Becoming Authentic

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Loved and happy untouched photo 7.2018

There was a time, I felt completely lost, uncomfortable in my own skin. I was afraid to allow others to see me as I was. I was afraid if I allowed anyone in close they wouldn't like me, never mind love me. I was sick a lot, in physical pain with Fibromyalgia, sinus infections and bladder infections. I was addicted to drama and had all kinds of financial issues. I was worried about what others thought of me and did everything in my power to make others happy.

Making decisions was a challenge, choosing for myself even more difficult and I often went to see psychics asking for their insight. I gave my power away to others and lived in constant fear.

What's different today? EVERYTHING! I live in a state of bliss, happiness, and contentment. My work brings me joy and fulfillment. I allow others to see me as I am, without being concerned about what they think or feel about me. Fear that once gripped me along with illness is completely GONE!

What did I do? I changed my thoughts. I stopped being negative and bashing myself. I began loving me with my words, thoughts, and actions. I focused on myself softly. The feeling of being lost is no longer. I never feel alone or lonely no matter where I am or how far away my friends and family are. I know who I am and I love myself completely. I look younger today than I did ten years ago.

Today, I help women and men feel better about who they are, allowing them to feel comfortable in their own skin, happy with who they truly are, drama free, positive and able to manifest with their thoughts easily. Visit my website or book an appointment with me.

How To Create Positive Change With Intention, Affirmation and Prayer

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Intention orchestrates the Universe into action to bring us our desires. Affirmations shift our unconscious mind and therefore God, to create what we affirm. Prayer seals all that we desire especially when we ask for the good of all.

When two people come together and pray the same prayer is it more powerful. Think of the power of one thousand, or one million praying the same prayer together. There is hope. Now is the time for us to join in love, rather than hate no matter our race, color, or religious background to create a common good for our country, and the world. Lift your hearts and spirits knowing everything is happening just as it is meant to.

Faith, rather than fear is what is needed.

"For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst of them." (Matthew 18:20 RSV)

When we gather with our family and pray for the highest good of all, together we are setting the orchestrating power of God and The Universe into action. When we pray together in groups, our prayer is even more powerful.

Love and peace are the highest order in the universe.

I found an excellent article on prayer on the site Ray Stedman.org.

"Truly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." Matthew 18:18

Prayer is like magic. All of our prayers are heard. When we pray for a win-win for two or more people, the prayers are even more powerful. If you know anything about magic, binding spells can be cast to bind someone from having powers. The Bible speaks of binding in Matthew. In Jewish legal phraseology, binding meant that something was forbidden and loosed meant something was allowed.

The universe loves win-win solutions.

Everything is as it needs to be. Nothing is lost. Only when we believe all is lost does it appear that way for the individual. Love surrounds us.
"Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven." (Matthew 18:19 RSV)

Remember God is indwelling. When you pray, God hears your prayer because God is in you. Your prayers are never fruitless.

When we sound the same sound together, our prayers are more profound. Whether this is a sound, OM, or a prayer decided in our hearts and repeated together; these prayers are heard and are infinitely more potent than a single person praying alone.

Keep affirmations and prayers simple and positive. Prayer isn't a time for whining or complaining. Complaining doesn't help anyone. God and the universe hear all thoughts and prayers.

Each thought you think and each word you say are heard by God.

How to Pray

A prayer is an act of reverence and faith. You can pray anywhere that you are. I pray before I take off in an airplane, or in my car on a long drive. I pray for those who are being challenged. I pray for my clients. I pray for those who need help and are struggling. I pray for my children and pets. I pray for my town and my neighbors. I pray for our government and police.

Prayer is different than meditation in that we are asking for something. Meditation is when we sit in stillness and listen to the God of our heart for inspiration and messages.

For me, I have a routine I follow to get myself in alignment and prepared to speak with God. I light incense and white candles. My animals settle as they know what is coming. I sit in the same chair each time I pray. I sit upright and breathe silently and slowly with my eyes closed. I take three or four deep breaths each followed by a slow and complete exhalation. Deep breathing brings you into your body fully and the present. You want to be completely present when you pray.

An affirmation for you could be one of all of the following:

I am in perfect alignment with my soul's purpose.

I am always Divinely Guided and supported.

I am wealthy.

I am prosperous.

I am loved.

I am loved

I am safe.

I am vibrantly healthy.

I am secure.

Mother, Father God I ask for the safety and security of each person on this planet. I ask for love and peace to surround each man, woman, child and all of nature. I ask for prosperity, vibrant health and abundance for all. I ask that our governments are guided by love, respect, charity and the safety of all. I ask this in your name. Amen! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Our Mind Is Not Our Friend

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

The mind is everything. What you think you become. Buddha

Our mind can bring us great joy, or intense suffering. Harnessing the power of the mind by turning our attention inward can be a challenge when we allow our mind to run amok. With an inner focus we can heal our obsessive thoughts, depression and even illness.

A strong identification with our ego-mind (conscious mind) can cause us tremendous suffering. Our minds can create stories that aren't real. Believing the stories we have created creates chaos and conflict in our outer world. The thoughts we think and our resistance to what is happening can cause us to feel bad both mentally and physically. Our mind can cause us to have intense emotional reactions, pain in our physical body because we believe these stories. We can create migraines, back pain and illnesses like Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Cancer and Auto-Immune disorders.

Physical pain and illness is caused by our internal conflict and resistance.

Drinking alcohol, taking drugs or reaching for sweets to numb the pain is resistance to it.

The stories our mind creates of not being good enough, not being loved, accepted or unwanted are the source of our pain and suffering.

Ways Our Mind Causes Us To Suffer

  1. Worrying about things we can't control.
  2. Ending a relationship just as things begin to go well.
  3. Thinking happiness can't last.
  4. Having fear
  5. Waiting for the other shoe to drop.
  6. Feeling not good enough.
  7. Thinking people don't like you.
  8. Feeling unable to care for yourself or helpless as an adult.
  9. Feeling there is no way out, or trapped.
  10. Looking for approval from others.
  11. Attracting negative people into your life that could hurt you.
  12. Thinking that alcohol or drugs will make you feel better.

Our need to control everything around us is our mind trying to hold onto what we believe will make us happy. Often as soon as we get what we thought we wanted, we aren't happy with that either.

A client recently called me in a terrible emotional state. In fact, she burst into tears as soon as I answered the phone. She was upset by something that she thought had happened because of a post she read on FaceBook. She was reacting to the story that her mind created about what she read. Rather than going to the source and asking what did this mean, she created drama and trauma for herself and her friend.

I remember when my emotions ruled my life. All the past trauma I had experienced caused me to stuff emotions. The trapped emotions in my cellular body from past experiences created havoc in my relationships and my world. Everywhere I turned there was conflict because I had a conflict inside of me. I felt self-loathing because I hadn't healed the past. I felt regret for all that had happened and I hadn't realized that all those past experiences were the catalyst for tremendous growth spiritually. Once I let go of the past stories, my body healed too.

How often do you react rather than be the witness?

Harnessing The Power Of The Mind

Turning inward and focusing on what is going on inside of us allows us to see the source of the pain. Ask yourself questions, rather than jumping to conclusions.

  • What am I feeling?
  • Do I feel unloved or unworthy?
  • Am I comparing myself to others?
  • Is the thought I am having real?
  • Is what I am thinking true, or imagined?
  • Am I creating this fear from a past experience?
  • When have I felt this way before?
  • How can I feel loved right now?

Our natural state is bliss. If you aren't feeling happy and joyful, what is it you are feeling? How can you shift your emotional state to one of love and happiness? What can you do right now that will help you feel completely loved?

Mantras Heal The Mind

I have found that mantras are the fastest path to healing the mind and the crazy stories we tell ourselves. Mantras calm and soothe the mind by creating congruency in the mind and therefore the body as well. Using mantras right before sleep helps you go into a deep state of sleep where healing occurs.

Don't believe in mantras and meditation?

I had a client from India tell me she couldn't meditate. She had far too much mental chatter to meditate and resisted my recommendation to do so. She continued to do her daily prayers until one day; I suggested she just try to do the meditation. Within

three months this woman was totally free of mental chatter! She let go of her resistance and opened up to a new idea. When we let go of her resistance, miraculously her mind quieted. Amazing!

Mantras change our chemistry from acidic to alkaline. Our body will heal as our chemistry changes to alkaline.

5 Ways To Activate The Mind's Natural Opiates and Get High on Life

I am loved
I am safe
I am secure
I am beautiful
I am powerful
I am strong
God loves me
I am loved

I am strong, powerful, happy, harmonious and loving.

Our mind can be a source of great joy when we harness its power and substitute positive thoughts or mantras that play in the background of our mind. We can even heal depression by harnessing our mind's incredible power. Using mantras daily while doing mundane tasks will reprogram the mind to be in our natural state of joy, bliss, and health.

21 Signs Of Insecurity Overcome These To Be Happy

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

One of the common denominators with all of my clients is that they are not comfortable in their own skin. Everyone has some issue with self-esteem. Those who are comfortable with who they are and secure will have more meaningful relationships as well as success. Those who are completely confident are self-actualized and enlightened usually, becoming our greatest spiritual leaders.

Someone who is insecure will have difficulties in many aspects of life. It is next to impossible to be completely free of self-doubt. Becoming emotionally healthy and secure is a life-long process, that takes work, forgiveness and of course, self-love.

Confidence is something that happens slowly. Usually, as we gain wisdom through our life experience recognizing that life is orchestrating for you, rather than against you is a great factor and a leg-up to confidence. When young people find their way to confidence early, they will also find success circumventing the struggles that insecure people experience.

Meeting Your Destiny

The sooner you realize that happiness is something that you decide rather than obtain from outside of you through material possessions, weight loss, relationships or money the faster you will meet your destiny. Helping others reach their destiny is what I do on a daily basis.

Insecurity is destructive. To mask our insecurity, we will not be completely authentic, vulnerable or honest with ourselves and others. We use avoidance techniques so that we don't feel our feelings fully when we are insecure. We attempt to make situations work with negative behaviors to get our needs met.

How Can We Decide To Be Happy?

When we choose to be happy, we begin to focus on the best options or possibilities rather than the problems and thrive instead of waiting to die.

We make a choice when we stub our toe, wake up late or get stuck in traffic how we will react. We can be angry, upset or decide that there is some higher plan in place and reason for what is happening. When we become watchful of our circumstances rather than feeling like a victim we recognize we are co-creating our reality on a daily basis with our beliefs, thoughts, and emotions.

The Signs of Insecurity

  1. You seek validation and approval from others. Secure people validate themselves from within. Insecure people are overly concerned about what others think of what they do, wear, say and even feel. This need for validation comes from not being seen, heard or validated by our parents. Whether our parents validated us or not is not the question, but rather your perception of what occurred in childhood.
  2. You doubt yourself. A secure person trusts themselves and their decisions. An insecure person will be wishy-washy going back and forth even seeking the approval or insight from others before making a decision. Even after receiving input from others an insecure person will still not be sure they are making the best decision for themselves. This doubt extends to relationships, purchases, and trusting intuition.
  3. You are selfish. A secure person fills themselves from within, doing spiritual practices like meditation, exercise and other activities alone. You may be self-seeking, looking for attention,  love, accolades, and possessions.
  4. You don't feel worthy. A secure person knows that they are worthy. An insecure person feels inadequate and not good enough. They judge and criticize themselves and others.
  5. You don't feel loved and accepted. A secure person loves and accepts themselves with all their flaws and faults. An insecure person focuses on what is wrong with them, their pimples, fat, stupidity and other negativity.
  6. You seek perfection. It isn't enough to do your best at your job, as a parent, or in your work, you strive to be perfect. Perfection isn't possible and creates anxiety, struggle and eventually health issues. Self-discipline in place of perfection will help you get there.
  7. You feel as if people are looking at you. A secure person is absorbed in what they are doing rather than what others are. The focus on others looking at you, not liking you and not approving of you is destructive and debilitating. My catch-phrase is: What others think of you is none of your business!
  8. You are overly accommodating. A secure person recognizes what their needs are and asks for what they want. An insecure person will say, "Whatever you want."
  9. You hate to be alone. A secure person enjoys solitude and feels comfortable alone. An insecure person will surround themselves with activity, tasks and other distractions rather than be alone with themselves.
  10. You feel uncomfortable in your own skin. A secure person is very comfortable being who they are wherever they are. They exude confidence and enter a room standing up straight, shoulders back, chest out feeling very comfortable no matter where they are. An insecure person may have shoulders hunched over trying to make themselves small and hide somewhere in a crowd.
  11. You have addictions. A secure person has overcome addictions and healed the source: a lack of self-love. An insecure person uses drugs, alcohol, relationships, pornography, sex, shopping, food or activity like cleaning to feel better. Addictions stem from a rejection of the self or lack of self-love. Heal yourself through self-love and the addictions go away!
  12. You feel life isn't fair. A secure person will take charge of their life going for what they want without worrying about what others think. An insecure person feels that the world owes them something when they don't get what they want they blame others. You probably also live in the past, rather than dwelling in the present, continuing to resent ex's, parents, bosses or even children for what they have done to you.
  13. You feel like a victim. A secure person has resolved the past and recognizes that it was all an effort to get them to grow. They learned their lessons from the pain, suffering and challenges and has moved on through forgiveness. An insecure person continues to blame others for their lot in life and unhappiness and may even feel like a martyr
  14. You long for someone else to love you so you can be happy.
  15. You wish for the day when you can win the lottery so you will have happiness. When that day never comes, you blame the others that won instead. You may be unhappy your entire life because you feel that happiness will come in a ticket.
  16. You are envious of others. A secure person will be happy for other's success, while an insecure person will feel jealous.
  17. You often feel left out or avoided by others. A secure person goes about their business without worrying about what others are doing, thinking or saying about them. An insecure person may wonder if they smell bad, or have some sort of plague.
  18. You stay in relationships that you know aren't supportive or going anywhere. A secure person will end a relationship that isn't supportive or when core values aren't in alignment even if love is present, as they know in the long-term the relationship will not survive. An insecure person hangs on for dear life for any relationship no matter how abusive or destructive because they are afraid no one else will love them or want them. (I used to do this. You can read my story of recovery in Odyssey Victim To Victory.
  19. You are an energy vampire. Secure people create their own emotional energy from within. Insecure people draw emotional energy from others - draining those they love, causing fatigue from being around you. We do this unknowingly, from a desire of wanting to be filled up. Our lack of self-care and self-nurturing causes us to feel empty inside. We aren't empty we just feel this way.
  20. You can't stand silence. A secure person revels in silence knowing that stillness and silence are food for the soul. An insecure person will have to have music, cell phone to text or talk to others, television or other distractions to feel comfortable.
  21. You feel the world is unsafe. A secure person knows that the world is a safe place and feels protected. An insecure person is afraid that danger lurks everywhere and may be suspicious of other's motives.

I have had all of these characteristics and many not listed here. I am here to help others find the happiness that I found through my thirty plus years of seeking, searching and healing. If you found this helpful, please share it with a friend. My business grows through referrals. So far I have helped thousands of men and women grow to their full potential, but there are millions out there that still need help. This is my soul purpose. I can help you find yours. Send me a private e-mail today so you can get started on your path to fulfillment and joy.

Everything that happens does so for the good of our soul. The truth is we all have insecurities from events that occurred in childhood. Our parents did what they contracted with us to do so that we would learn what we came here to learn. Some people never get that this is part of the Divine Plan.

We gain wisdom as we heal and transform our pain into joy. It is possible; I have done it myself. I had tremendous pain and suffering as you did in my childhood. I felt like a victim for over thirty years. Today, I thrive on solitude and quiet. I am happy alone or with a crowd. I feel comfortable in my skin and trust my Guidance. If you are ready to overcome your pain, suffering, and struggle, why don't you contact me now?

Are Women The Donut Hole on The Concession Stand of Life?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Excerpt from Orgasm For Life available on Amazon.com

Woman’s vaginas, for men, are the donut hole on the concession stand of life that they derive pleasure from.

I recently had a discussion with a woman named Maria at the gym. Maria explained that in thirty-five years of marriage she thinks she might have had one orgasm. ONE ORGASM IN 35 YEARS!  Because she only experienced it once she had nothing else to compare it to. So she wasn’t completely sure that she had that one orgasm. How sad. Maria finally got up the nerve to tell her husband she wasn’t having orgasms. When she did, he held a pillow over her face and punched her, then he screamed at her, “you’re a cold potato!” Clearly the issue was that she was a potato and a rather cold one at that. This is exactly the reason that women have remained silent.

Buy on Amazon.com

Men, if a woman tells you she didn’t come, is it her problem or yours? Think of it this way: who do you go to when your dick is hard? Do you wake up in the morning like a heat-seeking missile, looking for a hole to land in? Do you make your saluting soldier her problem? You know you do. So her orgasm is your issue. Men have to become the master of the female vagina. Ask her lots of questions (your partner, not her vagina). Through the Hunt and Peck System, HPS, you will learn what pleases her and do it EVERY TIME, not just on her birthday!

Most men would probably be gnawing their own leg off after thirty years without orgasm. Frankly, it is surprising to me how many of us have not received at least one orgasm each time our men want to have sex with us. Getting off is expected by most men. It should also be a given for women. Many women stop having sex because it’s not worth it to them. They would rather self-pleasure or shut down their sexuality completely, subjugating their womanhood to the male ego. Women stop missing sex. Many post-menopausal women need to have their pump primed again because their hormone levels are so low. Having regular sex through menopause and beyond is possible and will keep hormone levels higher.

Gentlemen Start Your Engines!

Orgasm for Life was written to help change the way men and women think about sex. When women are able to experience orgasms, they step into their power, becoming their Goddess selves. Without expressing all that they are as a woman, their life experience is diminished. I would like men to put themselves in the shoes or lingerie of their partner. Could you imagine having sex once, a week, twice a week or more and only getting the RMPs up to about 2,500. What if your engine never reached full power? What if you only revved up to 1,500 RPMS? How would you feel then? That is what over 40% of the women worldwide feel like all the time. They may get wet, they may get aroused, but they never make it to Disney Land! Just because a woman is wet, does not mean she is ready to go.

Speaking of partners, strangely lesbians are not any better at pleasuring their partners than men are. If women don’t know how to please another woman, how do we heterosexual women expect a man to be able to please us? We have to learn about our own bodies and what we really like. We have to experiment with different types of touch. We need to try new things. We need to touch ourselves to find out what feels good. Doing the same thing over and over will not give you different results. That is just crazy thinking.

Are you wondering how to spice up a humdrum sex life? Do you ever consider using fantasies or role playing? Do you wonder if that constitutes cheating? Could you even bring up the subject? Leaving this book in the bathroom, with pages highlighted, or corners dog-eared may be enough to ignite some passion for you and your partner. How about reading the “how to” sections together? I seriously considered laminating the pages to make them more user-friendly. A sponge-and-go book, if you will! Perhaps I’ll offer a waterproof version for my second edition.

The purpose of this book is to assist you to improve your communication and increase passion, compassion, tenderness, understanding and kindness. When there is greater understanding of each other’s needs both will reach bliss and ecstasy with regularity. Through regular blissful sexual exchanges relationships open and flower. The love between partners becomes deeper and more meaningful. It is my desire to assist you to build intimacy through authenticity, and become a better lover in the process. Orgasm for Life bridges the gap of connectivity between the sexes. In so doing, each person gains the ability to understand while giving their partner what it is they want. When communication is improved outside the bedroom, we can be more open inside the bedroom. Then, each person can express themselves more completely with profound growth towards spiritual sexual union.

If men could understand that living in a non-orgasmic state is like shutting down half of your brain and a third of your body, can you imagine what life would be like if only half of your brain cells fired? What if you never had an orgasm, ever?  You would then understand the mounting frustration and resentment that is present in more than 40% of the female population. It is a wonder that more crimes of passion are not performed by unfulfilled women. And men talk about your blue balls!

Everyone has different motivations for sex. Some people want to show their  partner how much they are loved. Others have sex to feel healthy, vigorous or alive. Many men have sex to relieve pressure. While others are having sex simply to get off. Whatever your motivation, are you ready to make amazing sex a priority in your relationship?

Are You Waiting For Someone Else To Love You?

By Jennifer Elizabeth Masters

Are you waiting for a man to show up so that you can receive love? Are you wanting to be perfect before you begin to love yourself? What are you waiting for?

I remember feeling like I had to have a man in my life to feel loved. I felt I was not good enough. I felt unworthy. How do you feel about you? Are you trying to please someone? Are you looking for validation from a parent that never comes?

Most of us are plagued with feelings of unworthiness at some point in our lives. Getting from A to B can feel impossible. We might think we are pretty great, but that we are not lovable. We judge ourselves. We feel guilt, shame, disgrace. We doubt that God could love us. Fear can keep us stuck. We can feel filled with anxiety.

What if you were already infinitely loved by God himself. What if God loved even the darkest parts of you, just as much as the pretty parts? What if you were completely loved and accepted just as you are, without you doing another thing? Wouldn't that be amazing?

I have a message from your High Self. You are already loved. You are already accepted. This unworthiness is not real. The lack and focus on your imperfection is keeping you in suffering. We live in an illusion. This illusion is a projection from our minds. When you begin to love and accept ourselves, you recognize that all of these horrible thoughts we have had about ourselves is all made up. Our mind keeps us stuck. When we can dissolve all the ego-thoughts, and begin to live in our heart, we begin to see that THE MATRIX is just like the illusion that we live in. Our mind keeps us in prison.

All we have to do is let go of the constructs that we have conjured up. We need to begin to see ourselves as already perfect, you are already healed. You are already completely loved and accepted as you are.

Each and every person already has the energy of love inside. It truly is there. This infinite love is there, just waiting for you to tap in. You don't have to be different, You don't have to change yourself. It is all about letting go.

Your Divine Self (High Self) is already love. The real you is love. We have a hard time feeling and receiving this because we are filled with self contempt, judgement, resentment, anger and fear. When we let go of all of this made up stuff, all there is - IS LOVE!

Everything in your past was just here to teach you who you are. All the events in your past was to bring you to love. When we resist life experience and love - we suffer. When we rail against our experiences we are pushing love away. When we react we are in suffering and ego-mind. All of your past was just an experience to teach you who you are. Each event was only present in your life to bring you to the fullness of who you are.

When you love you - you open up to receive more. When we shut down and turn love away - we are not able to receive love. When we continue to look for love, acceptance and validation from the outside world, we don't receive it, because we are in resistance of it. If you don't give love to you FIRST, no one else can give it to you. When someone shows up, you will make all kinds of excuses and reasons why you can't be with the person who shows up for us. Because we don't love ourselves. We will make all kinds of excuses why we don't want to date someone. We long for love, but we reject it when it appears.

The more you love yourself, the more you can receive love. When you love yourself, you allow others to love you.

No matter what you try to attain in life, you will still be you. If you don't love yourself, no amount of money will make you feel happy, or fill you with love. No relationship, vehicle, house, job, or person will ever fill you with love, if you don't love you first.

We Have To Choose Love For Ourselves

When you forgive yourself, for everything you have ever done, and anyone who has ever hurt you, so many things break away and dissolve. Forgiving events and people from the past, changes everything.

  1. Move into Love and Gratitude for everything.
  2. Be grateful for yourself.
  3. Be grateful for today.
  4. Be grateful for each moment.
  5. Be grateful for the love inside of you.
  6. Be grateful for the love outside of you.
  7. Be grateful for the acceptance of you.
What Do I Have To Let Go OF?

  • unforgiveness
  • resentment
  • anger
  • hatred
  • control
  • fear
What do you NOT NEED to be Loved?

You don't have to feel lovable
You don't have to be worthy
You don't have to be perfect
You don't have to be the perfect weight
You don't have to have the perfect job
You don't have to accomplish anything

You are already GOOD ENOUGH.
You are already worthy.
You are already perfect.
You are already LOVED! All you have to do is give it to YOU!
