Do You Really Create Your Reality?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Have you ever noticed that happy people seem to leap through life attracting beautiful experiences to them while those that are unhappy tend to attract people they don't get along with, challenges and more problems?

Perhaps the best way for me to explain my experience of this phenomenon is to take you back in time to before I was born. I will do so in the course of this article. But first, let's look at the Scientific data for those with minds that require documented proof.

Dr. Emoto experimented with consciousness and intent using water as a medium to prove or disprove his theory. What he discovered was that words, music, and prayer applied to water had a powerful effect, changing its shape in frozen crystallized form. The video below illustrates his experiment. The human body is comprised of 60% water. Human blood is 90% water. If thoughts impact water as much as Dr. Emoto found, imagine what you are doing to your body with the thoughts you think daily.

Remember 95% of thoughts are unconscious meaning unless you govern your conscious mind carefully and use mantras to heal the unconscious mind it is running amok with negativity.

Dr. Emoto died October 17, 2014. His work on earth was completed.

Others in the Scientific arena have experimented and documented the results of their findings which illustrate that when we put our attention or intention on something we create what we observe or intend. Just the simple fact that scientists were watching an experiment changed the end result.
“A fundamental conclusion of the new physics also acknowledges that the observer creates the reality. As observers, we are personally involved with the creation of our own reality. Physicists are being forced to admit that the universe is a “mental” construction. Pioneering physicist Sir James Jeans wrote: “The stream of knowledge is heading toward a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine. Mind no longer appears to be an accidental intruder into the realm of matter, we ought rather hail it as the creator and governor of the realm of matter. Get over it, and accept the inarguable conclusion. The universe is immaterial-mental and spiritual.”  – R.C. Henry, Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Johns Hopkins University ,  “The Mental Universe” ; Nature 436:29,2005) (source)

How I Created My Life of Suffering and Abuse

Even before we are born our mother's influence us with their fears. My mother felt unloved and unlovable. She was an orphan at the age of five. My mother was abandoned by her parents (through death), felt like a victim, was consequently raped at the age of twelve and molested by her brother-in-law. Her belief was that she was a victim, unloved, unlovable and that men would abuse, hurt her and then leave her.

She passed these beliefs on to me while I was in utero, as her mother and grandmother before her passed their fears onto her.

My mother was suspicious, fearful, had a hatred of men and felt like a victim. She felt the world was unsafe and continued to focus on her parents dying. Her focus was on abandonment and not being loved.

As soon as I was born, my mother felt regret. She had hoped for a boy and I was certainly not that. I was unwanted because I was born the wrong sex. I was fearful, felt like a victim, I felt unlovable, constantly vying for the attention of my parents. Interestingly, I was born during a Venus Retrograde a time astrologically speaking, there was no love.

Since my mother felt men only wanted one thing, victimhood was the common thread between us. She rejected my father, in many different ways though he loved her. My mother's perspective was that she was unloved. Even though my father loved her, she couldn't feel it. Her focus was on not being loved.

You Create Your Own Reality

I felt unloved. I felt like a victim. I felt guilty and ashamed. I was crippled by my fears.

I created what I focused on.
I thoughts others wouldn't like me, so they didn't.

I was afraid of the dark, afraid of what was under my bed and in my closet. I was afraid of my parents. I was afraid no one would like me. I felt the world was unsafe for me, so it wasn't safe.

My fears of being unloved surfaced with teachers, friends and in the world. I was victimized repeatedly by men and children in the neighborhood.

The Purpose of Trauma

Everyone experiences trauma at some time in their lives. This trauma is the impetus for us to feel joy rather than suffer.

Trauma makes us search for a deeper meaning to life.

We have a survival instinct. Surviving trauma makes us stronger, rather than weak. We rise above the trauma of the past recognizing its purpose is to be the catalyst for our growth, expansion, and enlightenment.

My trauma made me strong. I overcame my suffering. I let go of the past. I recognized the gift in it all. I stopped blaming my parents for my pain.

Avoiding Pain causes us more pain.
Focus on (the feelings) we are trying to avoid instead.

FOCUS

Have you ever played a game where you look for a particular color car on the highway? When you begin to watch only for red cars, you are amazed at how many red cars there are. When you are looking for white cars, all you notice is the white cars. The same holds true for life experiences. What you pay attention to is what you see. Your perspective changes everything.

When you see that life is working for you, rather than against you everything changes. JEM

When We Focus On The Problem

Wherever we give our attention expands even when it is negative. All we can see is where we are currently focusing.

Think about not having enough money to make your house or rent payment. When you go into that feeling of not having enough, you are in lack consciousness. Your focus is on the problem. Or maybe you place your bills in a stack and forget about them, thinking they will go away. Avoiding the bills creates more pain.

You worry about what will happen if you don't make your payment on time. You conjure up all kinds or scenarios and worry about the domino effect of not making your payment. You might worry about losing your home. What if you get foreclosed on or evicted? What will happen then? How will you work? How can you work if you don't have a place to live? All these thoughts create more problems down the road.

Instead, Put Your Attention On The Solution

When we focus on the problem, we create more problems. Instead, focus on the solution by asking questions.

  • How can I effortlessly and easily have enough to pay my rent with plenty of money leftover?
  • How can I easily have enough to pay all my bills on time?
  • How can I easily find someone who loves me for who I am?
  • How can I easily find a job that I love for the perfect pay?
  • I wonder how I can easily and effortlessly find joy being me?
  • I wonder how I can make money by being me?

All We Have Is Our WORD

Most of us don't realize how we create shame and guilt by not keeping our word.

The biggest shift for me came when I began to be in complete integrity. Shame and guilt became a thing of the past.

Being In Integrity Shifts Our Reality

I did what I said I would do. I kept commitments. I stopped lying to myself and others. I took responsibility for my life, my health and everything I said. I stopped arriving late. I stopped making excuses. I stopped blaming others for what happened. I stopped worrying about what others thoughts of me. I stopped dating men who were in the middle of a divorce. I stopped avoiding my feelings. I felt my emotions fully and allowed them to flow through me.

Raising Awareness Helps Us Create What We Want

I became aware of what I was saying.

I began to notice what I was thinking.

I boldly stepped into responsibility. I stopped trying to make others happy and allowed them to do so for themselves.

Instead of living in fear, I became courageous and fearless!

Instead of focusing on the past, I focused on the positive inviting better experiences in for me.

I became an open book, rather than keeping secrets out of fear.
Suffering Is Optional!

When we attempt to avoid our feelings, we suffer. Only when we can feel our feelings fully can we move through them to the other side into joy. Many people avoid their feelings because they are afraid. Working with a compassionate practitioner who is unafraid can help you work through your feelings in a safe environment.

You Aren't Exempt

Whether you like it or not, you are creating your own reality. Begin to notice what you are thinking. When you recognize that you are creating from a place of fear (which blocks you) shift your thoughts to something more positively creative.

Mojave Desert, California
Why Do We Experience Pain?

We live in a world of contrast. Contrast is necessary to show us what we have or don't have. If everything was perfect and beautiful all the time, there would be no room for growth. If the sun shone all the time, you wouldn't recognize that clouds offer shade and the rain feeds the earth and its inhabitants.

Alpharetta, Georgia
Living in the desert it is dry, brown and desolate. Traveling to Georgia or Colorado I see the contrast - the beauty, differences and am thrilled to be experiencing this contrast.

What has your pain taught you? How has your pain helped you grow?

Where do you see the contrast? What does the contrast help you recognize?

When We Believe The World Isn't Safe

When we believe the world isn't a safe place we create events that scare us and prove the world isn't safe.

Abortion and Infant Death

How can a fetus have created its own abortion? A soul that needs a particular type of experience for its growth comes into alignment with the vibration of the experience it needs. Sometimes, what that soul needs to experience is being rejected, unloved or aborted.

We experience what we need to learn our lessons so we can grow and evolve. A parent that loses a child needed to learn something about loss, appreciation, and love. We are co-creating together in this Universe, not alone.

Why The Law of Attraction Hasn't Worked For You

  1. You decide what you want.
  2. But you continue to focus on what you don't want.
  3. You worry about what you don't want, continuing to focus your thoughts, fears and emotions on what you don't want.
  4. You always have a choice and you are choosing to focus on what you don't want.
To Create What You Want

  1. Always control your focus.
  2. Pay attention to your thoughts.
  3. When your thoughts begin to stray, steer them back to what you want.
  4. Choose your thoughts wisely.
  5. Don't allow yourself to wallow in self-pity or resentment because you will perpetuate feelings of unhappiness.
  6. Complaining about your circumstances only highlights and creates more of what you don't want.
  7. Remember suffering occurs when you focus on unwanted things.

As we expand through our experiences and change our perspective, so does The Universe. The Universe isn't stagnant anymore than we are. It is always expanding, always changing. We are meant to grow, expand and experience joy through enlightenment.

Life is meant to be fun, joyful and happy. If you don't enjoy the journey taking the time to sniff the roses along the way, you are missing out on many opportunities for fun, play, laughter, and expansion. Our pain and suffering is what causes us to focus on the simple things and find joy through those rather than in material wealth.

25 Ways To Create Better Sex For 2016

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

This Christmas, I spent time with my 93-year-old mother. My parents were married for forty-nine years. I had the opportunity to talk to my mother about marriage and her opinions about relationships. No relationship is perfect. Both parties need to focus on making a relationship better to improve communication, deepen intimacy and create expanded love and better sex. If one person continues to blame the other, refuse to talk about issues, or stuff unresolved anger there will constantly be sniping, fighting or conflict.

I have written about many of these issues in my most recent book, Orgasm For Life. I suggest you resolve to read my book in 2016 to improve your sex and love life.

Here are my top 30 ways to improve your relationship on all levels:

  1. Apologize. This is one of the simplest and smallest of improvements you can make in any relationship. A heartfelt apology will begin to shift the mood and open the door to communication where there is none. For those of you that are macho men or have huge egos, an apology may be something you never do. From my mother's perspective, this is one of the biggest issues within a marriage. My father never apologized in 49 years which was the biggest complaint my mother had. If this is you, open your heart and get out of your head. An apology goes a long way to soften hurt feelings, to soothe rejection, and to open the door to more loving and better sex in any relationship. Men can have sex with their partner when they are pissed off. Most, but not all women need an apology to begin to get over an argument or hurtful comment and move towards sexual closeness. Women will refuse sex when they are angry. The person who receives it, of has to be open enough to accept it. Get over yourself and open your heart.
  2. Create Security. Feeling secure in a relationship involves safety. If a threat of violence is present, or you are concerned that your partner will leave you, you won't feel secure. If you are insecure about yourself you will be insecure about your relationship as well. When two people are committed to each other and know divorce is not an option, the relationship has a greater chance of survival. Those who have been sexually traumatized in the past need to have your past issues cleared to move beyond them. Hypnotherapy or energy healing shifts these patterns profoundly.
  3. Build Trust. If you don't trust yourself you won't trust others either. If making decisions is an issue for you, you probably don't trust yourself. Build trust within yourself. Check into your body when you need to make a decision. How does your stomach feel when you think about what you are about to do? Do you feel a sinking feeling? Do you feel uplifted? Do you feel uncertain? Your gut is the best barometer of truth for you. Trust your gut instinct. Your body never lies. Why is trust so important for sex? If you don't trust your partner, are afraid they will cheat, lie, bring home an STD, or do something you don't want them to do, you won't be able to relax and let go during sex.
  4. Talk to Each Other. If you can't hold a conversation outside the bedroom, your sex life won't expand and grow. The word "intercourse" actually means conversations between two people or groups. To deepen intimacy, create greater closeness and a better relationship you need to have conversations. If you don't talk, your relationship will suffer inside and outside the bedroom.
  5. Praise Your Partner. The best advice a preacher ever gave me was to give my husband praise. It is easy to do the opposite, but far more difficult to boost our partner's self-esteem and show them gratitude. We tend to critique, condemn and moan about our partners, rather than praise them. Try praising your partner for a week. Notice how this shifts their perspective.
  6. Appreciate Your Partner. There are many ways to show appreciation. You can revel in your partner's nakedness, by telling them how beautiful they are. No matter how imperfect our bodies are they are works of art. There is no greater turn-on than to be told your body is beautiful. We are never so vulnerable as when we are laying naked for our partner to see. Show your appreciation. Appreciate your partner in other ways by showing up with flowers, writing love notes on their pillow or in their lunch box. Appreciation is a simple thing that shifts a relationship in amazing ways. Appreciation is one of the most important parts of a loving relationship, without it your relationship will shrivel and die. Resentment grows without it. Belated appreciation is not as powerful as when you see someone doing something for you in the moment. Show your partner some love and be more appreciative of the small things they do for you. You can show appreciation by cleaning up after a meal is cooked for you, remembering birthdays, anniversaries but bigger than those annual events is daily appreciation. It's The Small Things That Matter.
  7. Show Your Partner Gratitude. Saying "Thank you, " for a dinner just cooked, laundry folded and put away, a window sill that has been painted, or repaired will get you more of what you want. After an incredible sensual experience that your partner has just given you say, "Thank you!"
  8. Make Eye Contact. Look into your partner's eyes when they are speaking and making love with you. Part of intimacy involves being able to allow your partner to see you transparently. How better to allow deeper intimacy than to do some deep eye gazing. Look into your partner's eyes and feel.
  9. Smile. Smiling improves mood, can lift your spirit and simply makes you feel better. Smiling at your partner can shift an experience, and prevent an argument. Notice how you look when you are relaxed. Walk by a mirror and check your facial expression. Do you look angry? Do you look miserable? Do you look like you could kill someone with your expression? Or do you look like Mother Theresa, happy, fulfilled and satisfied with your life? Try it, you might like it!
  10. Give hugs. Hugging your partner during the day shows that you are interested in them for more than just sex. A hug is a loving expression that gives us the feeling of love without a boob grab, or ass grab.
  11. Touch Outside The Bedroom. In many relationships the only time touch comes into play is during sex. If this is you, begin touching each other's hand or arm when you talk, a shoulder caress when you walk by can show love without expectations that will keep you connected when you are apart. If the only time you touch is before sex, there is no intimacy in your relationship. Turn That No Into A Hell Yes!
  12. Take Responsibility. Blaming others makes you a victim. Take responsibility for your own actions. Blame has no place in a loving conscious relationship. Pointing fingers creates volatility and makes you a victim. Use phrases like, "I feel that...." Rather than, "You did this to me!"
  13. Forgive. No one is perfect. We all do things that have ramifications. Holding onto past events, keeping score will impact all areas of your relationship including your sex life. Both parties need to be forgiving. Our relationships teach us about ourselves. We often project our past patterns of traumas and upsets onto others.
  14. Give.  There are many ways to give to your partner. Make them breakfast, turn on their car before they leave for work, scrape the snow and ice off their windows so that the car will be warm and the windows clear. It is the little things that mean so much. When you give, you are investing in your relationship. If you only take or expect to be given to, your relationship will not deepen and resentment may build. If you want oral sex from your partner, give oral to them first. Give to your partner first.
  15. Be Flexible. Nothing creates tension like inflexibility. Life throws us curve balls, being able to go with the flow and shift when things don't go the way we thought allows other doors to open. Opportunities will present themselves when we are flexible. In the bedroom, flexibility might involve a workaround when dryness or an erection doesn't happen. There is no need to become angry. Instead, do something different. Give each other a massage and more time to become aroused.
  16. Let Go Of Expectations. When we have expectations in our relationship we are setting ourselves up for disappointment. As time goes on our sexual relationship changes. Hormones change, desire can diminish, health issues present themselves, and our physical body change. Be open to new possibilities. What used to be a regular event can become a rare thing. Don't forget to show appreciation when you have an amazing connection and interaction in the bedroom.
  17. Add Romance. Over time, romance can fall by the wayside. Without romance we can feel that we are not loved or taken for granted. Create romance by setting up a date night, taking care of all the details including the babysitter, if you have small children. Women who are take-charge people often complain to me that their husbands don't make plans and that they would like nothing better than their husband to buy tickets and create a date night, on their own. Do you complain you don't have enough sex? When was the last time you took her out and made all the plans yourself?
  18. Unplug! Turn Off The Television, Computer and Cell Phone. Social media, news and cell phones disconnect us from each other. At this moment my brother is complaining to me about being on my computer when I should be visiting with him. Spend meaningful time with each other. I have been in restaurants and witnessed couples both texting other people rather than talking to each other. Keep cell phones and televisions out of the bedroom.
  19. Walk Together. Going for a walk outside will help you both unwind and connect you to nature. Hold hands. Talk about your day and share experiences with one another. The best sex comes from shared experiences. Leave your cell phones at home.
  20. Take A Bath Together. Light some candles and pour yourself a glass of wine or Perrier and relax together in a hot tub. I don't recommend sex in bubble bath, as bladder infections and vaginal irritations can result.
  21. Take Time Apart. Togetherness is wonderful, but humans need time alone as well to be able to be fully present when we come together with each other.
  22. Compromise. Not everyone is right. We certainly aren't perfect. Giving in, rather than trying to win every argument will shift your relationship and sex life faster than almost anything.
  23. Respect Each Other's Privacy. There are times we need to be alone. Sometimes we want to take a bath alone and don't want anyone to join us. If we are meditating or in the bathroom we probably don't want to take a phone call. Respect of privacy no matter how long a couple has been together is paramount.
  24. Be Spontaneous! We plan vacations, children, wedding days and meals. Some things needs to be spontaneous. Spontaneity adds excitement to a long-term relationship. If you always have sex on Saturday night, change it up and surprise your partner with morning sex.
  25. Do it! The trash needs to be taken out, the bathrooms needs to be cleaned and meals need to be cooked. It doesn't matter if you are a man or woman, just do it. If one person is responsible for all of the household chores, it is likely that there is no division of labor, which creates resentment. When resentment is present, sex won't be.
The best way to improve your relationship is to look within. When you are being triggered by something your partner has done or said, it wouldn't bother you if you didn't have an internal trigger. Always have the last word, say "Yes, dear!"

5 Powerful Ways To Make 2015 Magical

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Another year has come and gone. Looking back at the past year in retrospect, was 2014 all you wished for? Do you wonder how you can improve your happiness or love quotient? We could waste time and energy regretting all that we didn’t accomplish, or we could look forward with great anticipation. Welcome the opportunity to create using a powerful intention to be and do better than we were in 2014. Yes even you, can create a magical new year.

Setting an INTENTION for each day can change the outcome of a 24 hour period. Think of what setting an intention for the whole year can do for your love life, business success and happiness. An intention is like a prayer over your creation. It is an overreaching energy which colors the outcome. Yes, an INTENTION helps you create magic.

Here are some powerful ways to make 2015 exactly what you want it to be with magic (along with a few lessons and gifts thrown in).

  1. Look at 2014 with eyes of gratitude. Give thanks for all that you have received, gained and learned. When you are grateful for what you already have, you will create more wonderful events, situations and infinite possibilities for positive experiences and people to assist you in 2015. Gratitude is one of the easiest ways to bring magic into your world. Remember that there is no such thing as a mistake. We make choices and decisions. The wonderful gifts we receive are the lessons we learn along the way, about ourselves.
  2. Put your mind in what I call, NEUTRAL. Deepak Chopra refers to this place as "the GAP." It is where your thoughts cease and awareness lies. In this place of NEUTRAL your mind will be calm. Meditation is the single most important addition to your life. If you aren't meditating now, begin in 2015. It will calm your mind, help to heal your body, and bring more peace and calm into your life. I have a YOU TUBE video which you can do with me. I also teach meditation in my private sessions. There are other times that we automatically put our selves into a hypnotic trance, like when we are driving, peeling vegetables, or putting on makeup or shaving in front of a mirror. Emotions, memories and thoughts interfere with creation. Put your mind into the place of "no thought" or neutral. Immediately after meditation is the best time to create.
  3. Envision your creation. See yourself with clarity, feel the excitement that you will have with your new love, home or successful business and release your vision out into the Universe. Let it go! Do not hang on, or pull it back to let The Universe know you have additions or changes. The Universe will bring you something far greater than you ever imagined if you just LET IT GO! Release it to The Universe.
  4. Create from a place of contentment or joy. You are much more likely to get what you desire when you are in a place of fullness, rather than lack or need. When we are in a place of lack we feel empty or wanting. I know this does not make sense, but when you are feeling poor, you can't create wealth. You have to FEEL happy with what you have, to receive what you DESIRE. You have to give love to yourself and feel already loved to receive a loving relationship. If you keep saying, I am always alone, you will always be alone. Instead thank the Universe for the love in your life. Fill yourself with love first! From a place of feeling empty - you just create more lack.
  5. Let The Universe handle the details. When you live in belief or certainty that things will work out as they should, everything will fall into place like magic. Know it is already done. Already taken care of. When you let go, you allow the details to take care of themselves.
My little secret:

I have manifested some amazing creations. When things seem to work out the best and the fastest is when I ask questions. Looking for win-win solutions for everyone also makes our manifestation occur in miraculous ways. The Universe loves win-win solutions. Use this phrase, "How can I possibly have ______________ so that everyone wins?"

Ask questions! Questions are a magical way to create what you desire. Often we unconsciously make statements about life, our relationships and situations. When we do so we create more of what we don’t want. For example, “Life is hard.” “I don’t have any money!” With our words we create that which we don’t want. Just like waving a magic wand over our life. The Universe always
works to make us right. If we think and say, “Life is so hard!” It will be. If you continue saying, “I don’t have the money” you won’t have money. The Universe will send us difficult life situations to prove us right.

If instead, we ask, “How can my life be effortless and easy in 2015?” The Universe will bring us ease. Remember to ask, rather than make statements about your life. “How can my business and love life be successful, joyful and peaceful?” This is the fastest way to create success and ease with some magic. This really works! Once you ask the question, let go and know it is taken care of.
Wisdom for a fabulous and conscious 2015:
  1. LIVE in the PRESENT. The past is gone. There is no getting it back. You can’t change what has happened. However, you can change your perspective about the events. Look for the silver lining. There is always something learned. Look for the lesson. Then say, ”Thank you!” Getting the lesson removes yourself from the role of victim. None of us are victims. If you consider yourself one, you are missing the whole point of life. Our soul purpose is to be enlightened and help others. Like Paul McCartney sang in the hit song, “Live and Let Live,” let the past be. Forgive yourself for what you have not done and let it go. Living in the present also means not focusing on what will happen tomorrow. Looking towards the future constantly takes you out of being present. The future will be here tomorrow. Which is soon enough. Breathe in deeply. Slowly exhale. Repeat three times. This will bring you into your body and into the present. Your breath can magically return you to the present.
  2. Be the best YOU that you can be. This does not mean that you have to strive for perfection. As humans we are by definition, imperfect. However, we are already worthy, already enough and already lovable. We can be the best version of US we can be. We can love our loved ones and ourselves without holding back. We can allow ourselves to be more authentic and vulnerable. We can allow ourselves to be kinder, sweeter, more tender, and giving. Love is our core essence. Love and accept yourself completely, instead of judging yourself and others. Be generous to yourself. Nurture yourself. Step up your game. Instead of being complacent with your life, look for ways you can love yourself more, accept yourself more and expand your horizons to receive new experiences.
  3. Re-think your life goals and write them down. The comedian Lily Tomlin, is famous for saying, “I always knew when I grew up I wanted to be somebody. Maybe I should have been more specific.”  The more specific we can be, the more able we are to achieve what we desire. The issue is our focus. We have to focus on our goals every day. Wake up each morning expecting miracles and wonderful events. Say prayers of gratitude for achieving your specific goals. For me, I thank God every day for my books being Best Sellers. They may not be yet, but I know they will be .....  Very soon! Giving thanks for what you already have, allows you to receive more. Maybe you have a bucket list of things you want to accomplish or do before you leave the planet. Focus on one of those bucket list items with excitement. Write it down and begin thanking the Universe for having it already. The last time I created a vision board with my goals on it, I accomplished those goals within one year. A vision board helps you bring your dreams into reality. Look at your vision board every day. Get excited about your goals and say “thank you!”
Life is what we make it. Our words, emotions and thoughts create it. Most of us have so many thoughts whirling around in our minds. These thoughts interfere with manifestation. We need crystal clear thinking to create.  Belief is what gives your desire the fuel to manifest it. Your excitement about your goals and desires is what gives your manifestation the wings. Make 2015 the best year in your life! Do your burning bowl ceremony and release what no longer serves you. Then write down what you want to create for 2015 on a piece of paper. Put it on your altar or in a sacred area of your home. Remember where you put it, so you can see the reality of your dreams at the end of 2015.
You have the power and the ability to create a magical and wondrous year. You just have to focus with clarity and BELIEVE!

The end of the year is a great time to look back with acceptance over the events of the past 365 days.  Rather than regret our actions, choices, abilities or poor communication with loved ones, why not create a list of the things we have done well and what we would like to do better next year? Focusing positive energy on the past year will help you create a more positive and magical 2015.

People like Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer and Tony Robbins have touted the power of intention. Personally, I have manifested that which I have intended, easily. Most recently, I manifested a magical week-long stay in one of the most expensive and beautiful cities, Boulder, Colorado in the United States for FREE! Just by intending that it would be so. On the heels of this magical week, I spent a second week with my mother, brothers and their families - out of thin air!

At the age of 16 she also knew she would live in California. In 2013, after living in Toronto, Montreal, Gaithersburg and Frederick Maryland, London, England, Atlanta, Georgia, Boulder, Colorado she listened to guidance and moved to California. Some of our dreams and intentions take a little longer to achieve. We will have what we focus on with intensity sooner, rather than later.

Become A Power Manifestor

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

You could call me a Power Manifestor. I have been known to get what I ask for on the same day. You can too. Our thoughts create. Your thoughts create. Every thought you think radiates out into the Universe and zings out there bringing you back exactly what you are thinking about.  What does this have to do with sex and relationships? Everything! Get what you want, the love you want, the partner you want, the sex you want....  the life you want, it's how I live my life every day. If I can do it, so can you! We create with our thoughts, so why not create success, a zen-like environment and a Global Best Seller....   Thank you Universe in advance. I don't know how you will do it, but I KNOW it will happen. I consider it DONE! (Here is the link to my podcast about Delegating To The Universe: How To Be A Power Manifestor Click HERE)

I left this:

So why do you not get what you want? How do others get what they ask for when they only ask once? Some of us (I used to do this) think negative thoughts as

For this!
Where I sat and had my coffee this morning

a matter of course. We are so busy in our heads, that we don't realize what we are thinking. Take a journal around with you all day - just one day. Write down every thought you think. Every thought..... Then sit down and count how many of them were negative. You only need to do this exercise once to recognize what is going on in your conscious mind is the thoughts you are aware of. The unconscious mind works automatically - it needs to be reprogrammed. This can be done. I can help you with hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, and programming an anchor in your body. This works like a charm. It usually only takes one or two sessions. I charge $300 for this work, as it will change your life and it is only one session. Or you can continue to struggle to try and do it on your own. The choice is yours.

When we are riddled with self doubt, lack of confidence and lack of faith, you will not be able to manifest. If you send out your rocket of desire out into the Universe and you pull it back, saying I just want to add this, or I just want to make sure you have it right - Universe.... you will not get what you want. You have to let it go and KNOW without a doubt that it is DONE!

How did I get three weeks at a beautiful home, with beautiful perennial gardens, in my favorite place to be - Boulder, Colorado for FREE!??? A beautiful garden, hammock swinging in a beautiful setting, hot tub, pool table, and a coffee maker that I need to take a weekend workshop to figure out?

Join me tonight for my weekly podcast, where I will share all the secrets to manifesting what you want effortlessly and easily. Yes there is a catch. You have to be in faith. You have to know without a doubt that it will happen. I can help you with that too. Because I was not always a believer in this stuff. I suffered endlessly in lack, limitation and misery. Believe me, I have had it all and lost it three times. I understand misery and suffering. Now, I choose to live in BLISS and JOY. I am having so much more fun with my life doing so.
This is where I am taking a nap today

For those of you who don't want to be bothered listening to my podcast, either because you feel it isn't for you, or you can learn this on your own, I will give you a few pointers here.

First of all, The Universe, Creator, The Divine, is ALWAYS and in EVERY WAY, working for your highest and best good. You might not get what you WANT - because it is not in your highest and best good at that time, or you would squander and lose it, because you don't have personal respect or respect for money. We all have to be good stewards of our money. We have to be grateful for what we DO HAVE. Look at yourself and your life. If you complain about what is going on now, you have only yourself to blame. Your thoughts yesterday created your life today. It takes a little time to shift your thoughts to positive all the time. It takes practice. It takes perseverance. You can't give up after a day or two and say, "This isn't working!"
This is where I will enjoy dinner with my adult children

Practice Practice Practice!

Changing your thoughts from condemnation, judgment and negativity to positive loving thoughts all day long every day, takes time. It takes practice. It can be done. I did it. I used to be very negative. I could not go a minute without criticising myself and others.

Change Your Thoughts Change Your World

This is not bullshit people! This really works. If you think and believe negative things, negative things will happen to you. When you think positive thoughts, loving thoughts, good things happen to you and for you. Life takes on a brighter look, feel and experience. Things begin to happen without you doing anything, but thinking them. Yes, we still have to do our work. Yes, we still have to do our day job. But eventually, things begin to come out of the sky into your lap, like this house sitting job in Boulder, Colorado.

I had wondered how I could stay in Boulder, Colorado for an extended time, without the expense of a hotel. I used to stay with my friend Leslie, but she got a boarder in her spare room, like so many people are doing today. I was grateful for the times I was able to stay with her. Leslie sent me an e-mail out of the blue about a potential house-sitting job for someone on her tennis team in Boulder, Colorado.

I responded immediately, thinking that this would be good for my son. Typical mother always thinking about her kids first. Then Whammo! The Universe sent me a clear message - This is for YOU! So I responded back and said, I wanted the house sitting position for myself and I was not sure how, but I knew I would swing it.
This is where I had a Skype session with a client this morning

Even though my daughter was going to start college and move into her dorm a week after the house sitting gig ended, I knew she would be able to handle the move in part. I would be in Colorado to support her until July 4th.

I had questions. I wondered if they had a nice zen-like environment. I wondered if I would have to clean the house. I wondered if they had a beautiful yard? I love to garden and miss it in the desert. I wondered how would my older dog, Karma handle another female dog? She was not good with females. Then of course, there was the matter of my little puppy, Yoda. I was not sure how the people I was going to house sit for would feel about me bringing TWO dogs to their home. Then was the matter of my own cats. I had never left them alone for three whole weeks before. I had only left them for one week at a time. How would they be? How could I find someone to take care of them for that long a period? If I had to pay someone to take care of my cats for 21 days that could be expensive. I wondered how I could get my cats sat for FREE?
This is where my kids and I will enjoy a soak and catch up AHH a hot tub!

All these questions, me wondering to the Universe were answered. The puppy was not a problem. When I found the kittens in the desert two weeks ago, my neighbor from next door asked if she could assist with them. I was delighted to have the help. She and I bonded over the kittens. I got to know her better. We became friends through the care-giving of the kittens. She mentioned to me that her daughter might be able to stay at my home, as a trial for her going away to college in the fall. She could take care of my house and the cats, while also taking care of the kittens while I was gone.

Every question I asked was answered, in a more positive way than I ever thought possible. When we ask questions like, "I wonder how ________________ could happen? The Universe sends us the answer.

How Do I DO IT?

  1. Have a clear vision of what you want, without attachment to people, places and things.
  2. Feel the emotion you would feel by having your desire fulfilled. Try on the dress, drive in the car (in your mind), be in the house of your dreams making morning coffee, or sitting on the back deck.
  3. Know that The Universe will deliver something way better than you could ever imagine so let it go and stop thinking you need to "handle it, " or "change it," or "add something else."
  4. Let it go! Release it. Know that you don't know when or how it will manifest, but know it will be done.
  5. Say THANK YOU! Allow The Divine and The Universe to do the orchestration.

Win-Win Situations Are BEST!

There are a lot of things that have to happen. The best manifestations are win-win situations like my house-sitting job. The people I am house-sitting for got an animal lover and ex-landscaper with a penchant for perennial gardens, who longed to be in Boulder for the summer. They got their animals taken care of by a loving person, and for FREE! They benefitted as well.
