Have You Thanked Your Father Today
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
Each of us has one thing in common, well maybe two, or three... we all have fathers to thank for being here today.
Whether your father was present, or not, the 50% of the blood that runs through your veins is from our fathers. Our genetic traits, part of our personality and the beliefs we hold have a significant impact on our daily life because of our fathers.
Resolving conflict with our parents is paramount to happiness. Forgiving our fathers for anything we perceive was done or not given to us is the foundation for healing.
Our fathers imprint their beliefs, traits, and qualities upon us. If our father was skeptical, maybe you are too. If our father was a gardener, perhaps you learned at his knee. If you father was a hard worker you may have followed in his footsteps.
Women often attract men who in some way resemble their fathers. Men may unconsciously emulate their fathers with their work ethic, parenting skills or beliefs.

How To Create Heaven On Earth Right Now
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
From the music we select, the work we do to the people we choose to spend our time with every day we choose how we want our life to be.
5. Choose silence. Give yourself the gift of 10-minutes of silence. Sit and breathe. When we choose to begin our day with silence we can make an intention for our day to go well. Silence helps us in many different ways. Even when we don't get enough sleep, spending ten minutes (more if you can) sitting upright smiling to our hearts and expecting our day to go well creates a better day with synchronicity, Grace, beauty, and flow. In each moment of every day, we are creating with our thoughts and emotions. Silence helps us to focus inward where our power is.
Silence allows us to turn inward. As we live life we journey with ourselves. Turning our focus inward is how we heal our past. Noticing how we feel in each given moment allows us to recognize and name what emotion we feel. When we turn towards sweets, cigarettes, alcohol or other self-medication, we stuff emotions or avoid feeling. Over time, we become numb and don't feel anything except sadness and depression. Silence allows us to feel emotions fully so that we can allow those feelings to flow through us rather than suppress them.
I have worked very hard to shift my perspective from negative, blaming and self-destructive. I am happy with me, but I wasn't always. I used to live in blame, self-pity, and illness.
I have healed my self-loathing, self-hatred and victim mentality. It isn't that my life was easy or trauma-free, it wasn't. Now I can help you shift your perspective so that you can be happy with your relationships, business and bank accounts are what you want, rather than what you don't want.

Life is what we make it. We can wish ourselves towards our death hoping for something better, or choose to make the life we live fun, pleasurable and meaningful.
Our perspective is everything. Perspective is how we look at situations, life, and relationships. If we recognize we aren't victims, but co-creators on the road of life, everything shifts. We create with our thoughts, choices and what we focus on. In every situation, we have a choice. When we choose to focus on what's good, we create heaven on earth for ourselves.
We can choose to look at what's not happening OR: choose to view what is good. Remember that wherever we focus our attention grows and expands. Do you want the negative to become larger, or the positive? Of course, we want the positive to be our focus!

Change happens when we shift our perspective. Heaven on earth is possible and it is what I live every day.
From the music we select, the work we do to the people we choose to spend our time with every day we choose how we want our life to be.
Following are small changes that help you shift your perspective. Begin with the suggestions you find the easiest first.
1. In every situation, there is a positive and negative. Focus on the positive rather than the negative. Whatever we focus on grows. If we choose to focus on what people aren't doing or how they are acting we get ourselves all bunched up, stressed and irritated.
2. Choose to focus on yourself rather than what others are doing. Don't expect to change others. Most people try their best to get others to do what they want, which is manipulation. I remember when I used to do things for my husband expecting thanks, love, or attention from him. It didn't work the way I wanted it to. Manipulation backfires on us, causing us to feel resentful and even angry. Instead, focus on being the best person you that you can be and allow others to be who they are, it is much simpler and far less exhausting. We can only change ourselves. Others will change when they choose to. When we shift everything shifts.
3. Choose gratitude. As soon as our eyes open saying a prayer of gratitude reminds us that life is a gift. Gratitude raises our vibration if we are feeling down or negative. Gratitude opens our heart when we say a meaningful, "Thank you!"
When we focus on the fact that life is a gift, each moment becomes precious rather than a pain. We never know when we won't wake up to live another day. "Thank you for this day of life!" Gratitude is the fastest way to shift our perspective as we focus on our good.

4. Choose to breathe deeply. Our breath is usually shallow until we begin to focus on it. Breathing deeply expands our lungs, grounds us in the present and also expands our joy. We can't experience great joy if we are holding our breath waiting for something negative to happen.
5. Choose silence. Give yourself the gift of 10-minutes of silence. Sit and breathe. When we choose to begin our day with silence we can make an intention for our day to go well. Silence helps us in many different ways. Silence allows us to feel emotions fully so that we can allow those feelings to flow through us rather than suppress them.
6. Choose how you want your day to go. Set an intention for your day. Living consciously means we are aware that we are co-creators. Nothing happens by chance. Rather than thinking life is shitty and nothing but bad happens then change your focus. Instead, turn your focus to the positive. What do you want your day to look like? Do you want your partner to smile at you and be loving? Envision what you desire. Do you want your co-workers to be supportive, encouraging and positive, then envision it. An intention is an image of what we want that creates positive change. We choose unconsciously when we don't create an intention. An intention is a positive thought with a focus of positive energy.
7. Choose to take responsibility rather than be a victim. Choose to stop blaming others. When we blame others we aren't taking responsibility for ourselves and our life. Blame is the single most damaging thing we can do for ourselves, our life and relationships. When blame is present in us, we are unconscious rather than co-creating life. Everyone has had trauma. I had oodles of it. Healing that trauma is what shifts our perspective. Attempting to heal it on your own could take as long as it took me, over thirty years. Hiring someone who has done it speeds up the process because they have been where you are and have a higher perspective of what is really going on. No one is a victim.
8. Choose to stop complaining. Complaints create more negative events and complications in our lives. Complaining makes us unhappy.

9. Choose questions, rather than making negative statements. When we have money problems, we tend to say negative things. Each statement we make is a prayer. Our words have more power than we think. Every thought we think is a prayer.
If your bank account is overdrawn, ask, "How can I have money flow in to cover this overdraft?" When we ask a question, the universe has no choice but to respond. When we make a statement the universe will make us right. If we say, "I have no money." The universe will give us evidence that we are correct - there is no money. A question makes the universe do what it is meant to do for us ORGANIZES OUR LIFE FOR OUR GREATER GOOD!

Statements you want to avoid saying:
I hate my life.
This is killing me.
I have no money.
Everyone is against me.
Everyone hates me.
No one likes me.
My life is shitty!
I am sick.
I am poor.
I am stupid. (or anything else negative) Self-hatred has no place in your happy world.
I am sick.
I am poor.
I am stupid. (or anything else negative) Self-hatred has no place in your happy world.
Like Florence Schovel Shinn said back in the thirties, in her famous book, The Game of Life and How To Play It, our word is our sword. We create our lives with what we think and speak. Do you want to speak wealth and love into your life? Or do you want to speak hate and poverty? We can cut people we love with our words or create a loving environment in which we live. Choose wisely.
Questions to ask instead:
How can I find work I love to do where people pay me for my skills?
How can I have the money I need?
How can I have more love in my life?
How can I _______________?

You Are More Likely To Be Killed By A Cow Or A Television Falling On Your Head Than A Terrorist
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
The truth? You are more likely to be killed by a coconut falling on your head than a terrorist. You are more likely to be killed by a cow or 55 times more likely to be killed by a television falling on your head than a terrorist.
You are 58 times more likely to be killed by the police than a terrorist. (The FBI has now released new information which reveals an average of 545 people killed by local and state law enforcement officers in the US went uncounted in their prior crime statistics provided every year for almost a decade.)
Cows kill more people each year (22) than sharks or terrorists, perhaps the ban should be on cows?
With Muslim bans in effect, those of us with Green cards feel our rights have been stepped on and removed. What is the truth about terrorism? Is what we are hearing true or simply Donald Tump's fear mongering?

(The FBI has now released new information which reveals an average of 545 people killed by local and state law enforcement officers in the US went uncounted in their prior crime statistics provided every year for almost a decade.)
Alex Nowrasteh of the Cato Institute breaks the numbers of American deaths by the Muslim countries under the current immigration ban as follows:
Libya 0
Iran 0
Iraq 0
Somalia 0
Sudan 0
Syria 0
Yemen 0
The chances of getting killed by a terrorist from the countries banned over the 41 year period are 1 in 3.6 million. You are far more likely to have a coconut fall on your head (155 annually) than be killed by a terrorist. Coconuts kill more people annually than sharks (5).
How Many Deaths By Terrorists By Countries NOT ON the ban?
Saudi Arabia 2,369 (If you believe in the 911 propaganda)
Egypt 162
UAE 314
Fact: None of the countries on the list have a Trump hotel or office. See the map where Trump's hotels are in the Middle East. Was this because of Trump's business dealings? No. This bill was signed into effect by Former President Obama did. It looks as if the countries selected were handpicked by President Trump, but that is not the case. The Department of Homeland Security announced in a February 2016 press release that restrictions would be forthcoming.
The countries off the list are Saudi Arabia where 2,369 people have been killed by terrorists from this country.
Egypt also off the ban, yet 162 people have been killed by terrorists from Egypt.
UAE - also off the list where 314 people have been killed by terrorists from The United Arab Emirates.

More Gratitude Equals Better Dreams!
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
What is most interesting to me is that when I called my oldest brother, Tim in Ontario, Canada this morning, he informed me he was in the middle of making the very pie I had my dream about. I woke up tasting Razzleberry pie!
Day 5 of The Gratitude Challenge:
I woke up dreaming of fresh homemade pie! I love pie. Since I began the 28-day gratitude challenge I have slept more deeply, awakened more rested and had better dreams.
After 5 days, I would love to hear what the rest of you have experienced. It isn't too late to start. It is never too late to begin a happier, more peaceful existence. I'll do it with you!
What is most interesting to me is that when I called my oldest brother, Tim in Ontario, Canada this morning, he informed me he was in the middle of making the very pie I had my dream about. I woke up tasting Razzleberry pie!
What does this mean? We can create anything we want with gratitude. We can dream bigger and have the gratitude for it and attract the success, the love, the job, the clients. We have all kinds of dreams and gratitude affects them. I am going to bake and eat a fresh raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry pie too tonight! And, you betcha it will have homemade whipped cream on top.
Sometimes we have to indulge ourselves. I have been working very hard this week and sleeping just as hard. I am recuperating from my trip to Colorado and back, my daughter's move and the holidays.
Sunday, I have a really juicy story for you where I will get really vulnerable with you about what happened over the holidays. You won't want to miss this personal story. Until then here is the latest on gratitude.
- Write a description of what you want your life to look like.
- Write a description of what you want your work to look like.
- Write how you want your relationship to be.
- How do you want your relationship to be with your mother, children, father, siblings....
- How do you want your social life to be?
- What do you want your income to be?
- What do you want for your spiritual life?
- How many vacations a year do you want?
- Where do you want to travel?
- How do you want to FEEL?
Knowing what you want for your life is important. You can't manifest anything better if you can't describe it or dream it. Right now I am tasting that berry pie. I am off to buy the supplies and I'll let you know how delicious it was. I am treating myself. I don't eat a lot of sweets but when I do, I enjoy them. I savor the flavor in my mouth and slowly eat the deliciousness. I love to eat delicious food. Sex and food kind of go together. I love sex too. I love life. I love it all! What about you?
What are you grateful for today? What are your blessings? Are you grateful for your health? Are you grateful for your income, your paycheck, your pets, your home? Are you grateful for the delicious food you eat? Being grateful for each blessing you have will bring you more.
| I love pie! With David in Boulder, CO |
Anything you take for granted are things you are not grateful for. I am grateful for those people who support my work. I am grateful for my clients. I am grateful for my family, my mother, my siblings and especially my brother Tim who shared his pie recipe with me!
I am grateful for you reading my blog. Let me know how you are doing with this gratitude challenge. Remember there are prizes for

Bring Magic Into Every Area Of Your Life With My 28-Day Challenge
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
When we complain about our circumstances, not having money and not having love we push our good away from us. When we complain about our job or boss we don't give our all. When we don't give our all then complain, our attitude takes a nose dive. When our attitude sucks, we can become like the Tasmanian Devil and wreak havoc everywhere we go which could cause us to lose our job our marriage, our children our cars even our money.
We have to turn our attention away from the circumstances of life and begin to say thank you for the money on its way to us, the love on its way to us, our vibrant health, our life, our ability to walk, move, see, touch, hug and love another.
When we complain about our car, we have car trouble. When we complain about not having money, we have money troubles. When we complain about our spouse or partner, our relationship is in trouble. When was the last time you shared a wonderful story about your husband, wife, lover or best friend? Are you in the habit of sharing stories of woe instead?
When we aren't grateful for our health, we get sick.
Over the next 28-days, I will tell you personal stories of complaining - versus gratitude and what the derisive negativity of complaining does in each area of our lives. I'll also share our reader's insights and stories as they come in. What have you got to lose? You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!
As children, we knew of magic. We believed in fairies, giants, dragons and unicorns. We dwelled in our imagination. Einstein said that imagination is more important than knowledge. Magic exists. I see the magic around me on a daily basis. Living in a childlike wonder keeps our imagination alive.
The truth of this wondrous experience is being open to it and igniting this magic on a daily basis. I invite you to open your minds and imaginations and play this game with me. It will only take you 28-days to find out the truth and expand your wealth, love, and success at the same time. What do you have to lose? You have everything to gain. Watch what you can manifest in just 28 days!
Secrets were hidden in plain site in ancient texts. This secret is the basis for the movie The Secret and the books by Rhonda Byrne.
"Whoever has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever doesn't have, even what he has will be taken from him." Gospel of Matthew 5:43
There is a missing word that is key to this text. Can you guess what it might be? Without the knowledge of this word, the text can be interpreted in many different ways. It feels harsh that if you don't have it will be taken from you.
The secret word missing and hidden from this text is:
GRATITUDE
Whoever has gratitude will be given more!
Whoever has gratitude will be given more!
I work with people in all areas of the globe in varying stages of life and death. I have seen really sick people who were told they would die recover and live a healthy life with this simple word and my touch. I tell them that miracles happen every day and they need to expect a miracle for themselves. I also direct them to say, "thank you, thank you, thank you!"
Our belief is what propels our success. Gratitude for what we experience is what keeps it coming. We have plenty to be grateful for that most people take for granted:
- money
- our paychecks
- our clients
- our health
- our home
- a roof over our head - home
- food on our plates
- being alive another day
- breathing
- our children
- our children's health
- our pets
- our pet's health
- success
- love
- relationships
- family
When we complain about our circumstances, not having money and not having love we push our good away from us. When we complain about our job or boss we don't give our all. | Gratitude is the key to everything good in your life |
My challenge to you over the next 28-days is to write down the things you are grateful for right before you go to bed. Don't skip a day as you will delay the good coming to you. You can do anything for 28-days. 28-days is enough to change your life, create a baby, make money from unseen sources, find more joy, happiness, success and bring more good to you.
Part II
Rhonda Byrne writes about a magic rock that you hold right before you fall asleep and say what the best thing was that happened each day while holding the rock. Set the rock down beside you on your bedside table. Each night before falling asleep holding the rock and say out loud what you are most grateful for today. This rock begins to vibrate with gratitude as you just look at it. Rocks are living things and emanate a vibration.
Today is January 3rd. 28-days takes us all the way to January 30. I will announce the winners on January 31st.
I invite you to share your stories of success, challenges and whatever you begin to notice as you change this one habit which brings more good into all areas of your life. Send me an e-mail to keep me updated. If you wish to have your success or insight shared on my blog, say so, and I will gladly share your insight and magnificence with my readers. What To Remember This Thanksgiving
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
My daughter flew in yesterday from Colorado for the first time in eighteen months. We see each other at least five times a year, but usually in Colorado. Today we will cook together and laugh about the different ways we do things. Rather than me telling her how to cook, the way my mother did, I allow her to express her creativity. When I allow Ariel to be herself, I get the best of her, rather than a suppressed version of herself. She may be my birth daughter, but she couldn't be more different than me if she were adopted. I have to remember her way of communicating love is different than mine. My daughter feels happiest when she is shining her light out in the world, making a difference.
No matter how ingrained some things are for me about methodology and recipes, I allow Ariel to cook the way she wants to rather than following my lead. The more we allow our family to be themselves, rather than the people we wish them to be, the more joy that we experience being together.
Thanksgiving reminds us of what we have and what is important, as we look around our tables at those we love and how important they are to us. Whether you dine with friends or eat alone here are some things to mull over today more than any day of the year.

For so many families of divorce, holidays mean a time of separation by distance, rather than love. Gratitude is part of my daily practice, but Thanksgiving is the day I wake up writing a post about all that I am grateful for before I even open my eyes. Of all the holidays that we celebrate in the United States, Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday for so many reasons.
I love Thanksgiving as it is a time for our family to come together and share stories, love and be
together without the pressure of gift-giving. This year it is just my daughter, Ariel, who recently graduated from culinary school and I. my sons are with their father in Connecticut. We still share warm phone calls and humor over the phone lines.

Every Breath You Take
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
Selfless acts of giving bring us great joy. You are always rewarded by helping those in need, picking up other's trash that you didn't leave behind on a picnic table, or rest stop. Feeding homeless and the hungry will bring you great joy. Giving a compliment to your server, cashier or stranger on the street opens your heart and brings you joy.
The Core Of Our Being Is Love
Because the very nature of God is Bliss, the man in attunement with Him experiences a native boundless joy. Paramahansa Yogananda
Breath is a powerful cure for what ails you. Breathing deeply will connect you to Divine Source energy and the Cosmos. Breath is the lifeblood of our physical form; it calms us and de-stresses. If you feel anxiety breathe in slowly and deeply exhaling just as slowly three times.
This isn't another article about breath, stay with me you won't be disappointed. As we tap into the Cosmos and Divine energy that surrounds us, we also have at our fingertips in our hearts the love that the universe and God have for us. When you send that love back revering God, you will be forever fulfilled. It is where I live and breathe every day. My family of origin is considered heathens by many - Godless, nonbelievers. God realized people experience joy and bliss permanently.

| Blissed out in nature |
At sixteen, I knew there was something more to life. I watched people suffer, die and others born. The cycle of life and death had to be more than what my family believed. I became a seeker of truth. I found it. Not through a church but alone in nature.
If you are still suffering in physical and emotional pain, I suggest you decide to end that suffering and begin to work with an enlightened being, like me. My energy will help you wake up and find your personal truth.
Obedience is part of faith and trust in God and The Universe. As a maverick, I shunned authority and bureaucracy. To be obedient was a huge stretch. Once I stopped fighting with myself and God, however, life became infinitely easier. Grace and joy filled me to the core.
I have never gone hungry or without shelter due to my faith. I am always provided for, in the past, it was often in the eleventh hour because my faith was constantly in question. Once I became completely faithful and obedient, there has not been lack, limitation or suffering.

Living In Joy
Once we have complete faith and trust that we are always taken care of we are Guided. If we follow the Guidance, we receive when it is given we are always rewarded. A deep faith leads to a blissful life free of suffering and strife. This is good news for those of you who are lost, and that God has forsaken you, it is the other way around. You have lost your way and faith. You don't believe you will be taken care of. You don't have the trust that you will always be provided for. I understand, this used to be me also.

Meditation
As we meditate on a daily basis, information comes to us that guides us for our day. We tap into the Divine Mind where nothing is unknown or new. We begin to have access to the wisdom of the ancients and Great Mystery. When we realize that there is no lack in the Universe, then there can be no lack within us either. The Cosmos is inside of us. We are the Cosmos. We are infinite beings, where there is no death.
We might get a message from a person we need to reach out to by phone or note. I get information about people that are in my awareness as clients or friends of family members that need healing. Yesterday, I was told to request permission to heal a child with Rhett's syndrome which has left her unable to sit up, speak or feed herself. I have faith that this child will be healed, not by me, but through me.
We All Have The Power To Heal
Illnesses like Cancer, diabetes, tumors even bunions will heal through faith. We all have the power to heal ourselves and others, the only thing standing in the way is a lack of trust and faith.

Women who are dealing with physical violence are guided to me as I have direct knowledge of how it manifests and how to remedy the situation. To help those struggling in destructive relationships and I know there are many join me for: From Tainted To True Love again.
Violence is on the rise because the light is also on the rise. The stronger the light becomes on this planet, the more issues that arise with those who have attachments and dark energies on them.

The Core Of Our Being Is Love
Every person at their core is good. There is no evil in our soul. We are all loving spiritual beings. Each of us regardless of our color, race or creed we are One. When we hate others, we also hate ourselves. When we harm others, we also harm
ourselves. When we disrespect others, we also disrespect ourselves. When we abuse others, we also abuse ourselves. The more loving we are to ourselves and others, the younger and more youthful we look and the happier we are.
October 27th is my sixty-second birthday. I couldn't feel better and healthier if I tried. The more we love ourselves, the more we glow from the inside out. Just try it.
I LOVE ME!
Repeat in the background of your mind when you are doing mundane tasks, this mantra alone is life changing.
The Original Recycling System
We all came from the same place. We all go back to the same place. We are all recycled souls. Dying a physical death, but remaining in spirit forever. There is no death of the soul, which is why we bring issues from past lives into this one. You might want to get your past life issues cleared to live a higher vibrating life.
Please enjoy my favorite artist, Sting in "Every Breath You Take."

4 Reasons Why Gratitude Is So Important
By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters
2. Gratitude improves your mental attitude. A negative attitude will affect relationships, success, and connections. People tend to avoid those that are negative. You will find yourself infinitely more successful with a positive attitude than with a negative one. Writing in a journal just before bed will help you focus on all the good in your life and shift your dreams to positive visions for your future. Relationships improve when our attitude is positive.
4. Gratitude helps us recognize that life is a gift. There is no promise of a tomorrow. We only have today. Each day we wake up is another gift. When we begin to say prayers of gratitude for each day, we appreciate the smaller things in life, which make life worth living.
There are times when finding something to be grateful for is a challenge. Find something simple, like having a roof over your head, food on the table and your rent or mortgage paid. Each small thing will help you be more positive and feel better about what you do have.

Gratitude is the act of being thankful for and appreciative of what we have. It is a powerful way to turn your thoughts around and open your heart. Gratitude is important daily, not just for around the holidays.
1. Gratitude will stave off negativity and help us show appreciation. Gratitude will shift your negativity quickly pulling you out of despair. Rather than focusing on our problems gratitude helps you recognize what you do have. Gratitude opens our hearts and shifts a spiral of despair into creativity and clarity. Gratitude helps us manifest our desires.
We begin to appreciate others when we express gratitude. Gratitude shifts our focus quickly. Showing appreciation to others makes them feel valued and loved.

Writing in a journal just before bed will help you focus on all the good in your life and shift your dreams to positive visions for your future. Relationships improve when our attitude is positive.
3. Gratitude stops complaining. Whining and moaning about life robs your life of joy. When we complain we end up in a downward spiral, wallowing in despair and self-pity. Instead of "I have too much work to do, the kids are so noisy, or my husband has cancer," gratitude helps you shift to the positive. "I am thankful to have a job, good health, children, that love me and a husband that is alive."
4. Gratitude helps us recognize that life is a gift. There is no promise of a tomorrow. We only have today. Each day we wake up is another gift. When we begin to say prayers of gratitude for each day, we appreciate the smaller things in life, which make life worth living.
As soon as our eyes are open saying a prayer of gratitude helps us recognize just waking up in the morning is a big thing. We take life
for granted. Gratitude shifts us into a higher state where we begin to see the beauty around us.
