record, multi-task or text other people. In fact, I promise you the more present you can be during the 60-minutes, the more you will benefit. Don't worry, I have been doing this for eight years and have not hurt one single person yet. This is all Spirit-led.

1. Turn off your television.
2. Turn off your radio.
3. Turn off your ringer on your cell phone.
4. Shut down your e-mail.
5. Don't try to multi-task.
6. Sit or lie down so that you are comfortable.
7. You can even close your eyes.
8. Breathe deeply.
9. You can repeat a mantra a few times, "I release all that no longer serves me."
10. Don't resist. Don't fight.
11. Allow it to happen automatically.
12. It is best to avoid alcohol before and after the clearing. 
13. Drink some pure fresh water after.
14. As with any spiritual work, avoid negativity, watching the news or scary things on television.
15. Sleep well.

What Will I Feel?

1. You might feel euphoric.
2. Some will have an overwhelming sense of God and the Angels.
3. You will feel calm.
4. You might even fall asleep. That is okay. Sleep means you went into a deep Theta healing state where powerful healing happens. It's okay you still got cleared. 
5. You might feel a slight tingling on your arms or across your back or shoulders. This is just energy leaving your body.
6. You might feel emotional. That's okay too. As old energy leaves your body, your soul's recognition of the past events may bring up a slight emotional response. 
7. Nothing that you feel is wrong. 
8. Everyone has a different experience.
9. After the clearing,

Its is just after midnight here and I am reading your cleansing report II. Bear with me hear as I reread and comment if I may. I feel it when you begin to work on me. Today 1st off since the 13 th I have been very depressed and have actually stayed away from people. When a friend asked me to run some errands with her I went willingly. Due to your clearing, this is the first time in a long time I had fun with my niece and sister in law. A calmness all day. Amazing!

60 curses blew my mind. But as I had said I have been told of her dark energies. But the most important thing here is I have felt them ,I have seen flashes of black light , my dreams are not mine anymore I feel her presence. Suicide and Self Sabotage

Sometimes life blind-sides you with challenges you are not prepared to face. A teenager is prescribed codeine for a health issue and unbeknownst to the parents and doctor, he mixes his medical prescription with alcohol and other street drugs. The end result is tragic, an overdose and a 17 year old is pronounced brain dead.

What some of you don't know about me is that long before I became a love and sex coach, I was a hypnotist and an energy healer. I have performed thousands of energy clearings for people I barely know. Today some of the issues I clear people for are drug addiction, alcohol addiction, fears, nightmares and insomnia. I clear people who are fighting with their mother-in-laws. I clear the chords from women who have been jilted by their lovers, so that they can move on. I also clear people who are schizophrenic and on medication for schizophrenia and are healed through two or three sessions. I clear people for money and love issues and lack of success.

Sometimes, I clear people for curses, voodoo and suicide. I have been doing this work for almost 15 years. I know my clearings work because my clients come back and talk to me about the fact that they no longer want to be dead, or take street drugs or pain killers. They are so much happier! Most people report that they feel lighter, focused and their depression and insomnia is gone in one session. Others have more challenging aspects and have past lives with people that are now their children. One such man could not stand the sound of his daughter's voice. We discovered that they had fallen in love with the same woman in a past-life and killed each other, dying on top of one another after a sword fight. 

For this man, I had to clear his soul parts that were left inside his daughter's body and vise versa. Once I did this, her voice no longer set his teeth on edge and she listened and did as she was told, when he asked her to go to bed, or get off the computer. Before the clearing they were constantly at war with one another. Sound crazy? It is not.

David Gates and Ray

Last week my daughter and I visited Boulder and Denver Colorado. Our primary goal was to spend my son's, (David Gates) 30th birthday together. 

Ariel spent time with friends she had not seen in a long time. She spent considerable time with her dearest friend, I will call Sienna, at her Boulder apartment. Sienna did not like to be alone and always had house-guests. Ariel was welcomed by her. She was awaiting the return of her boyfriend from New York where he was staying with his parents. Gregory (name changed for his protection) had overdosed three times and had been in rehab with his younger brother. While the girls were together he became ill with mononucleosis, a common ailment for a teen. I heard about him being sick from Ariel. On the drive home from Colorado on Sunday night, my daughter received a message from another friend who told her that Sienna's boyfriend only had 24 hours to live. I thought it strange that they knew how long he would be alive. I wondered how this could be?

Sienna tended to be overly dramatic, so we did not think too much about it during our 16 hour drive. Upon our return to California, Ariel got on Facebook and discovered that Sienna's boyfriend indeed took an overdose and was on life support. His condition was grave. His doctors pronounced him brain dead. He would be removed from the respirator the following day, Monday. This news alone was enough to throw Ariel into a tail spin. However, the situation became worse when Sienna was boarding a plane for New York and told Ariel she intended to kill herself. She could not face living without Gregory. 

They had been together on and off for 3 years . They were best-friends. Sienna had been on her own since her early teens and had little parental support or guidance. She had been gang raped in a church at age 11 and forced to inhale cocaine by her six rapists. Her parents were not aware of their child's addiction to cocaine until years later. A drug addict at age 11, her life only became more complicated and challenging as her father was incarcerated for dealing drugs. Her brother committed suicide and her father attempted suicide in 2013. Sienna's mother was absent by marriage and not available for support. My daughter told me Sienna had 11 failed suicide attempts. One of which, I was aware of, a year ago. Ariel was distraught when Sienna vanished and shut her phone off. She was found at that time by the police through the help of a friend. She was not happy about it.

I have had more than 5 clients who were suicidal and regular clearings helped to stabalize them permanently. I had recently cleared a man who had a voodoo curse put on him who was also suicidal. I had very good success clearing these issues. 

Although this story sounds outrageous and like a fantasy, I assure you it is not. I had several choices. I could do nothing, or step in and ask my guides if I could clear Sienna for suicidal programming. I clear people every day, and have faith that it is done. I hear back from my clients about how their lives have changed and have testimonials to prove it on my website. I weighed the possible outcomes. I knew that if I did nothing there was an over 90% chance that Sienna would kill herself. There was a tremendous amount of dark energy around her and I could feel her boyfriend pulling on her heartstrings to encourage her to join him. I could not sit idly by and allow this child to die. My guides and angels assisted and supported me through the clearing.

I spent several hours working on Sienna and cleared 30 past lifetimes where she had committed suicide. When there are many lifetimes of suicidal programming, people have a tendency to repeat it again in a subsequent lifetime. It becomes almost a given that their life without a clearing will end in a suicide. 

I cleared the chords and webs between Sienna and her boyfriend. I sent him to the light. I also cleared all the thought forms, votices and portals, attached energy and all demonics from her soul. Sienna had several disembodied spirits attached to her, which kept her addicted and depressed. They also made her feel very afraid. I would not be surprised if she also had night terrors. Ariel had informed me that her friend had insomnia. Attachments can cause insomnia.

I asked the legions of healing angels to make the clearing immediate, as sometimes it takes up to five days to completely assimilate. This morning I did a maternal and paternal clearing which detached all her parents' karma from her as well as all chords and many other negative issues tied to her parents. 

There was complete radio and phone silence between Ariel and Sienna for almost 30 hours. I continued to pray for her safety. Ariel and I also prayed for a miracle to occur. An hour ago, I heard from Ariel that Sienna is back on Facebook and there was no mention of her killing herself or feeling that she could no longer live without her boyfriend. I am grateful for the gifts that I have and that I was able to help this child out. My daughter was very grateful today.

As a psychic, medium and energy healer I have met and spoken with spirits of departed loved ones, including my own ex-husband,  two dear friends and the spirit of my father. 

I have done readings for hundreds of others to put them in touch with their departed family members. A large part of my professional expertise lies in removing dark energies, negativity and attached spirits from the living. Call it exorcism, or entity releasement, it is all the same. People walk through houses, museums, stores and even the desert and pick up spirits of those who have not made it to the other side.

Spirits

Spirits can be tied to houses, people, places and things. After their death spirits can attach to a loved one, thinking that they are helping them. People become attached to their homes that they have lived in for their entire lifetime, or places of employment. Because of their love for people, homes and property they often choose to stay here on the earth plane instead of moving on after their death. This can occur if their death was untimely, or that their loved ones need them. Sometimes spirits are afraid of where they will end up, because of their actions during their lifetime. They are afraid they will end up in hell and choose to stay where they know and feel comfortable.

Some people are obsessed with their luxurious belongings, like a beautiful statue that they once owned. Rather than leave it behind and cross to the other side their spirit attaches to the statue upon their death. A sudden death can cause a spirit to feel confused and lost. They continue to return to the places that they felt at home, or comfortable and miss the opportunity to cross over. 

Just yesterday I was asked to do a clearing for someone who visited a large auction house in Atlanta, Georgia. He spent 15 minutes standing talking to the owner of Red Baron's auction house in front of the statue of Psyche and Venus. The statue was worth $300,000 and had been owned by someone now deceased. He had gotten attachments on him from the statue.

Jennifer Love Hewitt stared in the show, Ghost Whisperer where she had the ability to see spirits and helped them go into the light. As strange as this may seem,  this show is based on truth. Spirits often get stuck here and need assistance as their window to go to the light has closed. I have had to assist many to cross over after waiting too long to leave. One was my daughter's father, my ex-husband Rich Resuta. I had predicted his death in May, 2012.

He died very suddenly at the age of 52. He was very attached to our daughter and felt she needed him. I helped him cross on his birthday a year after his death. The night of his death he visited me to tell me he did not have a heart attack, "A door simply opened and I walked through, there was no pain, heart attack or fear." Every day for a year, he visited us and knocked on my daughter's or my office closet door to let us know he was here. He also commented to me and made suggestions to do with our daughter shortly after he died.

 

Addictions

I was recently asked to do a reading for a client who's best friend was shot to death by police in San Francisco. I found that his spirit had gotten stuck here. He had not crossed over. He was addicted to crystal meth and had been incarcerated several times for robbery. He knew he did not want to return to jail and seemed to draw the police fire to him intentionally. Sadly his death left his friend bereft and also hooked on crystal meth. She hired me to assist her friend to cross over, which I did successfully. 30 days after I sent him into the light her addiction to crystal meth was gone. She had tried everything to kick her habit. Nothing worked until I cleared her friend's spirit from her.

Addictions in the living, that show up after a loved one's death can be linked to a loved one's addiction.

Lately, I have been inundated with people who's teens have entities. The parents know something is terribly wrong, but can't put their finger on the cause. Suicides in teenagers are on the rise. Entities are the biggest cause of teen suicide. Smoking pot, taking street drugs opens holes in the auric field and allows the dark in. Drugs are not the only cause however. Some younger children are picked on and bullied in school restrooms. The trauma of these events causes tremendous fear. The fear creates an opening and attracts the entity to the child. After taking their children to medical doctors and shaman, nothing worked, till they found me.

These kids have become depressed, can't sleep at night, have night mares and tremendous fears that have come out of nowhere. Some have intense stomach issues and other illnesses that are unexplained. There are many different ways that people experience an attached spirit. Below are some signs you have an attachment. Everyone is different, you may have one symptom, but not another, or you might present with all of them.

Signs You Have An Attachment

1. You become angry for no apparent reason.
2. You are in fear.
3. The back of your neck feels strange like there is something there. Some have a tingling sensation.
4. You have thoughts you would not normally have - of hurting yourself or others.
5. You wake up at night and can't sleep
6. You hear sounds in your home, like a knock on the wall, picture or closet door and no one is there
7. You hear voices that aren't yours
8. You have become increasingly negative which is atypical for you
9. Friends and loved ones begin to avoid you and you don't know why
10. You may have a slew of legal issues, a spiral of bad luck, or accidents and health issues.
11. If you feel suicidal or called to hurt another, you probably have an entity attached to you.

People find me in mysterious ways. I was at a hospital in Tehachapi, California recently when Eric Scarlett was inexplicably drawn to me like a magnet. You may have heard of him from Monster Garage or the television show Big. He kept on looking at me in the waiting room and ended up walking over to talk with me. He said I was lit up like a Christmas tree and he felt he needed to talk to me. He had serious anger issues, Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome from his time serving our country. Eric Scarlett was being charged for a crime he did not commit, while he was home enjoying New Year's eve with his wife and friends. I listened to his story first and checked inside to see if what he was telling me was true. I trust my guidance and I was guided to do his clearing without hesitation. I cleared him before the court case and all the charges were dropped. He could not explain all the chaos that had been following him, nor could he remember when it all began. All he knows is that after the clearing he felt better, lighter and positive things began to happen for both he and his wife.

Fear

Fear invites entities in. Fear is a magnet for the negative and the dark. Fear is what gives them power. Love is what repels them. Love is a magnet for the positive and the light. You don't have to be a priest to get rid of negative entities. We have been trained by society to give our power over to others. This makes us easier to control. Fear is everywhere. It is in the media, on the Internet even in commercials. When we don't recognize our own power.

What does it mean when something is attached?

Entities need food. Their food is fear. They don't eat fear, they absorb it. Fear is a powerful energy source for these beings. Entities are disembodied spirits. In other words, they have died, no longer have a body and are in spirit form. They need energy to survive here. Our fear is what fuels them. They are invited in when we are in fear. Our aura protects us to a point. However, if you have been ill, in fear for a long time, worry or are negative, angry or abusive, you have holes in your field. These holes make our aura (energy field that surrounds every living and non living thing) like Swiss cheese. Entities can be attached at the back of your neck, or inside your body. Often they are inside the intestines. When I do a clearing for someone of entities, they often have diarrhea and stomach cramping as the entity exits. It can feel like food poisoning.

Why do people attract these things?

People who are in a vulnerable state, and watch a lot of scary shows attract spirits. Pharmaceutical prescriptions, smoking pot, drinking alcohol are all ways that we create openings in our protective auric field that invite entities in. We all have the power to repel these beings. Watching television lowers your vibration and can leave your auric field open. Violent shows and movies can also tear your auric field. It is our belief that we are powerless to repel these things. Fear will give a spirit power. They feed on our fear and anger. The more angry and fearful we get, the stronger they get. You have to LOVE them. They will leave if you love them.

From the clients that have sought me out, I have heard accounts of a string of what some would call it horrible luck. One couple had had three accidents, lost their jobs, had two robberies, and lost all their friends in a matter of months.  

How does it manifest?

The energy is intrusive and manifests in a way that is disruptive in the host's life. 

Feeling suicidal is a sign that you have an entity attached to you. Anger, swearing and tremendous fear are also symptoms of attached energies. Many of the people we know who have overdosed had entities attached. Heath Ledger, Kurt Cobain, rapper Kris Kros had entities attached which caused their deaths. People who murder others have attachments. People are innately good.
