What Are We Telling Our Children?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

When I was 41 and conscious I gave birth to my daughter. Before I conceived, I was Guided to fast, cleanse and raise my vibration. I couldn't have carried a child so advanced without raising my vibration. I prayed for a spiritual daughter and was told she would be my gift. I had been told I wouldn't be able to have another child after my two sons.

My daughter was born awake. She remembered her past lives and her own children. She asked me one day when she was three, "Mom, you know my dad?" I said, "You mean, Rich?" She said, "No my other father." Then she told me that she and her children died in a fire.

My husband and I bore witness to her conversing with unseen spirits and channeling higher beings.

At age 8 she had pneumonia and said she was beginning to forget what it was like to be with God in Heaven and wanted to go back. Needless to say, I told her, "Oh honey, you don't want to do that! You need to stay here." Afterward, she fell into such a deep sleep, I was unable to awaken her for hours.

The time of conception, which I experienced there was a flash of light and the soul agreed to take form. During the first three months, I felt a flitting in and out of the soul but it didn't stay. At 120 days, I felt a quickening or movement and a considerable change when her soul took up residence in the body of my unborn child. Prior to that point, the fetus had a heartbeat, but no soul.

When a child is born within it is a fully developed soul. There is no such thing as a baby soul. Babies do not have cherubs inside them. No wonder that babies get so frustrated with us when we talk to them as if they are idiots without an awareness or consciousness.

The truth is babies see auras. Babies can tell who has an open heart and who doesn't. Notice when you smile at an infant where their gaze rests. It is usually above our heads or over our shoulder because they are looking at our aura or energy field.

Today, at a local Social Security office, filled with hundreds of people I witnessed something horrific. I watched as a woman told her six-month-old grandchild who was attempting to stand up with her wobbly little legs over and over again, "Hey, Big Chunky! You can't even stand up!" She repeated her admonishment "Big Chunky!" as if it was waving a magic wand over this child. She called this sweet little girl, "Big Chunky!" She never called her by her real name. As I watched I saw a gleam in the grandmother's eyes and stopped counting as she called her Big Chunky more than twenty times while I sat waiting.

Why would someone call a little child who is far from chunky something so derogatory? Often people are totally unaware of how powerful their words are to a small child. Children that grow up being compared to other siblings or gender related remarks "crying like a little girl," end up with low self-esteem.

Frequent criticism creates a child eager to please others. If any of this sounds familiar, you are not alone. In the ten years of energy healing of babies all the way to geriatric patients, I have found that all of us were imprinted by negative beliefs, fears, and thoughts of our parents, but especially our mothers while in the womb. Any arguments about whether the child is wanted or should be aborted created a pattern or rejection and abandonment before the baby is even born.

If our parents were worried about how they would manage to feed another child when a pregnancy is first detected their fears negatively affect the unborn child as well. Imprinting occurs when the mother has an emotional reaction to a conversation or event while pregnant. The mother's emotions are felt and create an imprint in the unborn child. A father's emotions also impact a child, but not as profoundly. An unborn child learns to recognize their parent's voices. When a newborn hears either parent, they will turn their head toward the familiar voices.

Scientist and the medical profession state that learning begins at birth. I contest that learning begins in the womb.

By the time I had my third child, I learned enough about babies to do many things differently. I didn't vaccinate. I felt certain that vaccination was causing Autism and Aspergers Syndrome. I breastfed all of my children but continued until she was ready to wean herself and kept our daughter in our bed, close to me. She didn't like being separated from me at night and cried for hours when her father insisted on keeping her in her crib. We had a very strong bond as a result of her early childhood being what I felt intuitively was best for her, rather than listening to someone's opinion.

I stayed at home with her rather than allowing another person to influence and raise our beautiful child. As a result, she grew up sweet, sensitive, soft and generous. My daughter has a light that radiates from her heart and eyes.

We Have A Powerful Influence

What if the words we speak to a child are like a blessing or a curse? What if the words we speak when a child is a so utterly fresh, clean and conscious soaking up everything the adults around them say and do as their lasting programs? What if these programs govern the child for his or her entire life? What if this unknowing grandmother's words cursed this little girl to a life of obesity and an inability to stand up for herself, or worse yet, Multiple Sclerosis or some other debilitating disease?

Words can hurt adults, they certainly hurt babies and toddlers as well. Wouldn't it be more loving and supportive to tell our beautiful little ones how wonderful they are encouraging their growth through the challenges they encounter so that they become adults with healthy self-esteem knowing that they are capable of doing and being anything they can dream?

What is The Difference Between Being Conscious and Unconscious Spiritually?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

It has been said that everyone is awake, we are just not aware of it. Can one really be conscious if we can't see it? The difference between being conscious and unconscious is an increased awareness of the aliveness of everything in our world and how we are supported in it.

So do you choose the red pill or the blue pill? Either way, you come to the end of the road, one way will bring you happiness and bliss, the other endless suffering.

In the movie the Matrix, Neo has a choice between the red pill, reality, or the blue pill, illusion. Before awakening or being conscious, we live in illusion. We think things are a certain way because we can't see the truth. Once we take the red pill, the blinders come off and we recognize the signs in nature, our intuition and the way The Universe really works.

We might begin to hear things in the news that we don't believe. We recognize that everything we hear isn't necessarily 100% true. We might hear a voice in our head telling us something, but we push it away and ignore it.

The universe is always supporting us whether we see and believe it or not. Our intuition is there, guiding us whether we listen and act on it, or whether we shove it down and ignore it.

We might drive down a road because we get a hit or gut feeling that we need to take a turn along a road we have never been on before. When we do, we might be looking for a home to rent that suits us perfectly and we are guided directly to a perfect home on the perfect piece of land we were imagining, only better!

Awakening is a gradual process for most people. We begin to notice a hawk flying overhead just as we get an amazing idea. We are able to see things from a very different perspective like a hawk does. The hawk is a guidepost along the road of life to show us we are headed in the best direction. Nature brings us signs that our prayers are answered or that we are moving in the best direction in many different ways.

Around 2002, I had a profound experience. I had gone against my husband's advice and mowed my friends' one-acre yard. It was right before Thanksgiving and they were expecting a crowd to celebrate. I took the job as it was paying cash and a favor to my friends. I had never been to their home before, as I had interacted with them on a professional basis, mowing and maintaining their business property in Atlanta. I maintained  both residential and commercial properties.

I was beginning to believe my husband was right because I got three flat tires on my $10,000 Zero-radius mower. I ran over three metal pike flags that I couldn't see in the tall grass. I knew my mower would be out of commission for days and cost me more than half what I made on the mowing job. I was beginning to beat myself up for choosing to take the job when I had other things to do to prepare for Thanksgiving.

We Begin To Recognize We Are Guided

What happened on my way home, though made up for any loss. I got the feeling I should turn down a particular road that I had never been down. When I did, I found a 100-year old farm house for rent on seven acres surrounded by 100-year-old oak trees. There were beautiful rolling hills, pastures, room for horses and shade from the beautiful trees. The place had a barn to store my landscaping equipment and was idyllic.

Trusting my guidance and following it began to prove an easier way to live my life. I followed my gut feeling and found an incredible place that I could live following my divorce. I love old houses with character. This farm was an incredible find! A beautiful property with trees is more important to me than any house. This property had a lake at the back and a place to have horses for my daughter. The Universe had guided me to the perfect place, that I would never have found on my own.

As we begin to wake from our slumber we recognize that inner voice is always operating for our highest and best good. When we follow the inner voice we are always rewarded. We might be directed to speak with a person, we might be Guided to apply for a particular job. Our internal guidance system is our God-given gift of insight. Following and learning to trust it is part of awakening.

Life Becomes Easier When We Trust The Process

When we stop trying to control our environment and our world, life takes on a different hue. Instead of pushing with our energy, we begin to use Universal energy instead. When we allow things to unfold rather than attempting to make things happen, the outcome is so much more beneficial for all concerned.

Unconscious vs Conscious

When we are unconscious we don't notice the signs and take turns and twists that could be avoided. We make things hard for ourselves. We don't know that there is an easier way. We are unaware of the way we create our lives with our thoughts and feelings.

We make ourselves sick, literally
with what we think and believe.

When we are unconscious, we eat to suppress our feelings. We tend to eat whatever we want without being aware of how our diet can damage or heal our bodies. We give our power away to doctors and health care practitioners expecting them to fix us with a pill.

We use food, sex, alcohol or take drugs to mask our feelings, rather than feeling our feelings fully and allowing them to move through us.

We act in self-destructive ways because we can't express our feelings constructively.

We breathe shallowly because we don't feel worthy. When we begin to breathe deeply, we begin to affirm life in every breath and begin to live in the present moment. Everything is happening in the present. Connecting to the present is needed for awakening to occur.

We blame others for the way we feel rather than taking responsibility for ourselves, our happiness and our world. We look for a job or relationship to make us feel happy, rather than looking inside for the answers to our deepest issues.

We don't recognize that when we suppress our anger that simple act leads to depression. We look to a pill to fix something that we have done to ourselves. A pill is not a cure, but rather a band-aid that masks the real issue.

We don't take responsibility for our happiness or our health and give it over to other people to take care of us.

When we are unconscious we are doing, doing, doing. When we become conscious we stop pushing our energy to force things to happen, and we live in a state of being instead. When we stop forcing our energy we live in a state of allowing.

A state of allowing is where we stop trying to control everyone in our lives and world, recognizing that there is a higher purpose to life than a rat race of education, work, children, and death.

Joy Is Our Natural State

When we feel sad or depressed, it is difficult to imagine a life of joy. But I promise you, as dark as my past has been being awake and aware brings you infinite joy. In fact, living a life of joy is what we are all meant to do. Joy is our natural state. By clearing the beliefs, patterns, and programs that limit you, the freedom to be joyful opens to you.

We Are All In This Together

I had a beautiful friend that transitioned in 2012. Joanne Butler was and still is a beautiful soul, full of love, laughter, and joy. Joanne the closest thing to an angel that I have had the honor to know. She made my life so much brighter helping me to see that each of us has our part to play in the game of life. Her favorite phrase was, "We're all in this thing together!"

We might not see it immediately, but each of us is part of the whole. We each have our job to do on this planet. Each of us is love at our core. When we recognize that life happens for the good of all and that no one is doing anything to us, we recognize the power of The Universe in everything that occurs. Others help us along our path by triggering us so that we can heal.

Nothing Is An Accident

When we are asleep or unconscious we are unaware of the way that The Universe works. We think we are making things happen. We think we are in control of our lives. We don't realize that everything we have is given to us by The Divine and The Universe. When we wake up, we recognize how we can create more by aligning with Universal Flow and Divine Love. When we are in the complete state of allowing, aligned with the love within and outside of us we create miracles, bliss and magic become a way of life.

As we begin to awaken and become conscious we recognize how our lives are orchestrated and that each event that occurs is for a reason. We are meant to learn something from our experiences so that we grow. Even having what we consider a bad or negative experiences, like trauma or abuse teaches us something and is for the good of our soul.

We Create What We Expect

When we are unconscious we beat ourselves up with our thoughts and beliefs. We feel unworthy, have doubts, beliefs, and thoughts that cripple us.

When we are conscious, we recognize that we create with our thoughts and expectations. When we begin to expect the best, it happens!

The Gift Of Choice

We are presented with choices. We can choose to experience something and move forward with a relationship or job or not. We can make the decision to not date, or marry a particular person and choose someone else instead. Each experience is to stretch us and make us grow. We are meant to learn, grow and expand. The experiences in our life are meant to teach us to be okay with whatever is going on and find ways to not let certain issues bother us.

We Always Get What We Need

Once we take the red pill, like Neo did, there is no turning back. You won't want to. What do you choose?

Like the Rolling Stones song, we don't get what we want, but we get what we need. We may want a new car or relationship, but if it hasn't happened yet, there is a reason. Perhaps you have a lesson to learn. Maybe you need to learn to be more conservative with spending. Or perhaps you don't lovingly accept yourself. The more loving we can be with ourselves, the better our life turns out. The bottom line is whether we are awake or asleep, we are supported by The Universe waiting for us to ask for assistance along the way.

Do You Really Create Your Reality?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Have you ever noticed that happy people seem to leap through life attracting beautiful experiences to them while those that are unhappy tend to attract people they don't get along with, challenges and more problems?

Perhaps the best way for me to explain my experience of this phenomenon is to take you back in time to before I was born. I will do so in the course of this article. But first, let's look at the Scientific data for those with minds that require documented proof.

Dr. Emoto experimented with consciousness and intent using water as a medium to prove or disprove his theory. What he discovered was that words, music, and prayer applied to water had a powerful effect, changing its shape in frozen crystallized form. The video below illustrates his experiment. The human body is comprised of 60% water. Human blood is 90% water. If thoughts impact water as much as Dr. Emoto found, imagine what you are doing to your body with the thoughts you think daily.

Remember 95% of thoughts are unconscious meaning unless you govern your conscious mind carefully and use mantras to heal the unconscious mind it is running amok with negativity.

Dr. Emoto died October 17, 2014. His work on earth was completed.

Others in the Scientific arena have experimented and documented the results of their findings which illustrate that when we put our attention or intention on something we create what we observe or intend. Just the simple fact that scientists were watching an experiment changed the end result.
“A fundamental conclusion of the new physics also acknowledges that the observer creates the reality. As observers, we are personally involved with the creation of our own reality. Physicists are being forced to admit that the universe is a “mental” construction. Pioneering physicist Sir James Jeans wrote: “The stream of knowledge is heading toward a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine. Mind no longer appears to be an accidental intruder into the realm of matter, we ought rather hail it as the creator and governor of the realm of matter. Get over it, and accept the inarguable conclusion. The universe is immaterial-mental and spiritual.”  – R.C. Henry, Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Johns Hopkins University ,  “The Mental Universe” ; Nature 436:29,2005) (source)

How I Created My Life of Suffering and Abuse

Even before we are born our mother's influence us with their fears. My mother felt unloved and unlovable. She was an orphan at the age of five. My mother was abandoned by her parents (through death), felt like a victim, was consequently raped at the age of twelve and molested by her brother-in-law. Her belief was that she was a victim, unloved, unlovable and that men would abuse, hurt her and then leave her.

She passed these beliefs on to me while I was in utero, as her mother and grandmother before her passed their fears onto her.

My mother was suspicious, fearful, had a hatred of men and felt like a victim. She felt the world was unsafe and continued to focus on her parents dying. Her focus was on abandonment and not being loved.

As soon as I was born, my mother felt regret. She had hoped for a boy and I was certainly not that. I was unwanted because I was born the wrong sex. I was fearful, felt like a victim, I felt unlovable, constantly vying for the attention of my parents. Interestingly, I was born during a Venus Retrograde a time astrologically speaking, there was no love.

Since my mother felt men only wanted one thing, victimhood was the common thread between us. She rejected my father, in many different ways though he loved her. My mother's perspective was that she was unloved. Even though my father loved her, she couldn't feel it. Her focus was on not being loved.

You Create Your Own Reality

I felt unloved. I felt like a victim. I felt guilty and ashamed. I was crippled by my fears.

I created what I focused on.
I thoughts others wouldn't like me, so they didn't.

I was afraid of the dark, afraid of what was under my bed and in my closet. I was afraid of my parents. I was afraid no one would like me. I felt the world was unsafe for me, so it wasn't safe.

My fears of being unloved surfaced with teachers, friends and in the world. I was victimized repeatedly by men and children in the neighborhood.

The Purpose of Trauma

Everyone experiences trauma at some time in their lives. This trauma is the impetus for us to feel joy rather than suffer.

Trauma makes us search for a deeper meaning to life.

We have a survival instinct. Surviving trauma makes us stronger, rather than weak. We rise above the trauma of the past recognizing its purpose is to be the catalyst for our growth, expansion, and enlightenment.

My trauma made me strong. I overcame my suffering. I let go of the past. I recognized the gift in it all. I stopped blaming my parents for my pain.

Avoiding Pain causes us more pain.
Focus on (the feelings) we are trying to avoid instead.

FOCUS

Have you ever played a game where you look for a particular color car on the highway? When you begin to watch only for red cars, you are amazed at how many red cars there are. When you are looking for white cars, all you notice is the white cars. The same holds true for life experiences. What you pay attention to is what you see. Your perspective changes everything.

When you see that life is working for you, rather than against you everything changes. JEM

When We Focus On The Problem

Wherever we give our attention expands even when it is negative. All we can see is where we are currently focusing.

Think about not having enough money to make your house or rent payment. When you go into that feeling of not having enough, you are in lack consciousness. Your focus is on the problem. Or maybe you place your bills in a stack and forget about them, thinking they will go away. Avoiding the bills creates more pain.

You worry about what will happen if you don't make your payment on time. You conjure up all kinds or scenarios and worry about the domino effect of not making your payment. You might worry about losing your home. What if you get foreclosed on or evicted? What will happen then? How will you work? How can you work if you don't have a place to live? All these thoughts create more problems down the road.

Instead, Put Your Attention On The Solution

When we focus on the problem, we create more problems. Instead, focus on the solution by asking questions.

  • How can I effortlessly and easily have enough to pay my rent with plenty of money leftover?
  • How can I easily have enough to pay all my bills on time?
  • How can I easily find someone who loves me for who I am?
  • How can I easily find a job that I love for the perfect pay?
  • I wonder how I can easily and effortlessly find joy being me?
  • I wonder how I can make money by being me?

All We Have Is Our WORD

Most of us don't realize how we create shame and guilt by not keeping our word.

The biggest shift for me came when I began to be in complete integrity. Shame and guilt became a thing of the past.

Being In Integrity Shifts Our Reality

I did what I said I would do. I kept commitments. I stopped lying to myself and others. I took responsibility for my life, my health and everything I said. I stopped arriving late. I stopped making excuses. I stopped blaming others for what happened. I stopped worrying about what others thoughts of me. I stopped dating men who were in the middle of a divorce. I stopped avoiding my feelings. I felt my emotions fully and allowed them to flow through me.

Raising Awareness Helps Us Create What We Want

I became aware of what I was saying.

I began to notice what I was thinking.

I boldly stepped into responsibility. I stopped trying to make others happy and allowed them to do so for themselves.

Instead of living in fear, I became courageous and fearless!

Instead of focusing on the past, I focused on the positive inviting better experiences in for me.

I became an open book, rather than keeping secrets out of fear.
Suffering Is Optional!

When we attempt to avoid our feelings, we suffer. Only when we can feel our feelings fully can we move through them to the other side into joy. Many people avoid their feelings because they are afraid. Working with a compassionate practitioner who is unafraid can help you work through your feelings in a safe environment.

You Aren't Exempt

Whether you like it or not, you are creating your own reality. Begin to notice what you are thinking. When you recognize that you are creating from a place of fear (which blocks you) shift your thoughts to something more positively creative.

Mojave Desert, California
Why Do We Experience Pain?

We live in a world of contrast. Contrast is necessary to show us what we have or don't have. If everything was perfect and beautiful all the time, there would be no room for growth. If the sun shone all the time, you wouldn't recognize that clouds offer shade and the rain feeds the earth and its inhabitants.

Alpharetta, Georgia
Living in the desert it is dry, brown and desolate. Traveling to Georgia or Colorado I see the contrast - the beauty, differences and am thrilled to be experiencing this contrast.

What has your pain taught you? How has your pain helped you grow?

Where do you see the contrast? What does the contrast help you recognize?

When We Believe The World Isn't Safe

When we believe the world isn't a safe place we create events that scare us and prove the world isn't safe.

Abortion and Infant Death

How can a fetus have created its own abortion? A soul that needs a particular type of experience for its growth comes into alignment with the vibration of the experience it needs. Sometimes, what that soul needs to experience is being rejected, unloved or aborted.

We experience what we need to learn our lessons so we can grow and evolve. A parent that loses a child needed to learn something about loss, appreciation, and love. We are co-creating together in this Universe, not alone.

Why The Law of Attraction Hasn't Worked For You

  1. You decide what you want.
  2. But you continue to focus on what you don't want.
  3. You worry about what you don't want, continuing to focus your thoughts, fears and emotions on what you don't want.
  4. You always have a choice and you are choosing to focus on what you don't want.
To Create What You Want

  1. Always control your focus.
  2. Pay attention to your thoughts.
  3. When your thoughts begin to stray, steer them back to what you want.
  4. Choose your thoughts wisely.
  5. Don't allow yourself to wallow in self-pity or resentment because you will perpetuate feelings of unhappiness.
  6. Complaining about your circumstances only highlights and creates more of what you don't want.
  7. Remember suffering occurs when you focus on unwanted things.

As we expand through our experiences and change our perspective, so does The Universe. The Universe isn't stagnant anymore than we are. It is always expanding, always changing. We are meant to grow, expand and experience joy through enlightenment.

Life is meant to be fun, joyful and happy. If you don't enjoy the journey taking the time to sniff the roses along the way, you are missing out on many opportunities for fun, play, laughter, and expansion. Our pain and suffering is what causes us to focus on the simple things and find joy through those rather than in material wealth.

11:11:15 An Opportunity To Be Bathed In Light

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

We are living in miraculous times. Today is certainly a day to sit in silence and feel. If you haven't meditated before, today would be a very powerful day to begin. Because of the spiritual quality of this day, coupled with the new moon, it is a fabulous day to manifest your desire.

In September 2015, a tremendous influx of Celestial Light bathed our planet beyond anything we have ever been able to receive safely before now. Specifically encoded light by our Mother-Father God was assimilated by our I AM presence, upgrading our DNA.

Each of us has been recalibrated in preparation for an influx of light on this day, 11:11. Eleven is the master number that reflects our transformation from the physical to Divine.

Humanity is now vibrating together at a higher rate than ever before with this 5th Dimensional Crystalline Solar Light. Systems are falling apart to be rebuilt again. As we vibrate higher that which doesn't serve us is bubbling up to be released. Tempers have flared; emotions surfaced that heretofore had been stuffed and put on the back-burner. Perhaps you have found you can no longer stuff those emotions. It isn't healthy anyway. Meditation today with a focus on this light energy will assist you in many ways.

For many years, on this date, 11:11 lightworkers across the globe have focused high vibrational loving energy on the earth and all of humanity. There is an additional influx of energy from our Divine Source as well. Revel in this beautiful energy and allow it to wash through you. It is a day one does not forget easily. The number 11:11 on your clock, a billboard or in a dream was significant for you, a synchronistic experience rather than by chance.

Our human DNA and genetic memory are triggered by digital codes at specific times and frequencies as we have our individual experience. Codes awaken the mind to the change and evolution of consciousness. 11 is a code that reflects the meaning of activation of the twin spiraling human DNA. Today is one of those days.

Scientists used to believe that our DNA was static. Our DNA is moment-by-moment being modified. Our emotions, thoughts and beliefs impact our DNA.

You may be noticing the number 11:11 everywhere. It has been encoded into our DNA. Our Spirit Guides and Angels attempt to get our attention in different ways. A particular number on your clock 11:11, a page being turned to a specific place, or a song that is frequently played, is not by accident, but Divine Providence. Our angels engage with us without changing free will. They need to be called upon by us to assist. Prayers are answered and today is an excellent day to ask, but not to beg.

I am providing a further resource from Patricia Cota-Robles whom I have been following for many years if you are interested in focusing your energy on this upgrade and consciousness raising. You will notice the use of the words vibrant health, ageless beauty and radiance, Divine connection, joy, elation, exuberance - which is why I have chosen Aphrodite Effect for my website.

Enlightened Love

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

What is Enlightened Love?

and why would you want it?

Marriages and relationships are not what they were 50 years ago, or even 20 years ago. The little woman staying at home taking care of her household in a pretty dress and full make up does not exist today. Women rarely have the time to bake pies and pastries for our families any more, never mind wear a dress to perform our household chores in. Most households today need to be dual income to continue to live in the way we have become accustomed. Our lives and love have changed and transformed. What used to work does not any more. If you don't want to be a statistic you need to begin to relate to your significant other differently. Getting on the conscious love train is what is required for relationships to work in the 4th and 5th dimensional reality.

How do you love in an enlightened way?

A conscious or enlightened relationship requires you to be awake. Being awake means that you are aware of what you are saying, doing and thinking. You cannot set your life on "auto pilot" and have a successful relationship. We are all busy. Often we are spinning our wheels and spending time on meaningless tasks that have no positive effect on our marriages, relationships or even the world. When we think with our minds alone, we are in our ego. Our ego gets wrapped up in tasks and events that can often be a waste of our time. Being awake and conscious we are using our heart-mind where we are empowered, compassionate and void of blame and victimization. Enlightened love transcends the ego. It is total acceptance, unconditional love, Oneness. Enlightenment is love. There is no separation, there is just us. There is no judgment, criticism or condemnation.

What is the EGO?

The ego is the like a lens that we view our physical reality through. The ego has gotten a bad wrap. It does have powerful functions, however. The ego is just a fraction of you. The ego passes on information to your consciousness about your physical reality. It is considered the lower self. Its function is to keep you safe, protected, fed, clothed and comfortable. Many people think that the ego is their true self. When we use our ego to make decisions we create challenges and difficulties on our road of life. Symptoms of using the ego to navigate with can cause you to be codependent, addictive, fearful, anxious and feel empty. When we are using our egoic mind we can feel lonely, alone, cut off from the Universe, unloved and uncared for. When we navigate with our ego we seek acceptance and approval. If we seek approval outside of ourselves we often come up feeling unappreciated by loved ones. There is a better way. Life can be so much more fulfilling when we begin to experience it consciously.

What is our CONSCIOUSNESS?

Consciousness is our eternal self. The part of you that lives on after death. This part of you chose to experience physical reality. Consciousness contains all that is you, your higher, lower and middle selves. Your consciousness has access to an amazing and limitless supply of information. It is often termed the spiritual part of you. It is the wiser part of you. It existed before you were born and continues after your death. It's purpose is to experience. Experience could include having multiple marriages and divorces, learning through pain and suffering. When you are in your dream state, your ego is not present. You are fully expressing consciousness. We all have a spark of God (or Source energy) within us. We all have the ability to tap into the higher realms and cosmos where geniuses like Albert Einstein and Michelangelo channeled from.

Signs your ego is in charge (3D)

  1. You keep score. You remember each time your partner did this to you.
  2. You have the need to be right. Being right will cause arguments and derision in a relationship.

  5. You look outside of yourself for love, acceptance and approval.
  6. You ask others for their opinions.
  7. You are concerned about what others think of you.
  8. You often feel ungrounded and scattered.
  9. You seek approval and validation from others.
  10. You try to please others.
  11. You feel unworthy.
  12. You feel separate from others and God.
  13. You blame others for events in your life.
  14. You often judge others for what they do and say.
  15. You feel lonely or alone.
  16. You experience guilt and sometimes shame.
  17. You are resistant to change and new events.
  18. You are often rigid, rather than go with the flow.
  19. You react to what others say to you.
  20. You make decisions based on your past experiences.
  21. You feel jealous or envious of others.
  22. You fear death.

How To Create An Enlightened Love (4th and 5thDimension)

Creating a conscious relationship comes from being aware of yourself. Being self aware means that you notice what you are thinking, and what you are creating unconsciously. Our relationships mirror back to us what is going on inside of us. We can only attract those that are of a similar vibration. We magnetize those to us that are like us in vibration. Like attracts like. Birds of a feather flock together. If you want a relationship that is a higher quality than one you have had in the past, you have to resolve inner conflict and inadequacies. Being grateful for the past and the lessons learned helps you to recognize the gift in each of your life experiences. Learning from the past is key. Our past does not equal the future. Following is a guide to creating a conscious relationship. Notice that this is all about how YOU behave. It is all about YOU!

  1. Love and accept yourself completely.
  2. Accept responsibility for yourself. Don't max out your visa card!
  3. Focus on the positive*. Be aware of what you are thinking and saying about yourself and others. This is like a fitness program, it takes time and effort, but this one thing alone will change your life. Whatever you focus on expands, whether it is positive or negative. We create with our unconscious thoughts. Using positive affirmations when your mind is in neutral will help reprogram your unconscious mind. * (More below)
  4. Let go of perfectionism, control, judgment, blame.
  5. Accept others as they are, rather than trying to change them.
  6. Be heart centered.
  7. Be authentic - completely you.
  8. Trust yourself.
  9. Be honest with yourself and others.
  10. Respect and honor yourself.
  11. Be spontaneous.
  12. Connect with your inner child, allow yourself to play.
  13. Have a daily Spiritual practice.

None of this is possible without having a strong connection with Source or God energy. For me, this meant daily meditation.

*Thoughts become things. Thoughts create. Think of every thought you think as a prayer. As you think a thought it goes out into the Universe. The Universe (God, Source) is there to orchestrate whatever it is you are thinking into manifestation. Each time you think, "This marriage will never work," The Universe makes it so. It does not matter if you think, "I can't do this." The Universe will make it so. The Universe's job is to support you. Whenever you say or think something over and over, the Universe will make it so. This is why so many people can't manifest when they do everything else correctly. Their unconscious mind is running amuck!

Spirit Messages

Messages From The Other Side?
Rich Resuta and Ariel, January 2012, on top of Flagstaff Mountain, Boulder, Colorado

Being Psychic You See The Good and The Bad

As an intuitive healer, sensing and feeling what is going on with a client is powerful and makes healing much faster because I can get to the root of the issue in minutes rather than months. When it comes to loved ones, even ex-husbands, it can give one insight into things you may wish you did not know. When Rich Resuta asked me last May, "Was the infection cleared up with the antibiotics for his abscessed tooth?" I had to tell him it had traveled to his heart and may even cause his death. That was tough. When I asked for my gift of sight to come in completely, I was told, "You know you will see everything, not just the positive." I had to agree that I understood that was the case. I did an Akashic Record reading on March 25, 2012 where The Ascended Masters told me that Rich would not be around much longer.

Some of you already know that I predicted Rich's death in May, he died in his sleep on the night of July 4th, 2012. This has been devastating to Ariel and she has grown a lot since that day.
Rich, Ariel's 16th birthday Scott Carpenter Park, CO 2012
Rich had been a runner since High School. His knowledge of fitness, with a degree in Physical Education and the fact that he taught PE in Georgia for two years made him a great coach for all of our children. As a step-father to Adam and David, he encouraged them to run, which they did in High School. Even Ariel ran cross country for Milton, High as well as Girl's On The Run in middle school. Adam and David both ran the Peachtree with Rich several times, Ariel once. Adam even went on to run the Half Marathon in Atlanta on Thanksgiving Day in 1999.

Father's Day has been looming large on the horizon as the next first that Ariel has to experience without the physical presence of her father. I was very aware of Father's Day coming up and was wondering what I could do to make it any easier for her. Saturday, June 1st, I got guidance to take Ariel to breakfast, even though I had deadlines to meet and work to do. My guides told me she needed me and my undivided attention - away from my home office. When she came into my office, to tell me about her latest dream sequence, I said, "Hold that thought, we'll go out for breakfast and you can tell me then." By the time she was showered, dressed and we were out the door, it was more like lunchtime. I commented on Ariel's choice of clothing, a 17-year-old marathon t-shirt of her late father's. She shrugged meaning, "It was what I was told to wear." We live daily by following our intuitive guidance. Our lives flow so much more beautifully when we do. We both have paid the price dearly with pain, suffering and backward motion when we do not.

I asked where she wanted to eat and Ariel said, Chili's. Chili's had been a long-standing favorite of her's for her father-daughter Sundays. For the past three years, Rich would pick Ariel up and take her out to lunch and they spent the afternoon talking while they ate, taking their conversation into Rich's truck, usually parked in front of our house for hours while they sat and talked together. It is what Ariel misses most about her father's passing. It was an opportunity for Ariel to talk about her friends, who she had a crush on and what was going on in school. Rich was always attentive and gave her his best guidance on each situation, whether Ariel agreed or not. Rich was very self disciplined and helped Ariel with a lot of life's events.

When they drove to the restaurant Rich played music and Ariel encouraged her father to sing along with her to their favorite songs. One in particular was called, The Center of Attention, by an artist called Guster. I had never heard this song before. Ariel uploaded it to her phone after her father's transition (apparent death) and we listened to it often on long road trips between Colorado and Georgia, or during our move to California. It always reminded Ariel of her father. It was like a direct link to her Dad.
When we sat in our booth at Chili's Saturday, June 1st, in Lancaster, California hungrily awaiting our order to be delivered we were both taken by complete surprise by the song that suddenly began to play. Yes, it was Guster, The Center of Attention. Ariel and I immediate looked at each other and burst into tears. We could feel his presence. Ariel was sitting across the table from me wearing her father's marathon shirt a week after the Boulder Boulder where Adam, my oldest sone experienced Rich's presence.
You could say, "Well that was a coincidence." To the nay sayers, I will tell you that almost every night while I work doing energy clearings in my office that Rich shows up energetically, knocks once on my closet door. I always ask, "Who is there?" They typical response is in Rich's dry and sarcastic tone, "Who else?" Or, "Who did you expect?" I know what Rich's energy feels like. He was present on top of Flagstaff Mountain, in Boulder when we did his ceremony. I could hear him say to me, "Bye Jennifer !"

Adam and Ariel - Milton C.C. 2011
In his typical taunting voice he always used when he said my name. Personalities come across the ethers. Their voice remains the same, as does their energy. I am a medium. Spirits talk to me. I hear the voices of St. Germain, Archangel Michael and others on a daily basis. When you sense energy blueprints, you come to recognize people just by their energy rather than their physical presence.
Adam and David Gates

Rich has shown up for both of my sons at different times, since his apparent physical death. When Adam ran the Boulder, Boulder Memorial weekend he told me "Rich came in at mile 1." Rich was a runner and ran the Peachtree Road Race 26 years in a row. The only one he missed was this past one (July 4, 2012, the day he (died).

When David built a changing table this spring for his best friend,
David Gates
he asked Rich to help him. He felt his presence and was able to create a beautiful piece of furniture with little knowledge and expertise.
David and Ashley Gates 2010
David said, he could not have built it without Rich.

I use brackets here, because every time I use the word death, or died in reference to him or my friends, Diana Davis or JoAnne Butler who also transitioned within weeks of each other they all say, "WE ARE NOT DEAD!" The difference is that they are not in physical form. They are still very much alive. They think, they feel and they experience. Just like we do in a physical body. Rich has such a sense of humor he even showed up in my dream one night, having explicit oral sex with me! It was not a dream, it was very real. I had to make it very clear this was not okay. It never happened again. Rich laughed about it afterward. He thought it was funny. So I know first hand that Spirits can do a lot of things, like play music when they want to get your attention. They can also come into your dreams if they choose to get a message to you. Rich remained hopeful that we would be intimate that last year when he visited us in Boulder, Co. I was not interested in going there, hence his visit to me in my dream after his transition.

I had two miraculous music encounters with Rich's spirit twice in 2012, where he played music which sent me a very clear message. The link above regarding Rich's death explains the first experience I had. In September, 2012, I had to drive to Williston, North Dakota to pick up Rich's truck, which was now Ariel's and the rest of his belongings. Ariel is the sole heir. The only way to get his belongings was to take a plane and a bus to get there and drive his truck back to Colorado. On the way back, I hesitated to get in his truck and drive in Rich's energy for 12 hours. His energy was all over the truck, in the glove box, the console, everywhere I looked. When I finally got on the road, I plugged in my phone and listened to downloaded music till it began to crackle. Strange that it did so, as the music was on my phone and not coming over radio waves. I was forced to push the button on the radio to stop the noisy static being emitted.

I heard Rich's voice as I began to push buttons say, "Remember the year Ariel was born?" Of course I did, "It was 1996, May 21st to be exact." As I pushed the button the static stopped and music began to play. It was Lighning Crashes, by Live. This music was playing all over the airwaves the year Ariel was born. It is the story of life and death. Women having babies, abortions, and old mother dying. It was very poignant and emotional for me.  The next song that played was Stupid Girl by Garbage. I knew that RIch always thought I was stupid for divorcing him, feeling that marriage should be till death.
Ariel, Mojave Desert, CA 2012 in her Dad's truck
There were 7 other songs that played and  sent me a very clear message of what he was thinking about and wanted me to know. Each song that played told me a story and gave me a message. There is no doubt in my mind that Rich caused these songs to play and caused my phone to crackle so that I had to turn on the radio. When the announcer came on the air, I was blown away even further, "We're playing music from 1996, all weekend!" What are the chances that the pushing of buttons I was unfamiliar with to preset stations would land me on the very one that was playing songs from the year of our daughter's birth? 10,000 to one? No more like 1,000,000 to one. Proving miracles happen every day and spirits can communicate with us if we are awake enough to notice. We became friends in the last years of his life, and spent time together in Boulder when he visited Ariel while working in North Dakota. We often went to my favorite pie place, The Walnut Cafe and had breakfast together while Ariel slept in.

Rich was instrumental in giving me the courage to start my landscaping business in Atlanta, Georgia in 2001. He was a home builder and hired me to landscape a high end residential home for a famous infertility specialist in Buckhead. My company, For Heaven Scapes, Ltd
Adam and David Gates, Jennifer and Ariel
was opened in 2001 and was closed in September 2011 when Ariel and I moved to Boulder, Colorado. Giving credit where credit is due, had it not been for his encouragement, I know I would never have taken the leap from Master Gardener to landscape professional. I also give Rich credit for helping to end my pity party of victimization. Our marriage was tumultuous; a soul mate relationship. Not the idyllic kind you hear about in books. It was difficult, challenging and life altering. He gave me the gift of Ariel at 41. Soul mate relationships are all about making monumental changes in one's life. That he did. All of my kids worked for For Heaven Scapes at different times. This company provided me the impetus to continue to be entrepreneurial, rather than return to corporate America. Working in the dirt, creating beautiful landscapes for my clients was my passion for over 10 years. It gave me great joy and grounded me, teaching me many lessons about the earth and how everything is alive. I experienced the consciousness of trees and plants during this time for the first time. I came to the understanding that God consciousness is in every rock, tree, blade of grass and every flower. When you look back to see who it was that gave you the impetus to move you beyond your small self, it is time to take note and be Grateful. I am grateful to Rich Resuta and all the lessons he gave me, big and small. They shattered what I thought was reality and moved me to a higher plane of existence. He continues to make comments to me about our daughter, Ariel. In Albuquerque, New Mexico he strongly commented about me letter Ariel and Tessa

out without any known curfew. On his insistence I called Ariel and had them return to our hotel room. Ariel was relieved as Tessa was on the verge of getting them into some trouble that could have been dangerous.

I am open to hearing your questions and comments on this subject, because I know a lot of people have questions about what happens after death. I have had quite a lot of first hand experience with loved ones leaving this plane, and one who died in my presence (John Armbruster read my book, Odyssey Victim to Victory for the details of this amazing experience). Visit Jennifer Elizabeth Master's website
